The new spirocyclic diketopiperazine alkaloid spirotryprostatin F was isolated from the marine isolate of the fungus Aspergillus fumigatus. The structure of the compound was established using on NMR spectroscopy, high-resolution mass spectrometry, and acid hydrolysis. Spirotryprostatin F in low and ultralow doses (10–6–10–17 M) exhibited stimulating action on the growth of sprout roots of soy [Glycine max (L.) Merr.], buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench), and corn (Zea mays L.). The dose-effect curve had a bimodal character.  相似文献

A new lovastatin analogue versicorin (1), together with three related compounds, decumbenones A (2) and B (3) and versiol (4), were isolated from mycelial solid cultures of Aspergillus versicolor SC0156. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of MS data and NMR spectroscopic analysis. The new compound versicorin (1) possesses a hexahydro-2H-naphtho[1,8-bc]furan moiety, which is a rare type of the lovastatin-analogous compounds. A hypothetical biosynthetic pathway for compounds 14 was proposed.  相似文献

Novofumigatonin (1), a new metabolite, has been isolated from Aspergillus novofumigatus. The structure and relative stereochemistry were determined from HR ESI MS, one- and two-dimensional NMR, and single-crystal X-ray analysis. Cultivation of an endophytic fungus Aspergillus niger EN-13 that was isolated from the inner tissue of the marine brown alga Colpomenia sinuosa resulted in the characterization of a new naphthoquinoneimine derivative,namely,5,7-dihydroxy-2-[1-(4- methoxy-6-oxo-6H-pyran-2-yl)-2-phenylethylamino]-[1,4]naphthoquinone.The structure of the new compound was established on the basis of various NMR spectroscopic analyses including 2D NMR techniques,EI-MS,and HR-ESI-MS.This compound displayed moderate antifungal activity.  相似文献

Abstract

Terretonin O (1), a new meroterpenoid, was isolated individually from both methanolic extracts of thermophilic Aspergillus terreus TM8 and marine Aspergillus terreus LGO13. The recently reported terretonins M (2) and N (3) were further isolated from the fungus LGO13 along with nine known compounds, terrelumamide A (4), terrein (5), methyl-3,4,5-trimethoxyl-2-[2-(nicotinamide)benzamido] benzoate (6), butyrolactones I-III (79), aspulvinone O (10), ergosterol, ergost-4-ene-3-one and methyl linoleate. Structure of terretonin O (1) was established on the bases of HRESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR spectra and comparison with its analogues in literatures. The relative stereochemistry of 1 was assigned on the basis of NOESY spectra and comparison with reported configuration of its congener compounds 2 and 3. The antimicrobial and cytotoxic activities of the fungal extracts and obtained compounds were assayed using a set of microorganisms, and cervix carcinoma cell line (KB-3-1), respectively. Isolation and taxonomical characterization of the producing strains are reported.  相似文献

A new pregnane steroid, named aspergillon A (1), together with two known compounds, (22E,24R)-ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3β-ol (2) and (22E, 24R)-ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one (3) were isolated from cultures of the tin mine tailings-associated fungus Aspergillus versicolor. The new structure and absolute configuration were determined with the help of extensive spectroscopic analyses and quantum chemical calculations of the electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectra.  相似文献

A new sesquiterpene, albican-1,14-diol (1), and seven known compounds, including sterigmatocystin (2), 3-hydroxy-5-(hydroxymethyl)-4-(4'-hydroxyphenoxy) pyrrolidin-2-one (3), (1H-indol-3-yl) oxoacetamide (4), indole-3-carboxylic acid (5), indole-3-acetic acid (6), indole-3-carboxaldehyde (7), and volemolide (8), were isolated from the cultures of Aspergillus versicolor, an endophytic fungus isolated from the marine green alga Codium fragile. The structure of 1 was elucidated by 1D, 2D NMR and mass spectroscopic techniques. The bioassay results showed that 1 possessed potent activity against brine shrimp, Escherichia coli, and Staphyloccocus aureus.  相似文献

A fungal strain named YLF-14 was isolated from the leaf of Altingia yunnunensis. Based on the sequence at the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region, the strain was identified as an Aspergillus sp.. A new sesquiterpene 5β,8aβ-dimethyl-3,4,4aβ,5,6,7,8,8a-octahydronaphthalene-1,2,5α-trimethanol (1) and a known compound 12-N-methylcyclo-(L-tryptophyl-L-phenylalanyl) (2) were isolated from the culture of this strain. Bioassay experiments showed that the two compounds had no obvious effect on the growth of tested bacteria and nematodes.  相似文献

A new cyclic pentapeptide and three new linear peptides, namely, aspergillipeptides D–G (14), were isolated from a culture broth of marine gorgonian-derived fungus Aspergillus sp. SCSIO 41501. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis, and their absolute configurations were confirmed by Marfey’s method. Compounds 1 and 2 showed evident antiviral activity against herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) with IC50 values of 9.5 and 19.8 µM under their non-cytotoxic concentrations against a Vero cell line, respectively, and 1 also had antiviral activity against acyclovir-resistant clinical isolates of HSV-1.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of the sponge Dactylospongia n. sp. collected near Mooloolaba, S.E. Queensland, has led to the isolation of dactylospongiaquinone (7) together with the known quinones (2-5). The new metabolite 7 possesses a different carbon framework from the known dictyoceratidaquinone (9) and is suggested to possess a cis-fused ring junction by extensive NOESY studies combined with molecular modelling calculations. The relative stereochemistry of the previously described cyclospongiaquinone-1 (3) and dehydrocyclospongiaquinone-1 (4) is also assigned on the basis of NOESY analyses. Full NMR spectroscopic assignments are provided for all compounds.  相似文献

Cultivation of the marine-derived Aspergillus versicolor MCCC 3A00080 with the addition of a histone deacetylase inhibitor, suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid (SAHA), significantly enhanced the diversity of secondary metabolites. From the culture treated, a new biphenyl derivative, named versiperol A (1), along with two known compounds, 2,4-dimethoxyphenol (2) and diorcinol (3) were isolated. The structures of 13 were established based on spectroscopic analysis and comparison with literature data. Among the isolates, versiperol A (1) exhibited modest inhibition of Staphylococcus aureus growth with MIC value of 8 μg/mL.  相似文献

A new meroterpenoid, named terretonin D1 (1), and three known ones, terretonin (2), terretonin A (3), and terretonin D (4), were isolated from marine-derived fungus Aspergillus terreus ML-44. The structure of 1 was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods, including 1D and 2D NMR, HR-ESI-MS, and the absolute configuration was determined by X-ray crystallographic analysis. The anti-inflammation activity of 14 was preliminarily tested, and all of them weakly inhibited the nitric oxide (NO) production of RAW264.7 macrophages stimulated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS), with inhibitory rates of 22–34% at 50?μg/mL.  相似文献

A new rare lumazine peptide, penilumamide E (1), together with 13 known compounds (2–14) were isolated from the fungus Aspergillus terreus. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic techniques. The relative configuration of 1 was confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Compound 10 exhibited antimalarial activity against Plasmodium falciparum with IC50 values of 2.83 μg/mL. Compounds 4 and 6 showed weak cytotoxicity against cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) cell lines. In addition, 4 and 11 exhibited weak cytotoxicity against human hepatoma cell line.  相似文献

Two new β-carboline alkaloids, aspergillspins A-B (12), three new quinolone alkaloids, aspergillspins C-E (35), and two new isocoumarins, aspergillspins F-G (67), together with four known alkaloids were isolated from the marine gorgonian-derived fungus Aspergillus sp. SCSIO 41501. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis, and the absolute configurations of several chiral carbons in 2 and 3 were further established by quantum chemical calculations of the electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectra. Two new auroglaucin-derived compounds, niveoglaucins A (1) and B (2), together with four known related compounds were isolated from extract of the marine sediment-derived strain of Aspergillus niveoglaucus. The structures of these compounds were determined by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and high resolution MS. The plausible biosynthetic pathway was proposed for new compounds 1 and 2.
