Several 1-alkyl-2-methylazetidin-3-ones were prepared in good yield by the hydride-induced cyclization of the corresponding β-bromo-α,α-dimethoxyketimines, the resulting 3,3-dimethoxyazetidines being hydrolyzed by acid. Imination of these 1,2-disubstituted azetidin-3-ones, followed by alkylation under kinetic control conditions resulted in regioisomeric mixtures of 2,4- and 2,2-dialkylated compounds. Analytical samples of the major 2,4-disubstituted derivatives were obtained after extensive chromatographic separation. The cis stereochemistry of the major 2,4-dialkylated isomer was demonstrated on the basis of NMR data. 相似文献

2-Aryl- and 2-alkyl-2-oxazolines have been polymerized to poly-(N-aroyl)aziridines and poly(N-acyl)aziridines, respectively, in the presence of boron trifluoride. The polymers obtained were glassy, light yellow resins with molecular weights ranging from 3500 to 7500 (35–50 oxazoline units per chain). The polymerization rates have been determined for several of these monomers. A polymerization mechanism is proposed. 相似文献

The addition of Grignard reagents to the 1-phenoxycarbonyl salt of 3-benzyloxypyridine and a catalytic amount of cuprous iodide afforded 4-alkyl-3-benzyloxy-1-phenoxycarbonyl-1,4-dihydropyridines in good yield. The crude dihydropyridines were aromatized with o-chloranil to give 4-alkyl-3-benzyloxypyridines, which were debenzylated with hydrogen and 10% palladium on carbon to provide 4-alkyl-3-pyridinols. 相似文献

Easily accessible propargyl vinyl ethers are found to be acyclic precursors to construct furan derivatives. According to the reactive behavior of the substrates and the regulation of reaction conditions, three synthetic routes to polysubstituted furans via palladium-catalyzed reactions of propargyl vinyl ethers in situ-prepared from alkynoates and 2-yn-1-ols are presented herein. These methods could have potential application in synthetic and pharmaceutical chemistry for its facilitation and accessible starting materials. 相似文献

Acid-catalyzed condensation of a series of 3-oxoalkanoic acid esters with aniline affords the corresponding 2-alkyl-4-quinolones in good yield. Treatment of these compounds with methyl iodide affords 2-alkyl-4-methoxyquinolines and 2-alkyl-N-methylquinolones. In reaction of alkyl 2-amino-5,6-dialkyl-3-cyanopyridine-4-carboxylates with isocyanates formed unstable ureas, and with nitrous acid at 60–70°C alkyl 5,6-dialkyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-4-pyidinecarboxylates were obtained. It was shown for the latter that their reactions with organic acids and amides occurred at the cyano group, and the alkaline hydrolysis involved the ester group. 相似文献

Condensation of aliphatic aldehydes with cyanothioacetamide has given 4-alkyl-6-amino-3,5-dicyano-2(1H)-pyridinethiones, which have also been synthesized by recyclization of 4-alkyl-2,6-diamino-4H-thiopyrans. A “one-pot” method for the synthesis of 3-alkyl-4-aminofurazans from ethyl β-alkyl-β-oxopropionates was developed. The multistep
process involves hydrolysis of the ester, nitrosation at the activated methylene group, and treatment of the resulting intermediate
with an alkaline solution of hydroxylamine in the presence of urea.
