An n ×nω-circulant matrix which has a specific structure is a type of important matrix. Several norm equalities and inequalities are proved for ω-circulant operator matrices with ω = eiθ (0 ≤ θ < 2π) in this paper. We give the special cases for norm equalities and inequalities, such as the usual operator norm and the Schatten p-norms. Pinching type inequality is also proposed for weakly unitarily invariant norms. Meanwhile, we present that the set of ω-circulant matrices with complex entries has an idempotent basis. Based on this basis, we introduce an automorphism on the ω-circulant algebra and then show different operators on linear vector space that are isomorphic to the ω-circulant algebra. The function properties, other idempotent bases and a linear involution are discussed for ω-circulant algebra. These results are closely related to the special structure of ω-circulant matrices.  相似文献

For a compact subset K in the complex plane, let Rat(K) denote the set of the rational functions with poles off K. Given a finite positive measure with support contained in K, let R2(K,v) denote the closure of Rat(K) in L2(v) and let Sv denote the operator of multiplication by the independent variable z on R2(K, v), that is, Svf = zf for every f∈R2(K, v). SupposeΩis a bounded open subset in the complex plane whose complement has finitely many components and suppose Rat(Ω) is dense in the Hardy space H2(Ω). Letσdenote a harmonic measure forΩ. In this work, we characterize all subnormal operators quasi-similar to Sσ, the operators of the multiplication by z on R2(Ω,σ). We show that for a given v supported onΩ, Sv is quasi-similar to Sσif and only if v/■Ω■σ and log(dv/dσ)∈L1(σ). Our result extends a well-known result of Clary on the unit disk.  相似文献

We start from the geometrical-logical extension of Aristotle’s square in [6,15] and [14], and study them from both syntactic and semantic points of view. Recall that Aristotle’s square under its modal form has the following four vertices: A is □α, E is , I is and O is , where α is a logical formula and □ is a modality which can be defined axiomatically within a particular logic known as S5 (classical or intuitionistic, depending on whether is involutive or not) modal logic. [3] has proposed extensions which can be interpreted respectively within paraconsistent and paracomplete logical frameworks. [15] has shown that these extensions are subfigures of a tetraicosahedron whose vertices are actually obtained by closure of by the logical operations , under the assumption of classical S5 modal logic. We pursue these researches on the geometrical-logical extensions of Aristotle’s square: first we list all modal squares of opposition. We show that if the vertices of that geometrical figure are logical formulae and if the sub-alternation edges are interpreted as logical implication relations, then the underlying logic is none other than classical logic. Then we consider a higher-order extension introduced by [14], and we show that the same tetraicosahedron plays a key role when additional modal operators are introduced. Finally we discuss the relation between the logic underlying these extensions and the resulting geometrical-logical figures.   相似文献

The Szlenk index has found many applications in the isomorphic theory of Banach spaces. Its definition is based in some kind of interplay between a weak topology and the norm metric with not much care on the linear structure. There is no obstacle to consider the notion of Szlenk index in more general settings. In this paper we study the compact spaces of Szlenk index ω at most with respect to an associated metric. We include new applications to Banach spaces of the these methods, where the estimations of the growth speed of the finite Szlenk indices play a fundamental role.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the differentiable structure of the ω-subset of Sp(2n), which is formed by all matrices in Sp(2n) possessing ω as an eigenvalue, for ω on the unit circle in the complex plane. Considering the measurable and nonnegative functions ? on the half-axis [0, ∞) such that ?(0) = 0 and ?(t) → ∞ as t → ∞, we study the operators of weak type (?, ?) that map the classes of ?-Lebesgue integrable functions to the space of Lebesgue measurable real functions on ?n. We prove interpolation theorems for the subadditive operators of weak type (?0, ?0) bounded in L (?n) and subadditive operators of weak types (?0, ?0) and (?1, ?1) in L ?(? n ) under some assumptions on the nonnegative and increasing functions ?(x) on [0, ∞). We also obtain some interpolation theorems for the linear operators of weak type (?0, ?0) bounded from L (?n) to BMO(? n). For the restrictions of these operators to the set of characteristic functions of Lebesgue measurable sets, we establish some estimates for rearrangements of moduli of their values; deriving a consequence, we obtain a theorem on the boundedness of operators in rearrangement-invariant spaces.  相似文献

We introduce classes of one-parameter families (OPF) of operators on C c t8 (ℂ) which characterize the behavior of operators associated to the problem in the weighted space L2 (ℂ, e−2p) where p is a subharmonic, nonharmonic polynomial. We prove that an order 0 OPF operator extends to a bounded operator from Lq (ℂ) to itself, 1 < q < ∞, with a bound that depends on q and the degree of p but not on the parameter τ or the coefficients of p. Last, we show that there is a one-to-one correspondence given by the partial Fourier transform in τ between OPF operators of order m ≤ 2 and nonisotropic smoothing (NIS) operators of order m ≤ 2 on polynomial models in ℂ2.  相似文献

In particular, it implies (i) the “twoweight conjecture” by D. Cruz-Uribe and C. Pérez in full generality; (ii) a simplification of the proof of the “A 2 conjecture”; (iii) an extension of certain mixed A p ?A r estimates to general Calderón-Zygmund operators; (iv) an extension of sharp A 1 estimates (known for T ) to the maximal Calderón-Zygmund operator $\natural $ .  相似文献
