The title 1,2‐diol derivative, C10H12O2, crystallizes with two independent but closely similar molecules in the asymmetric unit. Only two of the four OH groups are involved in classical hydrogen bonding; the molecules thereby associate to form chains parallel to the short c axis. The other two OH groups are involved in O—H⋯(C[triple‐bond]C) systems. Additionally, three of the four C[triple‐bond]C—H groups act as donors in C—H⋯O interactions. The 1,4‐diol derivative crystallizes with two independent half‐molecules of the diol (each associated with an inversion centre) and one water molecule in the asymmetric unit, C12H16O2·H2O. Both OH groups and one water H atom act as classical hydrogen‐bond donors, leading to layers parallel to the ac plane. The second water H atom is involved in a three‐centre contact to two C[triple‐bond]C bonds. One acetylenic H atom makes a very short `weak' hydrogen bond to a hydroxy O atom, and the other is part of a three‐centre system in which the acceptors are a hydroxy O atom and a C[triple‐bond]C bond.  相似文献

The title compound, C7H8FO6PS·H2O, contains both phosphonic and sulfonic acid functionalities. An extensive network of O—H?O hydrogen bonds is present in the crystal structure. The three acidic protons are associated with the phosphonate group. Two protons experience typical hydrogen‐bond contacts with the sulfonate‐O atoms, while the third has a longer covalent bond of 1.05 (3) Å to the phosphonate‐O atom and a short hydrogen‐bond contact of 1.38 (3) Å to the water O atom (all O—H?O angles are in the range 162–175°). The sulfonate group is positioned so that one S—O bond is nearly coplanar with the phenyl ring [torsion angle O—S—C—C ?8.6 (2)°]. The phosphonate group is oriented approximately perpendicular to the ring [torsion angle P—C—C—C 99.2 (2)°] with one P—O bond anti to the benzyl C—C bond. The molecules pack in layers in the bc plane with the water molecules in between adjacent pairs of inverted layers.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Co(C5H3N2O4)2(H2O)2]·C10H8N2, the Co atom is trans‐coordinated by two pairs of N and O atoms from two monoanionic 4,5‐dicarboxyimidazole ligands, and by two O atoms from two coordinated water molecules, in a distorted octahedral geometry. The 4,4′‐bipyridine solvent molecule is not involved in coordination but is linked by an N—H⋯N hydrogen bond to the neutral [Co(C5H3N2O4)2(H2O)2] molecule. Both molecules are located on inversion centers. The crystal packing is stabilized by N—H⋯N and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, which produce a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network. Offset π–π stacking interactions between the pyridine rings of adjacent 4,4′‐bipyridine molecules were observed, with a face‐to‐face distance of 3.345 (1) Å.  相似文献

trans‐Diaquabis(isoquinoline‐1‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)cobalt(II) dihydrate, [Co(C10H6NO2)2(H2O)2]·2H2O, and trans‐diaquabis(isoquinoline‐1‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)nickel(II) dihydrate, [Ni(C10H6NO2)2(H2O)2]·2H2O, contain the same isoquinoline ligand, with both metal atoms residing on a centre of symmetry and having the same distorted octahedral coordination. In the former complex, the Co—O(water) bond length in the axial direction is 2.167 (2) Å, which is longer than the Co—O(carboxylate) and Co—N bond lengths in the equatorial plane [2.055 (2) and 2.096 (2) Å, respectively]. In the latter complex, the corresponding bond lengths for Ni—O(water), Ni—O(carboxylate) and Ni—N are 2.127 (2), 2.036 (2) and 2.039 (3) Å, respectively. Both crystals are stabilized by similar stacking interactions of the ligand, and also by hydrogen bonds between the hydrate and coordinated water molecules.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Co(C6H15N3)(C7H15N2S)]S2O6·H2O, the Co—C bond distance is 1.9930 (13) Å, which is shorter than for related compounds with the linear 1,6‐diamino‐3‐thiahexan‐4‐ide anion in place of the macrocyclic 1‐thia‐4,7‐diazacyclodecan‐8‐ide anion. The coordinated carbanion produces an elongation of 0.102 (7) Å of the Co—N bond to the 1,4,7‐triazacyclononane N atom in the trans position. This relatively small trans influence is presumably a result of the triamine ligand forming strong bonds to the CoIII atom.  相似文献

In the crystal of the title complex, [Co(C9H6NO)3]·C2H5OH, the central Co atom has a distorted octahedral coordination comprised of three N atoms and three O atoms from the three 8‐quinolinolato ligands. The three Co—O bond distances are in the range 1.887 (2)–1.910 (2) Å, while the three Co—N bond distances range from 1.919 (2) to 1.934 (2) Å. The solvent ethanol molecule forms an intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bonding with a quinolinolato ligand.  相似文献

The title complex, {[Fe(C4H4O4)(H2O)4]}n, is an infinite polymeric compound bridged by the succinate dianion. Two carboxylate groups coordinate in a monodentate manner to the FeII atom, in a trans fashion, with an O—Fe—O bond angle of 175.72 (6)° and Fe—O distances of 2.0886 (14) and 2.1008 (15) Å. One of the uncoordinated carboxylate O atom forms an intramolecular hydrogen bond with a coordinated water molecule. Extensive hydrogen bonding between parallel polymeric complex chains results in a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

The two title complexes, catena‐poly[[{2,2′‐[1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato}cobalt(III)]‐μ‐azido], [Co(C17H16N2O2)(N3)]n, (I), and catena‐poly[[{2,2′‐[1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato}cobalt(III)]‐μ‐thiocyanato], [Co(C17H16N2O2)(NCS)]n, (II), are isomorphous polynuclear cobalt(III) compounds. In both structures, the CoIII atom is six‐coordinated in an octahedral configuration by two N atoms and two O atoms of one Schiff base, and two terminal N or S atoms from two bridging ligands. The [N,N′‐bis(salicylidene)propane‐1,3‐diaminato]cobalt(III) moieties are linked by the bridging ligands, viz. azide in (I) and thiocyanate in (II), giving zigzag polymeric chains with backbones of the type [–Co—N—N—N—Co]n in (I) or [–Co—N—C—S—Co]n in (II) running along the c axis.  相似文献

The crystal structures of two solid phases of the title compound, C4H5N2+·C6HCl2O4·H2O, have been determined at 225 and 120 K. In the high‐temperature phase, stable above 198 K, the transition temperature of which has been determined by 35Cl nuclear quadrupole resonance and differential thermal analysis measurements, the three components are held together by O—H...O, N...H...O, C—H...O and C—H...Cl hydrogen bonds, forming a centrosymmetric 2+2+2 aggregate. In the N...H...O hydrogen bond formed between the pyrimidin‐1‐ium cation and the water molecule, the H atom is disordered over two positions, resulting in two states, viz. pyrimidin‐1‐ium–water and pyrimidine–oxonium. In the low‐temperature phase, the title compound crystallizes in the same monoclinic space group and has a similar molecular packing, but the 2+2+2 aggregate loses the centrosymmetry, resulting in a doubling of the unit cell and two crystallographically independent molecules for each component in the asymmetric unit. The H atom in one N...H...O hydrogen bond between the pyrimidin‐1‐ium cation and the water molecule is disordered, while the H atom in the other hydrogen bond is found to be ordered at the N‐atom site with a long N—H distance [1.10 (3) Å].  相似文献

The title organic–inorganic hybrid compound, [Co(C10H8N2O2)2(H2O)2]2[Mo8O26]·2H2O, consists of [Co(bpdo)2(H2O)2]2+ (bpdo is 2,2‐bipyridine N,N′‐dioxide) and ξ‐[Mo8O26]4− groups in a 2:1 ratio, plus two water solvent molecules. The independent Co atom in the cation is coordinated by four O atoms from two bpdo ligands and two water molecules, in a distorted octahedral geometry. The counter‐anions, built up around a symmetry center, are linked by solvent water molecules through O—H...O hydrogen bonds to generate two‐dimensional layers, which are in turn linked by coordinated water molecules from the cationic units through further O—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

2,2′‐Anhydro‐1‐(3′,5′‐di‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D‐arabinofuranosyl)uracil, C13H14N2O7, was obtained by refluxing 2′,3′‐O‐(methoxymethylene)uridine in acetic anhydride. The structure exhibits a nearly perfect C4′‐endo (4E) conformation. The best four‐atom plane of the five‐membered furanose ring is O—C—C—C, involving the C atoms of the fused five‐membered oxazolidine ring, and the torsion angle is only −0.4 (2)°. The oxazolidine ring is essentially coplanar with the six‐membered uracil ring [r.m.s. deviation = 0.012 (5) Å and dihedral angle = −3.2 (3)°]. The conformation at the exocyclic C—C bond is gauche–trans which is stabilized by various C—H...π and C—O...π interactions.  相似文献

The title complex, [Co(C12H8FN2O)3]·3H2O, has been synthesized for the first time. The complex comprises three bidentate ligands containing the pyridine‐2‐carboxamide stem. The distorted octahedral coordination around the Co atom is formed via the pyridine (py) N atom and the deprotonated amide N atom of each ligand, with the three pyridine rings in a meridional arrangement. For each ligand, the pyridine ring and the carbonyl group are nearly coplanar, with torsion angles in the range 0.4 (3)–4.8 (4)°. The Co—Npy distances [1.9258 (16)–1.9656 (17) Å] are shorter than the corresponding Co—Namide distances [1.9372 (17)–1.9873 (15) Å]. In addition, the Co—Npy distances are closely related to the magnitudes of the chelate angles, a shorter Co—Npy distance corresponding to a larger angle. Five intermolecular hydrogen bonds, involving carbonyl O atoms of the ligands and lattice water molecules, lead to the formation of a mesh structure.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [Cu2(C12H24N4O2)(C3H4N2)2(CH4O)2](ClO4)2 or [Cu2(dmoxpn)(HIm)2(CH3OH)2](ClO4)2, where dmoxpn is the dianion of N,N′‐bis[3‐(dimethylamino)propyl]oxamide and HIm is imidazole, consists of a centrosymmetric trans‐oxamidate‐bridged copper(II) binuclear cation, having an inversion centre at the mid‐point of the central C—C bond, and two perchlorate anions. The CuII atom has square‐pyramidal coordination geometry involving two N atoms and an O atom from the dmoxpn ligand, an N atom from an imidazole ring, and an O atom from a methanol molecule. The crystal structure is stabilized by O—H⋯O, N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and imidazole π–π stacking interactions to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular array.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C9H5N2O3)2(C2H6OS)2], consists of octahedrally coordinated CuII ions, with the 3‐oxo‐3,4‐dihydroquinoxaline‐2‐carboxylate ligands acting in a bidentate manner [Cu—O = 1.9116 (14) Å and Cu—N = 2.1191 (16) Å] and a dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) molecule coordinated axially via the O atom [Cu—O = 2.336 (5) and 2.418 (7) Å for the major and minor disorder components, respectively]. The whole DMSO molecule exhibits positional disorder [0.62 (1):0.38 (1)]. The octahedron around the CuII atom, which lies on an inversion centre, is elongated in the axial direction, exhibiting a Jahn–Teller effect. The ligand exhibits tautomerization by H‐atom transfer from the hydroxyl group at position 3 to the N atom at position 4 of the quinoxaline ring of the ligand. The complex molecules are linked through an intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond [N...O = 2.838 (2) Å] formed between the quinoxaline NH group and a carboxylate O atom, and by a weak intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond [3.392 (11) Å] formed between a carboxylate O atom and a methyl C atom of the DMSO ligand. There is a weak intramolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond [3.065 (3) Å] formed between a benzene CH group and a carboxylate O atom.  相似文献

The title monomeric copper(II) complex, [Cu(C9H8NO3)2(H2O)2], (I), shows a square‐planar coordination and has an inversion centre at the Cu atom. The carboxylate group of the N‐acetylanthranilate ion acts as a monodentate donor ligand to copper and as an acceptor of an intramolecular O—H?O hydrogen bond from the coordinated water molecule, with an O?O distance of 2.581 (2) Å.  相似文献

The title compound, C19H21N3O4S, crystallizes in the space group P2/c with two molecules in the asymmetric unit. The conformation of both molecules is very similar and is mainly determined by an intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond between a urea N atom and a sulfonyl O atom. The O and second N atom of the urea groups are involved in dimer formation via N—H...O hydrogen bonds. The intramolecular hydrogen‐bonding motif and conformation of the C—SO2—NH(C=O)—NH—C fragment are explored and compared using the Cambridge Structural Database and theoretical calculations. The crystal packing is characterized by π–π stacking between the 5‐cyanobenzene rings.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C10H18N5)(CH4O)]ClO4, four N atoms from the deprotonated ligand derived from bis(3‐aminopropyl)amine and 2‐imidazolecarboxaldehyde are coordinated to the Cu atom. The four N atoms occupy equatorial positions with Cu—N bond distances ranging from 1.998 (2) to 2.046 (3) Å. The methanol O atom occupies one axial position with a Cu—O bond distance of 2.295 (2) Å.  相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl(C7H7O3S)(C12H8N2)(H2O)], the central Cu atom is coordinated by a water molecule, a chloride ion, an O‐monodentate p‐toluenesulfonate anion and an N,N′‐bidentate 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand. The copper environment is best described as a slightly distorted square pyramid, with bond distances Cu—Cl 2.2282 (9) Å, Cu—OW 1.984 (3) Å, and Cu—N 2.006 (3) and 2.028 (3) Å; the apical Cu—O distance is 2.281 (2) Å. In the supramolecular structure, π–π‐stacking stabilization is observed, and classical and non‐classical hydrogen bonds also play an important role.  相似文献

The compound N,N′,N′′‐tricyclohexylphosphorothioic triamide, C18H36N3PS or P(S)[NHC6H11]3, (I), crystallizes in the space group Pnma with the molecule lying across a mirror plane; one N atom lies on the mirror plane, whereas the bond‐angle sum at the other N atom has a deviation of some 8° from the ideal value of 360° for a planar configuration. The orientation of the atoms attached to this nonplanar N atom corresponds to an anti orientation of the corresponding lone electron pair (LEP) with respect to the P=S group. The P=S bond length of 1.9785 (6) Å is within the expected range for compounds with a P(S)[N]3 skeleton; however, it is in the region of the longest bond lengths found for analogous structures. This may be due to the involvement of the P=S group in N—H...S=P hydrogen bonds. In O,O′‐diethyl (2‐phenylhydrazin‐1‐yl)thiophosphonate, C10H17N2O2PS or P(S)[OC2H5]2[NHNHC6H5], (II), the bond‐angle sum at the N atom attached to the phenyl ring is 345.1°, whereas, for the N atom bonded to the P atom, a practically planar environment is observed, with a bond‐angle sum of 359.1°. A Cambridge Structural Database [CSD; Allen (2002). Acta Cryst. B 58 , 380–388] analysis shows a shift of the maximum population of P=S bond lengths in compounds with a P(S)[O]2[N] skeleton to the shorter bond lengths relative to compounds with a P(S)[N]3 skeleton. The influence of this difference on the collective tendencies of N...S distances in N—H...S hydrogen bonds for structures with P(S)[N]3 and P(S)[O]2[N] segments were studied through a CSD analysis.  相似文献

The 2,8‐dihydroxy‐1,3,7,9‐tetramethyl‐6,12‐dihydrodipyrido[1,2‐a:1′,2′‐d]pyrazinediylium dication possesses 2/m symmetry and lies in the mirror plane together with a chloride anion and the water O atom. The dication also lies on an inversion centre, i.e. C16H20N2O22+·2Cl?·2H2O. Due to these symmetry constrictions the dication adopts an unexpected planar conformation. Molecules are linked by O—H?O and O—H?Cl hydrogen bonds to form chains, which are cross‐connected by C—H?Cl attractive interactions forming a complex three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond network.  相似文献
