The preparation of a new nickel(0)/Al2O3 catalyst for hydrogenation reactions is described. The nickel(0)/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by impregnation of alumina with a solution of a nickel(II) salt. After drying, the nickel(II) salt was reduced under mild conditions into nickel(0) using t‐BuONa‐activated sodium hydride in tetrahydrofuran at 65 °C. The nickel(0)/Al2O3 catalysts obtained were characterized by transmission electron microscopy and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy. The supported catalysts were successfully used in solution‐phase hydrogenation of double and triple bonds. Although the activity of the nickel(0)/Al2O3 is comparable to non‐supported nickel(0) reagents, it has the advantage of being reusable more than ten times with only a slight decrease of reactivity. Graphene-Fe3O4 nanocomposite(G-Fe3O4) was synthesized by a chemical co-precipitation method which was used as an efficient catalyst for the reduction of nitroarenes with hydrazine hydrate.The method has been applied to a broad range of compounds with different properties and the yields were in the range of 75%-92%.The G-Fe3O4 catalyst can be readily recovered and reused 5 times without significant loss of the catalytic activity.  相似文献

PdCl2-EDTA complex 1 is an efficient catalyst for the Suzuki-Miyaura reactions of aryl and heteroaryl halides with aryl(heteroaryl)boronic acids in water at 20-100 °C. Aryl iodides and bromides undergo the cross-coupling with turnover numbers (TON) up to 97,000 and turnover frequencies (TOF) up to 582,000 h−1.  相似文献

The kinetics of the liquid-phase hydrogenation of sodium maleate on skeletal nickel catalysts subjected to controlled deactivation with sodium sulfide solutions was studied. The possibility of reactivating partially deactivated skeletal nickel was systematically studied for the first time, and it was found that its activity in liquid-phase hydrogenation reactions can be regulated by the introduction of a catalyst poison in small amounts into the system.  相似文献

The reaction of the hydrogenation of a mixture of carbon oxides on ultradisperse powder (UDP) catalysts containing Fe and Ni nanoparticles and their bimetallic mechanical mixtures was investigated. It was established that the main reaction product on UDP Ni is methane, while the main products on the bimetallic systems are methane and ethylene. A synergetic effect was observed on the bimetallic catalyst under investigation. It was revealed that the hydrogenation of a mixture of carbon oxides proceeds through the stage of dissociative adsorption of both components, CO and CO2. The olefin selectivity of the process was explained by the participation of different forms of adsorbed hydrogen (HI: HII) at the catalyst surface. It is assumed that the hydrogenation of carbon oxides on iron-nickel catalysts proceeds either through the jumpover effect or via hydrogen spillover.  相似文献

Silicomolybdic acid that is supported on silica gel (50 wt %) efficiently catalyzes the high-yielding Hosomi-Sakurai allylation of carbonyl compounds by allyltrimethylsilane in the presence of benzyl alcohol. The poisoning effect of thiophene, dichloroethane and heavy metal compounds on the catalytic activity of Renay nickel has been investigated and the catalytic activity correlated with the poison concentration. The poisoning occurs in the following order: Hg(II)-chloride>Zn-acetate> Hg(II)-acetate>dichloroethane>thiophene> >Pb-acetate.

The effect of samarium on Ni/sepiolite catalyst was investigated by benzene hydrogenation, methanation of carbon dioxide, CO chemisorption, XPS and CS2 poisoning, respectively. The result indicates that a proper amount and impregnation order of samarium in the preparation of Ni-Sm/sepiolite catalyst are very efficient to improve the catalytic activity and anti-sulfur ability. At the same time, the mechanism of samarium improving hydrogenation activity of Ni/sepiolite is presented.  相似文献
