在北京HI-13串列加速器上建立了微电子器件单粒子效应地面模拟辐照试验装置. 利用Q3D磁谱仪的高分辨特性和散焦特性, 获得了强度均匀分布、注量率可调的单能重离子束流, 开展了大量星用器件抗单粒子效应性能评估试验研究. 为了深入研究单粒子效应机制, 采用针孔准直技术, 建立了重离子微束单粒子效应辐射装置, 获得了最小束点尺度为2.3μm×3.5μm的重离子微束.  相似文献

兰州重离子直线加速器是作为兰州重离子冷却储存环(CSR)未来的注入器而开始的一个新项目, 其目的是为CSR提供更好束流品质及更高流强的束流, 更加充分的发挥CSR的潜能, 同时也可以为超重等研究直接提供束流. 其设计最小荷 质比为1/6, 引出能量为16MeV/u, 设计流强为1A.μA, 工作频率为100MHz及其倍频200MHz.采用超导ECR离子源、RFQ及IH型DTL加速结构的方式, 设计总长度小于40m. 整个工程分阶段进行,现阶段的工作重点是第一个IH腔体之前的工作于基频的部分, 本文主要介绍这部分的动力学设计及整台机器的基本参数.  相似文献

先进核能系统结构材料辐照性能研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
首先简要介绍第一代到先进的第四代核能系统的发展、与核能系统发展密切的抗辐照结构材料研发进展、第四代核能系统结构材料辐照性能研究新方法。第四代核能系统发展中,辐照引起材料性能退化是一个需要研究和解决的瓶颈问题。现有中子源都不能满足第四代核能系统结构材料高剂量中子辐照性能研究的要求。为此,发展了用于核能系统结构材料高剂量辐照性能快速检测加速器重离子辐照方法和第四代核能系统实际辐照工况模拟的重离子与氢和氦三束同时辐照新方法,文中进行了详细的介绍。最后介绍了中国原子能科学研究院核能系统结构材料辐照性能研究现状和近期发展计划。该院在HI-13串列加速器器上建立了多种不同用途的重离子辐照装置、三个独立加速器构成的重离子与氢和氦三束同时辐照实验平台,开展了一系列核能结构材料,例如国产改进型奥氏体钢、CLAM钢、1515钢、钽、钨等的辐照性能的系统测试和研究。为了更好地开展核能结构材料性能研究,从国外引进了一台超导直线加速器和一台可变能量重离子回旋加速器。结合现有2×13 MeV,2×1.7 MV串列加速器、30 MeV和100 MeV质子回旋加速器、高压倍加器,中国实验快堆、中国先进研究堆、微堆等,CIAE将建成一个比较完整和先进的核能系统结构材料辐照实验平台系统供国内外用户使用。This paper introduces briefly the development of nuclear energy systems from the GEN I to the advanced GEN IV, the progress of manufacturing radiation resistant materials associated with the development of nuclear energy systems and the new methods of investigating radiation properties of the structural materials for the GEN IV nuclear energy systems at first. Irradiation induced deterioration of materials properties is a bottle neck problem, which must be investigated and solved for the development of the GEN IV nuclear energy systems. Unfortunately, all the currently available neutron sources cannot meet the requirements of investigating radiation properties of structural materials irradiated by high dose neutron irradiation in the GEN IV nuclear energy systems. Therefore, two new methods of the accelerator heavy ion irradiation that simulates the high-dose neutron irradiation and the triple beam irradiation that mimics the real neutron irradiation environment in the GEN IV nuclear energy systems have been developed. These two methods are introduced in this paper. The present status of the study on radiation properties of structural materials for nuclear energy systems of the new generation and the near future development plan at China Institute of Atomic Energy (CIAE) are described also. The accelerator heavy ion irradiation facilities for different applications and the simultaneous triple beam irradiation platform with three separate accelerators or implanters have been established at the HI-13 tandem accelerator of CIAE. A series of structural materials for nuclear energy systems, such as the home-made modified austenic steel, CLAM steel, 1515 steel, Tantalum, Tungsten, etc. have been tested and investigated systematically. A superconducting linear accelerator and a variable energy heavy ion cyclotron have been imported from abroad for a better performance of the study. Combined with the currently existing facilities of 2×13 MeV and 2×1.7 MV tandem accelerators, 30 and 100 MeV proton cyclotrons, China experimental fast reactor, China advance research reactor, Miniature neutron source reactor, etc. a comprehensive and advanced system of experimental irradiation platform for structural materials of nuclear energy systems will be established in the near future for both domestic and foreign users.  相似文献

射频超导谐振腔可以工作在连续波或长宏脉冲模式. 射频超导技术已发展为加速各种带电粒子束的重要手段. 射频超导技术发展的前期受材料性能、腔的处理以及加工安装水平等的限制. 经过几十年的不断改进, 射频超导技术获得了重大突破. 射频超导腔应用到超导加速器上并成功运行, 积累了腔的质量控制工艺和工业化制备的大量经验. 近期国际上面对未来大科学装置项目, 在射频超导技术方面进行了大量的研发工作, 主要包括提高超导腔加速梯度的新腔型研究和采用新型材料(大晶粒铌材)超导腔的研究. 能量回收直线加速器(ERL)技术是近年来获得发展的重要加速器技术. 在北京串列实验室建立了次级束流实验装置 ,用于放射性核束物理和核天体物理研究 .先后开展了7Be(d ,n) 8B ,11C(d ,n) 12 N ,8Li(d ,p) 9Li和6 He(p ,n) 6 Li核天体物理重要反应的研究 .介绍了串列加速器升级工程的进展情况 .该工程在现有串列加速器的基础上 ,将建立 10 0MeV/ 2 0 0 μA的质子回旋加速器、在线同位素分离器和超导加速段 .在此装置上 ,将可以产生质量数最高为 12 0 ,强度最高为 10 9particles/s的放射性束流 . A secondary beam line (GIRAFFE) at the Beijing Tandem accelerator lab was constructed for yielding low energy secondary beams. The current progress on the study of nuclear astrophysics and nuclear structure is presented. 在中国原子能科学研究院的HI 13串列加速器上通过157Gd(19F,5n)171Ta重离子熔合蒸发反应布居了171Ta的高自旋态,以多普勒移动衰减法的峰形分析法分析了171Tah9/2质子1/2[541]转动带的6条能级的寿命,得到了这6条能级的平均寿命值. The high spin states of~(171)Ta have been populated via heavy ion fusion evaporation reaction~(157)Gd(~(19)F, 5n)~(171)Ta at the HI-13 tandem accelerator in China Institute of Atomic Energy. The lifetimes of the high spin states in~(171)Ta have been measured by using the Doppler Shift Attenuation Method (DSAM). Six levels of its h_(9/2) proton 1/2\ band have been analyzed and their lifetimes have been deduced from the experimental data.  相似文献

7Li离子属于高LET辐射,是辐射生物学基础研究中常用的重离子射线之一,它是硼中子俘获治疗癌症中起关键作用的离子,在辐射诱变育种等领域也有较好的应用前景。实验在北京HI-13串列加速器R20支线生物用新终端上进行,对43 MeV 7Li离子束斑大小、均匀性和监测注量的准确性进行测量和评估,结果表明:均匀性好于90%的最大束斑面积为5.0cm×5.0cm;4.2×104 ~1.5×105 particles/cm2/s注量率范围内,两种不同探测器测得的注量率变化呈线性关系,闪烁体探测器监测的注量与CR39探测器测得的绝对注量的误差小于10%。这些束流特性能够满足辐射生物学实验要求,有利于进一步开展与硼中子俘获治疗癌症或辐射诱变育种中7Li离子的辐射生物学相关研究。7Li ion with high linear energy transfer (LET) radiation has been used in radiobiological research, takes main effect in Boron Neutron Capture Therapy and is applied in radiation mutagenic breeding. This experiment was carried on the new terminal established for radiobiological application, located at the end of R20 branch beam line of HI-13 tandem accelerator. The beam qualities of 7Li ions of 43MeV generated by HI-13 tandem accelerator, including spot size and uniformity and particle fluence accuracy were measured using different detection methods. The results showed that beam uniformity was over 90% at 5cm×5cm area, the flux of S1 and M3 had a good linear relationship as particle flux ranged from 4.2×104 particles/cm2/s to 1.5×105 particles/cm2/s, and particle fluence accuracy was better than 90%. All the results showed that the beam qualities of 7Li ions finely met the basic requirements for radiation biological experiment. It provides important method to study biological effects for fundamental research and tumor therapy or radiation mutagenic breeding application associated with 7Li ions.  相似文献

An overview of the development of arc ion sources for heavy ion fusion is presented. Two approaches to heavy ion fusion (HIF)-the RF linac-storage ring approach and the induction linac approach-are described. RF linac schemes require low emittance and moderate current levels, because the beam is accumulated in storage rings before being focused on target. The induction linac approach requires low emittance and high current, because this is a single-pass approach to HIF and one wishes to limit the number of beams in the machine. The RF scheme generally uses long pulse sources together with a buncher of RFQ. The induction linac approach requires sources in the microsecond pulse length range, with good optics being maintained during the pulse. 在中国原子能科学研究院 HI- 1 3串列加速器上建立了用 Q3D磁谱仪动量分析和ΔE- E粒子分辨对材料表面进行高分辨的弹性反冲探测分析技术 .用 1 0 0 Me V12 7I对 C/Li F多层样品的深度分布分析表明 ,表面分辨达到 1 .2 nm.所建立的ΔE(气体 ) - E(半导体 )望远镜探测器可同时分析从轻至中重的所有元素 .实测了新光电材料 Ga N,La2 Sr Cu O4 超导膜和新超硬材料 C3N4 (Si)等样品. High resolution depth profiling technique with elastic recoil detection analysis has been developed at the HI 13 tandem accelerator of CIAE. A depth resolution of 1.2 nm was achieved at the surface of the samples with the Q3D magnetic spectrometer and the focal plane detector. From light to medium heavy elements were simultaneous analyzed with a small Δ E E telescope. The method was applied to depth profile analysis of C/LiF multilayers, La 2SrCuO 4 superconductor and GaN foil samples.  相似文献

Bubble detectors which are commonly used as neutron detectors have been demonstrated through this study to be good detectors for registration of high energy heavy ion tracks. Large size bubble detectors made in China Institute of Atomic Energy were irradiated to heavy ions Ar and C up to 650 MeV/u and 400 MeV/u, respectively. Very clear features of stringy tracks of high energy heavy ions and their fragmentations are manifested and distinguishable. A single track created by a specific high energy heavy ion is composed of a line of bubbles, which is visible by naked eyes and retained for months wihhout reduction in size. The creation of heavy ion tracks in bubble detectors is governed by a threshold whose essence is approximately a critical value of energy loss rate (dE/dX)c similar to that of etch track detectors. Ranges of heavy ions in bubble detectors are apparent and predictable by existing formulas. Identification of high energy heavy ions and the applications to heavy ion physics, cosmic rays, exotic particles and cancer therapy monitoring are obviously promising. The experimental and theoretical aspects of high energy heavy ion tracks in bubble detectors as well as the expectable applications are presented and discussed.  相似文献

用中国原子能科学研究院HI 13串列加速器提供的 90和 130MeV的Br离子和束箔技术 ,研究了波长在 13— 2 9nm范围内Br的类Mg离子的光谱 .识别出 2 4条属于BrXXIV的“3,3”跃迁 ,即 3s2 ,3s3p ,3p2 ,3s3d和 3p3d组态之间的跃迁谱线 ,其中 19条以前未见报道 .基于实验跃迁谱线 ,19个观测能级得以确立 ,其中有 14个能级此前未见报道 .相对论Hartree Fock(HFR)方法的计算结果对所观测的能级进行了解释.The spectrum of Mg-like Br, Br XXIV is investigated by means of beam-foil technique. Bromine ions of 90 and 130 MeV energy from the HI-13 tandem accelerator are used, and the wavelength region 13-29 nm is investigated. In the spectra, 24 Br XXIV transitions within the n=3 complex, i.e. between the 3s 2, 3s3p, 3p 2, 3s3d and 3p3d configurations are identifies, among them 19 have not been reported before.
