基于2,5-噻吩二羧酸的稀土配合物的合成和表征

以2,5-噻吩二甲酸和稀土盐为原料,通过水热反应,合成了3个稀土金属配位聚合物{[La（OH）（SO₄）]}_n（1）,{[La₂（TDC）₂（SUC）]}_n（2）和{[Gd₂（TDC）₂（ox）（H₂O）₄]·2H₂O}_n（3）（H₂TDC=2,5-噻吩二甲酸,SUC=丁二酸,ox=草酸）,分别用X射线单晶衍射、元素分析、红外光谱对配合物2和3进行了表征。实验结果表明：配合物2和3均呈现三维网络结构,其中配合物2属于正交晶系,空间群为Pbca,a=1.372 8（4）nm,b=0.704 0（2）nm,c=2.136 2（6）nm,Z=8;配合物3属于单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,a=1.934 3（4）nm,b=0.990 5（2）nm,c=1.252 8（3）nm,β=107.463（4）°,Z=4。     

Two Novel 2D Lanthanide-organic Frameworks Based on Different Carboxylate-containing Mixed Ligands

Two novel lanthanide-organic polymers [Er2(pdc)2(o-bdc)(H2O)2]·H2O(1,H2pdc = 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid,o-H2bdc = 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid) and Er(Himdc)(mbdc)0.5(H2O)(2,H3imdc = 4,5-imidazoledicarboxylic acid,m-H2bdc = 1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,thermogravimetric analysis and X-ray single-crystal diffraction studies.1 crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/c,while 2 in the orthorhombic space group Pbcn.Both compounds 1 and 2 display two-dimensional network structures.For 1,the tetranuclear parallelogram {Er4} cluster as a building block is further assembled into a wonderful 2D grid,and the layers are interconnected via hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions to yield a 3D supramolecular architecture;for 2,its configuration is a rare double-decker structure.These two complexes represent good examples for using mix-carboxylate-containing ligands to construct diverse 2D lanthanide coordination polymers.

在溶剂热合成条件下得到2个单一手性配位聚合物,即[Cd3((R)-CIA)2(bipy)2.5(H2O)2]·xGuest(1)和[Zn3((R)-CIA)(bmib)2(H2O)2 Cl]·H2O·xGuest(2)((R)-H3CIA=(R)-5-(1-羧基乙氧基)间苯二甲酸,bipy=4,4′-联吡啶,bmib=1,4-双(2-甲基-1H-咪唑-1-基)苯)。X射线单晶结构分析揭示配合物1和2都是柱层式结构的三维框架。从拓扑分析的角度看,配位物1具有(3,3,3,6,6)-连接的网络,拓扑符号为(4.5^2)2(4.8^2)2(42.6^8.8^3.10^2)(4^2.6^8.8^3.9^2)(5.8.9)2,而配合物2是(3,4,4)-连接的网络,拓扑符号为(6·7^2)2(6·7^5)2(6^2·7^4)。此外,对上述配合物的热稳定性、圆二色谱和荧光性质也做了研究。     

两对由乳酸衍生物和刚性辅助配体构建的螺旋单一手性配位聚合物：合成、结构和性质

利用水热合成条件,在辅助配体帮助下,乳酸衍生物与Zn²⁺反应合成出了2对单一手性的配位聚合物,即{[Zn（（R）-CBA）（1,3-DIMB）]·H₂O}_n（1-D）、{[Zn（（S）-CBA）（1,3-DIMB）]·H₂O}_n（1-L）、[Zn₂（（R）-CBA）₂（1,4-BMIP）]_n（2-D）和[Zn₂（（S）-CBA）₂（1,4-BMIP）₂]_n（2-L）。结构分析揭示上述所有配合物都包含由CBA^2-配体与Zn（Ⅱ）离子构建而成的螺旋链。此外,刚性的辅助配体1,3-DIMB和1,4-BMIP在结构多样性中发挥了重要作用。测试了配合物的热稳定性、固态圆二色谱、荧光性质等。研究结果表明半刚性乳酸配体可以有效地合成螺旋结构的单一手性配位聚合物。

A Series of Lanthanide-organic Frameworks Constructed by Ln_4(OH)_4 Clusters and Mixed Ligands

Three new lanthanide-organic compounds, namely, [Ln_2(OH)_2(oba)(2-pc)_2]n(Ln =Er(1), Ho(2), and Dy(3))(oba = 4,4?-oxybis(benzoate), 2-pc = 2-pyrazinecarboxylic acid) have been obtained under hydrothermal conditions. These compounds are isostructural and exhibit 2 D layered structures by incorporating [Ln_4(μ_3-OH)_4]~(8+) clusters and the mixed linkers of oba and 2-pc. It is interesting that decarboxylation occurred in the ortho position and 2,3-pyrazinedicarboxylic acid was partially transformed into 2-pc under hydrothermal conditions. Compound 3 emits a typical Dy~(3+) emission spectrum. Furthermore, the PXRD, TGA and IR spectra were also studied.     

Chiral Isocamphoric Acid: Founding a Large Family of Homochiral Porous Materials

Homochiral metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) are an important class of chiral solids with potential applications in chiral recognition; however, relatively few are available. Of great importance is the availability of low‐cost, racemization‐resistant, and versatile enantiopure building blocks. Among chiral building blocks, d ‐camphoric acid is highly prolific, yet, its trans‐isomer, l ‐isocamphoric acid, has remained unknown in the entire field of solid‐state materials. Its rich yet totally untapped synthetic and structural chemistry has now been investigated through the synthesis of a large family of homochiral metal isocamphorates. The first observation of diastereoisomerism in isostructural MOFs is presented. Isocamphorate has a powerful ability to create framework topologies unexpected from common inorganic building blocks, and isocamphoric acid should allow access to hundreds of new homochiral materials.

The hydrothermal reaction of CuBr2 and CuBr with phen·H2O （phen= 1,10-phenanthroline） in a molar ratio of 1：1：1.5 gave birth to the first copper-halo cationic cluster [Cu2^Ⅱ Cu2^Br4 （phen）4 ] ^2＋（1） with tetranuclear anionic cluster [Cu4Br6]^2-. Changing the precursors or their molar ratios, two mononuclear complexes [Cu（phen）2Br]Br·H2O （2） and [Ni（phen）3][CuCl2]2 （3） as well as two unusual copper-halo chains found in polymers [Cu2Br2（phen）]∞ （4） and [Cu^ⅡCu3^ⅠBr2Ⅰ3 （phen）2 ]∞ （5） were obtained. The （Cu2Br2）∞ chain of 4 looks like a linearar ray of hexagons based on fused Cu3Br3 units, and the linear （Cu3Ⅰ3Br^-）∞ chain of 5 is an alternate combination of the rhombic Cu2I2 cores and the Cu4I4Br2^2- units. In addition, the hydrothermal reaction of CuBr2 with NA（NA=nicotinic acid） or INA （INA =isonicotinic acid） resulted in the syntheses of two compounds [CuBr（NA）] （6） and [CuBr（INA）]∞（7） containing staircase chain. Among them the third-order non-linear optical properties of 2, 5, 6 and 7 were investigated and all exhibit the reverse saturable absorption （α2〉0） and self-defocusing performance （n2〈0）.     

含稀土离子液体[Cnmim][Ln（NO3）4]的合成、表征及荧光性能研究

以N-甲基咪唑,溴代烷烃和硝酸钠为原料,合成了5种离子液体[Cnmim]NO3(n=2,4,6,8,10;mim=N-甲基咪唑),并对离子液体进行了表征.用[Cnmim]NO3与硝酸铕、硝酸铽反应,得到了含稀土离子液体[Cnmim][Ln(NO3)4](Ln=Eu,Tb).利用电喷雾质谱对[Cnmim][Ln(NO3)4]的结构进行了表征,结果表明稀土离子与来自4个硝酸根的8个氧原子配位,形成[Ln(NO3)4]阴离子,阳离子为1-烷基-3-甲基咪唑.荧光研究表明,[Cnmim][Ln(NO3)4](Ln=Eu,Tb)的溶液存在较强荧光;温度和浓度影响荧光强度.     

具有三核Cd(Ⅱ)簇单元和螺旋链的脯氨酸类单一手性金属-有机框架材料的合成、 结构和性质

在溶剂热反应条件下, 使用含氮辅助配体1,4-二(4-吡啶基)苯(1,4-DPB)和半刚性脯氨酸衍生物配体(R)-5-(2-羧基吡咯烷-1-羰基)间苯二甲酸[(R)-H₃PIA]或(S)-5-(2-羧基吡咯烷-1-羰基)间苯二甲酸[(S)-H₃PIA]与Cd²⁺构筑了单一手性金属-有机框架材料[Cd_1.5((R)-PIA)(1,4-DPB)_1.5]·0.75H₂O·xGuest(1-D)和[Cd_1.5((S)-PIA)(1,4-DPB)_1.5]·0.75 H₂O·xGuest(1-L). 配合物1-D和1-L呈具有开放孔道的三维柱层式框架结构, 含有三核镉簇单元 Cd₃(CO₂)₆与两种螺旋链构建的波浪形Cd-PIA层. 分别对上述化合物进行了粉末X射线衍射、 热重分析、 圆二色谱和荧光光谱等测试. 测试结果显示配合物1-D和1-L都是以纯晶体的形式存在, 2种配合物的热失重曲线接近, 圆二色谱有明显的正负吸收峰, 符合其对映体的结构特征.

以1,3-二(4′-羧基苯氧基)苯甲酸(H3L)为配体与金属盐反应,在水热条件下成功合成了2个金属-有机骨架(MOFs),分别为[Cd2(CH3COO)(L)(H2O)2]n(1)和[Na(H2L)]n(2)。由于H3L配体配位模式的不同,配合物表现出不同的网络结构。单晶结构分析表明,配合物1属于三斜晶系,P1空间群,配合物2属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群。配合物1中Cd2+离子的次级构筑单元经由L3-连接形成三维网络结构。配合物2是一个5-连接的拓扑网络结构,其拓扑符号为(46·64)。此外,还对配合物1的荧光性能进行了分析。

Supramolecular Frameworks Based on Rhenium Clusters Using the Synthons Approach

The reaction of the K₄[{Re₆Sⁱ₈}(OH)^a₆]·8H₂O rhenium cluster salt with pyrazine (Pz) in aqueous solutions of alkaline or alkaline earth salts at 4 °C or at room temperature leads to apical ligand exchange and to the formation of five new compounds: [trans-{Re₆Sⁱ₈}(Pz)^a₂(OH)^a₂(H₂O)^a₂] (1), [cis-{Re₆Sⁱ₈}(Pz)^a₂(OH)^a₂(H₂O)^a₂] (2), (NO₃)[cis-{Re₆Sⁱ₈}(Pz)^a₂(OH)^a(H₂O)^a₃](Pz)·3H₂O (3), [Mg(H₂O)₆]_0.5[cis-{Re₆Sⁱ₈}(Pz)^a₂(OH)^a₃(H₂O)^a]·8.5H₂O (4), and K[cis-{Re₆Sⁱ₈}(Pz)^a₂(OH)^a₃(H₂O)^a]·8H₂O (5). Their crystal structures are built up from trans- or cis-[{Re₆Sⁱ₈}(Pz)^a₂(OH)^a_4−x(H₂O)^a_x]^x−2 cluster units. The cohesions of the 3D supramolecular frameworks are based on stacking and H bonding, as well as on H₃O₂₋bridges in the cases of (1), (2), (4), and (5) compounds, while (3) is built from stacking and H bonding only. This evidences that the nature of the synthons governing the cluster unit assembly is dependent on the hydration rate of the unit.
