用钕玻璃和氦-氖激光器辐射苏12蚕蛹生殖器,证明在适当剂量范围内,不但形态性状发生显著变异,而且经济性状变异幅度增大,对于新品种的选育很有利.由西南农学院蚕桑系、北碚蚕种场、工农蚕种场及重庆光机所组成的家蚕激光育种协作组,去年以培育三满意(农村社员满意;蚕的健康性好;丝厂满意:茧层率高、丝质好;种场满意:产卵量多)的家蚕新品种为目标,进行激光育种研究,已在三个地区饲育了三季采用激光育种的蚕,收到了一些良好的效果. 相似文献

在批林批孔运动推动下,在重庆市光机所的协作下,我们用钕玻璃激光器和氦氖激光器处理苏12品种的蚕蛹,按不同剂量分别于前蛹期及后蛹期辐照生殖器部位,照射蛹发蛾后随即制种、浸酸、饲育.试验初步结果证明激光对家蚕的经济性状和形态变异具有明显的作用.蚕蛹经激光处理后,辐照一代具有很高的突变率.在供试的3万多头蚕儿中,出现大量的环节畸形和斑纹变异,其中发现有已知文献中尚未记述的半月纹横转、半边星纹、尾部扭转、尾 相似文献

(一)前言
激光对于农业生物引变效果的研究,国内近年文献较多,(见参考文献(1)),但内容并不一致,甚至互相矛盾。例如有的激光的引变频率高达50-66.56%,有的在6586个照射后代中、一个突变也未发现。这样相互矛盾的结果,更有必要自理论上与实践上进行探讨。因此笔者等得重庆光学机械研究所协助,进行激光照射,用西南农学院家蚕实验材料,进行饲养、调查,历经夏秋两季重复,状有部分成绩,曾在今年1月重庆市激光学会首届学术年会宣读,现经增补,完成本篇。 相似文献

Bombyx mori silks possess great potential in textile industries due to the large-scale green production. However, the demand for silks with functional as well as mechanical properties are continuously rising due to the emergence of other functional textiles. It remains a great challenge to functionalize natural silk and simultaneously improve its mechanical properties. Inspired by the relationship between natural core–sheath structure and mechanical properties of cocoon silk, the application of a thin reduced graphene oxide (rGO) layer coated B. mori silk (GS) is shown via hydrogen interfacial interaction. The resultant rGO-coated silk exhibits a remarkable tensile strength of 1137.7 MPa and toughness of 304.5 MJ m−3, which are 1.9 and 2.6 times higher than that of pure B. mori silk, respectively. Moreover, the GS shows a high electrical conductivity of 0.37 S m−1 with great thermal and deformation sensitivity. The bioinspired approach provides a universal and facile strategy for functionalizing natural fibers by applying rGO nanosheets surface coating. 相似文献

我们曾经采用虎斑着色卵(Zebra.Colored-egg)的戊_3胚子卵,用波长694.3nm红宝石激光器(一次脉冲能量20J、电压2500V、光斑直径1cm)进行激光照射,在F_2代的一蛾卵内产生卵色突变。该蛾共产卵330粒,其中有白卵45粒、淡红卵3r粒,占所调查10蛾总卵数3520粒的1.28%和1.05%。经分离后自交已形成虎斑白卵突变系(Zebra.White-egg)和虎斑红卵突变系(Zebra.Pink-egg)。为进一步对突变色卵(Ze~w、Ze~(pe))、亲本正常色卵(Ze~+)和自然存在的素斑白色卵(Plain.White-egg)以及素斑红色卵(Plain.Red-egg)相比较,分析了它们的遗传表现。 相似文献

在室温条件下,利用KrF准分子激光辐照技术,实现了超疏水性聚偏氟乙烯高分子材料的快速制备,最快制备时间为10 s。实验结果表明,在改性后的材料表面上,与水静态接触角由原来的53°增加到170°左右。采用原子力显微镜和X射线光电子能谱等检测手段对辐照后的材料表面进行了微观形貌和化学结构分析,结果表明激光辐照区域产生了具有极规整三维网络结构的改性层,并且C-CF2和C-F两种化学基团取代了原有的化学结构CH2和CF2成为该改性层的主体。表面的粗糙化与低表面能化学基团的共同作用,使改性后的聚偏氟乙烯表面有效地产生了较强的超疏水性能。 相似文献

脑梗塞患者80例,其中40例采用低能量He—Ne激光血管内照射加常规药物治疗;另40例单纯常规药物治疗。结果:激光照射治疗组的治愈率37.5%,明显高于单纯药物治疗组(P<0.05)。而且能明显改善血液流变学指标。 相似文献

我们采用不同波长的激光照射蓖麻蚕蚕卵,使它产生半致互效应,经孵化后的幼虫在五龄期取血分析它的血清蛋白谱,证实了激光照射对蓖麻蚕的遗传性状具有诱变作用,其机理涉及到激光照射与基因表达及调控的关系。 相似文献

Al compositions, doping levels and growth temperatures. These data are subsequently used for the interpretation of characteristic
RAS fingerprints taken throughout the entire laser growth process. From the analysis of characteristic changes in the RAS
spectra even small deviations from the optimum process (doping levels, composition, etc.) which would effect the performance
of the final device can be detected.
