On the Preparation of Dimercapto(methyl)Sulfonium Salts [CH3S(SH)2]+ AsF6? and [CH3S(SH)2]+SbCl6? and the Bis(chlorothio)methylsulfonium Salts [CH3S(SCI)2]+ AsF6? and [CH3S(SCI)2]+ SbCl6? The preparation of the dimercapto(methyl)sulfonium salts [CH3S(SH)2]+ AsF6? and [CH3S(SH)2]+SbCl6? from [CH3SCl2]+ salts and H2S at 195 K is reported. The salts are stable below 210 K. They are characterized by additional Raman spektroscopic measurements of the isotopic labelled cations [CH3S(SD)2]+, [CH3S(34SH)2]+ and [CH3S(34SD)2]+. The dimercapto(methyl)sulfonium salts are transfered into bis(chlorthio)methylsulfonium salts by reaction with Cl2 at 195 K.  相似文献

Preparation of μ-Sulfurdisulfonium Salts [(CH3)2S? Sx? S(CH3)2]2+2A? (x = 1–3, A? = AsF6?, SbF6?, SbCl6?). On the Analogy of the Reactivity of Sulfanes and Sulfonium Salts The preparation of the μ-sulfurdisulfonium salts [(CH3)2S? Sx? S(CH3)2]2+(A?)2 with x = 1–3 and A? = AsF6?, SbF6?, SbCl6? is reported. The salts are formed by reaction of (CH3)2SH+A? and (CH3)2SSH+A? with SCl2 and S2Cl2, resp. They are characterized by vibrational spectroscopic measurements. [(CH3)2S? S2? Synthesis, Vibrational Spectra, and Crystal Structure Analysis of Di- and Trifluoro-tetramethylammonium Salts The tetramethylammonium salts (CH3)3NCH2F+ ( II ), (CH3)3NCHF2+ ( III ), and (CH3)3NCF3+ ( IV ) were prepared by quaternation of the corresponding fluoromethylamines. III was also generated from (CH3)3N and Zn/CF2Br2/KF in acetonitrile. II , III , and IV were characterized by NMR and vibrational spectroscopy, a normal coordinate analysis being undertaken for IV . The crystal structures of the iodides of III and IV have been determined. In both cations the N? CH3 distances are on the average ( III 1.508(2) Å; IV 1.514(5) Å) longer than the N? II, III, (CH3O)3PCl+SbCl6?(1) and (CH3O)4P+SbCl6? eliminate easily methyl chloride and give the addition compounds OP(OCH3)3·SbCl5(IV), OPCl(OCH3)2 · SbCl5 (V), OPCl2(OCH3)·SbCl5 (VI) and OPCl3·SbCl5 (VII). Vibrational Spectra of Trimethylphosphonium Cations (CH3)3PX+ (X = H, D) and Crystal Structures of (CH3)3PD+SbCl6? and (CH3)3PCl+SbCl6? The trimethylphosphonium salts (CH3)3PX+SbCl6? (X = H, D) and (CH3)3PH+MF6? (M = As, Sb) are prepared and characterized by vibrational and NMR spectroscopy (1H, 31P, 13C). In addition the crystal structures of (CH3)3PD+SbCl6? and (CH3)3PCl+SbCl6? are reported. (CH3)3PD+SbCl6? crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pnma with a = 1555(1) pm, b = 753.1(8) pm, c = 1166(1) pm Z = 4. Preparation and Spectroscopic Characterization of the Persulfonium Salts (CH3)(CF3)SF3+SbF6? and (CH3)(CF3)2SF2+SbF6? and Crystal Structure of CF3SF2+SbF6? [1] . The preparation of the persulfonium salts (CH3)(CF3)SF3+SbF6? and (CH3)(CF3)2SF2+SbF6? by methylation of the sulfuranes CF3SF3 and (CF3)2SF2 with CH3OSO+SbF6? in liquid SO2 is reported. The thermolabile compounds are characterized by IR, Raman, 1H, 13C, and 19F NMR spectroscopy. CF3SF2+SbF6? crystallizes in the space group C2/c with a=16.889(8) Å, b=7.261(4) Å, c=13.416(7) Å, β=91.08° with 8 formula units per unit cell at 167 K. Cations and anions are connected via short SF contacts forming a Ψ-octahedral surrounding of the central S atom which is in close analogy to the already known CF3SF2+AsF6?.  相似文献

Dimethyl(methanesulfinyl)sulfonium Hexafluorometallates (CH3)2SS(O)CH3+MF6? (M = As, Sb) and the Crystal Structure of Methanesulfinylchloride CH3S(O)Cl [1] The preparation of dimethyl(methanesulfinyl)sulfoniumhexafluorometallates (CH3)2SS(O)CH3+MF6? (M = As, Sb) and the spectroscopic characterization of the new thiosulfonium salts are described. Alternatively they can be obtained from methylmethanethiosulfinate by methylation. In addition the crystal structure of methanesulfinylchloride CH3S(O)Cl at 113 K is reported. Six new aluminum and silicon phthalocyanines have been synthesized and their photocytotoxicity toward V79 cells has been studied. The compounds that have been prepared are: AIPcOSi(CH3)2(CH2),N(CH3)2, I; AIPcOSi(CH3)2(CH2)3N(CH3)3+I?, II; CH3SiPcOSi(CH3)2(CH2)3N(CH3)2, III; HOSiPcOSi(CH3)2(CH2)3N(CH3)2, IV; HOSiPcOSi(CH3)2(CH2)3)3(CH3)3+I?, V; and SiPc[OSi(CH3)2(CH2)3N(CH3)3+I?]2, VI. Relative growth delay values for compounds I-VI and relative cytotoxicity values for compounds I, II, IV, V and VI have been determined. Compounds I and II have been shown to be comparable in photocytotoxicity to what is presumed to be AIPcOH.xH2O, and compound IV has been shown to have greater activity. The classes of compounds to which these six compounds belong appear to have potential for photodynamic therapy.  相似文献

CH3, Ph and R′ ? CH2? CF3) have been synthetized by reaction of phosphonous dichlorides with 2, 2, 2-trifluoroethanol in the presence of a base. These diesters react with trimethyl(trimethylsilylimino)phosphorane, (CH3)3P?N? Si(CH3)3 by desilylation and N? P-linking to phosphinous acid esters (CH3)3P?N? P(OR′)R. The phosphinous acid esters react with methyl iodide to the quaternary salts [(CH3)3P? N? P(OR′)(R)CH3]+I?. On the Lewis Acidity of Fluorinated Sulfonium Ions NMR investigations show, that sulfonium salts [(CF3)nSF3?n]+ AsF6? ( 1–3 , n = 0–2) add CH3CN under formation of ψ-pentacoordinated sulfuranonium ions [(CF3)nSF3?n · NCCH3]+ ( 1a – 3a ,) with the donor in an axial position. In solution NSF3 ( 4 ,) forms similar salts [(CF3)nSF3?n · NSF3]+ AsF6? ( 1b-3b ,) with weaker donor-acceptor interactions. With NSF2NMe2 ( 5 ,) the step of the primary addition products is passed very quickly, by fluoride-migration from 1 , and 2 , persulfuranonium ions [(CH3)2NSF3NSF2]+ ( 6 ,) and [(CH3)2NSF3NSFCF3]+ ( 7 ,), respectively, are formed, while from 3 , only decomposition products (Me2NSF2+, CF3SSCF3, CF4) were obtained.  相似文献

The extraction of various metal ions from hydrochloric acid solutions with tris(2,6-dimethoxyphenyl)phosphine, [2,6-(MeO)2C6H3]3P, abbreviated to (2,6-MeOPh)3P, and its tertiary and quaternary phosphonium salts were studied. A series of phosphonium salts, [(2,6-MeOPh)3PH]+ClO?4, [(2,6-MeOPh)3PR]+Br? and {[(2,6-MeOPh)3P]2R′}2+ (Br?)2, where R = C12H25, C18H37 or C6H5CH2 and R′ = p-CH2C6H4CH2, (CH2)3 and (CH2)10, were synthesized and applied to an anion exchanger for chloro complex anions of various metal ions. (2,6-MeOPh)3P and [(2,6-MeOPh)3PR]+Br? were found to be effective for the extraction of metal ions such as iron(III), gold(III) and gallium(III), forming tetrachloro complex anions of the MIIICl?4 type. The extractabilities of the doubly charged cationic quaternary phosphonium salts [{(2,6-MeOPh)3P}2R′]2+ (Br?2, were found to be superior to those of the singly charged cationic phosphonium salts for metal ions such as cadmium(II), platinum(II) and palladium(II), forming a tetrachloro complex doubly charged aion of the MIICl2?4 type. Most of the metal ions are extracted through ion-pair formation between their chloro complex anions and the phosphonium cations.  相似文献

Preparation of Trifluormethylhalogen Iodate(I) Salts (CH3)4N+CF3IX? (X = F, Cl, Br) and Trifluormethyltrifluormethoxy Iodate(I) (CH3)4N+CF3IOCF3? We describe the preparation of new trifluormethyliodate(I) salts CF3IX? (X = F, Cl, Br, OCF3). (CH3)4N+CF3ICl? and (CH3)4N+CF3IBr? are obtained via addition of CF3I with the corresponded tetramethylammonium halogenide. (CH3)4N+CF3IOCF3? is synthesized by comproportionation of (CH3)4N+CF3ICl? with CF3OCl under formation of Cl2 at ?78°C. (CH3)4N+CF3IF? is formed either, through thermolysis of (CH3)4N+ CF3IOCF3? under separation of COF2, or reaction of CF3I with (CH3)4N+ OCF3?. Trimethyl- and triphenyl-tin(IV) hydroxide act on triphenyl(2-carboxyethyl)-phosphonium hydrochloride, which is made from 3-chloropropionic acid and triphenylphosphine, to release water in the presence of dimethylformamide (DMF) as a catalyst. The water is azeotropically distilled to drive the reaction forward and produce triphenylphosphonopropionbetainetrimethyl- and triphenyl-tin(IV) chlorides in high yield. The latter product also results from the displacement of chloride from triphenyltin(IV) chloride by the phosphobetaine, (C6H5)3P(CH2)2CO2, which is made by treating the phosphonium hydrochloride with bicarbonate, and the compounds [(C6H5)3P(CH2)2CO2Sn(C6H5)3]+X? where X = Cl, Br, I, N3, NCS, NO3, B(C6H5)4 and Co(CO)4 are made in the same way. The acetate salt results from metathesis from the chloride and lead(II) acetate. A double salt, [(C6H5)3P(CH2)2CO2SnR3]+ [R3SnX2]?, is formed for X = Cl, Br and N3 by adding additional (C6H5)3SnX to the already-formed simple salts. Double salts are also obtained from the 11 reactions between the phosphobetaine and triphenyltin(IV) isocyanate and methyldiphenyltin(IV) chloride. The phosphonium chloride double salt could be converted to the thiophosphonium derivative by heating with elemental sulfur in ethanol. The products of these novel nucleophilic displacement reactions are high melting solids. Tin-119m Mössbauer data are consistent with five-coordinated, triorganotin(IV) formulations with the exception of the diphenyl(8-hydroxyquinolinato)tin(IV) chloride salt in which the tin atom is six-coordinated, and the diphenyltin system cis-oriented. The parameters otherwise do not change with the nature of the X group, which is the tetracarbonylcobaltate derivative is tetrahedral by infrared, establishing the ionicity of the products. The chloride exhibits a molar conductivity indicative of a 11 electrolyte in DMF. A bridging acetate structure in the solid is consistent with the lowered ν(CO2) frequencies. The Mössbauer spectra of the double salts give simple doublets of lowered isomer shift (IS) and raised quadrupole splitting (QS) which may arise from a cross-linking ion pairing of the polymer chains in the solid, and the NMR spectra of the two methyltin derivatives shows only a single resonance line and tin satellites which is rationalized by a dynamic exchange process. The products are formulated as associated in carboxylate polymers with dangling triphenylphosphonium cations.  相似文献

(III, L = PPh3; IV; L = CO; VIII, L = cyclohexene; IX, L = dimethylthiophene) and the known air stable complex [CpFeII(PMe3)2(NCMe)]+ PF6? (V). The last product is also obtained by photolysis in the presence of 2 or 3 moles of PMe3. In the presence of dppe, the known complex [CpFeII (dppe)(NCCH3)]+ (XI) is obtained. Complex III reacts with CO under mild conditions to give the known complex [CpFe(NCCH3)(PPh3)CO]+ PF6? (X). UV photolysis of I in CH3CN in the presence of 1-phenyl-3,4-dimethylphosphole (P) gives [CpFeIIP3]+ PF6? (XII); UV photolysis of II in CH2Cl2 in the presence of 3 moles of PMe3 or I mole of tripod (CH3C(CH2Ph2)3) provides an easy synthesis of the known complexes [CpFeII(PMe3)3]+ PF6? (VII) or [CpFeIIη3-tripod]+ PF6t- (XIII). Since I and II are easily accessible from ferrocene, these photolytic syntheses provide access to a wide range of piano-stool cyclopentadienyliron(II) cations in a 2-step process from ferrocene.  相似文献

The phosphonium salts CH3PF2H+MF6? are obtained by the reaction of CH3PCl2 with superacidic systems HF/MF5 (M = As, Sb). CH3PF2H+SbF6? crystallizes in the space group P1 with a = 548.4(4) pm, b = 695.5(8) pm, c = 960.2(9) pm, α = 94.68(5)°, β = 97.19(6)°, γ = 94.41(6)° and Z = 2.
