一种简易型毛细管电泳电导检测装置及其应用 总被引:19,自引:7,他引:12
报道了一种简便、实用的毛细管电泳电导检测装置 ,该装置使用毛细管微铂丝为敏感电极 ,大面积铂电极为参比电极 ,并以一根不锈钢针管为连接导管 ,成功地实现了毛细管电泳的柱端式电导检测 ,并对K 、Na 、Li 3种碱金属离子进行了分离检测。实践表明 ,该装置具有制作简单且成功率高、更换电极方便的特点。在所选的实验条件下 ,3种金属离子在1×10 -5~1×10 -3mol/L浓度范围内电泳峰与浓度呈良好线性关系 ,检出限为5×10-6 mol/L。应用该法对城市自来水样品进行了测定 ,其重现性和检测结果令人满意 相似文献

As two important polymorphs of carbon, carbon nanotube (CNT) and diamond have been widely employed as electrode materials for electrochemical sensing. This review focuses on recent advances and the key strategies in the fabrication and application of electrochemical detectors in microchip and conventional capillary electrophoresis (CE) using CNT and boron-doped diamond. The subjects covered include CNT-based electrochemical detectors in microchip CE, CNT-based electrochemical detectors in conventional CE, boron-doped diamond electrochemical detectors in microchip CE, and boron-doped diamond electrochemical detectors in conventional CE. The attractive properties of CNT and boron-doped diamond make them very promising materials for the electrochemical detection in microchip and conventional CE systems and other microfluidic analysis systems. 相似文献

Electrochemistry detection offers considerable promise for capillary‐electrophoresis (CE) microchips, with features that include remarkable sensitivity, portability, independence of optical path length or sample turbidity, low cost and power requirements, and high compatibility with modern micromachining technologies. This article highlights key strategies in controlled‐potential electrochemical detectors for CE microchip systems, along with recent advances and directions. Subjects covered include the design of the electrochemical detection system, its requirements and operational principles, common electrode materials, isolation from the separation voltage, derivatization reactions, typical applications, and future prospects. It is expected that electrochemical detection will become a powerful tool for CE microchip systems and will lead to the creation of truly portable (and possibly disposable) devices. 相似文献

Integrated circuit microchip system with multiplex capillary electrophoresis module for DNA analysis
In this paper, we describe the use of an integrated circuit (IC) microchip system as a detector in multiplex capillary electrophoresis (CE). This combination of multiplex capillary gel electrophoresis and the IC microchip technology represents a novel approach to DNA analysis on the microchip platform. Separation of DNA ladders using a multiplex CE microsystem of four capillaries was monitored simultaneously using the IC microchip system. The IC microchip-CE system has advantages such as low cost, rapid analysis, compactness, and multiplex capability, and has great potential as an alternative system to conventional capillary array gel electrophoresis systems based on charge-coupled device (CCD) detection. 相似文献

The fabrication and evaluation of pyrolyzed photoresist films (PPF) for microchip capillary electrophoresis (CE) with dual‐electrode electrochemical (EC) detection is described. The sensitivity, linearity, and reproducibility were evaluated using catecholamines and related compounds, including dopamine (DA), 5‐hydroxyindole‐3‐acetic acid (5‐HIAA), ascorbic acid (AA), and catechol. Initial studies with DA show the response of the PPF electrodes to be linear between 25 and 500 μM (r2=0.999) with a limit of detection (LOD) of 5 μM (S/N=3) and sensitivity of 5.8 pA/μM. Selectivity was further enhanced by employing dual‐electrode detection in the series configuration for detection of species exhibiting chemically reversible redox reactions. 相似文献

The first reported use of a carbon paste electrochemical detector for microchip capillary electrophoresis (CE) is described. Poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS)-based microchip CE devices were constructed by reversibly sealing a PDMS layer containing separation and injection channels to a separate PDMS layer that contained carbon paste working electrodes. End-channel amperometric detection with a single electrode was used to detect amino acids derivatized with naphthalene dicarboxaldehyde. Two electrodes were placed in series for dual electrode detection. This approach was demonstrated for the detection of copper(II) peptide complexes. A major advantage of carbon paste is that catalysts can be easily incorporated into the electrode. Carbon paste that was chemically modified with cobalt phthalocyanine was used for the detection of thiols following a CE separation. These devices illustrate the potential for an easily constructed microchip CE system with a carbon-based detector that exhibits adjustable selectivity. 相似文献
