New quaternary ammonium salts of monochloro-4,6-disubstituted 1,3,5-triazines have been obtained. These compounds are convenient synthons for the synthesis of new cyano, alkoxy, and other derivatives of sym-triazine. Some conversions of the synthesized salts have been studied. An elimination-isomerization reaction of the sym-triazine ring into a 2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-sym-triazine ring was discovered. 相似文献

Previously unreported 2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-sym-triazines have been prepared and their alkylation reactions have been studied. It was found that, independently of the structure and nature of the substituent in positions 4 and 6 of the triazine ring or the structure of the alkyl halide used, the reaction occurs regioselectively at the oxygen atom. The stereostructure of the 2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-sym-triazines was investigated by X-ray analysis and it was shown that they exist as dimers in the crystalline state. 相似文献

The condensation of methyl benzothiazolyl-2-thioacetate with N-substituted biguanides in the presence of sodium methylate gave 2-amino-4-(RR'-amino)-6-(benzothiazolyl-2-thiomethyl)-sym-triazines. In a number of cases the 1,1-disubstituted 5-(benzothiazolyl-2-thioacetyl)biguanides could also be separated and these could be cyclized by refluxing in DMF to the corresponding substituted sym-triazines described. The latter type of compound was also synthesized by treating 2-amino-4-trichloromethyl-6-(benzothiazolyl-2-thiomethyl)-sym-triazine with primary and secondary aliphatic and heterocyclic amines or by the reaction of N-substituted 2,4-diamino-6-chloromethyl-sym-triazines with 2-mercaptobenzothiazole. 相似文献

The routes of base and acid hydrolysis of sym-triazine mononitriles has been studied for aqueous or aqueous-alcohol media.
Depending on the pH of the medium, the concentration of reagents, and the temperature it was found that the hydrolysis led
to the formation of amides, oxo or alkoxy 1,3,5-triazines, or to an unstable sym-triazine carboxylic acid, the latter leading
to formation of substituted sym-triazines. A novel series of tetrazolyltriazines has been prepared by the reaction of the
mononitriles with sodium azide and their alkylation has been studied.

The composition and yields of the products from the reaction of 4,4-dialkyl-5-methylene-1,3-dioxolan-2-ones with amidines depend on the structure of the initial amidine and on the reaction conditions. 2-Aminopyridines lead to 3-substituted 4-hydroxy-4-methyloxazolidin-2-ones and 4-methylene-oxazolidin-2-ones and also to sym-carbamides. 2-Amino-4,6-dimethylpyrimidine leads to the corresponding 4-methyleneoxazolidin-2-one. 3-Aminothiazoles give linear oxourethanes and sym-carbamides. 相似文献

A procedure was developed for the synthesis of substituted 2-amino-4,6-bis(nonafluoro-tert-butyl)-1,3,5-triazines from 2-chloro-4,6-bis(nonafluoro-tert-butyl)-1,3,5-triazine and aliphatic and aromatic amines. The data of19F NMR spectroscopy are indicative of the presence of a barrier to internal rotation.

A method has been developed for the synthesis of 4-(2-quinolinyl)-1,2,3,3a-tetrahydropyrrolo-[1,2-a]quinolines based on the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds to 2,3′-biquinolinium salts.
Oxidation in benzene using MnO2 gave 4-(2-quinolinyl)-pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinolines. It was found that a side product of the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition is 7,14-di-benzoyl-6,13-di(2-quinolyl)-6a,7,13a,14-tetrahydro-7a,14a-diazadibenzo[a,h]anthracene. Reaction of 1′-phenacyl-2,3′-biquinolinium salts with hydroxylamine in acetic acid gave 4-(2-quinolyl)imidazo-[1,2-a]quinolines.

It has been found that malonodinitrile and 2-(6-R1-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2-quinazolyl)acetonitrile in the presence of triethylamine undergo hetarylation by 5,6-dichloro-2,3-pyrazinedicarbonitrile at the active methylene group to give the triethylammonium salt of 2-(3-chloro-5,6-dicyano-2-pyrazinyl)malononitrile or 5-chloro-6-cyano(6-R1-4-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-quinazolylidene)methyl-2,3-pyrazinedicarbonitriles. Reaction of these with primary amines leads to annelation of the pyrrole ring at the pyrazine [b] edge to give 6-amino-5-R-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine-2,3,7-tricarbonitriles and 6-amino-5-R2-7-(6-R1-4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2-quinazolyl)-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitriles respectively. 相似文献

The dynamic stereochemistry of silatropic rearrangements of tetrahydro-4,4,8,8-tetra-methyl-4,8-disila-sym-indacene (dimer of 6,6-dimethyl-6-silafulvene), which exists in solution as an equilibrium mixture of two interconverting
isomers, was studied. The mechanisms and complete kinetic scheme of rearrangements were established using1H,13C, and29Si 2D quantitative EXSY NMR spectroscopy. It was found that the interconversion and degenerate rearrangements of the observed
isomers proceedvia two concurrent pathways due to the formation of different intermediates. The activation parameters of the rearrangements
were determined by means of total lineshape analysis of dynamic NMR (DNMR) spectra.

imidazo-sym-triazinones. It was shown that 6-(2-chloroethoxy)-2-dimethylamino-4-(methoxycarbonylmethylamino)-sym-triazine
is converted by thermolysis into 2-dimethylamino-8-methoxycarbonylmethyl-4,6,7,8-tetrahydroimidazo[1,2-a]-1,3,5-triazin-4-one,
which is also obtained by the action of methyl bromoacetate on the imidazo-sym-triazinone.

Substituted 2-amino-4-aryl-3-cyano-5-oxo-5,6-dihydro-4H-pyrano[2,3-d]pyrido[3",2":4,5]thieno[3,2-b]pyridines were synthesized by the reactions of 4-hydroxy-1H-thieno[2,3-b;4,5-b]dipyridin-2-ones with arylidenemalononitriles or by the three-component reactions of hydroxythienodipyridinones with aldehydes and malononitrile in DMF in the presence of triethylamine. Methods for syntheses of substituted 3-alkoxycarbonyl-6-amino-4-aryl-2-(3-cyanopyridin-2-ylthiomethyl)-4H-pyrans were developed on the basis of the reactions of 4-(3-cyanopyridin-2-ylthio)acetoacetates and arylidenemalononitriles or aldehydes and malononitrile. Ethyl 4-(3-cyanopyridin-2-ylthio)acetoacetate and 4-methoxybenzylidenecyanothioacetamide were used for the synthesis of 6-(pyridin-2-ylthiomethyl)-3-cyanopyridine-2(1H)-thione. 相似文献

A sonochemical method for the synthesis of ethyl 4-R-6-methyl-2-oxo- and 4-R-6-methyl-2-thioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidine-5-carboxylates was developed.
