采用基于密度泛函理论的局域自旋密度近似加U法(LSDA+U:Hubbard参数)计算了多铁材料BiFeO3铁电相以及稀土元素Gd掺杂BiFeO3材料的能带结构、态密度(DOS)、原子轨道占据数和净电荷分布等,对稀土元素Gd掺杂BiFeO3可能引起的电子结构、介电常数和铁磁性的改变进行了第一性原理研究。计算结果表明:Gd掺杂对材料钙钛矿结构影响不大,BiFeO3铁电性主要来源于Fe原子3d轨道和O原子2p轨道杂化;掺杂Gd后材料中的Fe原子和O原子的共价性减弱,Bi原子和O原子的离子性增强,禁带宽度变窄,绝缘性减弱,铁磁性明显增强;计算得到的光学性质表明材料的静态介电常数有所增加。  相似文献

采用广义梯度近似下的密度泛函理论计算了铁电相BiFeO3以及顺电相BiFeO3的轨道占据数、电子云重叠布居数、净电荷分布和态密度.结果表明,BiFeO3晶体现铁电性的主要原因是:Fe原子的3d轨道和O原子的2p轨道杂化.而且由于两相晶体结构上的差异,铁电相BiFeO3原子间的共价性和离子性相对顺电相BiFeO3增强了,态密度图在价带区基本相同,但是在导带区具有一定的差异性.  相似文献

通过快速液相烧结法制备了BiFeO3、Bi0.9Gd0.1FeO3和Bi0.9Gd0.1Fe0.95Ti0.05O3(BGFTO)块材.x射线衍射和拉曼散射光谱表明Gd和Ti共掺杂后的BGFTO样品产生结构相变.共掺杂样品BGFTO室温下的铁磁性得到显著提高,矫顽力达到1.51T,剩余磁矩为0.175emu/g.磁性得到显著提高的根本原因是共掺杂引起元素替换导致了体系中的螺旋磁结构被抑制.A位和B位共掺杂是引发BiFeO3自发磁化的最有效的方法.  相似文献

本文采用第一性原理密度泛函理论系统的研究了Cr原子单掺杂和双掺杂两种尺寸ZnO纳米线的电子性质和磁性质.所有掺杂纳米线的形成能都比纯纳米线的形成能低,表明掺杂增强了纳米线的稳定性.研究发现Cr原子趋于替代纳米线表面的Zn原子.所有掺杂纳米线都显示了金属性.纳米线的总磁矩主要来源于Cr原子3d轨道的贡献.由于杂化,相邻的O原子和Zn原子也产生了少量自旋.在超原胞内,Cr和O原子磁矩反平行排列,表明它们之间是反铁磁耦合.表面双掺杂纳米线铁磁态能量比反铁磁态能量低149 meV,表明Cr掺杂ZnO纳米线可能获得室温铁磁性.  相似文献

用密度泛函B3LYP/STO-3G*和B3LYP/6-31G*方法对血红素模拟物分子铁卟啉分子Fe(TPP)Cl和Fe(TPPF20)Cl进行了几何结构优化和单点能量计算,对它们的分子轨道、电荷密度和自旋密度分布做了详细分析.数据表明,有部分自旋电子由Fe原子向卟啉环转移,同时有部分自旋与Fe原子3d轨道上单电子自旋相反的电子由卟啉环向Fe原子迁移.两个铁卟啉分子的最高占有轨道结构相似,电子和自旋在卟啉环与Fe原子之间的转移是由于Fe-卟啉环间的π键和σ键相互作用引起的,氯化四全氟代苯基铁卟啉分子中的这种转移更强一些、稳定性更强一些.另外,还根据分子轨道对称性讨论了催化活化分子O2的机理.  相似文献

本文采用第一性原理密度泛函理论研究了过渡金属(TM)原子Cr和Fe单掺杂和双掺杂(ZnO)12团簇的结构和磁性质。我们考虑了替代掺杂和间隙掺杂。结果表明Cr 和 Fe间隙掺杂团簇结构最稳定。团簇磁矩主要来自TM原子3d态的贡献,4s 和4p 态也贡献了一小部分磁矩。由于轨道杂化,相邻的Zn和O原子上也产生少量自旋。最近邻TM原子间的磁性耦合,主要由两个TM原子之间的直接短程铁磁耦合和TM和O原子之间通过p-d杂化产生的反铁磁耦合这两种相互作用的竞争来决定。不同TM原子掺杂团簇的总磁矩与TM原子种类以及掺杂位置有关,说明在(ZnO)12团簇中掺杂不同TM原子在可调磁矩的磁性材料的领域有潜在应用价值。  相似文献

本文利用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理方法计算了钆(Gd)掺杂氧化锌(ZnO)纳米线的磁耦合特性. 讨论了两个Gd原子替换ZnO纳米线中不同位置Zn原子的各种可能情况. 计算发现, ZnO中掺杂的Gd原子处于相邻的位置时它们之间的相互作用是铁磁性的, 并且体系的铁磁性可以通过注入合适数目的电子来得到加强. 同时发现Gd掺杂ZnO纳米线后s-f耦合作用变得显著, 使得体系的铁磁性变得更加稳定, 这也是Gd掺杂ZnO纳米线呈现铁磁性的原因. 这些结果为实验上发现的Gd掺杂ZnO纳米线呈铁磁性提供了理论依据.  相似文献

采用第一性原理密度泛函理论系统研究Fe原子掺杂单壁ZnS纳米管的结构和磁性质.首先比较掺杂纳米管的稳定性.结果表明,掺杂纳米管的形成能比纯纳米管的形成能低,说明掺杂过程是一个放热反应.单掺杂纳米管的总磁矩等于掺杂的磁性原子的磁矩,主要来自Fe原子3d态的贡献.Fe原子掺杂单壁ZnS纳米管趋向于反铁磁态.为了得到稳定的铁磁态,用一个C原子替代掺杂体系中的一个S原子.计算发现铁磁态的能量比亚铁磁态低0.164 eV的.在铁磁态和反铁磁态之间存在的巨大的能量差,表明此掺杂体系可能获得室温铁磁性.  相似文献

采用基于密度泛函理论(DFT)和局域密度近似(LDA)的第一性原理分析了氮掺杂(1120)ZnO薄膜的磁性质.首先,研究了一个N原子掺杂ZnO薄膜的磁性质,结果表明N2p,O2p和Zn3d发生自发自旋极化.其次,研究了二个N原子掺杂ZnO薄膜的磁性质,9个不同几何结构的计算结果表明N原子之间具有FM耦合稳定性,而且具体分析了N掺杂ZnO铁磁稳定性的产生原因.最后,讨论了氮掺杂ZnO磁交换系数和居里温度.计算结果表明N掺杂(1120)ZnO薄膜具有弱铁磁性.  相似文献

基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算,研究了横截面为五边形和六边形的核壳结构硅纳米线的过渡金属Co原子替代掺杂.通过比较形成能发现,核心位置掺杂、壳层单链掺杂以及外壳层全替代掺杂的硅纳米线都具有稳定性,其中核心位置掺杂结构的稳定性最高.掺杂体系均呈现金属性,随着掺杂浓度的增加,电导通道数增加.Co原子掺杂的硅纳米线呈现铁磁性,具有磁矩.Bader电荷分析表明,电荷从Si原子转移至过渡金属Co原子.与自由态时过渡金属Co原子的磁矩相比,体系中Co原子的磁矩有所降低,这主要是由Co原子4s轨道向3d/4p轨道的电荷转移以及4s,3d,4p的上自旋电子转移至下自旋导致的.  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.  相似文献

We measure the waveform and phase curves of short optical pulses before and after transmission over different lengths of fibers by use of the pulse analyzer with the frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG),and numerically simulate pulse evolution under the experimental conditions.The nonlinear coefficient of the fiber is given by comparing the experimental results with the numerical ones.Difference between the experiment and numerical simulation is analyzed.  相似文献

Resonance scattering of elastic spherical shell and cylindrical shell while the surrounding fluid medium has absorption is studied. The normal mode solution derived using exact elastic theory and the separation of variables is still applicable. However, the scattering form function has to be modified for the absorbing medium, otherwise the unreasonable result would be obtained. The backscattering form function in the absorbing medium is redefined, and the form function of elastic spherical and cylindrical shell with vacuum or solid matter filled is calculated in various absorption conditions. The results show that the absorption of surrounding fluid leads to notable attenuation of the coincidence resonances in the mid-frequency, but it has a little influence on the low-frequency resonance scattering induced by the filler inside the shell.  相似文献

A versatile and low-cost single-beam self-referenced phase-sensitive surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensing system with ultra-high resolution performance is presented.The system exhibits a root-mean-square phase fluctuation of ±0.0028.over a period of 45 min.i.e.a resolution of±5.2×10-9 refractive index units.The enhanced performance has been achieved through the incorporation of three design elements:a true single-beam configuration enabling complete self-referencing so that only the phase change associated with SPR gets detected,a differential measurement scheme to eliminate spurious signals not related to the sensor response,and the elimination of retardation drifts by incorporating temperature stabilization in the liquid crystal phase modulato .Our design should bring the detection sensitivity of non-labeling SPR biosensing closer to that achievable by conventional fluorescence-based techniques.  相似文献

Ta2O5 films are prepared on BK7 substrates with conventional electron beam evaporation deposition.The effects of SiO2 protective layers and annealing on the laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT) of the films are investigated.The results show that SiO2 protective layers exert little influence on the electric field intensity(EFI)distribution,microstructure and microdefect density but increase the absorption slightly.Annealing iS effective on decreasing the microdefect density and the absorption of the films.Both SiO2 protective layers and annealing are beneficial to the damage resistance of the films and the latter is more effective to improve the LIDT.Moreover,the maximal LIDT of Ta2O5 films is achieved by the combination of SiO2 protective layers and annealing.  相似文献

Gray cross correlation matching technique is adopted to extract candidate matches with gray cross correla- tion coefficients less than some certain range of maximal correlation coefficient called multi-peak candidate matches. Multi-peak candidates are extracted corresponding to three closest feature points at first. The corresponding multi-peak candidate matches are used to construct the model polygon. Correspondence is determined based on the local geometric relations between the three feature points and the multi-peak candidates. The disparity test and the global consistency checkout are applied to eliminate the remaining ambiguous matches that are not removed by the local geometric relational test. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is feasible and accurate.  相似文献
