The title compounds, bis(pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato‐N,O,O′)copper(II) monohydrate, [Cu(C7H4NO4)2]·H2O, andbis(pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato‐N,O,O′)zinc(II) trihydrate, [Zn(C7H4NO4)2]·3H2O, have distorted octahedral geometries about the metal centres. Both metal ions are bonded to four O atoms and two pyridyl‐N atoms from the two terdentate ligand molecules, which are nearly perpendicular to each other. The copper(II) complex has twofold crystallographic symmetry and contains two different ligand molecules, one of which is neutral and another doubly ionized. In contrast, the zinc(II) complex contains two identical singly ionized ligand molecules. Both crystal structures are stabilized by O—H?O intermolecular hydrogen bonds between the complex and the water molecules. 相似文献

The asymmetric unit of {[4,7‐bis(2‐aminoethyl)‐1,4,7‐triazacyclononan‐1‐yl]acetato}zinc(II) triaqua{μ‐[4,7‐bis(2‐aminoethyl)‐1,4,7‐triazacyclononan‐1‐yl]acetato}lithium(I)zinc(II) chloride diperchlorate, [Zn(C12H26N5O2)][LiZn(C12H26N5O2)(H2O)3]Cl(ClO4)2, obtained from the reaction between the lithium salt of 4,7‐bis(2‐aminoethyl)‐1,4,7‐triazacyclononane‐1‐acetate and Zn(ClO4)2, contains two ZnII complexes in which each ZnII ion is six‐coordinated by five N‐atom donors and one O‐atom donor from the ligand. One carboxylate O‐atom donor is not involved in coordination to a ZnII atom, but coordinates to an Li+ ion, the tetrahedral geometry of Li+ being completed by three water molecules. The two complexes are linked via a hydrogen bond between a primary amine N—H group and the carboxylate‐O atom not involved in coordination to a metal. 相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C6H4NO3)2(H2O)2], the CuII ion lies on an inversion centre and has an elongated octahedral environment, equatorially trans‐coordinated by two N,O‐bidentate picolinate ligands and axially coordinated by two water O atoms. The complex molecules form layers, which are linked by O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds between the aqua ligands and neighbouring carboxylate groups. An intramolecular hydrogen bond between the coordinated carboxylate O atom and the hydroxy H atom is also observed. 相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Zn(C3H2O4)(C12H8N2)(H2O)2], the ZnII atom displays a distorted octahedral geometry, being coordinated by two N atoms from the 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand, two O atoms from different carboxylate groups of the chelating malonate dianion and two O atoms of cis water molecules. The complex molecules are linked to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular array by both hydrogen‐bonding interactions between coordinated water molecules and the uncoordinated carboxylate O atoms of neighboring molecules, and aromatic π–π stacking interactions between neighboring phenanthroline rings. 相似文献

In the title compound, {[Zn(C8H4O5)(C12H8N2)]·H2O}n or {[Zn(OH‐BDC)(phen)]·H2O}n (where OH‐H2BDC is 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline), the Zn atoms are coordinated by two N atoms from the phen ligands and by four O atoms from hydroxyisophthalate ligands in a highly distorted octahedral geometry, with Zn—O distances in the range 2.042 (4)–2.085 (5) Å and Zn—N distances of 2.133 (5) and 2.137 (5) Å. The {[Zn(OH‐BDC)(phen)]·H2O}n infinite zigzag polymer forms a helical chain of [Zn2(OH‐BDC)2]n units. Face‐to‐face π–π interactions (3.60–3.75 Å) occur between two phen rings belonging to the same helical chain. Consolidation of the packing structure is achieved by O—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the carboxylate O atoms, the hydroxyl group and the water molecule, forming two‐dimensional sheets. 相似文献

In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nicotinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxylate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐dihydroxybenzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxylate O atom from the 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

In the title compound, C7H13NO2·0.5H2O, cis‐4‐aminocyclohexanecarboxylic acid exists as a zwitterion and co‐crystallizes with water molecules in a 2:1 amino acid–water ratio. The cyclohexane ring adopts a chair conformation, with the carboxylate and ammonium groups in axial and equatorial positions, respectively. The basic motif in the crystal structure is a sandwich structure, formed by two amino acid units linked by head‐to‐tail hydrogen bonds. Hydrogen bonds of the type N+—H⋯O—C—O− link these motifs, forming helicoidally extended chains running along the c axis. The water molecule lies on a twofold axis and interacts with the chains by means of O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

In the title compound, C6H14N4O2·H2O, the α‐amino group is neutral. The molecular side chain including the guanidinium group is not fully extended, having a near gauche–gauche conformation [χ3 = 59.0 (1)°; χ4 = 72.8 (1)°]. The network of hydrogen bonds stabilizing the crystal lattice includes those formed between the deprotonated and negatively charged α‐carboxylate groups and the positively charged amino groups of the guanidinium group of neighbouring molecules. N—H?O=C and water‐mediated N—H?O hydrogen bonds link individual molecules to produce pairs of spiral motifs laterally connected by N—H?O and C—H?O hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(C7H4NO4)2(C12H8N2)(H2O)], has been synthesized. X‐Ray analysis reveals that it is a neutral zinc(II) mononuclear carboxylate complex based on mixed N‐ and O‐donor ligands. The Zn atom is five‐coordinate in a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal coordination environment involving two O atoms of two monodentate 2‐nitrobenzoate molecules, two N atoms of a 1,10‐phenanthroline molecule and one O atom of a water molecule. The axial positions are occupied by a carboxylate O atom from the 2‐nitrobenzoate ligand and an N atom from the 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand [N—Zn—O = 167.66 (9)°]. 相似文献

The title compound, [Ca(C16H12O4)(H2O)6]·H2O, adopts a conformation about the central C—C bond that places the two carboxylate groups in an anti orientation. The crystal consists of layers of two‐dimensional arrays of 2,3‐diphenylsuccinate dianions which are linked by bridging Ca2+ cations. The unit cell contains two Ca2+ cations in an unusual four‐membered Ca—O—Ca—O ring in which the bridging O atoms belong to water molecules rather than carboxylates, i.e. poly[[[di‐μ‐aqua‐bis[pentaaquacalcium(II)]]‐μ‐(meso‐2,3‐diphenylsuccinato‐O:O′)] succinate dihydrate]. 相似文献

In the centrosymmetric title complex, [Mn(C7H8N2O2)4(H2O)2](ClO4)2, the MnII ion is in an octahedral environment, with the equatorial plane being defined by the O atoms of four monodentate carboxylate groups, and the octahedron being completed by two trans‐coordinated water molecules. There are intramolecular hydrogen bonds between the coordinated water molecules and the non‐coordinated O atoms of the carboxylate groups. Hydrogen bonds between the amino groups and the carboxylate groups of neighbouring molecules generate a layered hydrogen‐bonded network. 相似文献

In the title compound, [Mn(C5H3N2O4)2(H2O)2], the MnII atom lies on an inversion centre, is trans‐coordinated by two N,O‐bidentate 1H‐imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylate monoanionic ligands [Mn—O = 2.202 (3) Å and Mn—N = 2.201 (4) Å] and two water molecules [Mn—O = 2.197 (4) Å], and exhibits a distorted octahedral geometry, with adjacent cis angles of 76.45 (13), 86.09 (13) and 89.20 (13)°. The reaction of cadmium chloride with pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid (PDA) and 98% H2SO4 in ethanol led to the formation of the title compound, bis[μ‐6‐(ethoxycarbonyl)pyridine‐2‐carboxylato]‐1:2κ4O6,N,O2:O2;1:2κ4O2:O2,N,O6‐bis[diaquachlorocadmium(II)] dihydrate, [Cd2(C9H8NO4)2Cl2(H2O)4]·2H2O. PDA is esterified to monoethyl pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate (MEPD) by the catalysis of H2SO4 during the reaction. The dinuclear CdII complex lies about an inversion centre and the unique Cd atom has a pentagonal–bipyramidal geometry. The two Cd atoms are bridged by two carboxylate O atoms, forming a planar Cd2O2 unit. Stair‐like chains are formed via O—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds and these are further arranged into two‐dimensional layers via hydrogen bonds involving solvate water molecules. 相似文献

In the title ternary complex, C10H9N2+·C7H3N2O6?·C7H4N2O6, the pyridinium cation adopts the role of the donor in an intermolecular N—H?O hydrogen‐bonding interaction with the carboxylate group of the 3,5‐dinitrobenzoate anion. The molecules of the ternary complex form molecular ribbons perpendicular to the b direction, which are stabilized by one N—H?O, one O—H?O and five C—H?O intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The ribbons are further interconnected by three intermolecular C—H?O hydrogen bonds into a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

In the title cocrystal, trimethoprim maleate [2,4‐diamino‐5‐(3,4,5‐trimethoxybenzyl)pyrimidin‐1‐ium maleate], C14H19N4O3+·C4H3O4?, the trimethoprim molecule is protonated at N1. The carboxyl group of the maleate ion makes a specific double hydrogen bond of type N—H?O with the 2‐amino group and the protonated N1 atom of the trimethoprim cation which is similar to the carboxylate–trimethoprim cation interaction observed in the complex of dihydrofolate reductase with trimethoprim. The pyrimidine moieties of trimethoprim cations are centrosymmetrically paired through a pair of N—H?N hydrogen bonds involving the 4‐amino group and the pyridinium N3 atom of a symmetry‐related molecule. One of the O atoms at the maleate carboxylate group bridges the 2‐amino and 4‐amino groups on either side of the paired trimethoprim cations. The other O atom of the carboxylate group forms an intramolecular O—H?O hydrogen bond with the carboxyl group. These characteristic hydrogen bonds result in infinite two‐dimensional aggregation of rings into a supramolecular ladder, which is further crosslinked through weak C—H?O interactions with methoxy groups of neighbouring trimethoprim molecules to form a layered structure. 相似文献
