We prove a collapse theorem for the Eilenberg–Moore spectral sequence and as an application we show that under certain conditions the cohomology of a homogeneous space of a connected finite loop space with a maximal rank torsion free subgroup is concentrated in even degrees and torsionfree, generalizing classical theorems for compact Lie groups of Borel and Bott.  相似文献

In this paper, we have discussed the weakly convergent sequence coefficient in Köthe sequence spaces with as their boundedly complete basis. Using those results, we can easily calculate the weakly convergent sequence coefficient in Orlicz sequence spaces.

In this paper, we apply wavelets to consider local norm function spaces with the Lorentz index. Triebel–Lizorkin–Lorentz spaces are based on the real interpolation of the Triebel–Lizorkin spaces. Triebel–Lizorkin–Morrey spaces are based on local norm of the Triebel–Lizorkin spaces. We give a unified depict of spaces that include these two kinds of spaces. Each index of the five index spaces represents a property of functions. We prove the wavelet characterization of the Triebel–Lizorkin–Lorentz–Morrey spaces and use such characterization to study some basic properties of these spaces.  相似文献

We consider a triple of N-functions (M,H,J) that satisfy the Δ-condition, and suppose that an additive variant of interpolation inequality holds

In this work, we first give some mathematical preliminaries concerning the generalized prolate spheroidal wave function (GPSWF). This set of special functions have been defined as the infinite and countable set of the eigenfunctions of a weighted finite Fourier transform operator. Then, we show that the set of the singular values of this operator has a super‐exponential decay rate. We also give some local estimates and bounds of these GPSWFs. As an application of the spectral properties of the GPSWFs and their associated eigenvalues, we give their quality of approximation in a weighted Sobolev space. Finally, we provide the reader with some numerical examples that illustrate the different results of this work.  相似文献

Relying on the computation of the André-Quillen homology groups for unstable Hopf algebras, we prove that if the mod p cohomology of both the fiber and the base in an H-fibration is finitely generated as algebra over the Steenrod algebra, then so is the mod p cohomology of the total space. In particular, the mod p cohomology of the n-connected cover of a finite H-space is always finitely generated as algebra over the Steenrod algebra.  相似文献

Let be a measurable function on with . We introduce the variable Hardy–Lorentz space for via the radial grand maximal function. Under the assumption that satisfies the log‐Hölder condition, we establish a version of Fefferman–Stein vector‐valued inequality in variable Lorentz space by interpolation. We also construct atomic decompositions for , and develop a theory of real interpolation and formulate the dual space of the variable Hardy–Lorentz space with and . As a byproduct, we obtain a new John–Nirenberg theorem. Furthermore, we get equivalent characterizations of the variable Hardy–Lorentz space by means of the Lusin area function, the Littlewood–Paley g‐function and the Littlewood–Paley ‐function. In this paper, we give a generalization of the Schauder and Krasnosel'skii fixed point theorems in Dunford–Pettis spaces. Both of these theorems can be used to resolve some open problems posed by Jeribi (Nonlinear Anal.: Real World Appl. 2002; 3 :85–105); and Latrach (J. Math. Phys. 1996; 37 :1336–1348). Stabilized semi‐implicit spectral deferred correction methods are constructed for the time discretization of Allen–Cahn and Cahn–Hilliard equations. These methods are unconditionally stable, lead to simple linear system to solve at each iteration, and can achieve high‐order time accuracy with a few iterations in each time step. Ample numerical results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the stabilized semi‐implicit spectral deferred correction methods for solving the Allen–Cahn and Cahn–Hilliard equations. We are concerned with the study of the Cauchy problem for the Navier–Stokes–Poisson system in the critical regularity framework. In the case of a repulsive potential, we first establish the unique global solvability in any dimension for small perturbations of a linearly stable constant state. Next, under a suitable additional condition involving only the low frequencies of the data and in the L2‐critical framework (for simplicity), we exhibit optimal decay estimates for the constructed global solutions, which are similar to those of the barotropic compressible Navier–Stokes system. Our results rely on new a priori estimates for the linearized Navier–Stokes–Poisson system about a stable constant equilibrium, and on a refined time‐weighted energy functional.  相似文献

Here we give a new approach to the Paley–Wiener theorem in a Mellin analysis setting which avoids the use of the Riemann surface of the logarithm and analytical branches and is based on new concepts of polar‐analytic function in the Mellin setting and Mellin–Bernstein spaces. We obtain linear continuous operators providing a solution to the Stieltjes moment problem in the framework of Gelfand–Shilov spaces of rapidly decreasing smooth functions. The construction rests on an interpolation procedure due to R. Estrada for general rapidly decreasing smooth functions, and adapted by S.-Y. Chung, D. Kim and Y. Yeom to the case of Gelfand–Shilov spaces. It requires a linear continuous version of the so-called Borel–Ritt–Gevrey theorem in asymptotic theory.  相似文献

The classical James constant and the nth James constants, which are measure of B-convexity for the Cesàro sequence spaces cesp and the Cesàro-Orlicz sequence spaces cesM, are calculated. These investigations show that cesp,cesM are not uniformly non-square and even they are not B-convex. Therefore the classical Cesàro sequence spaces cesp are natural examples of reflexive spaces which are not B-convex. Moreover, the James constant for the two-dimensional Cesàro space is calculated.  相似文献
