Using a previously developed framework for relativistic bound states we calculate the production of pseudoscalar glueballs in J/ψ radiative decays. The results favour the interpretation of ι(1460) as a fairly pure glueball state. Radiative production of ι(1460) in ϒ and toponium decays should be suppressed.  相似文献

The production rate of light photinos in radiative pion decay \(\pi ^0 \to \gamma \tilde \gamma \tilde \gamma\) is calculated. Experimental constraints on masses and mass splittings of scalar quarks imply the following upper bound on the decay rate \(BR(\pi ^0 \to \gamma \tilde \gamma \tilde \gamma ) \lesssim 10^{ - 16}\) .  相似文献

Based on the branching fractions of J/ψ→VP from different experiments, we investigate the properties of the coupling constants of J/ψ→VP decays using a model-dependent approach. We find that the octet coupling constant, g8, of strong interaction is about twice larger than that of the singlet coupling constant g1; the electromag- netic breaking parameters gEi are larger than the mass breaking parameters gMi, moreover, the three parameters of the electromagnetic effect are about equal, but the three parameters of the mass effect are obviously different and their uncertainties are also large; and the phase angle between strong and electromagnetic interactions is in the range of 70°-80°. It deepens our understanding of the coupling constant of J/ψ→VP decays.  相似文献

The study of ρ-ω mixing has mainly focused on vector meson decays with isospin I = 1, namely theρ(ω)→π+π- process. In this paper, we present a study of ρ-ω mixing in ρ(ω)→π+π-π0(I = 0) using a flavor parameterization model for the J/ψ→VP process. By fitting a theoretical framework to PDG data, we obtain the SU(3)-breaking effect parameters sV = 0.03±0.12, sP = 0.17±0.17 and the ρ-ω mixing polarization operatorΠρω =(0.006±0.011) GeV2. New values are found for the branching ratios when the mixing effect is incorporated:Br(J/ψ→ωπ0)=(3.64±0.37)×10-4, Br(J/ψ→ωη)=(1.48±0.17)×10-3, Br(J/ψ→ωη)=(1.55±0.56)×10-4, these are different from the corresponding PDG2012 values by 19%, 15% and 15%, respectively.  相似文献

We present a search for f(J)(2220) production in radiative J/ψ→γf(J)(2220) decays using 460 fb?1 of data collected with the BABAR detector at the SLAC PEP-II e(+)e? collider. The f(J)(2220) is searched for in the decays to K(+)K? and K(S)?K(S)?. No evidence of this resonance is observed, and 90% confidence level upper limits on the product of the branching fractions for J/ψ→γf(J)(2220) and f(J)(2220)→K(+)K?(K(S)?K(S)?) as a function of spin and helicity are set at the level of 10??, below the central values reported by the Mark III experiment.  相似文献

We analyze B 0(+)JD 0(+) decays by considering the contributions of annihilation diagrams. For each diagram, we calculate the branching ratios for various parameters X A , which have played a significant role in our results. These parameters have been concluded from the divergence integrals in hard-scattering kernels. Here, we have considered three effective variables, including: Λ(225, 500 MeV), ρ A (0, 1, 1/2), and φ A . It is found that the most of the obtained data are placed in the experimental range at Λ = 225 MeV and Λ = 500 MeV for B +JD + and B 0JD 0, respectively.  相似文献

The product of the A_b~0(B~0) differential production cross-section and the branching fraction of the decay A_b~0→J/ψpK~-(B~0→J/ψK~*(892)~0) is measured as a function of the beauty hadron transverse momentum,p_T,and rapidity,y.The kinematic region of the measurements is p_T 20 GeV/c and 2.0y4.5.The measurements use a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3fb~(-1) collected by the LHCb detector in pp collisions at centre-of-mass energies s~(1/2)=7 TeV in 2011 and s~(1/2)= 8TeV in 2012.Based on previous LHCb results of the fragmentation fraction ratio,f_∧_b~0/f_d,the branching fraction of the decay ∧_b~0→J/ψpK~- is measured to be B(∧_b~0→J/ψpK~-)=(3.17±0.04±0.07±0.34_(-0.28)~(+0.45)×10~(-4)where the first uncertainty is statistical, the second is systematic, the third is due to the uncertainty on the branching fraction of the decay B~0→J/ψK~*(892)~0,and the fourth is due to the knowledge of f_∧_b~0/f_d.The sum of the asymmetries in the production and decay between A_b and A_b~0 is also measured as a function of p_T and y.The previously published branching fraction of A_b~0→J/φpπ~-,relative to that of A_b~0→J/ψpK~-,is updated. The branching fractions of∧_b~0→P_c~+(→J/ψp)K~- are determined.  相似文献

In this paper, we calculated the B→(J/ψ,ηc)K decays in the perturbative QCD (pQCD) factoriza-tion approach with the inclusion of the partial next-to-leading order (NLO) contributions. With the inclusion of the significant enhancement from the NLO vertex corrections, the NLO pQCD predictions for the branching ra-tios agree with the data within 2σ errors: Br(B0→J/ψK0)=5.2+3.5-2.8×10-4,Br(B+→J/ψK+)=5.6+3.7-2.9×10-4,Br(B0→ηcK0)=5.5+2.3-2.0×10-4,Br(B+→ηcK+)=5.9+2.5-2.1×10-4.  相似文献

We search for hadronic decays of a light Higgs boson (A(0)) produced in radiative decays of an Υ(2S) or Υ(3S) meson, Υ→γA(0). The data have been recorded by the BABAR experiment at the Υ(3S) and Υ(2S) center-of-mass energies and include (121.3±1.2)×10(6) Υ(3S) and (98.3±0.9)×10(6) Υ(2S) mesons. No significant signal is observed. We set 90% confidence level upper limits on the product branching fractions B(Υ(nS)→γA(0))B(A(0)→hadrons) (n=2 or 3) that range from 1×10(-6) for an A(0) mass of 0.3 GeV/c(2) to 8×10(-5) at 7 GeV/c(2).  相似文献

A measurement of the number of J/ψ events collected with the BESⅢ detector in 2009 and 2012 is performed using inclusive decays of the J/ψ. The number of J/ψ events taken in 2009 is recalculated to be(223.7±1.4)×10~6, which is in good agreement with the previous measurement, but with significantly improved precision due to improvements in the BESⅢ software. The number of J/ψ events taken in 2012 is determined to be(1086.9±6.0)×10~6. In total, the number of J/ψ events collected with the BESⅢ detector is measured to be(1310.6±7.0)×106, where the uncertainty is dominated by systematic effects and the statistical uncertainty is negligible.  相似文献

The three-step two-body decay process of J/ψ,J/ψ→V+X,X→P1+ Y,Y→P2+P3 is discussed using the generalized moment analysis method. The spin, parity and the ratios of helicity amplitudes of boson resonance X can be determined in terms of the measurement of the corresponding moments except a very special case.  相似文献

A partial wave analysis of the ppˉ mass-threshold enhancement in the reaction J/ψ→γppˉ is used to determine its J(PC) quantum numbers to be 0(-+), its peak mass to be below threshold at M=1832(-5)(+19)(stat)(-17)(+18)(syst)±19(model) MeV/c(2), and its total width to be Γ<76 MeV/c(2) at the 90% C.L. The product of branching ratios is measured to be BR[J/ψ→γX(ppˉ)]BR[X(ppˉ)→ppˉ]=[9.0(-1.1)(+0.4)(stat)(-5.0)(+1.5)(syst)±2.3(model)]×10(-5). A similar analysis performed on ψ(3686)→γppˉ decays shows, for the first time, the presence of a corresponding enhancement with a production rate relative to that for J/ψ decays of R=[5.08(-0.45)(+0.71)(stat)(-3.58)(+0.67)(syst)±0.12(model)]%.  相似文献

Abstract Questions about detecting the CP-violating decay process of J/ψ→ K^0K^-0→ KsKs are discussed. Possible background and material regeneration effects are analyzed. The discussion can be directly extended to other vector quarkonium decays, like γ, ψ(2S) and Ф → KsKs.  相似文献
