The reaction of 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-carboxylphenyl)porphyrin (TCPP) with Cd(II), Pb(II), Hg(II) and Zn(II) was studied spectrophotometrically and kinetics, equilibrium constants as well as photodecomposition of complexes were determined. It was verified that these metal ions with large radius accelerate the incorporation reaction of zinc into TCPP. On the basis of the mechanism and kinetics of this reaction, a sensitive method for the spectrophotometric determination of trace amounts of Zn(II) has been developed. The molar absorptivity of examined Zn-TCPP complex and Sandell's sensitivity at 423 nm were 3.5×105 M−1 cm−1 and 18.3 ng cm−2. The detection limit for the recommended procedure was 1.4×10−9 M (0.9 ng ml−1) and precision in range 20-100 ng ml−1 not exceeds 2.7% RSD. The proposed method applied for zinc determination in natural waters and nutritional supplement was compared with AAS results and declared value.  相似文献

In this paper, we carry out the calculation on the system (X@C60)(X=Li, Na, K, Kb, Cs; F, Cl, Br, I), where the position of X changes along 5 typical symmetry directions. For the calculation of quantum chemistry we use EHMO/ASED method, for the calculation of molecular mechanics we use Buckingham potential (exp-6-1) function, and for the calculation of thermo-chemical cycle we use individually isolating the processes such as the structure variation, charge transfer and charge distribution, and their interactions etc. The calculation results show that (1) In the region of radius r≈0.2 nm of the Ceo cage, the potential field is nearly spherical; (2) Except for Li and Na, the systems are the most stable with minimum energies at the center of C60 cage. For Li and Na, the systems are the most stable with minimum energies at r≈0.16 nm and r≈0.13 nm, respectively. In view of the interactive region of chemical bonds, the interactions between X and the C60 cage do not belong to the classical chemical bonds; (  相似文献

Os(VIII) catalysis of oxidation of As(III)/Sb(III) by 1-equivalent oxidants like Ce(IV) and Mn(III) in acid medium is studied. A multistep mechanism involving the intervention of the intermediate oxidation states of osmium is found to apply. Specific rates of different steps in the mechanism are estimated and used to calculate reaction rates which are in reasonable agreement with those of experiment.  相似文献

Complexes of naturally occurring hydroxynaphtho-quinone, lapachol (2-hydroxy-3(3-methyl-2-buthenyl)-1,4-naphthoquinone = HL) with Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) have been prepared by reaction of the corresponding acetates with the ligand (HL) in ethanol. The molecular and crystal structures were determined for [CoL2(EtOH)2] (1), [NiL2(EtOH)2] (2), and [CuL2(py)2] (3). In all cases the deprotonated lapachol behaves as chelating bidentate ligand. The complexes were also characterized by elemental analyses, cyclic voltammetry, and FAB-MS.  相似文献

In this study, 1,2-dihydroxyimino-3,7-di-aza-9,10-O-α-methyl benzal decane (LH2) was synthesized starting from 1,2-O-α-methyl benzal-4-aza-7-amino heptane (RNH2) and antichloroglyoxime. With this ligand, complexes were synthesized using Ni(II) and Cu(II) salts with a metal:ligand ratio of 1:2. However, the reaction of the ligand with salts of Zn(II) and Cd(II) gave products with metal:ligand ratio of 1:1. Structures of the ligand and its complexes are proposed based on elemental analyses, IR, 13C- and 1H-NMR spectra, magnetic susceptibility measurements and thermogravimetric analyses (TGA).  相似文献

Poly(propylene imine) dendrimers having 8, 32, and 64 primary amine end groups form diamino Cu(II), diamino Zn(II), and tetramino Co(III) complexes that are identified spectrophotometrically and titrimetrically. The dendrimer–metal ion complexes catalyze the hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl diphenyl phosphate in zwitterionic buffer solutions at pH ≤ 8.1 with relative activities Cu(II) > Zn(II) > Co(III). The rates of hydrolysis are faster with sodium perchlorate than with sodium chloride to control ionic strength. In sodium perchlorate solutions with Cu(II) the rates increase with increasing size of the dendrimer. In sodium chloride solutions with Cu(II) the rates decrease with increasing size of the dendrimer. Rate constants in buffered sodium chloride solutions of dendrimers and 1.0mM Cu(II) are 1.3–6.3 times faster than in the absence of Cu(II). The fastest hydrolyses occurred at a dendrimer primary amine to Cu(II) ratio NH2/Cu ≤ 2. A new biosensor method was developed to determine residual carbofuran in tomatoes in a rapid and convenient fashion based on immobilizing acetylcholinesterase (AChE) on an electrode modified by concanavalin A (Con A)/polydopamine (PDA)-reduced graphene oxide (RGO)-gold nanoparticle (GNP) nanocomposites. The specific binding between Con A and AChE was investigated by the Ellman method and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The synthesis of nanocomposites was monitored by ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results showed that, due to the specific binding and good electrical conductivity, the biosensor had 2.2 times higher bioactivity, leading to high sensitivity with a low Michaelis constant of 0.10?mM. Parameters that affect the response of the biosensor, such as the pH, enzyme loading, ionic concentration, and inhibition time, were optimized. When used for the detection of carbofuran, this biosensor showed a wide range of applicability from 5?µg/kg to 40?µg/kg with a detection limit of 0.012?µg/kg. In addition, the biosensor demonstrated good recovery values of 101% and 90% for 10?µg/kg and 100?µg/kg of the analyte, good stability, high repeatability, and a rapid detection time of 20?min for carbofuran in tomatoes, which provides significant advantages for future analysis.  相似文献

A selective method has been developed for extraction chromatographic studies of aluminium(III) and its separation from several metal ions with a chromatographic column containing N-n-octylaniline (liquid anion exchanger) coated on silanized silica gel as a stationary phase. The aluminium(III) was quantitatively extracted with the 0.065 mol/L N-n-octylaninine from 0.013 to 0.05 mol/L sodium succinate at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The extracted metal ion has been recovered by eluting with 25.0 mL of 0.05 mol/L hydrochloric acid and estimated spectrophotometrically with aurintricarboxylic acid. The effects of the acid concentration, the reagent concentration, the flow rate and the eluting agents have been investigated. The log-log plots of distribution coefficient (KdAl(III)) versus N-n-octylaniline concentrationin 0.005 and 0.007 mol/L sodium succinate gave theslopes 0.5 and 0.7 respectively and showed theprobable composition of theextracted species was 1:1 (metal to amine ratio) and the nature of extracted species is [RR''NH2+ Al succinate2-] org. .The extraction of aluminium(III) was carried out in the presence of various ions to ascertain the tolerance limit of individual ions. Aluminium(III) has been separated from multicomponent mixtures, pharmaceutical samples and synthetic mixtures corresponding to alloys. A scheme for mutual separation of aluminium(III), indium(III), gallium(III) and thallium(III) has been developed by using suitable masking agents. The method is fast, accurate and precise.  相似文献

To assess the compatibility of blends of synthetic poly(propylene carbonate) (PPC), with a natural bacterial poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) (PHB), a simple casting procedure of blend was used. poly(3-hydroxybutyrate)/poly(propylene carbonate) blends are found to be incompatible according to DSC and DMA analysis. In order to improve the compatibility and mechanical properties of PHB/PPC blends, poly(vinyl acetate) (PVAc) was added as a compatibilizer. The effects of PVAc on the thermal behavior, morphology, and mechanical properties of 70PHB/30PPC blend were investigated. The results show that the melting point and the crystallization temperature of PHB in blends decrease with the increase of PVAc content in blends, the loss factor changes from two separate peaks of 70PHB/30PPC blend to one peak of 70PHB/30PPC/12PVAc blend. It is also found that adding PVAc into 70PHB/30PPC blend can decrease the size of dispersed phase from morphology analysis. The result of tensile properties shows that PVAc can increase the tensile strength and Young’s modulus of 70PHB/30PPC blend, and both the elongation at break and the tensile toughness increase significantly with PVAc added into 70PHB/30PPC.  相似文献

The synthesis of new inorganic pigments has been investigated with the goal of preparing heat stable and anticorrosive pigments. The synthesis is based on a thermal procedure making use of the reversible transformation of cyclo-tetraphosphates(V) to higher linear phosphates(V). New binary condensed phosphates were synthesized based on the results of thermal analysis. These compounds represent new environmentally-friendly special pigments. 采用密度泛函理论(DFT)以及广义梯度近似方法(GGA)计算了甲酸根(HCOO)在Cu(110)、Ag(110)和Au(110)表面的吸附. 计算结果表明, 短桥位是最稳定的吸附位置, 计算的几何参数与以前的实验和计算结果吻合. 吸附热顺序为Cu(110)(-116 kJ·mol-1)>Ag(110)(-57 kJ·mol-1)>Au(110)(-27 kJ·mol-1), 与实验上甲酸根的分解温度相一致. 电子态密度分析表明, 吸附热顺序可以用吸附分子与金属d-带之间的Pauli 排斥来关联, 即排斥作用越大, 吸附越弱. 另外还从计算的吸附热数据以及实验上HCOO的分解温度估算了反应CO2+1/2H2→HCOO的活化能, 其大小顺序为Au(110)>Ag(110)>Cu(110).  相似文献

The structures of [Cu (S2CN (CH2)4)2] (1) and [Zn2(S2CN‐(CH2)4)4] (2) have been determined by X‐ray crystallography analysis. They are all isomorphous and triclinic, space group of P1?, with Z = 1. The lattice parameters of compound 1 is: a = 0.63483(2) nm, b = 0.74972(3) nm, c=0.78390(1) mn, α = 75.912(2)°, β = 78.634(2)° and γ = 86.845(2)°; compound 2: a = 0.78707(6) nm, b=0.79823(6) nm, c = 1.23246(9) nm, α = 74.813(2)°, β = 73.048(2)° and γ = 88.036(2)°. The copper atom is located on a crystallographic inversion center and zinc atom lies across centers of symmetry. The Cu(II) ion has a square‐planar geometry while Zn(II) has a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The thermal gravity (TG) data indicate that no structural transitions in the two compounds were abserved and the decomposition products can adsorb gas. 本文以紫外-可见光谱、荧光光谱及黏度法研究了双马来腈二亚胺合铂与DNA的作用。紫外-可见光谱的研究表明,与DNA作用后,双马来腈二亚胺合铂在可见区的吸收显示出了减色效应,并伴随着吸收峰的蓝移。Scatchard图的分析结果表明,双马来腈二亚胺合铂与DNA的作用位点与溴化乙锭不同。黏度法实验表明,双马来腈二亚胺合铂与DNA作用后降低了DNA的相对黏度。这些研究结果表明,双马来腈二亚胺合铂以静电作用方式与DNA结合。本研究有助于深入理解双马来腈二亚胺合铂的作用机理并开发这种潜在的新型光动力治疗剂。  相似文献

A new chelating matrix has been prepared by immobilising sulfanilamide (SA) on silica gel (SG) surface modified with 3-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane as a sorbent for the solid-phase extraction (SPE) Cu(II), Zn(II) and Ni(II). The determination of metal ions in aqueous solutions was carried out by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). Experimental conditions for effective sorption of trace levels of Cu(II), Zn(II) and Ni(II) were optimised with respect to different experimental parameters using the batch and column procedures. The presence of common coexisting ions does not affect the sorption capacities. The maximum sorption capacity of the sorbent at optimum conditions was found to be 34.91, 19.07 and 23.62 mg g?1 for Cu(II), Zn(II) and Ni(II), respectively. The detection limit of the method defined by IUPAC was found to be 1.60, 0.50 and 0.61 µg L?1 for Cu(II), Zn(II) and Ni(II), respectively. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the method under optimum conditions was 4.0% (n = 8). The method was applied to the recovery of Cu(II), Zn(II) and Ni(II) from the certified reference material (GBW 08301, river sediment) and to the simultaneous determination of these cations in different water samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献
