The Layered Structure of Cu2(H2O)4[C4H4N2][C6H2(COO)4]·2H2O Triclinic single crystals of Cu2(H2O)4[C4H4N2][C6H2(COO)4]·2H2O have been grown in an aqueous silica gel. Space group (Nr. 2), a = 723.94(7) pm, b = 813.38(14) pm, c = 931.0(2) pm, α = 74.24(2)°, β = 79.24(2)°, γ = 65.451(10)°, V = 0.47819(14) nm3, Z = 1. Cu2+ is coordinated in a distorted, octahedral manner by two water molecules, three oxygen atoms of the pyromellitate anions and one nitrogen atom of pyrazine (Cu—O 194.1(2)–229.3(3) pm; Cu–N 202.0(2) pm). The connection of Cu2+ and [C6H2(COO)4)]4? yields infinite strands, which are linked by pyrazine molecules to form a two‐dimensional coordination polymer. Thermogravimetric analysis in air showed that the dehydrated compound was stable between 175 and 248 °C. Further heating yielded CuO.  相似文献

Single crystals of [Be33‐O)3(MeCN)6{Be(MeCN)3}3](I)6·4CH3CN ( 1 ·4CH3CN) were obtained in low yield by the reaction of beryllium powder with iodine in acetonitrile suspension, which probably result from traces of beryllium oxide containing the applied beryllium metal. The compound 1 ·4CH3CN forms moisture sensitive, colourless crystal needles, which were characterized by IR spectroscopy and X‐ray diffraction (Space group Pnma, Z = 4, lattice dimensions at 100(2) K: a = 2317.4(1), b = 2491.4(1), c = 1190.6(1) pm, R1 = 0.0315). The hexaiodide complex cation 1 6+consists of a cyclo‐Be3O3 core with slightly distorted chair conformation, stabilized by coordination of two acetonitrile ligands at each of the beryllium atoms and by a {Be(CH3CN)3}2+ cation at each of the oxygen atoms. This unique coordination behaviour results in coplanar OBe3 units with short Be–O distances of 155.0 pm and 153.6 pm on average of bond lengths within the cyclo‐Be3O3 unit and of the peripheric BeO bonds, respectively. Exposure of compound 1 ·4CH3CN to moist air leads to small orange crystal plates of [Be(H2O)4]I2·2CH3CN ( 3 ·2CH3CN). According to the crystal structure determination (Space group C2/c, Z = 4, lattice dimensions at 100(2) K: a = 1220.7(1), b = 735.0(1), c = 1608.5(1) pm, β = 97.97(1)°, R1 = 0.0394), all hydrogen atoms of the dication [Be(H2O)4]2+ are involved to form O–H ··· N and O–H ··· I hydrogen bonds with the acetonitrile molecules and the iodide ions, respectively. Quantum chemical calculations (B3LYP/6‐311+G**) at the model [Be33‐O)3(HCN)6{Be(HCN)3}3]6+ show that chair and boat conformation are stable and that the distorted chair conformation is stabilized by packing effects.  相似文献

(Phenacetin)4·2I4·2H2O is triclinic, a = 13.641 (7), b = 12.807 (6), c = 7.201 (3) Å, α = 99.8 (4), b? = 86.5 (4), γ = 104.0 (5)°, P1 , Z = 1. The ordered crystal structure has been refined to RF = 0.050, using 4173 independent reflections measured on a four-circle diffractometer with MoKa (graphite monochromator) radiation. The crystals are composed of alternating positively and negatively charged slices; each positive slice contains a double layer of stacks of hemi-protonated phenacetin molecules which are H-bonded through their carbonyl groups (d(O - - - O) = 2.432 (4) Å) while each negative slice contains a single layer of I2?4-ions linked in chains along [100] through H-bonds to pairs of water molecules. The axes of the phenacetin stacks are parallel to the planes of the (I2?4·2H2O)-layers. The I2?4-ion is centro-symmetric and can be approximately represented as I?- - - I–I- - - I? (d(I? - - - I) = 3.404 (1) Å; d(I–I) = 2.774 (1) Å). The compound is a pseudo-type A basic salt.  相似文献

On the Reaction of Macrocycles with Lanthanoids. II. The Crystal Structures of [K(thf)3]2[(C22H28N4)2Sm2] · 4 THF and [(C22H22N4)Co] · DME In a complicated redox reaction [(TMTAA)K2] and [SmI2(thf)2] form the polynuclear metal complex [K(thf)3]2[(TMTAT)2Sm2]. This complex crystallizes with four molecules THF per formula unit and its structure was determined by single crystal X-ray investigation (spacegroup P21/c (No. 14), z = 4, a = 998.0(2) pm, = b = 2618.3(6) pm, c = 1619.4(3) pm, β = 96.52(2)°). In the dimeric unit [(TMTAT)2Sm2]2? the Sm3+ ions are bonded to the four N atoms of the macrocyclic ligand and one C6H4 ring of the second ligand is attached η6 like to one metal ion. Additionally two [K(thf)3]+ fragments are bonded to this central unit, and therefor coordination number seven results for the K+ ion. [TMTAA]2? is not reduced by [Cp2Co] in a similar reaction. The monomeric paramagnetic complex [(TMTAA)Co] (μeff = 2,76 μB) is formed instead. The structure reveils a square planar coordination of the Co atom by the four N atoms of the TMTAA ligand (spacegroup C2/c (No. 15), z = 4, a = 1945.1(4) pm, b = 1165.6(2) pm, c = 1144.7(2) pm, β = 116.38(1)°).  相似文献

After enriching the title compound by extraction with ethanol the heptahydrate crystallizes from the organic phase (triklin, P1¯ (No. 2) with a = 951, 01(11), b = 958, 45(12), c = 1601, 7(2) pm, α = 79, 253(13)°, β = 78, 943(12)°, γ = 65, 119(12)°, VEZ = 1290, 6(3)·106 pm3, Z = 2). The title compound, bis[diaquabis(ethylenediamine‐κ2N,N′)copper(II)] hexacyanoiron(II) tetrahydrate, [Cu(C2H8N2)2(H2O)1.935]2[Fe(CN)6]·4H2O, was crystallized from an aqueous reaction mixture initially containing CuSO4, K3[Fe(CN)6] and ethylenediamine (en) in a 3:2:6 molar ratio. Its structure is ionic and is built up of two crystallographically different cations, viz. [Cu(en)2(H2O)2]2+ and [Cu(en)2(H2O)1.87]2+, there being a deficiency of aqua ligands in the latter, [Fe(CN)6]4− anions and disordered solvent water molecules. All the metal atoms lie on centres of inversion. The Cu atom is octahedrally coordinated by two chelate‐bonded en molecules [mean Cu—N = 2.016 (2) Å] in the equatorial plane, and by axial aqua ligands, showing very long distances due to the Jahn–Teller effect [mean Cu—O = 2.611 (2) Å]. In one of the cations, significant underoccupation of the O‐atom site is observed, correlated with the appearance of a non‐coordinated water molecule. This is interpreted as the partial contribution of a hydrate isomer. The [Fe(CN)6]4− anions form quite regular octahedra, with a mean Fe—C distance of 1.913 (2) Å. The dominant intermolecular interactions are cation–anion O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds and these interactions form layers parallel to (001).  相似文献

X-ray structure determination on single crystals of both isotypic compounds (space group P21/m, Z = 2; BaMnF5 · H2O: a = 537.0(3), b = 817.2(2), c = 628.0(4) pm β = 111.17(5)°, Rw = 0.035 for 1403 reflections; SrMnF5 · H2O: a = 510.8(1), b = 792.0(2), c = 610.6(1) pm, β = 110.24(1)° Rw = 0.068 for 539 reflections) reveal pure [MnF6]3? octahedra connected with each other to infinite chains by sharing trans corners. The H2O molecules are coordinated to the alkaline earth ions only and form weak O? H…F hydrogen bonds. The pronounced weakening of the Mn? F bonds within the chain direction (Mn? F 2X 212.7(1)/210.8(5) pm, 2X 183.8(3)/181.8(9) pm, 2X 186.9(2)/187.2(8) pm) may be due by halves to the Jahn-Teller-effect as can be deduced by bond valence calculations.  相似文献
