We describe the complete 1H and 13C NMR analysis of three aryltetralin lignan lactones (polygamain, morelensin and 4,5-dimethoxymorelensin) using modern NMR techniques such as COSY, HMQC, HMBC, 2D-J-resolved and NOE experiments. Nine protopanaxatriol glycosides isolated from mild acid hydrolysis products of crude root saponins of Panax notoginseng were identified as 20(R)‐ginsenoside‐Rh1, 20(S)‐ginsenoside‐Rh1, ginsenoside‐Rg1, ‐Re and ‐Rg2, notoginsenoside‐R2 and ‐R1, a mixture of 25‐hydroxy‐20(S)‐ginsenoside‐Rh1 and its C‐20 (R) epimer, ginsenoside‐Rh4. The complete assignments of the 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts for these glycosides were obtained by means of 2D NMR techniques, including 1H–1H COSY, ROESY, HMQC, HMBC and HMQC‐TOCSY spectra. The glycosylation shift effect of protopanaxatriol and the differences in chemical shifts between 20(R)‐ and 20(S)‐protopanaxatriol isomers are also discussed. A new surfactin isomer (1) was isolated from a mangrove bacteria strain 'Bacillus sp'. Its structure was identified, and full assignments of (1)H and (13)C NMR spectral data were achieved for the first time by a combination of mass spectrometry and 1D and 2D NMR experiments including DEPT, (1)H-(1)H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, TOCSY, ROESY, and HSQC-TOCSY. 2,3,8,9,10,11‐Hexahydro‐7H‐dibenzo[de,h]quinolin‐7‐one, 5‐methoxy‐2,3,8,9,10,11‐hexahydro‐7H‐dibenzo[de,h]quinolin‐7‐one, 5‐methoxy‐6‐hydroxy‐1,2,3,7a,8,9,10,11,11a,11b‐decahydro‐7H‐dibenzo[de,h]quinolin‐7‐one, 5‐methoxy‐5,6,8,9,10,11‐hexahydro‐4H‐dibenzo[de,h]quinolin‐7‐ol, 5,6,8,9,10,11‐hexahydro‐4H‐dibenzo[de,h]quinolin‐7‐ol and 5,6‐dihydro‐4H‐dibenzo[de,h]quinolin‐7‐ol were prepared by catalytic hydrogenation of oxoisoaporphines or their 2,3‐dihydro derivatives over PtO2 in acetic acid under mild conditions. (1)H and (13)C NMR spectra of symmetric and asymmetric bis-spiropyrans, Series 1-3, were completely assigned. Especially, the (1)H assignment of asymmetric spiropyrans was achieved by utilizing (1)H-(1)H COSY and nOe experiments. All of the carbons in the dye molecules were investigated through a combination of heteronuclear 2D-shift correlation spectroscopy (HETCOR), together with an attached proton test (APT).  相似文献

The chemical transformations of eremantholide C (1), a trypanocidal sesquiterpene lactone isolated from Lychnophora trichocarpha Spreng., gave five new oxide derivatives: 3'-hydroxyeremantholide C (2), 1'-formyleremantholide C (3), 1'-carboxyeremantholide C (4), 1'-carbomethoxyeremantholide C (5) and sodium 1'-carboxylate of eremantholide C (6). The (1)H and (13)C NMR data of all these derivatives were assigned based on 1D and 2D techniques. The derivatives were evaluated against Y and CL strains of Trypanosoma cruzi. All of them were inactive against the Y strain. Compounds 2 and 5 displayed 100% activity on the CL strain while compounds 4 and 6 were partially active on the CL strain.  相似文献

The anabaseine derivatives 6-methoxy-7-hydroxy-1-(pyridin-3-yl)-3,4-dihydroisoquinoline, 6,7-dimethoxy-1-(pyridin-3-yl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline and 6,7-dimethoxy-1-(piperidin-3-yl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquino- line were prepared either by demethylation with HBr or by reduction with different reagents, NaBH4 and H2/PtO2 from 6,7-dimethoxy-1-(pyridin-3-yl)-3,4-dihydroisoquinoline, as starting material. 9-Hydroxyphenalenone is a planar multicyclic beta-keto-enol that demonstrates C2V symmetry on the NMR timescale. Off-axis substitution breaks the molecular symmetry and results in tautomers. 1H and 13C NMR assignments were made for 9-hydroxyphenalenone and three methyl derivatives, and the solution-phase tautomers were determined.  相似文献
