Cycloaliphatic polyolefins with functional groups were prepared by the Pd(II)-catalyzed addition polymerization of norbornene derivatives. Homo- and copolymers containing repeating units based on bicyclo[2.2.1] hept-5-en-2-ylmethyl decanoate (endo/exo-ratio = 80/20), bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester (exo/endo = 80/20), bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene-2-methanol (endo/exo = 80/20), and bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene-2-carboxylic acid (100% endo) were prepared in 49–99% yields with {(η3-allyl)Pd(BF4)} and {(η3-allyl)Pd(SbF6)} as catalysts. The catalyst containing the hexafluoroantimonate ion was slightly more active than the tetrafluoroborate based Pd-complex.  相似文献

The high strain of bicyclic systems drives retro-condensation reactions on bridgehead substituted bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-enes giving rise to orthogonally functionalized cyclopentene, 2,5-dihydrofuran, and 3-pyrroline scaffolds. Retro-Dieckman reactions were easily carried out on 3-tosyl-(7-carba/7-oxa/7-aza)bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-ones. Retro-aldol reactions of N-Boc-3-tosyl-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-ol and functionalized N-Boc-3-tosyl-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-2-ols yield functionalized pyrrolidine scaffolds stereoselectively. The same reaction does not work with corresponding norbornene and 7-oxanorbornene derivatives.  相似文献

The potassium 2-substituted bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-alkoxides derived from alcohols 2–9 at 30° in hexamethylphosphoric triamide (HMPA) afford 1-(3′-cyclopentenyl)-2-alkanones 10–19 via heterolytic C(1), C(2)-allylic bond cleavage in the substrate alkoxide followed by intramolecular protonation of the resultant transient allylic anion.  相似文献

The acid-catalyzed hydrolysis of the Diels-Alder adduct of 6-(2,2-ethylene-dioxyheptyl) fulvene with 2-chloroacrylonitrile gave 7-anti-(3-oxo-1-trans-octenyl)-2-chloro-2-cyanobicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene, which is an intermediate of 12-epi-prostaglandine. On the other hand, the hydrolysis of 7-(3,3-ethylenedioxyoctylidene)bicyclo-[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-one, obtained from the Diels-Alder adduct of the fulvene with 2-chloroacryloyl chloride, gave a mixture (3:2) of 7-anti- and 7-syn-(3-oxo-1-trans-octenyl)bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-one. The absolute configuration of bicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-2-one has not been correlated with a crystal structure of a chemical precursor. The only chemical correlation available had an ambiguity, which could have reversed the assignment. Herein, we report the resolution of 2-chlorobicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-exo-carboxamide on a cellulose triacetate column and the crystal structures of the enantiomerically pure and racemic α-chloroamide. We found the absolute configuration (1R,2R,4R) for the (+)-enantiomer of the α-chloroamide. This compound was converted to (+)-bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene-2-one by base hydrolysis, and the 5,6-unsaturated compounds converted to the saturated congeners. This is the first unambiguous experimental determination of the absolute configuration of bicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-2-one and of bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene-2-one. The three crystal structures of 2-chlorobicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-exo-carboxamide reported herein reveal H-bonded dimers, with two distinct orientations of the bicyclic portion relative to the carboxamide dimer. In the racemic crystal, each dimer is composed of two enantiomers, and the bicyclic portions have their bridge carbon atom (C-7) on opposite sides of the H-bonded carboxamide dimer moiety. In the enantiomerically pure crystals, the major dimer had both C-7 atoms on the same side of the carboxamide dimer moiety while the minor dimer had the C-7 atoms on opposite sides. The dimers are present in solution, and can be easily monitored.  相似文献

The β, γ-unsaturated ketones bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-en-7-one (10) and 7,7-dimethoxybicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-en-5-one (15) have been condensed with 1-metalated trans-1-methoxybutadienes (7a or 7b) and 2-isopropenylcyclopentenes (8b or 8c). Oxyanion formation within the resulting alcohols is followed by skeletal rearrangement at room temperature. Careful product analysis has revealed the [3,3] sigmatropic reaction manifold to be followed almost exclusively. Only in the case of 13 is a modest amount (4%) of formal antarafacialretention [1,3] sigmatropic bridgehead carbon migration in evidence. Consequently, the structural features inherent to these alcohols are not conducive to redirecting electronic reorganization to an alternative isomerization process.  相似文献

Syntheses of (±)-2-exo-cyano-1-methyl-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-endo-yl acetate ( 1 ) and of (±)-1-methyl-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-one ( 2 ) are reported. The additon of PhSeCl to 1 afforded (±)-5-endo-chloro-2-exo-cyano-1-methyl-6-exo-(phenylselenenyl)-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-endo-yl acetate ( 6 ), whereas 2 added to PhSeCl with the opposite regioselectivity giving (±)-6-endo-chloro-1-methyl-5-exo-(phenylselenenyl)-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-2-one ( 7 ). These adducts were converted into 5-chloro-1-methyl-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-one ( 9 ) and 6-chloro-1-methyl-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-one ( 10 ), respectively.  相似文献

Reactions of bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-exo- and -endo-2-ylmethanamines, exo-5,6-epoxybicyclo-[2.2.1]hept-exo-2-ylmethanamine, 1-(bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-yl)ethanamine, and 1-(1-adamantyl)ethanamine with camphor-10-sulfonyl chloride in chloroform in the presence of triethylamine gave the corresponding sulfonamides having two cage-like fragments. Stereoisomeric N-(bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-ylmethyl)camphor-10-sulfonamides were oxidized with peroxyphthalic acid generated in situ from phthalic anhydride and 50% hydrogen peroxide. The exo stereoisomer was thus converted into the corresponding 5,6-epoxy derivative, while the endo isomer gave rise to 4-(7,7-dimethyl-2-oxobicyclo[2.2.1]hept-1-ylmethyl)-4-azatricyclo[4.2.1.03,7]-nonan-exo-2-ol (substituted azabrendane). The structure of the synthesized camphor-10-sulfonamides was confirmed by IR and 1H and 13C NMR spectra with the use of homo- (COSY) and heteronuclear 1H-13C correlation techniques (HMQC, HMBC). Heterocyclization of sulfonamides of the norbornene series was also simulated by quantum-chemical calculations at the PM3 and BHandHLYP/6-31G(d) levels of theory.  相似文献

In CHCl3, CH3CN, or AcOH, benzeneselenenyl chloride (PhSeCl), bromide (PhSeBr), and acetate (PhSeOAc), 2-nitrobenzenesulfenyl chloride (NO2C6H4SCl), and 2,4-dinitrobenzenesulfenyl chloride ((NO2)2C6H3SCl) added to bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-one ( 5 ) in an. anti fashion with complete stereo- and regioselectivity, giving adducts 20–24 in which the chloride, bromide, or acetoxy substituent (X) occupies the endo position at C(6) and the Se- or S-substituent (E) the exo position at C(5), The addition 5 + (NO2)2C6H3SCl→ 24 was accompanied by the formation of (1RS, 2RS)-2-(2,4-dinitrophenylthio)cyclopent-3-ene-l-acetic acid ( 25 ). The latter was the major product in AcOH containing LiClO4. The additions of PhSeCl and PhSeBr to bicyclo[2.2.2]oct-5-en-2-one ( 6 ) were less stereoselective (proportion of exo vs. endo mode of electrophilic attack was ca. 3:1) but highly regioselective gazing adducts 27/28 and 29/30 , respectively, the regioselectivity being the same as that of the electrophilic additions of 5 . The reaction of PhSeCl with a 4:1 mixture of 2-exo-chloro- and 2-endo-chlorobicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene-2-carbonitriles ( 12 ) was slower than addition 5 + PhSeCl; it gave adducts 31/32 (4:1) in which the PhSe moiety occupies the exo position at C(6) and the Cl atom the endo position at C(5). The addition of PhSeCl to 2-chlorobicyclo[2.2.1]oct-5-ene-2-carbonitriles ( 13 ) was very slow and gave adducts with the same regioselectivity as 12 + PhSeCl, but opposite with that of reactions of the corresponding enones 5 and 6 . PhSeX (X = Cl, Br, OAc) added to 2-cyanobicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-yl acetates ( 14 ) with the same regioselectivity as 12 + PhSeCl. The additions of PhSeCl, PhSeBr, NO2C6H4SCl, and (NO2)2C6H3SCl to 2-(bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-ylidene)propanedinitrile ( 49 ) were not regioselective, showing that a dicyanomethylidene function is not like a carbonyl function when homoconjugated with a π system. The results are in agreement with predictions based on MO calculations suggesting that a carbonyl group homoconjugated with an electron-deficient centre can behave as an electron-donating, remote substituent because of favourable n(CO)?σC(1), C(2)?p(C(6) hyperconjugative interaction.  相似文献

Benzylmagnesium chloride (I) adds to ethylene and 1-alkenes, to the strained CC double bonds in bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene and bicyclo[2.2.1]heptadiene and to 1,3-alkadienes if the reaction of the etherate of (I) with olefin is carried out in an apolar reaction medium between 60 and 130°. Reaction products of the mono-olefins are the 1,1-adducts; derivatives of divinylcyclohexane are formed with butadiene as 1,3-adducts. 合成了一种新型的二氟烷基磺酰氟单体2-(双环[2.2.1]庚-5-烯-2)-1,1-二氟-2-甲氧基丙基-1-磺酰氟.首先利用二氟甲基2-吡啶基砜和2-乙酰基-5-降冰片烯发生亲核加成反应,在低温下用三氟甲磺酸甲酯保护加成产物中的羟基,之后在KOH/MeOH的条件下脱去吡啶基,得到的二氟亚磺酸盐和Slectfluor试剂反应制得想要的二氟烷基磺酰氟单体.这种新型的二氟烷基磺酰氟单体和不同比例的降冰片烯单体在Grubbs第二代催化剂存在条件下进行开环烯烃复分解聚合(ROMP),所得的聚合物在碱性条件下水解,再用稀盐酸处理最终制得新型的含有二氟烷基磺酸的聚合物电解质膜.这些新型的聚合物电解质膜具有中等的室温质子电导(12~49mS/cm).  相似文献

The 360-MHz-1H-NMR spectra of cyclohexa-1,4-dienes and cyclohexenes annellated to bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-enes and 7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-enes show inter-ring homoallylic coupling constants between the bridgehead protons of the bicyclo[2.2.1]heptenes and the exo-protons of the allylic methylene groups (0.8 ± 0.15 Hz for bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-enes; 0.8–1.4 Hz for 7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-enes). Contrastingly, the corresponding coupling between the bridgehead protons and the endo-protons is absent. The observed values are compared with those calculated by the INDO and CNDO/2 methods and discussed in the light of the bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene bond π-anisotropy. Vicinal as well as intra-ring homoallylic coupling constants are consistent with a small puckering of the cyclohexa-1,4-diene rings toward the endo-face. The allylic exo-methylene protons are more deshielded than the endo-protons independent of the nature of the substituents, the nature of the bridges, and the degree of unsaturation of the annellated systems. These results constitute a probe for the configuration of cyclohexa-1,4-dienes and cyclohexenes annellated to these bicyclic skeletons.  相似文献

The regioselective electrophilic addition of benzeneselenyl bromide to (−)-(1S,4S)-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]-hept-5-en-2-one were exploited to develop efficient syntheses of methyl 3-deoxy--D-arabino-hexofuranoside and 4-deoxy-D-lyxo-hexopyranose. Similarly, D-lividosamine (3-deoxy-D-glucosamine) was derived from (+)-(1R,4R)-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-one.  相似文献
