A scheme is proposed for generating the mesoscopic entanglement between the mesoscopic squeezed vacuum states and Fock states {|0〉,|2〉} by considering both the two-photon interaction of N two-level atoms in cavities with high quality factor assisted by a strong driving field. Moreover, we derive the dissipative interaction models for two-photon interaction. The corresponding analytical expressions of the fidelities can be given. Our scheme can be realized in the current techniques on the cavity QED.  相似文献

We propose an etticient scheme for generating the macroscopic superpositions and the entanglement between the high-order squeezed vacuum states by considering the multi-photon interaction of N two-level atoms in a cavity with high quality factor, assisted by a strong driving field. Through specific choices of the cavity detuning, a number of multi-party entangled states between the atoms and the high-order squeezed vacuum states and among the high-order squeezed vacuum states of the cavities can be prepared, including also the macroscopic "Schrodinger cats" of the high- order squeezed vacuum states, the entangled states of the macroscopic "Schrodinger cats", and so on. Possible extension and application of our scheme are discussed. Our scheme is reachable within the current techniques in the cavity QED.  相似文献

We propose a scheme for generating the superpositions and the entanglement between the mesoscopic high-order squeezed vacuum states by considering the multi-photon interaction of N two-level atoms in a cavity with high quality factor, assisted by a strong driving field. In terms of specific choices of the cavity detuning, many multiparty entangled states between the atoms and the mesoscopic high-order squeezed vacuum states and among the high-order squeezed vacuum states of the cavity modes can be generated, including the macroscopic “Schr?dinger cats” of the mesoscopic high-order squeezed vacuum states, the entanged states of the macroscopic “Schr?dinger cats”, and so on. A scheme for concentrating entanglement in two partially entangled Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) pairs using repetitious resonant interactions of the atoms with a single-mode cavity field is proposed. A maximally entangled EPR pair can be deterministically extracted with the success probability of 1.0. In the scheme, the two logical states of a qubit are represented by the two lowest levels of an atom while a higher-energy intermediate level is used to facilitate the realization of the unitary operations, and all the operations required to realize deterministic entanglement concentration can be implemented in a reasonable amount of time before decoherence sets in. The scheme might be experimentally realizable with presently available cavity QED techniques and gives a realistic means to realize entanglement concentration deterministically.  相似文献

We propose a scheme of generating multi-component entangled coherent states of cavity fields. In this scheme, the atoms pass through cavities one by one, simultaneously driven by a strong classical field in each cavity. Then the detection of the atomic states collapses the cavity fields onto multi-component entangled coherent states. It is shown that, with a judicious choice of the parameters of the classical field, we can conditionally produce macroscopic multi-dimensional maximal entanglement for the cavity modes.  相似文献

We study a special two-atom entanglement case in assumed cavity QED experiment in which only one atom effectively exchanges a single photon with a cavity mode. We compute two-atom entanglement under position-dependent atomic resonant dipole-dipole interaction (RDDI) for large interatomic separation limit. We show that the RDDI, even t, hat which is much smaller than the maximal atomic Rabi frequency, can induce distinct diatom entanglement. The peak entanglement reaches a maximum when RDDI strength can compare with the Rabi frequency of an atom.  相似文献

A method to prepare multi-particle entanglement of Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger-type and W-type is proposed through the interaction between the cavity and many atoms simultaneously . After suitable interaction, the selected measurements on the cavity field can create the entangled atomic states. These entangled states can be useful for quantum information manipulation and fundamental study of quantum theory. These states that violate the Bell‘s inequality are proven.  相似文献

A physical scheme for the implementation of quantum superdense coding has been proposed in Cavity QED. The detuned interaction between Λ-type three-level atoms and coherent fields constitute the main superdense coding process. The quantum superdense coding can be realized in an easier way, and the atoms are not excited during the whole process, so the effect of atomic decay is eliminated naturally.  相似文献

We propose a simple scheme to not only generate GHZ states and W states of the multiparticle but also form a new category of multiparticle entangled states by letting the A-type three-level atoms simultaneously interacting with a coherent cavity field followed by the selective measurements on the cavity mode. We investigate the influence of the cavity dissipation on the generated entangled state and discuss the experimental feasibility of our scheme. It is shown that the intensity of the coherent cavity field plays an instructive role in contribution to state preparation process while the cavity decay and the detuning between the atoms and cavity mode result in the deterioration of the generated entangled state.  相似文献

We propose a scheme for realizing quantum entanglement swapping between the atoms in cavity QED. With only virtual excitation of the cavity during the interaction between the atoms and cavity, the scheme is insensitive to the cavity mode states and the cavity decay. The ideas can also be utilized for realizing entanglement swapping between the atomic levels in a single atom and the atomic levels in the Bell states and between the atomic levels in the Bell states and the atomic levels in the W states.  相似文献

A new scheme is proposed for realizing entanglement swapping in cavity QED. The scheme is based on the resonant interaction of two-mode cavity with ∧-type three-level atom, and it involves only a single measurement. In the scheme, the output state after swapping is exactly the maximally entangled state in principle, thus it is prior to the previous one, in which the output state is just approximate. Calculations indicate that our scheme is less influenced by an error.  相似文献

Based on the input-output relation of a one-sided cavity, we propose an experimental scheme to implement entanglement swapping with photons. In the ideal case, the successful probability of the scheme approaches unity. We propose a model to implement the two-qubit quantum logic gates, i.e., the quantum phase gate and the Controlled-NOT gate, and generate the atomic qubits cluster states with a large detuned interaction between four-level atoms and a single-mode cavity field. In the presented protocol, the quantum information is encoded on the stable ground states of the atoms, and the effect of decoherence from atomic spontaneous emission is negligible. In addition, the interaction between atoms and the cavity is large detuned, and the cavity is only virtually excited. Therefore, the scheme is insensitive to the cavity decay. The experimental feasibility of our proposal is also discussed.  相似文献

根据大失谐条件下原子-腔场相互作用的特点,讨论了一个制备纠缠压缩态的方法,提出了一个利用两能级原子与腔场相互作用实现纠缠压缩态纠缠浓缩的方案。在这个方案中,两束具有相同振幅但有着 相位差的压缩光 和 构成的纠缠态光场被用来作为量子信道。通过利用两能级原子与腔场的相互作用以及两模正交态测量实现了这个纠缠浓缩的过程。结果表明:对于纠缠压缩态,无论其初始的纠缠是多么微弱,利用这种方法总有一定的几率可以从部分纠缠态中提取出最大纠缠态。  相似文献

We propose a scheme for transferring of a two-mode entanglement of zero- or one-photon entangled states between two cavities via atom-cavity field resonant interaction. In our proposal, in order to transfer the entangled state, we only need two identical two-level atoms and a two-mode cavity for receiving the teleported state. This scheme does not require Bell-state measurement and performing any transformations to reconstruct the initial state. And the transfer can occur with 100% success probability in a simple manner. And a network for transferring of a two-mode entangled state between cavities is suggested. This scheme can also be extended to transfer N-mode entangled state of cavity.  相似文献

During the process, the cavity is only virtually excited, thus our scheme is insensitive to the cavity field states and cavity decay.
