First Synthesis of 2α—Thiol Ether Analog of Docetaxel

A 2α-phenylthio ether analog 1c of docetaxel was synthesized for the first time from 10-deacetylbaccatin Ⅲ 3 via double inversion of C-2 configuration. This compound showed very weak cytotoxicity toward several tumor cell lines.     

Acid Catalyzed Condensation of Phenylethanal Enol or Thiol Enol Ether to 2-Phenylnaphthalene

Treatment of enol ether or thiol enol ether of phenylethanals with sulfuric or polyphosphoric acid in toluene or xylene gave 2-phenylnaphthalene in good yield. More importantly, a one-pot reaction has been developed.

Pyrimidino- and Proton-ionizable Pyrimidono-crown Ether Ligands: Synthesis and Preliminary Complexation Studies

Pyrimidino-crown ethers were prepared in 30-50% yields by reactingthe ditosylate derivative of the appropriate oligoethylene glycol with4-methoxy-5-methyl-2,6-pyrimidinedimethanol under basic conditions. A newmacrocyclic ligand containing a proton-ionizable pyrimidone subcyclic unitwas prepared in 88% yield by treating the appropriatepyrimidino-crown ether with 5 M NaOH in 50% (v/v) aqueous methanol.Preliminary complexation properties of some of these new compounds werestudied using various NMR spectral techniques. Good enantiomeric recognitionwas exhibited by a chiral pyrimidino-crown ether for the enantiomers of1-(-naphthyl)ethylammonium perchlorate.

Intrinsic Kinetics of Dimethyl Ether Synthesis from Syngas

The intrinsic kinetics of dimethyl ether (DME) synthesis from syngas over a methanol synthesis catalyst mixed with methanol dehydration catalyst has been investigated in a tubular integral reactor at 3-7MPa and 220-260℃. The three reactions including methanol synthesis from CO and H2, CO2 and H2, and methanol dehydration were chosen as the independent reactions. The L-H kinetic model was presented for dimethyl ether synthesis and the parameters of the model were obtained by using simplex method combined with genetic algorithm. The model is reliable according to statistical analysis and residual error analysis. The synergy effect of the reactions over the bifunctional catalyst was compared with the effect for methanol synthesis catalyst under the same conditions based on the model. The effects of syngas containing N2 on the reactions were also simulated.

应用一维电子密度相关函数方法，对含不同联苯结构的ＰＥＥＫＫ－ＰＥＢＥＫＫ共聚物样品小角Ｘ射线散射（ＳＡＸＳ）去模糊强度分析计算表明：ＰＥＥＫＫ－ＰＥＢＥＫＫ共聚物的聚集态结构明显地依赖于共聚物中联苯含量。当联苯含量ｎｂ＝０．３５时，积分不变量Ｑ，长周期Ｌ，平均结晶片层厚ｄ，电子密度差η_ｃ－η_ａ和结晶度Ｗ_（ｃ，ｘ）值为最小，比表面积Ｏ_ｓ为最大。     

Direct Dimethyl Ether Synthesis

Dimethyl ether (DME) is a clean and economical alternative fuel which can be produced from natural gas through synthesis gas. The properties of DME are very similar to those of LP gas. DME can be used for various fields as a fuel such as power generation, transportation, home heating and cooking,etc. It contains no sulfur or nitrogen. It is not corrosive to any metal and not harmful to human body. An innovative process of direct synthesis of DME from synthesis gas has been developed. Newly developed catalyst in a slurry phase reactor gave a high conversion and high selectivity of DME production, One and half year pilot scale plant (5 tons per day) testing, which was supported by METI, had successfully finished with about 400 tons DME production.     

肟醚噻二唑硫醚化合物的合成及其抗肿瘤活性

将2-巯基-5-取代基-1,3,4-噻二唑经与β-氯苯丙酮取代、盐酸羟胺肟化和氯甲基噁二唑醚化,合成了6种3-(5-取代基-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-硫代基)-1-苯基丙酮-O-(5-苯基-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-甲基)肟醚化合物(4a~4f),用1H NMR、IR、MS和元素分析表征了其结构。 用MTT法测试了6种目标化合物对人黑色素瘤细胞株B16、人白血病细胞株HL60和人肝癌细胞株SMMC-7721的体外细胞毒活性。 测试结果表明,部分化合物对3种癌细胞具有潜在的体外生长抑制活性。     

双环烯醚的合成及其性质的研究

由内酯2和Tebbe试剂反应合成了双环烯醚化合物5-苄氧基-2,8-二亚甲基-3,4,9,10-四氢-2H,8H-苯并[1,2-b; 3,4-b']二吡喃(3), 环烯醚在酸性条件下很容易水解和异构化, 在酸存在下外环烯醚3于10 min内转化为内环烯醚4, 较长的反应时间只能得到水解物或其它分解产物.

以苯酚为起始剂,用先聚合后功能基化和Na离子模板的简捷方法合成了一种新型聚合物-氮杂假冠醚。研究了其对金属离子的静态吸附性能,结果表明,聚合物对Na+ 和Ca2+离子具有良好的选择吸附性能,对浓度为0.026mol/L~0.028mol/L的Na+ 和Ca2+的静态吸附容量分别达2.54mmol/g和3.06mmol/g;通过红外光谱研究了聚合物及其与Na+ 和Ca2+的配合物的结构,结果表明,在吸附聚合物中,不仅-CH2OCH2-和-CH2NCH2-参与了配位, -CH2OH和PhOCH2- 亦不同程度地参与了配位。[( )-0.1( )] |     

Synthesis and Cation Recognition Study of Novel Benzo Crown Ether Functionalized Enamine Derivatives

A novel series of benzo crown ether (dibenzo 18-crown-6 ether, benzo 18-crown-6 ether, and benzo 15-crown-5 ether) functionalized enamines derivatives from amino benzo crown ether (4-amino dibenzo 18-crown-6 ether, 4-amino benzo 18-crown-6 ether, 4-amino benzo 15-crown-5 ether) and substituted 3-(dimethylamino)-1-phenylprop-2-en-1-one compounds have been synthesized. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by infrared, ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, distortionless enhancement polarization transfer, and mass and elemental analysis techniques. The cation recognition property for benzo crown ether enamine 8a was studied by absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy.
