The two isomeric compounds 4‐amino‐ONN‐azoxybenzene [or 1‐(4‐aminophenyl)‐2‐phenyldiazene 2‐oxide], i.e. the α isomer, and 4‐amino‐NNO‐azoxybenzene [or 2‐(4‐aminophenyl)‐1‐phenyldiazene 2‐oxide], i.e. the β isomer, both C12H11N3O, crystallized from a polar solvent in orthorhombic space groups, and their crystal and molecular structures have been determined using X‐ray diffraction. There are no significant differences in the bond lengths and valence angles in the two isomers, in comparison with their monoclinic polymorphs. However, the conformations of the molecules are different due to rotation along the Ar—N bonds. In the α isomer, the benzene rings are twisted by 31.5 (2) and 14.4 (2)° towards the plane of the azoxy group; the torsion angles along the Ar—N bond in the β isomer are 24.3 (3) and 23.5 (3)°. Quantum‐mechanical calculations indicate that planar conformations are energetically favourable for both isomers. The N—H?O hydrogen bonds observed in both networks may be responsible for the deformation of these flexible molecules.  相似文献

Borohydride reduction of N‐(4‐nitrobenzylidene)‐4‐iodoaniline has yielded the title compound, 1,2‐bis[4‐(4‐iodophenylaminomethyl)phenyl]diazene 1‐oxide, C26H22I2N4O. The molecules lie across centres of inversion in P21/c, with the azoxy O atom disordered over two sites, each having an occupancy of 0.5. The molecules are linked into sheets by a combination of C—H⃛O and C—H⃛π(arene) hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the α isomer of trans‐4‐bromoazoxybenzene [systematic name: trans‐1‐(bromophenyl)‐2‐phenyldiazene 2‐oxide], C12H9BrN2O, has been determined by X‐ray diffraction. The geometries of the two molecules in the asymmetric unit are slightly different and are within ∼0.02 Å for bond lengths, ∼2° for angles and ∼3° for torsion angles. The azoxy bridges in both molecules have the typical geometry observed for trans‐azoxybenzenes. The crystal network contains two types of planar molecules arranged in columns. The torsion angles along the Ar—N bonds are only 7 (2)°, on either side of the azoxy group.  相似文献

The title compound, C28H27N3O4S, crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group P21/n, with one molecule in the asymmetric unit. In the indole ring, the dihedral angle between the fused rings is 3.6 (1)°. The phenyl ring of the sulfonyl substituent makes a dihedral angle of 79.2 (1)° with the best plane of the indole moiety. The phenyl ring of the dimethylaminophenyl group is orthogonal to the phenyl ring of the phenylsulfonyl group. The dihedral angle formed by the weighted least‐squares planes through the pyrrole ring and the phenyl ring of the dimethylaminophenyl group is 7.8 (1)°. The molecular structure is stabilized by C—H?O and C—H?N interactions.  相似文献

In the adduct ferrocene‐1,1′‐diylbis(diphenylmethanol)–1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethene (1/1), [Fe(C18H15O)2]·C12H10N2, there is an intramolecular O—H?O hydrogen bond in the ferrocenediol component and a single O—H?N hydrogen bond linking the diol to the diamine, which is disordered over two sets of sites, so forming a finite monomeric adduct. In the adduct ferrocene‐1,1′‐diylbis(diphenylmethanol)–1,6‐diaminohexane (2/1), 2[Fe(C18H15O)2]·C6H16N2, the amine lies across a centre of inversion in space group P. There is an intramolecular O—H?O hydrogen bond in the ferrocenediol, and the molecular components are linked by O—H?N and N—H?O hydrogen bonds, one of each type, into a C(13)[R(12)] chain of rings.  相似文献

In pentacarbonyl(4‐phenylpyridine)tungsten(0), [W(C11H9N)(CO)5], the molecules have mm site symmetry and the pyridine ligand, with m symmetry, is completely planar. In pentacarbonyl(2‐phenylpyridine)chromium(0), [Cr(C11H9N)(CO)5], the molecules are in general positions and the phenyl and pyridine rings of the ligand are twisted by 67.7 (3)° with respect to one another by rotation about the C—C bond joining them. In both compounds, the axial M—Ccarbonyl bond trans to the M—Nligand bond is significantly shorter than the equatorial M—Ccarbonyl bonds.  相似文献

In 2,4‐dihydroxybenzaldehyde 2,4‐dinitrophenylhydrazone N,N‐dimethylformamide solvate {or 4‐[(2,4‐dinitrophenyl)hydrazonomethyl]benzene‐1,3‐diol N,N‐dimethylformamide solvate}, C13H10N4O6·C3H7NO, (X), 2,4‐dihydroxyacetophenone 2,4‐dinitrophenylhydrazone N,N‐dimethylformamide solvate (or 4‐{1‐[(2,4‐dinitrophenyl)hydrazono]ethyl}benzene‐1,3‐diol N,N‐dimethylformamide solvate), C14H12N4O6·C3H7NO, (XI), and 2,4‐dihydroxybenzophenone 2,4‐dinitrophenylhydrazone N,N‐dimethylacetamide solvate (or 4‐{[(2,4‐dinitrophenyl)hydrazono]phenylmethyl}benzene‐1,3‐diol N,N‐dimethylacetamide solvate), C19H14N4O6·C4H9NO, (XII), the molecules all lack a center of symmetry, crystallize in centrosymmetric space groups and have been observed to exhibit non‐linear optical activity. In each case, the hydrazone skeleton is fairly planar, facilitated by the presence of two intramolecular hydrogen bonds and some partial N—N double‐bond character. Each molecule is hydrogen bonded to one solvent molecule.  相似文献

The novel title silver(I) coordination polymer, catena‐poly[[acetonitrilesilver(I)]‐di‐μ‐4‐[N‐(diphenylphosphino)aminomethyl]pyridine‐κ2N1:P2P:N1‐[acetonitrilesilver(I)]‐μ3‐4‐[N,N‐bis(diphenylphosphino)aminomethyl]pyridine‐κ3N1:P:P′‐bis[acetonitrilesilver(I)(Ag—Ag)]‐μ3‐4‐[N,N‐bis(diphenylphosphino)aminomethyl]pyridine‐κ3P:P′:N1] tetrakis(tetrafluoroborate) acetonitrile trisolvate], {[Ag4(C2H3N)4(C18H17N2P)2(C30H26N2P2)2](BF4)4·3C2H3N}n, is formed by the self‐assembly of the Ph2P(4‐NHCH2C5H4N) and (Ph2P)2(4‐NCH2C5H4N) ligands with silver tetrafluoroborate. The polymer consists of alternating rings (which lie about inversion centers) bridged by the pyridyl rings of the bis‐phosphine‐substituted ligands, with anions hydrogen bonded the length of the chain. Two distinctly different metal coordination environments exist in the polymer, viz. distorted tetrahedral and trigonal geometries.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, C9H8N4, comprises non‐planar molecules that associate via pyrimidine N—H?N dimer R(8) hydrogen‐bonding associations [N?N 3.1870 (17) Å] and form linear hydrogen‐bonded chains via a pyrimidine N—H?N(pyridyl) interaction [N?N 3.0295 (19) Å]. The dihedral angle between the two rings is 24.57 (5)°. The structure of the 1:1 adduct with 4‐aminobenzoic acid, C9H8N4·C7H7NO2, exhibits a hydrogen‐bonding network involving COOH?N(pyridyl) [O?N 2.6406 (17) Å], pyrimidine N—H?N [N?N 3.0737 (19) and 3.1755 (18) Å] and acid N—H?O interactions [N?O 3.0609 (17) and 2.981 (2) Å]. The dihedral angle between the two linked rings of the base is 38.49 (6)° and the carboxylic acid group binds to the stronger base group in contrast to the (less basic) complementary hydrogen‐bonding site.  相似文献

The structures of diphenyl [3‐methyl‐1‐(3‐phenylthioureido)butyl]phosphonate and diphenyl [2‐methyl‐1‐(3‐phenylthioureido)butyl]phosphonate, both C24H27N2O3PS, are reported. In both compounds, the thiourea moiety adopts a synsyn conformation (i.e. the S—C—N—C torsion angles are synperiplanar), which enables N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to be formed between centrosymmetrically related molecules. The geometries around the P atoms can be described as distorted tetrahedral. Some of the functional groups in each structure are disordered. The bulk of the different alkyl substituents between the amide and phosphonate groups influences the molecular conformation and crystal packing. Although the structures of these compounds and two related derivatives appear to be similar, they are not isostructural.  相似文献

In the title compound, C29H30N6, the naphthyridine ring is almost planar with a dihedral angle of 5.4 (1)° between the pyridyl rings. The dihedral angles between the naphthyridine system and the diethylaminophenyl, phenyl and pyrrolidine rings are 53.1 (1), 19.8 (1) and 20.9 (1)°, respectively. The pyrrolidine ring adopts a half‐chair conformation. The molecule is stabilized by weak C—H?N interactions.  相似文献

In the title compound, C29H30N6O, the naphthyridine moiety is planar with a dihedral angle between the fused rings of 1.9 (1)°. The phenol ring is nearly coplanar, while the diethylaminophenyl substituent is orthogonal to the central naphthyridine ring and the pyrrolidine ring makes an angle of 11.2 (1)° with it. The O atom of the hydroxy substituent is coplanar with the phenyl ring to which it is attached. The molecular structure is stabilized by a C—H?N‐type intramolecular hydrogen bond and the packing is stabilized by intermolecular C—H?π, O—H?N and N—H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In the title complex, [Au(C12H8N5O4)(C18H15P)], the coordination geometry about the AuI ion is linear, with one deprotonated 1,3‐bis(4‐nitrophenyl)triazenide ion, [O2NC6H4N=N–NC6H4NO2], acting as a monodentate ligand (two‐electron donor), and one neutral triphenylphosphine molecule completing the metal coordination. The triazenide ligand is almost planar (r.m.s. deviation = 0.0767 Å), with the largest interplanar angle being 11.6 (7)° between the phenyl ring of one of the terminal 4‐nitrophenyl substituents and the plane defined by the N=N—N triad. The Au—N and Au—P distances are 2.108 (5) and 2.2524 (13) Å, respectively. Pairs of molecules generated by centrosymmetry are associated into a supramolecular array via intermolecular C—H⋯O interactions, and N⋯C and N⋯O π–π interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, C20H19NO2S2, is formed by a palladium–copper‐catalyzed reaction between 4‐methyl‐N‐[2‐(prop‐2‐ynylsulfanyl)phenyl]benzenesulfonamide and p‐iodotoluene. The molecules contain three essentially planar parts, namely an aminothiophenol moiety (A), a toluenesulfone moiety excluding the oxo ligands (B) and a tolyl group (C), approximately orthogonal to each other; the dihedral angles A/B, A/C and B/C are 111.6 (1), 89.3 (1) and 101.4 (1)°, respectively. Intermolecular N—H?O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into infinite one‐dimensional chains.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of 2‐acetamido‐N‐benzyl‐2‐(methoxyamino)acetamide (3L), C12H17N3O3, the 2‐acetylaminoacetamide moiety has a linearly extended conformation, with an interplanar angle between the two amide groups of 157.3 (1)°. In 2‐acetamido‐N‐benzyl‐2‐[methoxy(methyl)amino]acetamide (3N), C13H19N3O3, the planes of the two amide groups intersect at an angle of 126.4 (4)°, resulting in a chain that is slightly more bent. The replacement of the methoxyamino H atom of 3L with a methyl group to form 3N and concomitant loss of hydrogen bonding results in some positional/thermal disorder in the methoxy(methyl)amino group. In both structures, in addition to classical N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, there are also weak non‐standard C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The hydrogen bonds and packing interactions result in planar hydrophilic and hydrophobic areas perpendicular to the c axis in 3L and parallel to the ab plane in the N‐methyl derivative. Stereochemical comparisons with phenytoin have identified two O atoms and a phenyl group as molecular features likely to be responsible for the anticonvulsant activities of these compounds.  相似文献

In the asymmetric unit of the title compound, C10H15N4O2+·H2PO4, there are two protonated aminoguanidinium cations and two dihydrogenphosphate anions. The positive charge on the protonated amidine group is delocalized over the three C—N bonds in a manner similar to that found in guanidinium salts. The aminoguanidinium cations are found to be the E‐isomer structures. Intramolecular interactions of the N—H⋯N type are observed, leading to the formation of five‐membered rings. Extensive networks of O—H⋯O, N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds stabilize the three‐dimensional network. In the crystal structure, π–π interactions between the benzene rings, with a distance of 3.778 (2) Å between the ring centroids, also affect the packing of the molecules.  相似文献

The syntheses and structures of two mixed‐ligand complexes of platinum(II) with deprotonated oxopurine bases and triphenylphosphine are reported, namely the theophyllinate complex cis‐bis(1,2,3,6‐tetrahydro‐1,3‐dimethylpurine‐2,6‐dionato‐κN7)bis(triphenylphosphine‐κP)platinum(II), [Pt(C7H7N4O2)2(C18H15P)2], (I), and the theobrominate complex cis‐chloro(1,2,3,6‐tetrahydro‐3,7‐dimethylpurine‐2,6‐dionato‐κN1)bis(triphenylphosphine‐κP)platinum(II) ethanol hemisolvate, [PtCl(C7H7N4O2)(C18H15P)2]·0.5C2H5OH, (II). In (I), the coordination geometry of Pt is square planar, formed by the two coordinating N atoms of the theophyllinate anions in a cis arrangement and two P atoms from the triphenylphosphine groups. In (II), there are two crystallographically independent molecules. They both exhibit a square‐planar coordination geometry around Pt involving one Cl atom, the coordinating N atom of the theobrominate anion and two P atoms from the triphenylphosphine groups. The two triphenylphosphine groups are arranged in a cis configuration in both structures. The heterocyclic rings are rotated with respect to the coordination plane of the metal by 82.99 (8) and 88.09 (8)° in complex (I), and by 85.91 (16) and 88.14 (18)° in complex (II). Both structures are stabilized by intramolecular stacking interactions involving the purine rings and the phenyl rings of adjacent triphenylphosphine moieties.  相似文献

The aromatic ring of the cinnamic moiety in N‐benzyl‐2′‐iodocinnamanilide, C22H18INO, (I), and N‐benzyl‐2′‐iodo‐4′‐methyl‐2‐phenylcinnamanilide, C29H24INO, (II), makes a dihedral angle with the iodophenyl ring of 72.1 (2) and 81.0 (2)° in (I) and (II), respectively. In (I), molecules exist as discrete components, while in (II), they form infinite chains along the b axis, through I?O non‐bonded interactions.  相似文献

The adduct 1,6‐diaminohexane–1,1,1‐tris(4‐hydroxyphenyl)ethane (1/2) is a salt {hexane‐1,6‐diyldiammonium–4‐[1,1‐bis(4‐hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]phenolate (1/2)}, C6H18N22+·2C20H17O3?, in which the cation lies across a centre of inversion in space group P. The anions are linked by two short O—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O 1.74 and 1.76 Å, O?O 2.5702 (12) and 2.5855 (12) Å, and O—H?O 168 and 169°] into a chain containing two types of R(24) ring. Each cation is linked to four different anion chains by three N—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O 1.76–2.06 Å, N?O 2.6749 (14)–2.9159 (14) Å and N—H?O 156–172°]. In the adduct 2,2′‐bipyridyl–1,1,1‐tris(4‐hydroxyphenyl)ethane (1/2), C10H8N2·2C20H18O3, the neutral diamine lies across a centre of inversion in space group P21/n. The tris(phenol) molecules are linked by two O—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O both 1.90 Å, O?O 2.7303 (14) and 2.7415 (15) Å, and O—H?O 173 and 176°] into sheets built from R(38) rings. Pairs of tris(phenol) sheets are linked via the diamine by means of a single O—H?N hydrogen bond [H?N 1.97 Å, O?N 2.7833 (16) Å and O—H?N 163°].  相似文献
