Single-crystalline nanobelts and nanorings of Na(2)V(6)O(16)·3H(2)O structures have been facilely synthesized through a direct hydrothermal reaction between NaVO(3) and H(3)PO(4), without the addition of any harmful solvents or surfactants. The analytical techniques of scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), powder X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared, high-resolution TEM, and selected-area electron diffraction have been used to characterize the morphology, composition, and structure of the synthesized products. The Na(2)V(6)O(16)·3H(2)O nanobelts are up to several hundreds of micrometers in length and 100-300 nm in thickness, and for nanorings, the diameters are 4.5-6.5 μm. H(3)PO(4) plays a key role in maintaining the pH of the solution as well as producing PO(4)(3-) ions in solution. The chemical reactions and a possible growth mechanism involved in the formation of Na(2)V(6)O(16)·3H(2)O nanobelts and nanorings are briefly discussed.  相似文献

Single crystals of two lanthanide complexes, presenting similar formula Ln(H2O)x(C2O4)2 · NH4 with Ln=La, x=0 and Ln=Gd, x=1, have been prepared, in closed system at 200 °C. The gadolinium complex is bi-dimensional. A layer is built by the packing of the basic unit, [Gd(C2O4)]4. The gadolinium atoms are related only by bischelating oxalate ligands, the ammonium ion and the water molecule (bound to the gadolinium atom) are localized into the interlayer space. The lanthanum complex is tri-dimensional. The basic building unit remains approximately the same and the packing of these units form a layer. However, within these units, the lanthanum atoms are related by either an oxalate ligand or an edge. Moreover, an oxalate ligand assumes the connection between the layers. The ammonium ion is localized into two sets of intersecting channels. Pure phase of the gadolinium complex has been prepared at 100 °C and extended to some lanthanide elements, Eu…Yb. As the size of the lanthanide ionic radius is decreasing, it is noticeable that the a unit–cell constant follows an expansion pattern while the others two follow an usual contraction one. The thermal behavior of this family shows that the anhydrous compounds are obtained and that some water molecule is sorbed during the cooling. Thus, the anhydrous compounds present a relatively open-framework with some small micropores.  相似文献

The three title complexes, NH4[HoIII(Edta)(H2O)3] · 1.5H2O (I) (H4Edta = ethylenedianine-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid), (NH4)4[Ho 2 III (Dtpa)2] · 9H2O (II) (H5Dtpa = diethylenetriamine-N,N,N′,N″,N″-entaacetic acid), and (NH4)3[HoIII(Ttha)] · 5H2O (III) (H6 Ttha = triethylenetetramine-N,N,N′,N″,N?,N?-hexaacetic acid), have been prepared and characterized by FT-IR, elemental analyses, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction technique. Complex I has a nine-coordinate mononuclear structure with distorted monocapped square antiprismatic conformation and its crystal structure belongs to orthorhombic system and Fdd2 space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 19.343(9), b = 35.125(17), c = 12.364(6) Å, V = 8400(7) Å3, Z = 16, M = 552.26, ρcalcd = 1.747 g cm?3 μ = 3.828 mm?1, and F(000) = 4368. Complex II has a binuclear nine-coordinate pseudomonocapped square antiprismatic conformation and its crystal structure belongs to triclinic system and space P1 group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 9.7637(16), b = 9.9722(16), c = 12.945(2) Å, α= 85.853(2)°, β = 77. 140(2)°, γ = 77.140(2)°, V = 1198.4(3) Å3, Z = 1, M = 1340.80, ρcalcd = 1.858 g cm?3, μ = 3.380 mm?1, and F(000) = 674. As for complex III, it also has nine-coordinate mononuclear structure with distorted tricapped trigonal prism and its crystal structure belongs to monoclinic system andP21/c space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 10.349(3), b = 12.760(4), c = 23.142(7) Å, β = 91.020(6)°, V = 3055.6(16) Å3, Z = 2, M = 797.55, ρcalcd = 1.734 g cm?3, μ = 2.674 mm?1, and F(000) = 1624. The results showed that although the ligands are different from one another in the shape and the numbers of coordination atoms, they all have nine-coordinate structures. However, one of them has binuclear structure and the other two have mononuclear structures because of the difference of the ligands.  相似文献

A new borophosphate compound with the composition (NH4) χ Mn((3?χ)/2)(H2O)2 [BP2O8]·(1?x)H2O was prepared under mild hydrothermal conditions and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) methods. The title compound was synthesized from MnCl2·2H2O, H3BO3, and (NH4)2HPO4 with variable molar ratios by heating at 180 °C for 7 days in an autoclave. The X-ray diffraction data of the water insoluble polycrystalline powder was indexed using the TREOR program in hexagonal system with the unit cell parameters of a = 9.5104, c = 15.7108 Å, Z = 6 and the space group P65 (No.176). (NH4) χ Mn((3?χ)/2)(H2O)2 [BP2O8]·(1?x)H2O is isostructural with (NH4) χ M ((3?χ) 2)/II (H2O)2 [BP2O8]·(1?x)H2O (MII = Co, Cd, Mg; x = 0.5–1). Its unit cell parameters and hkl values were in good agreement with the other isostructural compounds. This is the first report presenting both the synthetic details and the indexed X-ray powder diffraction pattern of this compound along with the characterization by FTIR, thermal gravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy and EPR.   相似文献

The crystal and molecular structures of the (NH4)[EuIII(Edta)(H2O)3] · H2O (I); Edta4– is an ethylenediaminetetraacetate anion) and (NH4)3[EuIII(Ttha)] · 5H2O (II); Ttha6– is a triethylenetetraminehexaacetate anion) complexes have been determined by single-crystal X-ray structure analysis. The crystal of complex I is orthorhombic with Fdd2 space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 1.9505(8) nm, b = 3.5445(14) nm, c = 1.2442(5) nm, V = 8.602(6) nm3, Z = 16, M = 531.29, p = 1.579 g cm–3, = 2.970 mm–1, and F(OOO) = 3924. The final R and wR values are 0.0378 and 0.1030 for 2799 (I > 2.0(I)) unique reflections, and 0.0495 and 0.1072 for all 6237 reflections, respectively. The nine-coordinated [EuIII(Edta)(H2O)3] complex anion has a pseudo-monocapped square antiprismatic structure in which the nine coordinated atoms, two N and four O are from one Edta ligand and three O atoms from water molecules. The crystal of complex II is monoclinic with P21/c space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 1.0387(3) nm, b = 1.2737(4) nm, c = 2.3031(7) nm, = 90.870(5)°, V = 3.047(2) nm3, Z = 4, M = 784.58, C 51.83, H 4.32, N 115.12. = 1.710 g cm–3, = 2.143 mm–1 and F(000) = 1608. The final R and wR are 0.0400 and 0.0720 for 5909 (I > 2.0(I)) unique reflections, and 0.0747 and 0.0799 for all 13825 reflections, respectively. The nine-coordinated [EuIII(Ttha)]3– complex anion has a pseudo-monocapped square antiprismatic structure in which the Ttha acts as an ninedentate ligand with four N atoms of amino groups and five O atoms of carboxylic groups actually, in addition, there is a non-coordinated free carboxylic group in the structure.  相似文献

A novel hydrated cobalt tetraborate complex NH4[Co(NH3)5(H2O)][B4O5(OH)4]2·6H2O, was synthesized by the reaction of NH4‐borate aqueous with CoCl2 and its structure was determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. The crystal system of this complex is orthorhombic, the space group is Pnma, and the unit cell parameters are a=1.2901(2) nm, b=1.6817(3) nm, c=1.1368(2) nm, α=β=γ=90°, V=2.4742(8) nm3, and Z=4. This compound contains infinite borate layers constructed from [B4O5(OH)4]2? units via hydrogen bonds. The adjacent polyborate anion layers are further linked together with the octahedral [Co(NH3)5(H2O)]3+ groups through hydrogen bonds to form 3D framework. The groups and guest water molecules are deposited in the empty space of this framework and interact with the layers by extensive hydrogen bonds. Infrared and Raman spectra (4000–400 cm?1) of NH4[Co(NH3)5(H2O)][B4O5(OH)4]2·6H2O were recorded at room temperature and analyzed. Fundamental vibrational modes were identified and band assignments were made. The middle band observed at 575 cm?1 in Raman spectrum is the pulse vibration of [B4O5(OH)4]2?.  相似文献

Single crystals of (NH4)2[(UO2)2C2O4(CH3COO)4] · 2H2O have been synthesized and studied. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic system with the unit cell parameters a = 6.9225(14) Å, b = 12.327(3) Å, c = 14.619(3) Å, space group Immm, Z = 2, and V = 1247.6(5) Å3. The main structural units of the crystals are the isle binuclear groups [(UO2)2C2O4(CH3COO)4]2? belonging to the crystal-chemical group A2K02B 4 01 (A = UO 2 2+ , K02 = C2O 4 2? , B01 = CH3COO?) of the uranyl complexes. The uranium-containing groups are linked into a three-dimensional framework due to electrostatic interaction with the ammonium cations and through a system of hydrogen bonds involving atoms of the water molecules, oxalate and acetate ions, and ammonium and uranyl cations.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(phen)2(SO4)(H2O)]·0.5C4H4O4·7H2O (phen = 1,10-phe-nanthroline and C4H4O4 = fumaric acid), has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P with a = 11.4827(2), b = 11.9086(2), c = 13.77350(10)(A), α = 80.6830(10), β = 66.6480(10), γ = 64.0480(10)o, V = 1554.63(4) (A)3, Mr = 722.17, Z = 2, Dc = 1.543 g/cm3, μ = 0.845 mm-1, F(000) = 750, R = 0.0349 and wR = 0.0837 for 4754 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The compound contains a six-coordinated copper(II) center, which is surround by four N atoms of two phen ligands (Cu-N distances in the range of 1.997(2)~2.225(2)(A)), one sulfate O atom (Cu-O = 2.0037(17) (A)) and one water O atom (Cu-O(5w) = 2.719(2) (A)) in a distorted octahedral geometry. Extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions are involved in water molecules, ligated sulfate anions and fumaric acid molecules. In addition, π-π interactions via aromatic nitrogen-containing ligands are also discussed. The combination of non-covalent interactions leads to the formation of a 3-D network structure.  相似文献

The compounds (NH4)6[Mo6V2O24(C2O4)2]·6H2O (I) and (NH4)4[H2Mo2V2O12(C2O4)2]·2H2O (II) have been prepared from molybdenum(VI) oxide and ammonium vanadate in aqueous solution through the addition of ammonium oxalate, and their structures determined by X-ray structure analysis. Whereas the molybdovanadate anion [Mo6V2O24(C2O4)2]6− found in (I) consists of six MoO6 and two VO6 edge-sharing octahedra of the γ-[Mo8O26]4− type structure, the tetranuclear anion [H2Mo2V2O12(C2O4)2]4− of (II) adopts the structure with a M4O16 core. Both complexes contain bidentate oxalato ligands bonded to the vanadium ions. In both crystal structures the molybdovanadate anions are mutually hydrogen bonded by ammonium ions and water molecules.  相似文献

A new heterometallic 4f-5d inorganic-organic metal-isonicotinic acid complex [La(C6NO2H5)3(H2O)2]2n·(nH5O2)(nHgCl5)(2nHgCl4)·(2nH2O) 1 has been synthesized via hydro-thermal reaction and structurally characterized. Complex 1 crystallizes in the space group C2/c of monoclinic system with four formula units in a cell: α= 24.140(7), b = 20.884(7), c = 15.462(2) (A), β = 127.46(1)°,V = 6187(3) (A)3, C36H47Cl13Hg3La2N6O20, Mr = 2224.24, Dc = 2.388 g/cm3, Z = 4, T = 293(2) K, μ(MoKα) = 9.401 mm-1, F(000) = 4160 and R/wR = 0.0376/0.0636 for 4130 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)) and 5617 unique reflections. Complex 1 is characteristic of a one-dimensional polycationic chain-like structure. Photoluminescent investigation reveals that the title complex displays interesting emissions in violet and orange regions. The luminescence spectra show stronger orange emission than violet emission. Optical absorption spectra of 1 reveal the presence of a wide optical bandgap of 3.41 eV.  相似文献

The X-ray crystal structures of (NH4)2(15-crown-5)3[Cu(mnt)2] (1) and (NH4)2(benzo-15-crown-5)4- [Cu(mnt)2]·0.5H2O (2) were determined. Two single crystals are composed of distinct structures of ammonium-crown ether supramolecular cation and [Cu(mnt)2]2- anion. The triple-decker dication in complex 1 and a sandwich dimmer in complex 2 were observed. X-Band EPR studies on the single crystals of both complex 1 and complex 2 have been carried out at room temperature, which revealed that complex 2 showed a perfect hyperfine structure of Cu whereas that of complex 1 could not be observed. The principal values and direction cosines of the principal axes of the g and A tensors were computed by a least-squares fitting procedure. The spin density of Cu(Ⅱ) was estimated according to the principal values of the A tensors and compared well with the results calculated based on DFT method.  相似文献

The single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of [UO2(SeO4)(C2H4N4)2] · 0.5H2O (I) is performed. The crystals are monoclinic: space group C2/c, Z = 8, a = 19.035(2), b = 7.1326(8), c = 21.477(2) Å, β = 109.683(4)°. The main structural units of the crystal are chains of [UO2(SeO4)(C2H4N4)2]. Compound I belongs to the crystal-chemical group AT3M 2 1 (A = UO 2 2+ , T3 = SeO 4 2? , M1 is a cyanoguanidine molecule) of the uranyl complexes. The chains are united into three-dimensional framework through hydrogen bonds involving the oxygen atoms of the selenate and uranyl groups, the nitrogen atoms of cyanoguanidine, and the hydrogen atoms of the cyanoguanidine or water molecules.  相似文献

A new bismuth oxalate Na(C5NH6)[Bi(H2O)(C2O4)2]2.4H2O has been obtained under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by X-ray diffraction.It crystallizes in mono-clinic, space group C2/m with a = 12.020(5), b = 11.190(8), c = 11.067(10)(A), β= 121.78(2)°,NaBi2CI3NH18O22, Mr= 981.24, V = 1265.4(16)(A)3, Z = 2, Dc = 2.575 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 14.005 mm-1, F(000) = 912, R = 0.0179 and wR = 0.0394.In the structure, the Bi(Ⅲ) centers are interconnected by oxalate ligands to produce honeycomb-like layers, which are further pillared by bridging ligand oxalate molecules to form a 3-D open-framework structure.Furthermore, the title compound exhibits blue luminescence with the emission peaks located at 394nm in the solid state at room temperature, and thus it could be useful in the field of photoactive materials.  相似文献

A new polyoxovanadate cluster,[NH3(CH2)2NH2(CH2)2NH3]4[VⅤ6VⅣ12O42(PO4)](PO4)·2H2O, has been synthesized and characterized by means of elemental analysis, IR spectrometry, EPR spectrometry, TG analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. This compound crystallizes in a monoclinic space group C2/c with a=2.3912(5) nm, b=1.3002(3) nm, c=2.0172(4) nm, β=105.75(3)°, V=6.036(2) nm3, Z=2, R1=0.0572, wR2=0.1476. It has a superKeggin structure with a Keggin unit capped by six [VO5] moieties on the pits on every side of the Keggin unit. After a short survey of what is the present state of the cyclophosphates associated with the organic molecule NH2(CH2)4NH2, we report chemical preparation and crystal structure for a new example of such compounds. [NH3(CH2)4NH3]2P4O12.2H2O is monoclinic (S.G. : P21/n), with Z = 2 and the following unit-cell parameters : a = 7.6728(8) Å, b = 18.962(3) Å, c = 7.9789(9) Å β = 111.751(9)°. Bidimensional layer arrangement of P4O12 rings connected to the water molecules thanks to weak H-bonds run parallel to the ab plane. The organic groupements located between these inorganic planes perform the three-dimensional cohesion by NH····O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献
