Compound (I) is 2-methyl-3-(2-methyl-2-nitrovinyl)indole, C12H12N2O2,M r=216.24, monoclinic,P21/n,a=16.710(1),b=7.627(1),c=17.646(1) Å,=104.8(1)°,V=2174.7(1) Å3,Z=8.D x=1.321 g cm–3, MoK, =0.71073 Å,=0.858 cm–1,F(OOO)=912, room temperature,R=0.061 for 1956 observed reflections. Compound (II) is 3-(2-nitrovinyl)indole, C10H8N2O2,M r=188.18, monoclinic,P21/n,a=10.178(1),b=10.608(1),c=8.411(1) Å,=105.5(2)°,V=875.0(1) Å3,Z=4,D x=1.4284 g cm–3, CuK, =1.5418 Å,=8.068 cm–1,F(000)=392, room temperature,R=0.040 for 1330 observed reflections. Compounds (I) and (II) have a similar geometry, the only significant difference lying in the rotation of the nitrovinyl chain. This feature could be responsible for the difference in biological activity. In both compounds, the molecules are associated, forming charge-transfer complexes.  相似文献

The crystal structure of heterocyclic compound 5-methyl-5-phenyl hydantoin has been determined from X-ray single crystal structural characterization. This material crystallizes in the orthorhombic system and noncentrosymmetric space group P21 (N°4). The crystal packing is governed by N–H···O hydrogen bond-type intermolecular interactions, forming chains and edge-fused 12-membered rings with graph-set C(4) C(5) C22(8) R33(12) in a similar hydrogen-bonding pattern of another chiral 5,5′-substituted hydantoins.  相似文献

Abstract  Diphenyl ethers are structural elements found in medicinally useful antibiotics such as vancomycin as well as in biological toxins in the environment such as dioxins. The purpose of this paper is to report the synthesis and characterization of the previously unreported 1-chlorosulfonyl-2-(4′-nitrophenoxy)-5-methylbenzene, a trisubstituted diphenyl ether derivative. 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 2.45 (3H, methyl5, s), 7.07 (1H, H4, d, J ~8.27 Hz), 7.13 (2H, H2′, H6′, d, J ~9.0 Hz), 7.54 (1H, H3, d, J ~8.28 Hz), 7.87 (1H, H6, s), 8.22 (2H, H3′, H5′, J ~9 Hz); 13C NMR (CDCl3) δ 20.7, 118.2, 121.9, 126.0, 129.8, 135.2, 135.8, 137.8, 143.8, 150.3, 161.4. An X-ray analysis has provided valuable insight into the effect of steric factors on the three dimensional shape of this compound which serves as a useful advanced intermediate in the synthesis of these biologically active molecules. A multistep synthesis of this molecule has been designed by retrosynthetic analysis as part of an ongoing program aimed at a function-oriented, multi-step economical synthesis of vancomycin lead antibiotics. Crystals are triclinic, space group P-1, a = 7.6537(15), b = 8.976(2), c = 11.050(2) ?, α = 67.645(11), β = 79.735(11), γ = 87.798(10)°, V = 690.5(2) ?3, Z = 2. Graphical Abstract  The synthesis and characterization of the previously unreported trisubstituted diphenyl ether derivative are reported. The phenyl rings form a dihedral angle of 64.49(4)° and the chlorosulfonyl group has a C–C–S–Cl torsion angle of 62.95(11)°.   相似文献

Crystals of the title compound are monoclinic (C20H22N2O2): space groupP21/n,a=11.800(3),b=13.820(2),c=11.004(3) Å,=92.74(3)°. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by block-matrix least-squares procedure to giveR=0.078 andRw=0.076 for 1960 reflections above 3(I). The two amide groups are not coplanar with respect to their benzene rings. An intramolecular N-HO hydrogen bond was found in the molecules which are joined in chains by other strong N-HO hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The structure was solved by heavy atom and Fourier methods and refined toR=0.045 for 1095 unique observed reflections. The molecule is almost planar, with a dihedral angle of 4.8(2)° between the benzoselenazole and phenyl rings. C(10), O(1), C(11), and N(2) atoms are coplanar with the average deviation of 0.0071 Å, which form 11.03° and 43.93° dihedral angles with pyrazole planes (I) and (II), respectively.  相似文献

The conformation of the central heterocyclic ring (1,4-dihydropyrimidine) in both compounds was found to be close to a half-chair conformation. The 2-nitrophenyl substituent in 2 is in the axial synperiplanar orientation. In both compounds, the conformation of the 3-substituted carbamoyl group appears to be influenced by hydrogen bonding with anticlinal orientation observed for carbonyl groups serving as hydrogen bonding acceptors.  相似文献

Crystal structures of 5-(5-methylthien-2-yl)-2-deoxyuridine (I), 5-(5-thien-2-yl)-2-deoxyuridine (II) and 5-(5-bromothien-2-yl)-2-deoxyuridine (III) have been obtained from data collected on a four-circle Enraf-Nonius diffractometer (CAD-4 system). Space group, unit/cell parameters and finalR indices are:I, monoclinic,P21,a=9.105(2),b=20.819(2),c=7.932(2) Å, =98.79(2)°,R=5.7%;II, monoclinic,P21,a=8.720(4),b=20.793(4),c=7.884(4) Å, =95.06(2)°,R=5.8%;III, monoclinic,P21,a=9.260(2),b=41.655(7),c=7.926(2) Å, =97.996(13)°,R=9.4%. Structural properties of the title compounds are compared with those of 5-(5-chlorothien-2-yl)-2-deoxyuridine (IV) previously reported in order to explain their affinity for HSV-1 thymidine kinase and their eventual interaction with viral DNA polymerase. The main structural features observed are the coplanarity of the uracil and thienyl cycles stabilized by a S–O intramolecular interaction and the formation of dimeric intermolecular H bonds between two uracil moieties.  相似文献

A novel Schiff base compound, N-(1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzal-pyrazolone-5)-salicylidene hydrazine (PMBP-SAH), has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction: monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 21.796(5) Å, b = 18.370(3) Å, c = 20.843(3) Å, = 95.440(10)°, V = 8308(3) Å3, and Z = 16. The title compound contains two kinds of tautomers: the red compound is the keto form and the other is the enol form. Changes in color are due to the isomerization of the enol and keto forms by the intramolecular proton transfer.  相似文献

Nitrato-(2-hydroxy-5-nitrobenzaldehydo)(2,2′-bipyridyl)copper (I) and nitrato-(2-hydroxybenzaldehydo)(2,2′-bipyridyl)copper (II) were synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The coordination polyhedron of the central copper atom in complex I can be described as a distorted tetragonal pyramid whose base is formed by the phenol and carbonyl oxygen atoms of the monodeprotonated 2-hydroxy-5nitrobenzaldehyde molecule and the nitrogen atoms of the 2,2′-bipyridyl ligand and whose apex is occupied by the oxygen atom of the nitrato group. In the crystal structure, complexes I are linked by the acido ligands and the NO2 groups of the aldehyde molecule into infinite chains. In complex II, the central copper atom is coordinated by 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 2,2′-bipyridyl, and the nitrato group, resulting in the formation of centrosymmetric dimers. The coordination polyhedron of the central copper atom can be described as a bipyramid (4 + 1 + 1) with the same base as in complex I. The axial vertices of the bipyramid are occupied by the oxygen atom of the nitrato group and the bridging phenol oxygen atom of the adjacent complex related to the initial complex by a center of symmetry. In the crystal structure, complexes II are hydrogen bonded into infinite chains.  相似文献

The cobalt atoms in both [Co(NO)(sacacen)] and [Co(NO)(7-Mesalen)] {sacacenH2 isNN-ethylenebis(monothioacetylacetoneimine) and 7-MesalenH2 isNN-ethylenebis(2-hydroxyacetophenoneimine)} are 5-coordinate, with a tetragonal-pyramidal arrangement of donor atoms. The cobalt atom in [Co(NO)(sacacen)] lies just above the plane defined by the SNNS donor atoms of the quadridentate ligand, and the nitrosyl group occupies the apical position. A similar geometry is defined by the ONNO donor atoms and the NO group in [Co(NO)(7-Mesalen)]. The Co-N-O angles are strongly bent, as predicted from15N-nmr studies (127.2(6)°[Co(NO)(sacacen)] and 127.4(3)°[Co(NO)(7-Mesalen)]). Both nitrosyls crystallize in the monoclinic system. For [Co(NO)(sacacen)],a=8.501,b=12.673,c=13.866 Å,=95.00°,Z=4 and space groupP21/c. The structure was determined by the heavy-atom method, usingMo K diffractometer data, and refined by full matrix least squares toR=0.062 for 2920 observed reflections. For [Co(NO)(7-Mesalen)],a=9.461,b=13.053,c=13.456,=99.32°,Z=4 and space groupP21/c. The structure was determined as above toR=0.040 for 2461 observed reflections.  相似文献

The tetradentate ligand 1,8-bis(2′-pyridyl)-3,6-dithiaoctane (Pdto) forms a pseudooctahedral structure with rhodium(III). The yellow racemic [Rh(Pdto)Cl2](CF3SO3) compound belongs to the Pbca space group with a = 13.566(15), b = 15.6588(16), c = 21.473(2) ?, and Z = 8. The Rh–S bonds are shorter than is usual, while the pyridine rings are mutually trans and form an interplanar angle of 24°.  相似文献

The molecule of the 21 salt consists of two quinidine cations and the 5,5-dinitrodiphenic anion. Both of the quinidine cations are protonated at the nitrogen atoms of the quinuclidine fragments. Owing to the interlocking hydrogen bonds between quinidine and the dinitrodiphenic ions, a rigid structure of the salt molecule has been formed. The alkaloid molecular conformation around the C(8)-C(9) bond is open. The conformational parameters of 5,5-dinitrodiphenic anion are considerably changed in comparison with the conformation of diphenic acid in the solid state. The absolute configuration of biphenyl 5,5-dinitro-2,2-dicarboxylic anion (R) is defined by the negative torsion angles around the line which connects the centers of both phenyl rings, and is the reverse of that observed in the diphenic acid-quinine salt. The present data confirm the observation that the chirality of the salt is controlled by the chirality of theCinchona alkaloid molecule.  相似文献

Reaction of equimolar amounts of 2-aminobenzaldehyde and 3,3-diamino-N-methyldipropyl-amine in methanol affords a novel 11 condensation product, abaMedpt, which has been isolated as the copper(II) complex, [Cu(abaMedpt)I]I. The crystal structure of the complex has been determined from single crystal diffractometer data and refined to a finalR factor of 0.0353 with 2492 unique observations and 206 variables. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c (N° 14) witha=9.263(2),b=18.189(3),c=11.740(3) Å,=92.97(4)°,Z=4,D c =1.902 g cm–3. The structure involves a five-coordinate square-pyramid CuN4I chromophore and an uncoordinated iodide anion. Nitrogen atoms constitute the basal plane, while the bonded iodine occupies the apical position. The structure contrasts with the more usual distorted trigonal-bipyramidal stereochemistries of CuN4I chromophores reported so far.  相似文献

Crystal structure of C41H53O7Br has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystalline in the orthorhombic space group P212121, with a = 11.264(2), b = 12.058(2), c = 29.337(6) Å, Z = 4. The bond angles of cyclopropane moiety in the molecule are approximate to 60° and agree with theoretic values of the internal angles in a cyclopropane, and two chiral menthyloxy groups are located above and under the whole chiral molecule, respectively. Compound (1) crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with unit cell dimensions a = 8.4088(5) ?, b = 8.5398(5) ?, c = 10.6572(6) ?, α = 90.356(3)°, β = 102.868(3)°, γ = 97.987(3)°, V = 738.28(7) Ǻ3, Z = 2, R 1 = 0.0406, and wR 2 = 0.0804. Compound (2) crystallizes in the tetragonal space group P41 with unit cell dimensions a = b = 9.792(4) ?, c = 15.788(6) ?, V = 1513.8(10) Ǻ3, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0415, and wR 2 = 0.0818. The molecules of both compounds display E configurations with respect to the C=N double bonds. In the crystal structure of (1), molecules are linked through N–H···O hydrogen bonds, forming chains running along the b axis. In the crystal structure of (2), molecules are linked through N–H···O hydrogen bonds, forming chains running along the c axis.  相似文献

Two Schiff bases, N′-(5-bromo-2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzylidene)-4-methoxybenzohydrazide (1) and 4-{[1-(5-bromo-2-hydroxy3-methoxyphenyl)methylidene]amino}-1-methyl-2-phenyl-1,2-dihydropyrazol-3-one (2), have been synthesized by the reaction of 5-bromo-3-methoxysalicylaldehyde with 4-methoxybenzohydrazide and 4-aminoantipyrine, respectively. The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis and X-ray single crystal determination. Compound (1) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell dimensions a = 14.919(1), b = 8.249(2), c = 41.515(4) ?, β = 111.054(2)°, V = 4768.1(13) ?3, Z = 12, R 1 = 0.0765, and wR 2 = 0.1733. Compound (2) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell dimensions a = 7.826(1), b = 13.791(1), c = 17.090(2) ?, β = 100.137(2)°, V = 1815.7(3) ?3, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0334, and wR 2 = 0.0736. Both molecules of the compounds display E configuration with respect to the C=N double bonds. In the crystal structure of (1), molecules are linked via intermolecular N–H···O hydrogen bonds, forming chain structure along the a axis.
