A continuous and dense NaA zeolite membrane was synthesized by microwave heating method while employing a multi-step seeding LTA zeolite with the average size of 120 rim. The gas H2/N2 mixture separating results indicated that the mixture selectivity increased with increasing of synthesis times. In addition, selectivity of the three-step synthesis was higher than the value(3.74) expected from Kundsen diffusion.  相似文献

由于具有高的水热稳定性和优良的孔道结构.T型分子筛已成为一种高选择性的催化剂.在低碳化合物的催化和重整等方面有较多的应用。近年来.报道采用晶种法在无机多孔陶瓷支撑体上制备的T型分子筛膜.在脱除有机物/水混合物中的水时.表现出优异的渗透汽化分离性能。然而,提高T型分子筛膜的致密性和生长速率仍是亟待解决的问题。T型分子筛的合成研究较少.制备过程均采用普通加热(Conventional Heating.CH)法。在无模板剂的条件下.T型分子筛的结晶区间较窄,结晶速率慢.合成时间通常需要6d以上。  相似文献

研究了微波场中T型分子筛的结晶过程。考察了微波加热体系中合成参数如合成时间、溶胶组成、反应压力和模板剂用量对分子筛晶化的影响。微波加热的主要优点是减少合成时间,无模板剂的溶胶在普通加热条件下的晶化时间需要120 h,而在微波场中则仅需要20~25 h。另一方面,由于微波的快速加热特性促进了稳定相钙十字沸石的生成,从而减小了次稳定相T型分子筛的结晶区间。在未添加模板剂条件时,100 ℃下微波水热合成T型分子筛的结晶区间为:20≤nSiO2/nAl2O3≤22和0.31≤ nM2O/nSiO2≤0.33(其中M2O=Na2O+K2O, nNa/nK=3和nM2O/nSiO2=11.70)。在普通加热和微波加热合成体系中,添加模板剂均能扩大结晶区间,同时还可以进一步减少合成时间。  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论(DFT)方法,考察了八面沸石(FAU)型分子筛β笼孔道结构内含氧化合物(甲醇、二甲醚、丙醛)的吸附,并进一步计算研究了Zn,Ca同晶置换改性的作用机理.研究结果表明,β笼孔道结构内,Al原子为甲醇、二甲醚和丙醛的吸附活性位,Si原子无吸附活性.Zn,Ca掺杂的β笼结构内,正2价的Zn和Ca掺杂替换正3价的Al,导致邻近的Si原子位置形成缺电子空穴,增强了甲醇、二甲醚和丙醛的吸附,而杂原子Zn和Ca本身并没有吸附活性.  相似文献

预吸附微波合成纳米NaY沸石晶种制备NaY型分子筛膜   总被引:14,自引:0,他引:14  
在常压回流的微波加热体系中成功地合成出纳米尺寸的NaY分子筛,XRD和SEM等表征结果表明,分子筛具有40nm左右的平均晶粒尺寸.以其为晶种,预吸附在多孔氧化铝载体上,结合原位水热法进行二次晶化,制备出较为致密的NaY分子筛膜,该膜主要以孪生聚晶的形式存在.CO2/N2气体分离测试结果显示,随着温度的升高,分子筛膜的气体分离能力呈上升趋势,在140℃时真实选择分离系数达到最大值4.0.  相似文献

合成高硅沸石中所用的模板剂胺类分子与沸石骨架 Si—O基团间的相互作用机理尚不清楚 .迄今为止 ,沸石与吸附胺之间的相互作用的研究还只限于测定沸石酸性质 [1,2 ]、表面羟基活性位或了解模板分子在沸石骨架中的位置和状态 [3,4 ] .甲胺、乙胺在骨架完美的高硅 FAU(Y型 )沸石上的亲和性指数 AT 值 ,即被吸附有机物脱附峰温与该有机物的沸点之差分别高达 1 60与 1 5 0℃[5] .而在高硅 MFI(Silicalite-1 )沸石上为 1 60与 1 2 7℃ [6 ] .与大多数有机物不同 ,被吸附的胺类脱附时的吸热效应十分明显 .上述现象表明胺与高硅沸石骨架 O2 -…  相似文献

Effects of aging time and alkalinity as well as cation concentration(Na+) on the synthesis of A type zeolite and zeolite membrane were investigated in this paper. The results showed that aging time for synthesis of A type zeolite and zeolite membrane had remarkable influence and alkalinity could accelerate the formation of zeolite but was disadvantage to zeolite membrane synthesis. Cation concentration(Na+) also couldn′t accelerate the synthesis of zeolite and zeolite membrane but it was probable an important factor to accelerate crystal growth .Moreover, more compact zeolite membranes could be synthesized by this method while the thickness of membrane was thinner than that of convention. Zeolites and zeolite membranes were characterized by XRD, TEM as well as IR characterization techniques.  相似文献

Microwave (MW) heating is more effective than conventional (CONV) heating for promoting a high‐temperature oxidative cycloisomerization reaction that was previously reported as a key step in a total synthesis of the natural product illudinine. The thermal reaction pathway as envisioned is an inverse electron‐demand dehydro‐Diels–Alder reaction with in situ oxidation to generate a substituted isoquinoline, which itself is unstable to the reaction conditions. Observed reaction yields were higher at a measured bulk temperature of 200 °C than at 180 °C or 220 °C; at 24 hours than at earlier or later time points; and when the reaction solution was heated using MW energy as opposed to CONV heating with a metal heat block. Selective MW heating of polar solute aggregates is postulated to explain these observations.  相似文献

以工业硅溶胶为硅源,廉价的乙醇作模板剂,用微波辐射的方法 成功地合成了高结晶度的钛硅 Z S M 5 分子 筛。确定合 成条 件为:m ol Et O H ∶ m ol Si = 0. 1~ 0.4,微 波反 应釜 压力 为 1 M Pa, 晶化时 间200m in。利用 X R D, S E M , I R 等方法 对钛硅 Z S M 5 分子 筛的物相和晶貌作 了表征,结果表明 钛已进入分子筛骨架。微波辐射法合成大大地缩短了反应时间,简化了操作,合成的样品粒度 小且均匀。  相似文献

Tin dioxide (SnO2) nano-particles were prepared on high silica TON, MFI and FAU type zeolites by impregnation of SnC12 solution and subsequent calcination at 873 K. XRD and SAED were used to characterize the crystalline phase, and TEM was used to characterize the morphology, the particle size and the agglomerative state of the formed nano-materials. The nano-particles, which possess 8 nm, 10-80 nm and 6 nm in size, were found to form on the outer surface of TON, MFI and FAU zeolites, respectively. SnO2 microcapsules and SnOz netlike nanostructure were obtained by decomposition of SnO2-TON and SnO2-MFI in 40% hydrofluoric acid at room temperature. Compared with the nano-particles formed on NaY zeolite, the special morphology and the agglomerative state of SnO2 nanostructures on TON and MFI type zeolites with one and two dimension channel system indicate that the heterogeneous framework, surface structure and property perform important function for forming and growing SnO2 nanostructure on the outer surface of the zeolites.  相似文献

 以改进的原位合成路线,于管状氧化铝载体上合成了高性能的LTA型分子筛膜. 考察了常规加热和微波加热对合成的影响. 对于95%的异丙醇原料液,常规加热合成和微波加热合成的分子筛膜表现出了相似的优良性能. 但是,当原料液中的水含量低于2.0%时,常规加热合成的分子筛膜不再具有有效的脱水性能,这是由于其膜层中有相当数量的纳米级缺陷孔存在. 采用微波加热在很大程度上消除了合成过程中非分子筛缺陷孔的生成.  相似文献

报导了一种在常压回流微波加热条件下,可使合成的NaY分子筛晶粒尺寸减小至100 nm以下的方法.添加柠檬酸的晶化速率接近添加稀土离子的晶化速率,合成60 min后两者得到的NaY分子筛的晶粒度和硅铝比接近,约为40 nm和5.2,晶粒度小且硅铝比高于在相同条件下没有添加合成得到的NaY分子筛.微波合成的NaY分子筛的晶粒度明显小于常规相同配比所得样品的晶粒度且晶化时间明显缩短,充分证明了微波加热快速均匀且能够得到较小晶粒度的特点.  相似文献
