A new flavone C-glycoside, apigenin 6-C-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-8-C-beta-L-arabinopyranoside, has been isolated from Viola yedoensis together with the known compounds, apigenin 6,8-di-C-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside, apigenin 6-C-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-8-C-beta-D-glucopyranoside (isoschaftoside), apigenin 6-C-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-8-C-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside (schaftoside), apigenin 6-C-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-8-C-beta-L-arabinopyranoside (neoschaftoside), apigenin 6,8-di-C-beta-D-glucopyranoside (vicenin-2), apigenin 6-C-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-8-C-beta-D-xylopyranoside, apigenin 6-C-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-8-C-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside, luteolin 6-C-beta-D-glucopyranoside (isoorientin) and luteolin 6-C-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-8-C-beta-D-glucopyranoside (isocarlinoside). The structures were determined by spectroscopic methods and new or revised (1)H- and (13)C-NMR spectral assignments are proposed for some compounds.  相似文献

Uvaria macrophylla is an evergreen tree of the family annonaceae, distributed in Hainan Province, China1. A new flavone, macrophyllol was isolated from the roots of Uvaria macrophylla. In the first phytochemical investigation of Trichuriella monsoniae, three known flavonoidal C-glycosides, isoswertisin 1, 2″-O-β-d-galactosyl isoswertisin 2 and 2″-O-β-d-xylosyl isoswertisin 3 were isolated from the methanolic extract of the whole plant. Their structures were elucidated by extensive NMR spectroscopic studies including 2D NMR and HRMS, and the structure of 2 was supported by single crystal X-ray data studies. Efficient high‐performance countercurrent chromatography methods were developed to isolate five typical compounds from the extracts of Gentiana macrophylla. n‐Butanol‐soluble extract of G. macrophylla contained three hydrophilic iridoids, loganic acid ( 1 ), swertiamarin ( 2 ) and gentiopicroside ( 3 ), and a chromene derivative, macrophylloside D ( 4 ) which were successfully isolated by flow rate gradient (1.5 mL/min in 0–60 min, 5.0 mL/min in 60–120 min), and consecutive flow rate gradient HPCCC using n‐butanol/0.1% aqueous trifluoroacetic acid (1:1, v/v, normal phase mode) system. The yields of 1 – 4 were 22, 16, 122, and 6 mg, respectively, with purities over 97% in a flow rate gradient high‐performance countercurrent chromatography, and consecutive flow rate gradient high‐performance countercurrent chromatography gave 1 , 2 , 3 (54, 41, 348 mg, respectively, purities over 97%) and 4 (13 mg, purity at 95%) from 750 mg of sample. The main compound in methylene chloride soluble extract, 2‐methoxyanofinic acid, was successfully separated by n‐hexane/ethyl acetate/methanol/water (4:6:4:6, v/v/v/v, flow‐rate: 4 mL/min, reversed phase mode) condition. The structures of five isolates were elucidated by 1H, 13C NMR and ESI‐Q‐TOF‐MS spectroscopic data which were compared with previously reported values.  相似文献

Phytochemistry of genus Gentiana, XXIV. New C-glycosylflavones from the leaves of Gentiana asclepiadea L. p-Hydroxybenzoyl-2″-isoorientin-4′-O-β-D-glucoside ( 1 ) was isolated from the leaves of Gentiana asclepiadea L. by means of column chromatography. This is the first occurrence in nature of a p-hydroxybenzoate of isoorientin. p-Hydroxybenzoyl-2″-isoorientin ( 2 ) was also shown to be present in the same plant.  相似文献

Lipids from Mediasia macrophylla leaves were studied. Classes of neutral, glyco-, and phospholipids and their fatty-acid composition were determined. The content of chlorophyll and carotinoid pigments in the leaves and lipid extract was found. Essential oil was isolated by steam distillation and contained free and bound fatty acids.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of the aerial parts of Iris lactea afforded three new flavone C-glycosides including 4?-O-acetyl-embinin (1), 2?,4?-O-diacetyl-embinin (2) and 6″,4?-O-diacetyl-embinin (3) along with the known analogue embinin (4). Their structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analysis as well as by HRESIMS data. The sugars were characterized following acid hydrolysis of the respective glycosides and TLC analysis compared to known standards. Duplicated signals can be observed in the NMR spectra, indicating the presence of rotamers caused by rotational hindrance around the glycosyl-flavone CC linkage. All isolated compounds were tested for their antimicrobial and cytotoxic activities but found to be inactive.  相似文献

The genus Gentiana (Gentianaceae) contains about 400 species, which distribute almost all over the world. Some species have been investigated on phytochemistry and they could be characterized by the presence of some secoiridoid glucosides (bitter principles), flavone-C-glucosides and xanthone aglycones and glucosides,[1] but nothing is known, up to now, about the chemical constitutents of Gentiana piasezkii Maxim. Members of the genus Gentiana have been used as traditional Chinese herbal medicines to treat hepatitis.[2] In order to find active compounds as lead molecule for medicine, we have studied on constituents of Gentiana piasezkii Maxim and found two new natural occurring,6'-O-(4-hydroxy-veratroyloxy)-arbutin (1) and luteolin 7-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyl-cinnamoyl)-8-C-glucoside (2) from n-BuOH soluble fraction of an ethanolic extract of the whole plant. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 2D NMR techniques (1H-1H COSY, HMQC and HMBC). So we describe herein the structures of two new phenolic glucosides.  相似文献
