One-pot, three-component Mannich reactions of ketones, aldehydes and amines are efficiently catalyzed by heterogeneous Nafion-H? ambient temperature to give the corresponding ??-amino ketones compounds in good to excellent yields. The catalyst can be easily recovered and reused without any decrease of activity for at least four times. Diastereoselective products can be obtained in Mannich reaction of aliphatic ketone.  相似文献

A new simple Pd(memantine)2Cl2 complex was synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and X-ray single crystal structure determination. The Suzuki–Miyaura reaction of aryl bromides catalyzed by Pd(memantine)2Cl2 complex was investigated in air with different temperature. The high turnover numbers of 650,000 have been obtained in the reaction of 4-bromonitrobenzene with phenylboronic acid at 80 °C. At room temperature, the complex also showed high activity for Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling reaction of aryl bromides with a wide range of functional groups under air, and the turnover number of up to 99,000 was achieved. The catalytic system also gives good yields toward the reaction of several heteroaryl bromides with thiophenylboronic acid.  相似文献

Solid supported palladium nano/microparticles were found to be active catalysts to perform mono- and β,β-double-Heck reactions. Different β-unsubstituted and substituted alkenes including acrylate, methacrylate, crotonate, styrene, acrylonitrile, and acrylamide were investigated successfully for mono- and β,β-double-Heck reactions with aryl iodide under milder reaction condition. One-pot β,β-double-Heck reaction of aryl iodides with α,β-unsaturated ester, amide, nitrile, and styrene derivatives were also performed under standard reaction conditions. Wide functional group tolerance, easy catalyst recovery, and recyclability up to twelve times without significant loss of catalytic activity added extra importance to the present process.  相似文献

Herein, we demonstrate the direct polymerization of melamine and cyanuric chloride in the surface of graphene oxide (GO) (N-enriched GO) in order to develop a new nanocatalyst. The supramolecular polymerized GO acts not only as a spacer to prevent the restacking of graphene sheets but also as a nitrogen source to generate active centers for Cu NP attachments. Subsequently, the nitrogen on the surface of the GO sheets coordinates with copper ions to generate copper nanoparticles. The prepared nanocatalyst was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. This catalyst showed high efficiency and good activity in the Chan–Lam cross-coupling reaction of N-heterocycles and aniline derivatives with high yields in short reaction times. In addition, the nanocatalyst was easily recovered and reused for five consecutive runs without any noticeable loss of performance.  相似文献

Various 2-aryl quanoxalines were synthesized with good yields from o-phenylene diamines and phenacyl bromides in one pot using novel nanocrystalline 5 % Fe/ZnO catalyst, at room temperature. The salient feature of this method includes mild reaction conditions, short reaction time, good yield, high purity of product, and recyclable catalyst without noticeable decrease in catalytic activity, which can be used for large-scale synthesis. The synthesized 5 % Fe/ZnO nanoparticles were characterized by using XRD, SEM, and TEM techniques.  相似文献

In this study, Yb immobilized NaY zeolite catalyst(Yb/NaY) was obtained by a hydrothermal method and characterized by XRD, BET, FT-IR, ICP-AES, and NH3-TPD. The catalyst displayed good catalytic activity when applied to the synthesis of quinoxalines via condensation of a-hydroxyketones with 1,2-diamines,and could be reused several times without any loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

A series of coumarin-chalcone hybrid compounds and coumarins linked to pyrazoline was synthe-sized in good yield and short time using a simple and efficient method. This method involved the one-pot reaction of salicylaldehyde, an α-ketoester and an aromatic aldehyde (in the case of the coumarin-chalcone derivatives) in addition to hydrazine hydrate (in the case of the pyrazolyl cou-marins) in the presence of a catalytic amount of bismuth triflate [Bi(OTf)3, 5 mol%]. The synthesized compounds showed scavenging activity towards the free radical 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl. All compounds were characterized using IR,1H NMR and13C NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

A general and highly efficient trifluoromethylated-N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC)-based catalyst for the palladium-catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura reaction was reported. In the presence of the catalyst, reactions of non-activated aryl chlorides and triflates with aryl boronic acids occurred at room temperature with good to excellent yields (63–98%). In addition, catalysts generated from a combination of Pd(OAc)2/imidazolium salt 6a is not only effective for the coupling of heteroaryl boronic acid with aryl halides and heteroaryl halides, but also efficient for coupling of other heteroaryl halides and heteroaryl boronic acids. Finally, the catalyst is highly effective for Suzuki–Miyaura reaction of aryl bromides and chlorides with 0.01–0.1 mol % loading if the temperature was raised at refluxed THF/H2O.  相似文献

In recent years, the modi?cation of metal oxides with noble metals to decrease the loading amount of expense of noble metal catalyst and amend the stability of nanocatalyst in chemical reactions has attracted signi?cant attention. Here in this study, the urchin-like double-shelled Pd–PdO/ZnO hollow sphere is successfully prepared by using a simple hydrothermal method and carbon sphere as a hard template. The structure of the catalyst was confirmed by using field-emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscope, and BET. The total amount of palladium particles on ZnO was determined by induced coupled plasma analysis. The prepared catalyst gave high catalytic activity for the Suzuki reaction of aryl halides to afford biphenyls under milder conditions. Furthermore, the stability and reusability of catalyst were investigated, and all of the data proved that urchin-like double-shelled Pd–PdO/ZnO hollow sphere could be recycled five times without marked loss of activity.  相似文献

Xylan-type hemicelluloses supported terpyridine–palladium(II) as a novel biomass-supported catalyst was synthesized and characterized in terms of morphology, composition, and thermal stability. The nano-Pd catalyst was further explored for Suzuki–Miyaura reaction between arylboronic acid and aryl halide under aerobic condition, with a yield up to 98 %. In particular, the catalyst exhibited both high catalytic activity and stability for Suzuki–Miyaura reaction. Furthermore, the catalyst could be easily recovered by simple filtration and reused at least six times without significant loss of its catalytic activity. This work provides a novel and effective supported catalyst, and broadens the applications of polysaccharides in green catalysis.  相似文献

A highly efficient catalyst Fe–Co/sulfonated polystyrene (Fe–Co/SPS) was introduced and synthesized, which catalyzed BV oxidation of ketones with aqueous hydrogen peroxide to give the corresponding lactones in high yield and selectivity. Solid acid catalyst of Fe–Co/SPS has been prepared by using the 98-wt% sulfuric acid as the sulfonating agent and CoCl2 combined FeCl3 as sources of metal ions. Various physical–chemical characterizations including FT-IR, XRD, SEM and TGA, revealed that bimetallic ions Fe3+–Co2+ species in the sulfonated polystyrene framework were responsible for the catalytic activities. The BV reaction catalyzed by Fe–Co/SPS highlighted the special effects between metal ions and protonic acids as well as solvent-free heterogeneous catalytic oxidation with excellent conversion.  相似文献

A tetrazole-supported polymeric ligand has been synthesized. The palladium complex derived from the polymeric material has been evaluated as a catalyst for the Heck reaction of aryl iodides and bromides with styrene to provide the corresponding products in high yields. The reaction proceeded smoothly in the presence of 1 mol% with respect to Pd of catalyst in DMF at 125 or 140 °C within 1–3 h. Recycling studies showed that the catalyst can be readily recovered and reused for several times without significant loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献
