The ^8Li(p, d)^7 Li reaction plays an important role in the inhomogeneous Big Bang nucleosynthesis and in the seed-nuclide production phase for the r-process. For the first time, its angular distribution at backward angles was measured in inverse kinematics at Ec.m.=4.0 MeV by using an ^8Li secondary beam. The result of measurement includes the contributions of ^8Li(p, d0)^7Li and ^8Li(p, d1)^7Li^*. The ^8Li(p, d0)^7Li component is estimated to be 40%-58% in the mixture angular distribution by analysing the measured result.  相似文献

The decay energy spectrum for neutron unbound states in 24O (Z=8Z=8, N=16N=16) has been observed for the first time. The resonance energy of the lowest lying state, interpreted as the 2+2+ level, has been observed at a decay energy above 600 keV. The resulting excitation energy of the 2+2+ level above 4.7 MeV, supplies strong evidence that 24O is a doubly magic nucleus. The data is also consistent with the presence of a second excited state around 5.33 MeV which can be interpreted as the 1+1+ level.  相似文献

The inclusive differential cross sections of the ^7 Li nucleus in a reaction induced by ^6He on a ^9Be target are measured at an incident energy of 25 MeV/nucleon. Finite-range distorted-wave Born approximation calculations suggest that these ^7 Li particles are formed in a direct single-proton pickup reaction ^9Be(^6He,^7 Li)^8Li. The experimental data can be well reproduced by taking into account of the contributions of both the ground states and the first excited states of ^7Li and ^8Li.  相似文献

Using nonadiabatic quasiparticle calculations we reproduce the experimental half-life for proton radioactivity in 121Pr assuming that the decaying state has angular momentum Jπ=7/2Jπ=7/2, thus showing for the first time clear evidence for partial rotation alignment in a proton emitting nucleus. The treatment of the pairing interaction in the BCS approach produces profound changes in the ordering of energy levels, and at high deformation, the state 7/27/2 coming from the h11/2h11/2 spherical shell becomes the bandhead.  相似文献

A parametrization of ^3He(7,p)2H cross section data at laboratory photon energies between 9 and 150MeV iscarried out with a simple phenomenological function. The differential cross section data are normalized to the total cross-section values which are consistent with the measurement from monochromatic photon beams. Angular distribution of the 12C(6He,7Li)11B transfer reaction is measured with a secondary 6He beam of 36.4MeV for the first time. The experimental angular distribution is well reproduced by the distorted-wave Born approximation (DWBA) calculation. The success of the present experiment shows that it is feasible to measure one-nucleon transfer reaction on a light nucleus target with the secondary beam facility of the HI-13 tandem accelerator at China Institute of Atomic Energy (CIAE), Beijing.  相似文献

We report on direct experimental evidence of the population of the 3/23/2 intruder state in 27Ne in the knockout of a single neutron from the ground state of 28Ne. This low-lying negative parity state is consistent with a narrower shell gap for exotic nuclei with Z?NZ?N and N≈20N20. Monte Carlo shell-model calculations with the modern SDPF-M interaction successfully describe neutron-rich nuclei in the vicinity of N=20N=20 where normal and intruder configurations coexist at low excitation energy. This observation demonstrates the importance of direct reactions for the study of exotic nuclei and the predictive power of these large-scale shell-model calculations.  相似文献

Proton resonances in 22Mg have been investigated by the resonant elastic scattering of 21 Na + p . The 21Na beam with a mean energy of 4.00 MeV/nucleon was separated by the CNS radioactive-ion-beam separator (CRIB) and bombarded a thick ( CH2 n target. The energy spectra of recoiled protons were measured at scattering angles of θc.m. ≈ 172° , 146° , respectively. Several excited states observed before have been confirmed including two states (at 6.616, 6.796 MeV) observed at TRIUMF. A new state at 7.06 MeV has been observed, and another new one at 7.28 MeV is tentatively identified due to its low statistics. The proton resonant parameters were deduced from an R -matrix analysis of the differential cross-section data with a SAMMY-M6-BETA code. The astrophysical implication for the 18 Ne(α, p)21 Na reaction has been briefly discussed.  相似文献

A study of deep-inelastic and multi-nucleon transfer reactions to populate neutron-rich O, Ne and F nuclei is here presented. The reaction under analysis employed a beam of radioactive 24Ne at 7.9 AMeV, provided by the SPIRAL facility at Ganil, impingin on a 208Pb target. The reaction products have been detected in the VAMOS spectrometer in coincidence with gamma rays measured by the EXOGAM array. Preliminary results here presented show a selectivity in the population of states of different nature.  相似文献

Two proton radioactivity studies have been performed on excited states of 18Ne produced, among other fragments, by 20Ne projectile fragmentation and excited via Coulomb excitation on a Pb target. Every incoming ion was tagged before interacting with the lead target on an event by event basis in order to discriminate the secondary reactions according to the projectile. Decay of 18Ne levels has been studied by complete kinematical reconstruction. In spite of the low statistics a couple of events looks very promising for two proton correlated emission.  相似文献

Under reverse kinematics, elastic scattering of 17F and 18Ne on proton is studied. The experimental differential cross sections were measured. A kind of global optical potential with the CH89 parameters is used to describe the radioactive nucleus as an initial optical potential parameters. The experimental differential cross section data are analyzed by using the theoretical calculation code DWUCK4 with the distorted wave Born approximation and parameter search subroutine ABOD which automatically searches the suitable parameters. Then the optical potential parameters of scattering 17F and 18Ne on proton are obtained. From the analyses of the optimized parameters, the real central potential mean square radii of 17F and 18Ne, 3.239fm and 3.317fm are deduced, respectively.  相似文献

Ternary fission in ^197Au+^197Au collisions at 15 A MeV is investigated by using the improved quantum molecular dynamical (ImQMD) model. The experimental mass distributions for each of the three fragments are reproduced for the first time without any freely adjusting parameters. The mechanisms of ternary fission in central and semicentral collisions are dynamically studied. In direct prolate ternary fission, two necks are found to be formed almost simultaneously and rupture sequentially in a very short time interval. Direct oblate ternary fission is a very rare fission event, in which three necks are formed and rupture simultaneously, forming three equally sized fragments along space-symmetric directions in the reaction plane. In sequential ternary fission a binary division is followed by another binary fission event after hundreds of fm/c.  相似文献

The 8Li + 4He → 11B + n reaction at Ecm<2 MeVEcm<2 MeV is a process of relevant astrophysical interest for which a remarkable experimental discrepancy between inclusive and exclusive cross-section measurements exists. In this Letter, a new inclusive neutron measurement at Ecm=1.05±0.16 MeVEcm=1.05±0.16 MeV is given. The radioactive 8Li beam was delivered by the EXCYT facility. The cross section was determined by a low-background measurement of the time correlation between the 8Li projectile arrival to the target and the following neutron capture in a threshold-less 4π thermalization counter. This new data strengthens the reliability of the previous inclusive reaction cross-section data and altogether are consistent with a significant population of 11B levels at high excitation energy.  相似文献

The effects of hot-dense plasmas on the bound states and the dipole polarizability of the ground state of Coulomb three-body molecular ion H+2 have been investigated using highly correlated basis functions and by considering the Debye shielding approach of plasma modeling. We investigate the effects of higher order multipole transitions, in particular electric quadrupole (E2) and El-E2 interference, on the Coulomb dissociation of 19 C within the framework of the first order eikonal approximation. The sensitivity of the total Coulomb breakup cross section and the longitudinal momentum distribution of the core fragment to these effects are checked. The breakup occurs predominately through the dipole transition and the contribution of E2 transition to the total cross section is found to be within the range from 1 to 3% of that of El. It is further observed that the El-E2 interference term contributes nothing to the integrated cross section. On the other hand, the longitudinal momentum distribution is observed to be insensitive to the E2 transition while the El-E2 interference introduces a small asymmetry in its shape.  相似文献

Angular distributions of the Coulomb breakup of radioactive 17F were measured by impinging a 10 MeV/nucleon beam on 208Pb and on 58Ni to study the dynamic polarization effects. The breakup products, oxygen and a proton, were detected in coincidence. First-order perturbation theory significantly overpredicts the breakup cross section for the 208Pb target. Dynamical calculations with a dynamic polarization as the leading order correction were performed. The calculations reproduce the data for 17F on 58Ni but overpredict the breakup of 17F on 208Pb by a factor of two at forward angles.  相似文献

This paper reports on the 1H(28Ne,28Ne) and 1H(28Ne,27Ne) reactions studied at intermediate energy using a liquid hydrogen target. From the cross section populating the first 2+ excited state of 28Ne, and using the previously determined B(E2) value, the neutron quadrupole transition matrix element has been calculated to be Mn=13.8 ±3.7 fm2. In the neutron knock-out reaction, two low-lying excited states were populated in 27Ne. Only one of them can be interpreted by the sd shell model while the additional state may intrude from the fp shell. These experimental observations are consistent with the presence of fp shell configurations at low excitation energy in 27,28Ne nuclei caused by a vanishing N=20 shell gap at Z=10.  相似文献
