The first MnIII complexes with Schiff bases and tricyanomethanide-anion were synthesized: [Mn(salen)C(CN)3(H2O)] (1), [Mn(5-Brsalen)C(CN)3(H2O)] (2), [Mn(salpn)C(CN)3(H2O)] (3), [Mn(3-MeOsalen)C(CN)3(H2O)] (4), [Mn(5-Brsalen)(MeOH)(H2O)][C(CN)3] (5), and [Mn(3-MeOsalpn)(H2O)2][C(CN)3] (6), where SalenH2 is N,N′-bis(salicylidene)ethylenediamine, 5-BrsalenH2 is N,N′-bis(5-bromosalicylidene)ethylenediamine, SalpnH2 is N,N′-bis-(salicylidene)-1,3-diaminopropane, 3-MeOsalenH2 is N,N′-bis(3-methoxysalicylidene)-ethylenediamine, 3-MeOsalpnH2N,N′-bis(3-methoxysalicylidene)-1,3-diaminopropane. The tricyanomethanide anion in complexes 14 acts as a the terminal ligand, whereas in complexes 5 and 6 tricyanomethanide is not coordinated by MnIII and acts as an out-of-sphere counterion. The structures of complexes 14 are characterized by the formation of dimers due to hydrogen bonds between the water molecules and oxygen atoms of the Schiff bases. The Mn...Mn distances inside the dimers are 4.69–5.41 Å. Complex 6 has a zigzag chain structure consisting of the [Mn(3-MeOsalpn)(H2O)2]+ cations bound by double bridging aqua ligands. The study of the magnetic properties of complexes 1, 3, 4, and 6 showed the existence of antiferromagnetic interactions between the MnIII ions through the system of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Three complexes with the formula [Co(Ip)(CuL)(H2O)2] · H2O (I), [Co(Ip)(NiL)(H2O)2] · H2O (II), [Co(CuL)2(Hbtc)(H2O)] (III), (H2Ip = m-isophthalic acid; H2L = 2,3-dioxo-5,6,14,15-dibenzo-1,4,8,12-tetraazacyclo-pentadeca-7,13-dien; H3Btc = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid) were synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV spectroscopy. Single-crystal X-ray analyses reveal that the complexes I and II contain neutral heterometallic binuclear CoM (for I and II, M = Cu, Ni, respectively) moieties, and complex III contains discrete neutral trinuclear CoCu2 moieties. The structures of IIII consist of two-dimensional supramolecular architecture formed by strong O-H…O intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Furthermore, the magnetic properties of complex I were investigated and discussed in detail.  相似文献

Two new Co(II) complexes, [Co2(H2O)(Bipy)2(Bript)2] n (I) and [Co(H2O)(Phen)(Bript)] · H2O (II), where H2Bript = 4-bromoisophthalic acid, Bipy = 2,2??-bipyridine, and Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex I has binuclear units in which two Co2+ ions are bridged by two carboxylate groups and a coordinaiod-water molecule, and the binuclear units are connected by Bript to generate a 1D helical chain. These 1D helical chains are further linked by ????? stacking interactions to form a 3D supramolecular network, while complex II has a 2D layer motif. In I and II, there exists extensive hydrogen bonding interactions. The thermal behavior of the two corresponding complexes have briefly been investigated.  相似文献

Different-metal different-ligand complexes [{Co(Phen)3}2{Co(Phen)(H2O)4}2][{Ge(μ-OH)(μ- Hedp)}6Cl2] (I), [{Cu(Phen)2(H2O)}2(HPhen)2][Ge(μ-OH)(μ-Hedp)]6 · 20H2O (II) (H4Hedp = 1-hydroxyethylidenediphosphonic acid, Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) were synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction. According to X-ray diffraction data (CIF files CCDC nos. 1573112 (I), 1573113 (II)), compounds I and II are cation–anion type complexes in which the anions are represented by {[Ge(μ-OH)(μ-Hedp)]6}6– and, in the case of I, two additional Cl ions, while the cations are [Co(Phen)3]2+, [Co(Phen)(H2O)4]2+ in I and [Cu(Phen)2(H2O)]2+, HPhen+ in II. In the crystals of compounds I and II, the cations, anions, and water molecules are combined by numerous intermolecular hydrogen bonds, giving rise to a 3D network.  相似文献

Three Ni(II) complexes of cresol-based Schiff-base ligands, namely [Ni2(L1)(NCS)3(H2O)2], (1) [Ni2(L2)(CH3COO)(NCS)2(H2O)] (2) and [Ni2(L3)(NCS)3] (3), (where L1 = 2,6-bis(N-ethylpyrrolidineiminomethyl)-4-methylphenolato, L2 = 2,6-bis(N-ethylpiperidineiminomethyl)-4-methylphenolato and L3 = 2,6-bis{N-ethyl-N-(3-hydroxypropyl iminomethyl)}-4-methylphenolato), have been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction in addition to routine physicochemical techniques. Density functional theory calculations have been performed to understand the nature of the electronic spectra of the complexes. Complexes 1?C3 when reacted with 4-nitrophenyl phosphate in 50:50 acetonitrile?Cwater medium promote the cleavage of the O?CP bond to form p-nitrophenol and smoothly convert 3,5-di-tert-butylcatechol (3,5-DTBC) to 3,5-di-tert-butylquinone (3,5-DTBQ) either in MeOH or in MeCN medium. Phosphatase- and catecholase-like activities were monitored by UV?Cvis spectrophotometry and the Michaelis?CMenten equation was applied to rationalize all the kinetic parameters. Upon treatment with urea, complexes 1 and 2 give rise to [Ni2(L1)(NCS)2(NCO)(H2O)2] (1??) and [Ni2(L2)(CH3COO)(NCO)(NCS)(H2O)] (2??) derivatives, respectively, whereas 3 remains unaltered under same reaction conditions.  相似文献

Three novel metal-organic complexes [Co(BDC)(TBZ)2] (I), [Cd2(BDC)2(TBZ)2(H2O)2] · 2(H2O) (II), [Mn2(BDC)(TBZ)4(SO4)] (III) (BDC = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate, TBZ = thiabendazole) have been prepared and characterized by IR spectrum, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray structure analysis reveals that both three complexes are one-dimensional chain polymers. The 1D chain architecture of I is constructed from terephthalic acid and cobalt atoms. A simultaneous presence of chelating and monodentate coordination modes of BDC ligands is observed in complex II. In complex III, the coordinated BDC ligands adopt monodentate mode and with SO 4 2? anions alternately bridge the Mn2+ ions into 1D chains. The 3D structures of the three complexes are stabilized by π-π stacking interactions and hydrogen-bonds.  相似文献

The reactions of the salt (Bu4N)[2-B10H9O2C4H8] (1) with ammonia and ethylenediamine in ethanol were studied. These reactions afford substituted closo-decaborates with nitrogencontaining groups linked to the cluster through a diethylene glycol spacer. Using this method, we synthesized derivatives of the closo-decaborate anion with the pendant groups -NH3 + and -NHCH2CH2NH2; the complexes [Ni(H2O)(en)(L)] (7) and [Ni(en)(L)]·0.5H2O (8), where L = [2-B10H9O(CH2)2O(CH2)2NH(CH2)2NH2]2?, were synthesized. The X-ray diffraction study showed that the coordination sphere of the Ni2+ ions in complexes 7 and 8 have the same composition (4 N + 2 O). However, the coordination environment differs in the nature of the oxygen atom. Thus the oxygen atom directly bonded to the boron cluster is involved in the coordination of the metal ion in compound 8, whereas a water molecule is involved in the coordination in compound 7.  相似文献

Based on 5-mercapto-1H-tetrazole-1-methanesulfonic acid disodium salt (Na2mtms) and 4,4′-bipyridine (bpy) as ligands, four new transition metal complexes, namely {[Cd2(mtms)(bpy)2(OAc)2]·H2O} n (1), {[Cd(mtms)(bpy)2(H2O)2]2·bpy·4H2O} n (2), {[Zn2(μ 2-OH)(mtms)(bpy)3(H2O)]·ClO4·H2O} n (3), and {[Co(mtms)2(bpy)(H2O)2]·[Co(bpy)2(H2O)4]·H2O} n (4), have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 features a pillared-layer coordination architecture linked by acetate, mtms, and bridging bpy ligands. Complex 2 has a 1D polymeric structure with [Cd(mtms)(bpy)2(H2O)2] as the repeating unit; these infinite chains are further connected into a 3D supramolecular framework through π–π stacking of bpy ligands. In complex 3, the mtms ligand combined with μ 2-OH bridges two Zn atoms to form a dimer structure, which is different from that of complex 2. Complex 4 shows a 3D supramolecular network containing infinite [Co(mtms)2(bpy)(H2O)2]2? anionic chains and free [Co(bpy)2(H2O)4]2+ cationic components. The luminescence properties of 1 and 2 and the electrochemical properties of 3 are reported.  相似文献

Two novel homobinuclear ytterbium(III) complexes, [Yb2(2AMB)6(H2O)4] · 2C2H6O (I) and Yb2(3AMB)6(H2O)4] · 3H2O (II) (2AMB = 2-aminobenzoic acid, 3AMB = 3-aminobenzoic acid) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and X-ray crystallography (CIF files CCDC nos. 950103 (I), 921652 (II)). Complex I crystallizes in triclinic space group \(P\bar 1\) and complex II crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n. X-ray analysis shows that both complexes (I, II) have the dinuclear structure. The central Yb3+ ions in both complexes are eight-coordinated adopting distorted YbO8 dodecahedral geometry. Each Yb3+ ion is coordinated to two O atoms from bridging carboxylate, four O atoms from the chelating carboxylate ligands and two O atoms of water molecules. The crystal structure of I and II are stabilized by N-H…O, O-H…O, O-H…N, and C-H…O hydrogen bonds, C-H…π interactions and weak π-π stacking interactions.  相似文献

Transition metal complexes of 2-(1-(carboxymethyl)-2-methyl-1H-benzimidazol-3-ium-3-yl)acetate (HL), namely [Co(L)2(H2O)4] · 6H2O (I) and [Cu(L)2(H2O)2] · 4H2O (II), have been synthesized by a hydrothermal procedure and characterized by X-ray crystallography, CIF files CCDC nos. 1007524 (I), 1007525 (II). Both I and II are mononuclear molecules. In I, the Co2+ ion is in octahedral coordiantion environment and surrounded by four O atoms from water molecules and two carboxylate O atoms of two deprotonated ligand (L?) occupied six culmination. While in II, the Cu2+ ion is located in a square-planar geometry, bounded to two aqua O atoms and two carboxylate O atoms from L?.  相似文献

Three new silver coordination compounds with empirical formula [Ag2(L1)2·(ntp)·(H2O)3.25]n (1), [Ag1.5(L1)1.5·(H0.5bdc)·(H2O)4]n (2) and [Ag(L2)(Hmip)]n (3) (L1 = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, L2 = 1,1′-(1,4-butanediyl)bis-1H-benzimidazole, H2ntp = 2-nitroterephthalic acid, H2bdc = 1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid, H2mip = 5-methylisophthalic acid) were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and physico-chemical spectroscopic methods. The silver centers display different environments with a linear geometry in 1 and 2 and distorted T-shaped geometry in 3. In 1–3, the bidentate N-donor ligands (L1 and L2) bridge neighboring silver centers to form 1D infinite chain structures. Complexes 2 and 3 are extended into 2D layers, and 1 is packed into a 3D 3,4,4,6-connected supermolecular network via classical O–H···O hydrogen bonds, while 3 is further extended into 3D framework through π–π interactions. The luminescence properties of complexes 1, 2 and 3 were investigated in the solid state. These coordination polymers possess a remarkable activity for degradation of methyl orange by persulfate in a Fenton-like process.  相似文献

Four cyanide-bridged heterometallic complexes {[CuPb(L 1 )][Fe III (bpb)(CN) 2 ]} 2 ·(ClO 4 ) 2 ·2H 2 O·2CH 3 CN (1), {[CuPb(L 1 )] 2 [Fe II (CN) 6 ](H 2 O) 2 }·10H 2 O (2), {[Cu 2 (L 2 )][Fe III (bpb)(CN) 2 ] 2 }·2H 2 O·2CH 3 OH (3) and {[Cu 2 (L 2 )] 3 [Fe III (CN) 6 ] 2 (H 2 O) 2 }·10H 2 O (4) have been synthesized by treating K[Fe III (bpb)(CN) 2 ] [bpb 2-=1,2-bis(pyridine-2-carboxamido)benzenate] and K 3 [Fe III (CN)] 6 with dinuclear compartmental macrocyclic Schiff-base complexes [CuPb(L 1 )] (ClO 4 ) 2 or [Cu 2 (L 2 )]·(ClO 4 ) 2 , in which H 2 L 1 was derived from 2,6-diformyl-4-methyl-phenol, ethylenediamine, and diethylenetriamine in the molar ratio of 2:1:1 and H 2 L 2 from 2,6-diformyl-4-methyl-phenol and propylenediamine in the molar ratio of 1:1. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that compound 1 displays a cyclic hexanuclear heterotrimetallic molecular structure with alternating [FeⅢ (bpb)(CN) 2 ]- and [CuPb(L 1 )] 2+ units. Complex 2 is of a neutral dumb-bell-type pentanuclear molecular configuration consisting of one [Fe(CN)6] 4- anion sandwiched in two [CuPu(L 1 )] 2+ cations, and the pentanuclear moieties are further connected by the hydrogen bonding to give a 2D supramolecular framework. Heterobimetallic complex 3 is a tetranuclear molecule composed of a centrosymmetric [Cu 2 (L2)] 2+ segment and two terminal cyanide-containing blocks [FeⅢ (bpb)(CN)2 ]- . Octanuclear compound 4 is built from two [Fe(CN)6]3- anions sandwiched in the three [Cu 2 L 2 ] 2+ cations. Investigation of their magnetic properties reveals the overall antiferromagnetic behavior in the series of complexes except 2.  相似文献

Complexes of [Mn(MF)2(Cl)2]·2H2O (1), [Fe(MF)2(Cl)2]Cl·4H2O (2), [Ni(MF·HCl)2(Cl)2]·6H2O (3), [Cu(MF·HCl)2(Cl)2] (4), [Zn(MF·HCl)2](NO3)2·6H2O (5), [Cd2(MF·HCl)(Cl)4(H2O)] (6), [Mg(MF·HCl)2(Cl)2]·6H2O (7), [Sr2(MF·HCl)(Cl)4(H2O)] (8), [Ba(MF·HCl)2(Cl)2]·2H2O (9), [Pt(MF)4] (10), [Au(MF)3]Cl3 (11), and [Pd(MF)2]Cl2 (12) were synthesized from Legitional behavior of metformin drug as a diabetic agent. The authenticity of the transition and non-transition metal complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductivity, (infrared, UV–Vis) spectra, effective magnetic moment in Bohr magnetons, electron spin resonance, thermal analysis, X-ray powder diffraction as well as scanning electron microscopy. Infrared spectral studies as well as elemental analyses revealed the existence of metformin in the base or hydrochloride salt forms in the chelation state acts as a bidentate ligand while the platinum(IV) complex is coordinated through the deprotonation of –NH group. The magnetic and electronic spectra of Mn(II), Fe(III), Ni(II), and Cu(II) complexes suggest an octahedral geometry. Antimicrobial screening of metformin and its complexes were determined against the (G+ and G?) bacteria (Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa) and fungi (Aspergillus flavus and Candida albicans).  相似文献

Three Mn(II) complexes of [MnL(Bipy)(H2O)] n (I), [Mn3(Phen)2(HL)2(L)2]n (II), and [Mn(Phen)2(HL)(OH)] (III), where L = 4,4′-(2-acetylpropane-1,3-diyl)dibenzoic acid, Bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, and Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffractions, infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analyses, and magnetic analyses. Complexes I and II are one dimensional (1D) coordination polymers which can form the supramolecules with the help of the intermolecular hydrogen bond interactions. Finally, the landé factors are simulated by magentochemical analysis to be 2.15 and 1.80 for I and II with S = 5/2, respectively.  相似文献

Reactions of 2-(pyridine-3-yl)-1H-4,5-imidazoledicarboxylic acid (H3PyIDC) with a series of Ln(III) ions affords ten coordination polymers, namely, {[Ln(H2PyIDC)(HPyIDC)(H2O)2]·H2O}n [Ln=Nd (1), Sm (2), Eu (3) and Gd (4)], {[Ln(HPyIDC)(H2O)3]·(H2PyIDC)·H2O}n [Ln=Gd (5), Tb (6), Dy (7), Ho (8) and Er (9)], and {[Y2(HPyIDC)2(H2O)5]·(bpy)·(NO3)2·3H2O}n (10) (bpy=4,4′-bipyridine). They exhibit three types of networks: complexes 1-4 are isomorphous coordination networks containing neutral 2D metal-organic layers, while complexes 5-9 are isomorphous, which consist of cationic metal-organic layers and anionic organic layers, and complex 10 is a 2D network built up from 4-connected HPyIDC2− anion and 4-connected Y(III) ions. In addition, thermogravimetric analyses and solid-state luminescent properties of the selected complexes are investigated. They exhibit intense, characteristic emissions in the visible region at room temperature.  相似文献

In this article, ten new coordination frameworks, namely, [Ni(H2O)6]·(L3) (1), [Zn(L3)(H2O)3] (2), [Cd(L3)(H2O)3]·5.25H2O (3), [Ag(L1)(H2O)]·0.5(L3) (4), [Ni(L3)(L1)] (5), [Zn(L3)(L1)0.5]·H2O (6), [Cd(L3)(L1)0.5(H2O)] (7), [CoCl(L3)0.5(L1)0.5] (8), [ZnCl(L3)0.5(L2)0.5] (9), and [CoCl(L3)0.5(L2)0.5] (10), where L1 = 1,1′-(1,4)-butanediyl)bis(imidazole), L2 = 1,1′-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(2-ethylbenzimidazole) and H2L3 = 3,3′-(p-xylylenediamino)bis(benzoic acid), have been synthesized by varying the metal centers and nitrogen-containing secondary ligands. These structures have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses, elemental analyses and IR spectra. In 1, the L3 anion is not coordinated to the Ni(II) center as a free ligand. The Ni(II) ion is coordinated by water molecules to form the cationic [Ni(H2O)6]2+ complex. The hydrogen bonds between L3 anions and [Ni(H2O)6]2+ cations result in a three-dimensional (3D) supramolecular structure of 1. In compounds 2 and 3, the metal centers are linked by the organic L3 anions to generate 1D infinite chain structures, respectively. The hydrogen bonds between carboxylate oxygen atoms and water molecules lead the structures of 2 and 3 to form 3D supramolecular structures. In 4, the L3 anion is not coordinated to the Ag(I) center, while the L1 ligands bridge adjacent Ag(I) centers to give 1D Ag-L1 chains. The hydrogen bonds among neighboring L3 anions form infinite 2D honeycomb-like layers, in the middle of which there exist large windows. Then, 1D Ag-L1 chains thread in the large windows of the 2D layer network, giving a 3D polythreaded structure. Considering the hydrogen bonds between the water molecules and L3 anions, the structure is further linked into a 3D supramolecular structure. Compounds 5 and 7 were synthesized through their parent compounds 1 and 3, respectively, while 6 and 9 were obtained by their parent compound 2. In 5, the L3 anions and L1 ligands connect the Ni(II) atoms to give a 3D 3-fold interpenetrating dimondoid topology. Compound 6 exhibits a 3D three-fold interpenetrating α-Po network structure formed by L1 ligands connecting Zn-L3 sheets, while compound 7 shows a 2D (4,4) network topology with the L1 ligands connecting the Cd-L3 double chains. In compound 8, the L1 ligands linked Co-L3 chains into a 2D layer structure. Two mutual 2D layers interpenetrated in an inclined mode to generate a unique 3D architecture of 8. Compounds 9 and 10 display the same 2D layer structures with (4,4) network topologies. The effects of the N-containing ligands and the metal ions on the structures of the complexes 1-10 were discussed. In addition, the luminescent properties of compounds 2-4, 6, 7 and 9 were also investigated.  相似文献

Some oxime modified complexes of the type [Zr{OPri}4?n{L}n] {where, n = 1–4 and LH=(CH3)2C=NOH (1–4) and C9H16C=NOH (5–8)} have been synthesized by the reaction of [Zr(OPri)4·PriOH] with oximes, in anhydrous refluxing benzene. These synthesized complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, molecular weight measurements, ESI-mass, FT-IR and NMR (1H and 13C{1H}) spectral studies. The ESI-mass spectral studies indicate dimeric nature for [Zr{OPri}2{ONC(CH3)2}2] (2), [Zr{OPri}3{ONC10H16}] (5) and [Zr{OPri}{ONC10H16}3] (7) and monomeric nature for [Zr{ONC10H16}4] (8). Oximato ligands appear to bind the zirconium in side on manner in all the complexes. Thermogravimetric curves of (2) and (8) exhibit multi-step decomposition with the formation of ZrO2, under nitrogen atmosphere. Sol–gel transformations of precursors (5), (6), (7) and (8) in organic medium, yielded nano-sized tetragonal phase of zirconia samples (a), (b), (c) and (d), respectively, on sintering at ~600 °C. All these samples were characterized by Powder XRD patterns and EDX analyses. Surface morphologies of these samples were investigated by SEM images.  相似文献

Chiral and racemic Salen-type Schiff-base ligands (H2L1, H2L2 and H2L3), condensed between D-(+)- and D,L-camphoric diamine (also known as (1R,3S)-1,2,2-trimethylcyclopentane-1,3-diamine) and 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde or 3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde with a 1:2 molar ratio, have been synthesized and characterized. A series of new nickel(II), palladium(II) and copper(II) complexes of these chiral and racemic ligands exhibiting different coordination number (4, 5 and 6) have been characterized with the formulae [NiL1]·CH3OH (3), [NiL1]·H2O (4), [NiL2] (5), [PdL2] (6), [Cu2(L2)2(H2O)] (7) and [NiL3(DMF)(H2O)] (8). Different solvent molecules in 3 and 4 (methanol and water molecules) as well as different apical ligands in 7 and 8 (water and DMF molecules) are involved in different O–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions to further stabilize the structures. UV–Vis (UV–Vis), circular dichroism (CD) spectra and thermogravimetric (TG) analyses for the metal complexes have also been carried out.  相似文献

[MnCl2(NOR)(H2O)2] (1), [MnCl2(SPAR)(H2O)2] (2), [CoCl2(NOR)(H2O)2] (3) [CoCl2(SPAR)(H2O)2] (4), [CuCl2(phen)(NOR)] (5) and [CuCl2(phen)(SPAR)] (6) complexes with norfloxacin (NOR) and sparfloxacin (SPAR) were obtained from MnCl2·4H2O, CoCl2·4H2O and CuCl2(phen). In all cases the NOR and SPAR coordinate in the neutral zwitterionic form. The electron paramagnetic resonance spectra of the Cu(II) complexes (5) and (6) in aqueous and DMSO solutions indicate mixture of mononuclear and binuclear complex. Complexes (1-6), together with the corresponding ligands were evaluated for their in vitro trypanocidal effect, against both bloodstream trypomastigotes and intracellular forms of Trypanosoma cruzi. SPAR and NOR were poorly effective upon T. cruzi, complexes (3) and (4) were active against intracellular forms of the parasite. The complexes (5) and (6) displayed a higher activity upon both bloodstream and intracellular forms. The potency of fluoroquinolones, specially those coordinated to Cu(II)-phen justify further trypanocidal screening assays with this compounds in vitro as well as upon experimental models of T. cruzi infection.  相似文献

Four coordination compounds of copper(II) were synthesised and characterised in solid state by elemental analysis, infrared, electronic and EPR spectroscopy, as well as by thermal analysis (TG/DTA). The complexes were formulated on the basis of experimental data as: [Cu(BzIm)2(H2O)]·H2O (1), [Cu2(Acr)4(HBzIm)2] (2), [Cu(Acr)2(HBzIm)2] (3) and [Cu(Acr)2(HBzIm)2(H2O)]·H2O (4). IR data are in accordance with the unidentate nature of benzimidazole, in complexes (2), (3) and (4), and bridge bidentate nature of benzimidazole, in complex (1), while acrylato acts as uni- or bridge/chelate ligand. The electronic spectra display the characteristic pattern of square planar, square pyramidal, or octahedral stereochemistry, also confirmed by EPR spectra. Thermal decomposition evidenced several well-defined steps as dehydration of complexes (1) and (4), benzimidazole molecule releases for all complexes and acrylate decomposition in carbonate for complexes (3) and (4). In all four cases, the final residue after thermal treatment in air flow is copper(II) oxide, formed during the decomposition steps for complexes (3) and (4), and, respectively, after the oxidation of the metallic copper for complexes (1) and (2). Antimicrobial activities of the complexes have been determined by in vitro assays, against various Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacterial and fungal strains. Copper(II) complexes were also evaluated for their cytotoxicity on eukaryotic cells.  相似文献
