研究在平面声波斜入射情况下,无穷大双周期加筋的微穿孔薄板结构的振动响应及吸声性能.首先在马大猷和Takahashi微穿孔板声学理论基础上,建立了微穿孔加筋薄板结构振动的半解析模型;然后应用傅里叶变换及空间波数分析方法,将周期加筋微穿孔薄板的振动位移及辐射声压表示为频域内波数的分量迭加形式;最后通过对波数分量进行求解,并利用傅里叶逆变换得到双周期加筋的微穿孔薄板的振动响应及吸声系数表达式.计算结果表明,薄板的弯曲振动在水中对吸声的影响较大,空气中仅对轻质穿孔板的低频吸声效果有一定影响;同时微穿孔率对周期加筋薄板吸声系数的影响明显,通过改变穿孔率和加筋周期等可有效地提高水中微穿孔薄板结构的吸声性能.  相似文献

This paper reports an experimental investigation of open channel turbulent flow over hemispherical ribs. A row of ribs consists of hemispheres closely placed to one another in the spanwise direction and cover the entire span of the channel. The pitch-to-height ratio is varied to achieve the so-called d-type, intermediate and k-type roughness. The Reynolds numbers based on water depth, h, and momentum thickness, θ, of the approach flow are respectively, Reh = 28,100 and Reθ = 1800. A particle image velocimetry is used to obtain detailed velocity measurements in and above the cavity. Streamlines, mean velocity and time-averaged turbulent statistics are used to study the effects of pitch-to-height ratio on the flow characteristics and also to document similarities and differences between the present work and prior studies over two-dimensional transverse rods. It was observed that interaction between the outer flow and the shear layers generated by ribs is strongest for k-type and least for d-type ribs. The results also show that hemispherical ribs are less effective in augmenting flow resistance compared to two-dimensional transverse ribs. The levels of the Reynolds stresses and budget terms increase with increasing pitch-to-height ratio inside the roughness sublayer.  相似文献

A technique is proposed to determine the natural frequencies of rib-reinforced cylindrical shells with low shear stiffness. The equations of motion based on the Timoshenko model are used. The influence of the transverse shear moduli of the shell and ribs on the minimum natural frequencies and corresponding modes is studied by way of numerical examples. Artificial roughness in the form of ribs is a convenient method for enhancing thermal performance of solar air heaters. This paper presents the experimental investigation of heat transfer and friction factor characteristics of a rectangular duct roughened with W-shaped ribs arranged at an inclination with respect to the flow direction on its underside on one broad wall. W ribs have been tested both pointing in downstream W-down and upstream W-up to the flow. The range of parameters for this study has been decided on the basis of practical considerations of the system and operating conditions. The duct has a width to height ratio (W/H) of 8.0, relative roughness pitch (p/e) of 10, relative roughness height (e/Dh) of 0.03375 and angle of attack of flow (α) of 30-75°. The air flow rate corresponds to Reynolds number between 2300-14,000. The heat transfer and friction factor results have been compared with those for smooth duct under similar flow and thermal boundary condition and thermo-hydraulic performance has been investigated. Thermo-hydraulic performance comparison for different angle of attack of flow shows that W-down arrangement with angle of attack of flow as 60° gives best thermo-hydraulic performance. In addition heat transfer and friction factor correlations have been developed.  相似文献

为提高冷却塔的自振频率和抗风性能,以某大型冷却塔为例,通过增设环向加劲环或子午向加劲肋,分析了各自的尺寸、位置、数量等参数对动力特性的影响. 冷却塔的动力特性主要受环向刚度控制,在适当的位置布置加劲环可以有效提高结构的频率,而子午向加劲肋则无此效果. 加劲环对结构频率的提高源自结构整体振型所激发的加劲环刚度参与程度,加劲环的模态变形幅值越大,环向谐波越多,其参与度就越高,对结构频率的提高效果也越明显. 实际应用中,可在塔筒中部等间距布置3~5 道加劲环,这样就可以使结构频率有显著提高.  相似文献

The boundary-value problem of unsteady vortex flow of a viscous incompressible fluid in a cylindrical vessel with radial ribs rotating at a variable angular velocity is solved using a finite-difference method. 基于遗传算法及一阶剪切理论, 提出一种弹性地基上加肋板肋条位置优化的无网格方法. 首先, 通过一系列点来离散平板及肋条, 并用弹簧模拟弹性地基, 从而得到加肋板的无网格模型; 其次, 基于一阶剪切理论及移动最小二乘近似原理导出位移场, 求出弹性地基加肋板总势能; 再次, 根据哈密顿原理导出结构的弯曲控制方程, 并通过完全转换法处理边界条件; 最后, 引入遗传算法和改进遗传算法, 以肋条的位置为设计变量、弹性地基板的中心点挠度最小值为目标函数, 对肋条位置进行优化达到地基板控制点挠度最小的目的. 以不同参数、载荷布置形式的弹性地基加肋板为例, 与ABAQUS有限元结果及文献解进行比较. 研究表明, 采用所提出的无网格模型可有效求解弹性地基上加肋板弯曲问题, 结果易收敛, 同时基于遗传算法与改进混合遗传算法所提出的无网格优化方法均可有效优化弹性地基加肋板肋条位置, 后者计算效率相对较高, 只进行了三次迭代便可获得稳定的最优解, 此外在优化过程中肋条位置改变时只需要重新计算位移转换矩阵, 又避免了网格重构.   相似文献

Heat transfer enhancement from cylindrical heat sources as electronic components established at the bottom of duct with in-line arrangement and also from the bottom by electrohydrodynamic (EHD) actuator has been investigated experimentally. Air flow is drawn to the duct with various Reynolds numbers based on hydraulic diameter of inlet of the test section (Re = 0, 500, 1100, 2500 and 3870) that include natural convection (confined and unconfined cases) and forced convection (laminar and turbulent flows). Wire electrodes are arranged in transverse direction and perpendicular to the main flow with two various arrangements and high voltages are applied up to 30 kV in the wires. The results revealed that the second electrode arrangement (three wires over the ribs) is more effective due to more enhancement of heat transfer and less corona power consumption in comparison with the first one (four wires between the ribs). Also the electric field is obviously more effective for low Reynolds numbers.  相似文献

在加肋板无网格模型中,肋条的位置对各种工况下加肋板受力性能的影响至关重要.文章基于一阶剪切变形和移动最小二乘法理论提出一种考虑非线性影响的加肋板无网格模型,并利用遗传算法优化肋条位置.首先,采用离散节点分别对平板和肋条进行离散,得到加肋板的无网格离散模型;其次,通过冯·卡门大挠度理论得到非矩形板几何非线性问题的弯曲控制方程;再次,通过哈密顿原理得到加肋非矩形板自由振动问题的控制方程;最后引入遗传算法,以肋条的位置为设计变量、非矩形加肋板中心点挠度最小或自振频率最大为目标函数,对肋条位置进行优化.在考虑了几何非线性影响的肋条位置优化过程中,肋条位置改变时只需重新计算位移转换矩阵,避免了网格重构.本文以全局荷载下单肋条菱形板为例与理论解进行对比,进行有效性验证.再以板的中点挠度最小和自振频率最大为优化目标,对局部荷载作用下不同形状、不同肋条布置方式的加肋板进行优化,分析方法的收敛性及稳定性.  相似文献

Static problems for smooth and discretely reinforced cylindrical shells under local loads and complex boundary conditions are solved. The stress–strain states of the casing and ribs are determined by the technical theory of shells and the Kirchhoff–Clebsch theory of rods, respectively. The reinforcing elements are arranged eccentrically. They are of equal or different stiffness, which is also variable along the length. The problems are solved using the finite-difference method. 基于一阶剪切变形理论和移动最小二乘近似研究Winkler弹性地基上加肋功能梯度板的固有频率。假设功能梯度板的材料性质沿厚度方向按幂函数连续变化,基于物理中面和移动最小二乘近似分别推导功能梯度板和肋条的动能和势能,再通过引入位移协调条件,建立板和肋条节点参数转换关系,叠加两者的总能量,然后利用Hamilton原理推导加肋功能梯度板自由振动控制方程。采用完全转换法施加边界条件。通过将本文的计算结果与有限元以及文献的结果对比,验证方法的收敛性以及准确性。  相似文献
