A new pinhole-plate ultrasonic atomizer has been proposed and developed. A pinhole-plate having one or more pinholes is joined to a cavity filled with liquid and is vibrated by a circular ring piezoelectric element bonded onto it. The vibrating plate generates ultrasonic waves only in the vicinity of the pinholes to jet and atomize the liquid from them. The atomizer is very simple and compact, and extremely low in power consumption. 相似文献

This paper presents the thermal analysis results of integrated spiral inductors. Inductors, often used in analog integrated circuits for wireless applications, have very small dimensions, thus even a low power dissipation can give rise to elevated temperatures in circuits containing these elements. The thermal analysis is divided into two parts. First, the inductors thermal behavior is investigated using infrared thermography. The elastic moduli of ultra thin tungsten (W) films on polymers were assessed with wrinkling analysis. Thin W films with a range of thickness between 17 and 100 nm were deposited on compliant polymers and Si strips using DC magnetron sputtering method, causing the tensile stress in a few GPa scale with respect to the thickness of W films. By applying lateral compression on polymer, wrinkle patterns were developed in the W thin film with well-defined amplitude and wavelength. Using a simple equation on wrinkle analysis, the range of elastic moduli was estimated with increasing the thickness. It was found that the elastic modulus and the tensile stress decreased with increasing the film thickness. 相似文献

Until now much of the modelling activity around close-coupled gas atomization has been mainly focused on gas-only flow with discrete phase interaction using Lagrangian-based models. However, this approach is unable to supply valuable information regarding the primary break-up mechanism of the melt being injected. Furthermore, much of existing numerical work is based on two-dimensional axisymmetric geometries, and therefore suffers the absence of three-dimensional flow features. In order to overcome these aspects the authors have carried out an analysis using a three-dimensional geometry by means of an Eulerian, Volume of Fluid, model to accurately present the early stages of melt stream behaviour at the atomizer’s melt inlet. The study investigates the mechanisms associated with primary break-up, and the results obtained highlight three modes under which a close-coupled atomizer may operate. 相似文献

基于有限元法, 对新型圆角式高压碳化钨硬质合金顶锤进行了分析与研究.研究结果表明: 新型圆角式高压碳化钨硬质合金顶锤在不降低顶锤的传压效率的前提下, 能够将顶锤的使用寿命延长3.05%—16.75 %; 新型圆角式高压碳化钨硬质合金顶锤获得的极限腔体压力值可增加至6.09 GPa, 较传统顶锤(5.80 GPa)提高5%, 从而扩宽高压下功能材料的合成区间.新型圆角式高压碳化钨硬质合金顶锤的使用, 将降低六面顶液压机的使用成本, 促进高压技术和材料科学等学科的发展. 相似文献
