The title compounds, 2‐{[tris(hydroxymethyl)methyl]aminomethylene}cyclohexa‐3,5‐dien‐1(2H)‐one, C11H15NO4, (I), 6‐hydroxy‐2‐{[tris(hydroxymethyl)methyl]aminomethylene}cyclohexa‐3,5‐dien‐1(2H)‐one, C11H15NO5, (II), and 6‐methoxy‐2‐{[tris(hydroxymethyl)methyl]aminomethylene}cyclohexa‐3,5‐dien‐1(2H)‐one, C12H17NO5, (III), adopt the keto–amine tautomeric form, with the formal hydroxy H atom located on the N atom, and the NH group and oxo O atom display a strong intramolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bond. The N—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonded rings are almost planar and coupled with the cyclohexadiene rings. The carbonyl O atoms accept two other H atoms from the alcohol groups of adjacent molecules in (I), and one from the alcohol and one from the phenol group in (II), but from only one alcohol H atom in (III).  相似文献

The structures of a 2‐oxa‐5‐thiabicyclo[4.1.0]heptane derivative, C7H10Cl2O3S, (I), and a 2H,3H,5H‐1,4‐dithiepine derivative, C7H9ClO4S2, (II), are reported. The six‐membered ring in (I) has an envelope conformation and the seven‐membered ring in (II) adopts a chair conformation. There are no untoward intermolecular interactions in (I), but two Cl atoms make a short intermolecular contact across an inversion centre in (II), with a Cl?Cl distance of 3.2784 (9) Å, some 0.22 Å less than the sum of the van der Waals radii.  相似文献

We have determined the crystal structures of 2,2′‐(4‐fluorophenyl)methylenebis(3‐hydroxy‐5,5‐dimethyl‐2‐cyclohexen‐1‐one), C23H27FO4, (I), 2,2′‐(4‐chlorophenyl)methylenebis(3‐hydroxy‐5,5‐dimethyl‐2‐cyclohexen‐1‐one), C23H27ClO4, (II), 2,2′‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)methylenebis(3‐hydroxy‐5,5‐dimethyl‐2‐cyclohexen‐1‐one), C23H28O5, (III), 2,2′‐(4‐methylphenyl)methylenebis(3‐hydroxy‐5,5‐dimethyl‐2‐cyclohexen‐1‐one), C24H30O4, (IV), 2,2′‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)methylenebis(3‐hydroxy‐5,5‐dimethyl‐2‐cyclohexen‐1‐one), C24H30O5, (V), and 2,2′‐(4‐N,N′‐dimethylaminophenyl)methylenebis(3‐hydroxy‐5,5‐dimethyl‐2‐cyclohexen‐1‐one), C25H33NO4, (VI). Structures (III) to (VI) of these bis‐dimedone derivatives show nearly the same packing pattern irrespective of the different substituent in the para position of the aromatic ring. However, (II) does not fit into this scheme, although the Cl atom is a substituent not too different from the others. The different packing of the fluoro compound, (I), can be explained by the fact that it crystallizes with two molecules in the asymmetric unit, which show a different conformation of the dimedone ring. On the other hand, (I) shows a similar packing pattern to bis(2‐hydroxy‐4,4‐dimethyl‐6‐oxo‐1‐cyclohexenyl)phenylmethane, a compound containing an aromatic ring without any substituent and with Z′ = 2.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the title compounds, 2α,4α‐dibenzyl‐3α‐tropanol (2α,4α‐dibenzyl‐8‐methyl‐8‐azabicyclo[3.2.1]octan‐3α‐ol), C22H27NO, (I), and 2α,4α‐dibenzyl‐3β‐tropanol (2α,4α‐dibenzyl‐8‐methyl‐8‐azabicyclo[3.2.1]octan‐3β‐ol), C22H27NO, (II), show that both compounds have a piperidine ring in a chair conformation and a pyrrolidine ring in an envelope conformation. Isomer (I) is asymmetric, the benzyl groups having different orientations, whereas isomer (II) is mirror symmetric, and the N and O atoms, the C atom attached to the hydroxy group, and the methyl C atom attached to the N atom lie on the mirror plane. In the crystal structures of both (I) and (II), the molecules are linked together by intermolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds to form chains that run parallel to the a direction in (I) and parallel to b in (II).  相似文献

The structures of diaqua(1,7‐dioxa‐4‐thia‐10‐azacyclododecane)nickel dinitrate, [Ni(C8H17NO2S)(H2O)2](NO3)2, (I), bis(nitrato‐O,O′)(1,4,7‐trioxa‐10‐azacyclododecane)mercury, [Hg(NO3)2(C8H17NO3)], (II), and aqua(nitrato‐O)(1‐oxa‐4,7,10‐triazacyclododecane)copper nitrate, [Cu(NO3)(C8H19N3O)(H2O)]NO3, (III), reveal each macrocycle binding in a tetradentate manner. The conformations of the ligands in (I) and (III) are the same and distinct from that identified for (II). These differences are in agreement with molecular‐mechanics predictions of ligand conformation as a function of metal‐ion size.  相似文献

In the title compound [systematic name: triaqua(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane‐κ6O)(2‐nitrophenolato‐κO)barium(II)–aqua(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane‐κ6O)‐ bis(2‐nitrophenolato‐κ2O,O′)barium(II)–2‐nitrophenolate (1/1/1)], [Ba(C12H24O6)(C6H4NO3)(H2O)3][Ba(C12H24O6)(C6H4NO3)2(H2O)](C6H4NO3), the two BaII atoms encapsulated by the 18‐crown‐6 rings have different coordinations. Although both BaII atoms are coordinated to the six O atoms of the crowns, in the neutral moiety, the BaII atom is coordinated to one terminal O atom from a water molecule, two phenolate O atoms and two nitro‐group O atoms, while in the cationic moiety, the BaII atom is coordinated to three terminal O atoms from water molecules and one phenolate O atom. Both the crowns are eclipsed and translated along the b direction. In the asymmetric unit, the three components are interconnected by four O—H?O interactions. The packing is stabilized by two intermolecular C—H?O interactions and by one O—H?O interaction.  相似文献

In the title two adducts, C3H12N22+·2C9H6NO4?, (I), and C6H16N22+·2C9H6NO4?, (II), hydrogen bonds between the diammonium and carboxylate ions form a two‐dimensional network parallel to the ab plane in (I) and one‐dimensional chains along the c axis in (II). The cyclohexanediammonium ion in (II) has a crystallographic twofold axis.  相似文献

The title compounds, C8H10O2, (I), and C12H14O2, (II), occurred as by‐products in the controlled synthesis of a series of bis(gem‐alkynols), prepared as part of an extensive study of synthon formation in simple gem‐alkynol derivatives. The two 4‐(gem‐alkynol)‐1‐ones crystallize in space group P21/c, (I) with Z′ = 1 and (II) with Z′ = 2. Both structures are dominated by O—H?O=C hydrogen bonds, which form simple chains in the cyclohexane derivative, (I), and centrosymmetric dimers, of both symmetry‐independent molecules, in the cyclohexa‐2,5‐diene, (II). These strong synthons are further stabilized by C[triple‐bond]C—H?O=C, Cmethylene—H?O(H) and Cmethyl—H?O(H) interactions. The direct intermolecular interactions between donors and acceptors in the gem‐alkynol group, which characterize the bis(gem‐alkynol) analogues of (I) and (II), are not present in the ketone derivatives studied here.  相似文献

2,8‐Dioxatricyclo[3.3.3.01,5]undecane‐3,7‐dione, C9H10O4, (I), is the dilactone acylal of cyclopentanone‐2,2‐diacetic acid. Both molecules in the asymmetric unit have conformational chirality and differ principally in the flexing of the carbon ring, which produces a resolvable conformational disorder in one of the molecules. Three intermolecular C—H⋯O close contacts exist. 7,7′‐Oxybis(2,8‐dioxatricyclo[3.3.3.01,5]undecan‐3‐one), C18H22O7, (II), a racemate, lies on a C2 axis and is a non‐meso furanosyl furanoside dimer derived from the monoacid monoaldehyde corresponding to (I). One intermolecular C—H⋯O close contact exists. Diminished intramolecular void space in these small propellanoids generates unusually high crystal density in both species, particularly (I).  相似文献

The title compound, ethyl 2‐hydroxy‐4‐oxo‐2‐phenylcyclohexanecarboxylate, C15H18O4, was obtained by a Michael–Aldol condensation and has the cyclohexanone in a chair conformation. The attached hydroxy, ethoxycarbonyl and phenyl groups are disposed in β‐axial, β‐equatorial and α‐equatorial configurations, respectively. An intermolecular hydrogen bond, with an O?O distance of 2.874 (2) Å, links the OH group and the ring carbonyl. Weak intermolecular C—H?O=C (ester and ketone), O—H?O=C (ketone) and C—H?OH hydrogen bonds exist.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of {[4,7‐bis(2‐aminoethyl)‐1,4,7‐triazacyclononan‐1‐yl]acetato}zinc(II) triaqua{μ‐[4,7‐bis(2‐aminoethyl)‐1,4,7‐triazacyclononan‐1‐yl]acetato}lithium(I)zinc(II) chloride diperchlorate, [Zn(C12H26N5O2)][LiZn(C12H26N5O2)(H2O)3]Cl(ClO4)2, obtained from the reaction between the lithium salt of 4,7‐bis(2‐aminoethyl)‐1,4,7‐triazacyclononane‐1‐acetate and Zn(ClO4)2, contains two ZnII complexes in which each ZnII ion is six‐coordinated by five N‐atom donors and one O‐atom donor from the ligand. One carboxylate O‐atom donor is not involved in coordination to a ZnII atom, but coordinates to an Li+ ion, the tetrahedral geometry of Li+ being completed by three water molecules. The two complexes are linked via a hydrogen bond between a primary amine N—H group and the carboxylate‐O atom not involved in coordination to a metal.  相似文献

The molecule of the title compound {systematic name: di‐μ‐sulfido‐bis[diaqua(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane‐κ6O)barium(II)] bis[1,2‐benzisothiazol‐3(2H)‐one 1,1‐dioxide]}, [Ba2S2(C12H24O6)2(H2O)4](C7H5NO3S)2, lies on an inversion centre. The BaII atom encapsulated by the 18‐crown‐6 ring is coordinated by the six O atoms of the crown, two water O atoms and two bridging S atoms. The four‐membered ring composed of the BaII atoms and the bridging S atoms makes a dihedral angle of 67.1 (1)° with the crown‐ether ring. The aromatic ring system of the saccharin moiety is essentially planar. The packing is built up from layers of the molecules and is stabilized by three intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Two related compounds containing ptert‐butyl‐o‐methylene‐linked phenol or phenol‐derived subunits are described, namely 5,5′‐di‐tert‐butyl‐2,2′‐dihydroxy‐3,3′‐methylenedibenzaldehyde, C23H28O4, (I), and 6,6′‐di‐tert‐butyl‐8,8′‐methylenebis(spiro[4H‐1,3‐benzodioxin‐2,1′‐cyclohexane]), C35H48O4, (II). Both compounds adopt a `butterfly' shape, with the two phenol or phenol‐derived O atoms in distal positions. Phenol and aldehyde groups in (I) are involved in intramolecular hydrogen bonds and the two dioxin rings in (II) are in distorted half‐chair conformations.  相似文献

Crystals of the title compound, C15H17NO3, were obtained from a condensation reaction of 3‐hydroxy‐4‐methoxybenzaldehyde with 1‐azabicyclo[2.2.2]octan‐3‐one and subsequent crystallization of the product from methanol. The title compound, containing a double bond that connects the azabicyclic ring system to the 3‐hydroxy‐4‐methoxybenzylidene group, was obtained with Z geometry.  相似文献

(5S,9S,17S)‐17‐Hydroxy‐9(10→5)‐abeo‐estr‐4‐ene‐3,10‐dione, C18H26O3, (II), and (5R,9R,17S)‐17‐hydroxy‐9(10→5)‐abeo‐estr‐4‐ene‐3,10‐dione, C18H26O3, (III), are equimolecular products of the FeII‐induced transposition of 10β‐hydroperoxy‐17β‐hydroxyestr‐4‐en‐3‐one, (I). With respect to reagent molecules, the configuration at C9 is retained for (II) while it is inverted in (III). The conformations of the five‐ and six‐membered rings are compared.  相似文献

The title compounds 1‐(2‐naphthyloxymethylcarbonyl)piperidine, C17H19NO2, (I), and 3‐methyl‐1‐(2‐naphthyloxymethylcarbonyl)piperidine, C18H21NO2, (II), are potential antiamnesics. In (II), the methyl‐substituted piperidine ring is disordered over two conformations. The piperidine ring has a chair conformation in both compounds. In (I), the molecules are linked by weak intermolecular C—H⃛O interactions to give networks represented by C(4), C(6) and (18) graph‐set motifs, while in (II), weak intermolecular C—H⃛O interactions generate (5), C(4) and C(7) graph‐set motifs. The dihedral angle between the naphthalene moiety and the piperidine ring is 33.83 (7)° in (I), while it is 31.78 (11) and 19.38 (19)° for the major and minor conformations, respectively, in (II).  相似文献

In the title compound, C21H15NO3, which is one of the photoreaction products of N‐methyl‐1,8‐naphthalenedicarboximide with phenylacetylene, the cyclobutene and epoxy rings are trans to each other across the cyclohexene ring of the tetralin moiety. The dihedral angle between the mean planes of the cyclobutene and cyclohexene rings is 112.80 (2)°, while the latter makes a dihedral angle of 103.70 (9)° with the epoxy ring. The crystal structure is stabilized by C—H⋯O intermolecular interactions.  相似文献

(2S,3S)‐2,6‐Dimethylheptane‐1,3‐diol, C9H20O2, (I), was synthesized from the ketone (R)‐4‐benzyl‐3‐[(2R,3S)‐3‐hydroxy‐2,6‐dimethylheptanoyl]‐1,3‐oxazolidin‐2‐one, C19H27NO4, (II), containing C atoms of known chirality. In both structures, strong hydrogen bonds between the hydroxy groups form tape motifs. The contribution from weaker C—H...O hydrogen bonds is much more evident in the structure of (II), which furthermore contains an example of a direct short Osp3...Csp2 contact that represents a usually unrecognized type of intermolecular interaction.  相似文献

Both 7‐carboxylato‐8‐hydroxy‐2‐methylquinolinium monohydrate, C11H9NO3·H2O, (I), and 7‐carboxy‐8‐hydroxy‐2‐methylquinolinium chloride monohydrate, C11H10NO3+·Cl·H2O, (II), crystallize in the centrosymmetric P space group. Both compounds display an intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond involving the hydroxy group; this hydrogen bond is stronger in (I) due to its zwitterionic character [O⋯O = 2.4449 (11) Å in (I) and 2.5881 (12) Å in (II)]. In both crystal structures, the HN+ group participates in the stabilization of the structure via intermolecular hydrogen bonds with water molecules [N⋯O = 2.7450 (12) Å in (I) and 2.8025 (14) Å in (II)]. In compound (II), a hydrogen‐bond network connects the Cl anion to the carboxylic acid group [Cl⋯O = 2.9641 (11) Å] and to two water molecules [Cl⋯O = 3.1485 (10) and 3.2744 (10) Å].  相似文献

The novel title furazan‐containing macrocycle (systematic name: 6,9,14,17‐tetraoxa‐2,3,5,7,16,18‐hexaazatricyclo[13.3.0.04,8]octadeca‐4,7,15,18‐tetraene), C8H10N6O4, (I), is the first macrocycle where the furazan rings are connected via a hydrazine group. In spite of the strain in the 12‐membered macrocycle of (I), the geometry of the furazan fragment is the same in (I) and in its acyclic analogue 1,8‐bis(5‐aminofurazan‐4‐yloxy)‐3,6‐dioxaoctane, C10H16N6O6, (II). In both compounds, the participation of the furazan rings in intermolecular hydrogen bonding equalizes the N—O bonds within the furazan rings, in contrast with rings which do not participate in such interactions.  相似文献
