Two new Lycopodium alkaloids, 4β-hydroxynankakurine B (1) and Δ13,N,Nα-methylphlegmarine-Nβ-oxide (2), together with three known analogues, lycoposerramine E (3), nankakurine B (4) and lobscurinol (5), were isolated from Phlegmariurus phlegmaria. 从酸枣仁(Zizyphus jujuba Mill. Var. spinosa Hu)中分离得到四个三萜皂苷, 分别鉴定为酸枣仁皂苷G (1, jujuboside G), 酸枣仁皂苷A (2, jujuboside A), 酸枣仁皂苷B (3, jujuboside B)和酸枣仁皂苷A1 (4, jujuboside A1). 其中酸枣仁皂苷G与其它酸枣仁皂苷不同, 为新的酮基达玛烷型三萜皂苷. 运用现代波谱技术, 包括二维核磁共振谱和高分辨质谱, 对上述化合物的结构进行了确证.  相似文献

A new fatty acid ester (1) and seven known phenolic compounds, i.e. salfredin B11 (2), nigephenol C (3), nigephenol B (4), acetovanillion (5), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (6), p-hydroxy-acetophenone (7) and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (8), were isolated from the seeds of Nigella sativa var. hispidula. Among them, compounds 5, 7 and 8 were isolated from Nigella for the first time. Their structures were elucidated with HR-ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR spectra. Evaluation of the isolated compounds on protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP1B) assay indicated that although compounds 2–8 show no promising anti-PTP1B activities, compound 1 possess anti-PTP1B activity with an IC50 value of 7.38 ± 0.14 μM in vitro.  相似文献

Abstract

Two new anthraquinone derivatives, selaginones A (1) and B (2), and one new triarylbenzophenone analog, selagibenzophenone B (3), were isolated from Selaginella tamariscina (Beauv.) Spring. Their structures were established by 1D-, 2D-NMR and HR-ESI-MS data. Compounds 1 and 2 represent the uncommon examples of aryl substituted anthraquinone derivatives. Especially, compound 2 is a unique anthranone with exceptional structural feature, in which a p-hydroxyphenyl moiety is attached to the C-10 position. Compound 3 is the second naturally occurring triarylbenzophenone and showed moderate activity against SMCC-7721 and MHCC97-H cell lines with IC50 values of 39.8, 51.5 μM respectively.  相似文献

In continuation of our search for new antibacterial and antioxidant metabolites from sponge-derived fungi, one new tyrosol derivative, hypocrol A (1), together with four known congeners, trichodenol B (2), 4-hydroxyphenethyl acetate (3), 4-hydroxyphenethyl tetradecanoate (4) and 1-oleyltyrosol (5), was isolated from the strain Hypocrea koningii PF04. Their planar structures were unequivocally elucidated by spectroscopic methods and comparison with the literature data. All the compounds displayed weak antibacterial activities against Staphylococcus aureus, methicillin-resistant S. aureus and Escherichia coli, whereas compounds 1 and 2 exhibited a moderate antioxidant efficacy in the DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging assay with IC50 values of 48.5 and 97.4 μg/mL, respectively.  相似文献

Abstract

Two new p-terphenyls, neonambiterphenyls A and B (12), a new benzoquinone, neonambiquinone A (3), together with six known sesquiterpenes (49), were isolated from the bioluminescent mushroom Neonothopanus nambi PW3. The isolated compounds were identified by mass, IR and spectroscopic analyses (1D and 2D NMR). Compounds 13 and 57 showed cytotoxicity against cancer cell lines such as KB, NCI-H187 and MCF-7 with IC50 values ranging from 1.45 to 49.31?µg/mL. In addition, compounds 1 and 5 showed cytotoxicity against Vero cells with IC50 values of 38.72 and 32.90?µg/mL, respectively.  相似文献

Two new indole alkaloids, winphyllines A (1) and B (4), along with four known alkaloids, Nb-demethylechitamine (2), 17-O-acetylnorechitamine (3), 12-methoxyechitamidine (5), and N(4)-demethylastogustine (6), were isolated from the methanol extract of the twigs of Alstonia rostrata. The structures of 1 and 4 were elucidated by means of HRMS and NMR spectroscopic methods. The in vitro cytotoxic activity of the isolated alkaloids against several human cancer cell lines was evaluated.  相似文献

Using various chromatographic separations, three triterpene tetraglycosides (1–3), including one new compound, namely stichorrenoside E (1) along with thelenotoside B (2) and deacetyl thelenotoside B (3), were isolated from the MeOH extract of the Vietnamese sea cucumber Stichopus horrens. Their structures were confirmed by spectroscopic experiments, such as 1D and 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS. Deacetylated thelenotoside B (3) is firstly isolated as a natural product. Among these compounds, thelenotoside B (2) showed strong cytotoxicities against five human cancer cell lines as HepG2, KB, LNCaP, MCF7 and SK-Mel2 with the IC50 values from 0.95 ± 0.08 to 1.90 ± 0.13 μM, whereas stichorrenoside E (1) and deacetyl thelenotoside B (3) exhibited significant activities with the IC50 values from 6.87 ± 0.25 to 11.62 ± 1.05 μM.  相似文献

A new abietane diterpenoid glycoside, ajugaside B (1), along with three known compounds (2–4), were isolated from the whole plants of Ajuga ovalifolia var. calantha. The structure of the new compound (1) was elucidated by means of spectroscopic analyses (HRESIMS, IR, NMR and ECD). All of the isolated compounds were evaluated for their antitumor activities against MGC803, MCF-7, A549, HT29 and HepG2 cell lines. Compounds 3–4 showed moderate cytotoxicity against all tested cell lines with IC50 values of 1.8–7.3?μM.  相似文献

Three new phenanthrenone constituents, trigoxyphins U–W (1, 7 and 9), together with eight known ones, trigoxyphin M (2), 6,9-O-dimethyltrigonostemone (3), trigonstemone (4), thrigonosomone B (5), trigonochinene E (6), actephiiol A (8), epiactephilol A (10) and neoboutomannin (11), were obtained from the methanol extract of the leaves and stems of Trigonostemonlii. The structures of the new metabolites were elucidated by analysing the spectroscopic data (1D NMR, 2D NMR, HR-ESI-MS and IR). Compounds 16 were evaluated for their cytotoxic activities on five human tumour cell lines by using the MTT method, and compound 1 exhibited inhibitory activity against HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7 and SW480 with IC50 values ranging from 3.77 to 14.51 μM.  相似文献

Two new abietane diterpenes, huperphlegmarin A–B (12), were isolated from the aerial parts of Huperzia phlegmaria (L.) Rothm. (Lycopodiaceae), in addition to five known compounds including lycoxanthol (3), 21β-hydroxyserrat-14-en-3β-yl acetate (4), 21α-hydroxyserrat-14-en-3β-yl acetate (5), 21α-hydroxyserrat-14-en-3β-ol (6), and fawcettidine (7). Their structures were determined by the combination analyses of spectroscopy, including 1D-, 2D-NMR, HRESIMS, CD and comparison with the reported data in the literature. Huperphlegmarin B (2) presented the rare 1,11-epoxy group in the molecule. Compounds 3, 4, 5 and 6 were performed for AChE inhibitory activity and compound 3 showed the inhibitory activity against AChE with IC50 of 465.6 μg/mL.  相似文献

药用植物冻地银莲花(Anemone rupestris ssp. gelida)的全草中含有丰富的三萜皂苷, 经HPLC-MSn分析, 发现其总皂苷中共含有10余个三萜皂苷成分. 除由总离子流色谱图给出各皂苷成分的相对含量外, 从每个色谱峰的正负离子ESI-MS获得相应皂苷的分子量, 进而由多级质谱给出糖链连接的信息, 结合文献报道, 将11个主要三萜皂苷成分分别鉴定为革叶常春藤皂苷F (1), 牡丹草皂苷D (2), 刺楸皂苷B (3), 革叶常春藤皂苷E (4), 红毛七皂苷D (5), 常春藤皂苷B(6), 刺五加皂苷C3 (7), 牡丹草皂苷B (8), 刺楸皂苷A (9), 木通皂苷D (10)和齐墩果酸-3-鼠李糖基-(12)-[葡萄糖基-(14)]-阿拉伯糖苷(11). 其中微量成分2, 5, 7, 1011为首次从冻地银莲花中分离鉴定. 最后通过与标准品的HPLC保留时间对照证实了他们的存在.  相似文献

Abstract

Tunicamycin E (1), featuring a methyl substitution at C-10′, was isolated from marine-derived Streptomyces xinghaiensis SCSIO S15077 originated from the South China Sea sediment together with six known compounds, tunicamycin B (2), tunicamycin X (3), tunicamycin A (4), streptovirudin D2 (5), tunicamycin C (6), and tunicamycin C3 (7). The structure of compound 1 was elucidated by detailed spectroscopic data analyses. All the compounds exhibited strong to moderate antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria Bacillus thuringiensis BT01 and B. thuringiensis W102 with MIC values ranging from 0.008 to 2 μg/mL. Moreover, compounds 17 exhibited moderate antifungal activity against Candida albicans ATCC 96901 and C. albicans CMCC (F) 98001 with MIC values ranging from 2 to 32 μg/mL. This is the first report that tunicamycins exhibit antimicrobial activities against B. thuringiensis, C. albicans CMCC (F) 98001 and a fluconazole resistant strain C. albicans ATCC 96901.  相似文献

Abstract

The CHCl3 fraction of MeOH extract of Periploca somaliensis (family Asclepiadaceae) fruits afforded a new scalarane sesterterpene, namely perisomalien A (1), along with lupeol acetate (2), β-amyrin (3), cycloart-23Z-ene-3β,25-diol (4), and β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5). Their chemical structures were established by various spectroscopic analyses, in addition to comparison with the formerly reported data. Moreover, the cytotoxic activity of these metabolites was assessed towards MCF-7, HepG2, and HCT-116 tumour cell lines using sulforhodamine B (SRB) assay. Compound 4 showed the most potent cytotoxic profile with IC50 9.0?µM towards MCF-7, compared to doxorubicin (IC50 0.18?µM). Also, 1 and 4 possessed the most potent effect towards HepG2 with IC50s 26.7 and 25.9?μM, respectively. In addition, all tested compounds showed cytotoxic effects with IC50 values ranging from 19.9 to 39.3?µM against HCT-116.  相似文献

A new xanthoquinodin B9 (1), together with two known xanthoquinodins, xanthoquinodin A1 (2) and xanthoquinodin A3 (3), three epipolythiodioxopiperazines, chetomin (4), chaetocochin C (5) and dethio-tetra(methylthio)chetomin (6), and four other compounds, chrysophanol (7), emodin (8), alatinone (9), and ergosterol (10) were isolated from the endophytic fungus Chaetomium globosum 7s-1, isolated from Rhapis cochinchinensis (Lour.) Mart. All isolated structures were established based on their spectroscopic data analyses. Compounds 1–6 showed antibacterial activity against Gram positive bacteria with MICs ranging from 0.02?pM to 10.81 µM. Compounds 1–6 also exhibited cytotoxicity against KB, MCF-7 and NCI-H187 cancer cell lines (IC50 0.04–18.40 µM). However, they were cytotoxic towards a normal cell line (Vero cell) with IC50 values ranging from 0.04 to 3.86 µM.  相似文献

The Becke3LYP functional of DFT theory was used to investigate molecular structure and sodium affinity of the systems CH3CO2Na (1), CH3–O–SO3Na (2), CH3–NH–SO3Na (3), saccharide_1Na2 (4), saccharide_2Na (5), saccharide_3Na3 (6), saccharide_4Na2 (7), and saccharide_5Na2 (8), respectively, which are models of N- and O-sulfate glycosaminoglycans. Interaction enthalpies, entropies and Gibbs energies of the sodium-coordinated systems in the gas phase were determined with the B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p) and B3LYP/6-31+G(d) methods. The computed Gibbs energies, ΔG o , of model systems 13 are negative and span a rather broad energy interval (from −500 to −1,500 kJ mol−1). Gibbs interaction energies for sodium acetate, sodium sulfate and sodium sulfamate functions of the five saccharides, systems 48 are always lower than those values found for the model compounds 13. The ionization of sodium salts of saccharides studied in gas phase is in most cases connected with considerable conformational rearrangement of the ionic species. This rearrangement causes an additional energetic stabilization of anionic species and is connected with the substantial release of entropy.  相似文献

Three new halogenated tricyclic sesquiterpenes, omphalaurediol (1), rhodolaurenones B (2) and C (3) were isolated together with nine known haloganated sesquiterpenes such as rhodolaurenone A (4), rhodolaureol (5), isorhodolaureol (6), (?)-laurencenone D (7), elatol (8), (+)-deschloroelatol (9), cartilagineol (10), (+)-laurencenone B (11) and 2-chloro-3-hydroxy-α-chamigren-9-one (12) from a population of Bornean red algae Laurencia majuscula. The structures of three new metabolites were determined based on their spectroscopic data (IR, 1D and 2D NMR, and MS). A new lactam, oligoamide (1), along with three known compounds (24), stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), formononetin (3) and (-)-pinitol (4) were isolated from the CH2Cl2/CH3OH (1:1) extract of the leaves of Angylocalyx oligophyllus by chromatographic separation. Six new organotin(IV) carboxylates, [Me2SnL2] (1), [n-Bu2SnL2] (2), [n-Oct2SnL2] (3), [Me3SnL] (4), [n-Bu3SnL] (5) and [Ph3SnL] (6), where L = 3-(4-ethoxyphenyl)-2-methylacrylate, have been synthesized and characterized by FT-IR, NMR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. The synthesized compounds were tested for in vitro antibacterial and antifungal activities. The complexes 4–6 demonstrated higher activity than the complexes 1–3. UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy indicated that the ligand and its complexes interacted with DNA via partial intercalation as well as minor groove binding.
