Two new diorganotin(IV) derivatives of 2,6‐pyridinedicarboxylic acid, {[Ph2Sn(2,6‐C5H3N)(COO)2][Na(2,6‐C5H3N)(COOH) (COO)(CH3OH)2]} ( 1 ) and [Me2Sn(2,6‐C5H3N)(COO)2(H2O)]H2O ( 2 ) were synthesized by the reaction of Ph3SnCl and PhMe2SnI with 2,6‐pyridinedicarboxylic acid, respectively in the presence of sodium methoxide or potassium iso‐propoxide. The prepared compounds were characterized by mass spectrometry, IR, 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR spectroscopies. The molecular structures of both complexes were determined by a single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. The X‐ray structure revealed pentagonal bipyramidal geometry around the tin atom for compound 1, which is incorporated with a hexacoordinated monosodium derivative of 2,6‐pyridinedicarboxylic acid. Complex 2 adopts a monomeric structure with two carboxylate oxygen atoms coordinated to tin in monodenate form from equatorial positions, and the coordination number is raised to six as the oxygen of water and pyridine nitrogen occupies the other equatorial positions of octahedron. The diorganotin(IV) dichlorides R2SnCl2 (R: Ph, PhCH2 or n‐Bu) react with 2‐mercapto‐6‐nitrobenzothiazole (MNBT) in benzene to give [Ph2SnCl(MNBT)] ( 1 ), [(PhCH2)2Sn(MNBT)2] ( 2 ) and [(n‐Bu)2Sn(MNBT)2] ( 3 ). The three complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis and IR, 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR spectroscopies. X‐ray studies of the crystal structures of 1 , 2 and 3 show the following. The tin environment for complex 1 is distorted cis‐trigonal bipyramid with chlorine and nitrogen atoms in apical positions. The structure of complex 2 is a distorted octahedron with two benzyl groups in the axial sites. The geometry at the tin atom of complex 3 is that of an irregular octahedron. Interestingly, intra‐molecular non‐bonded Cl…S interactions and S…S interaction were recognized in the crystallographic structures of 1 and 3 respectively. As a result, complex 1 is a polymer and complex 3 is a dimer. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Four new diorganotin(IV) complexes of N‐(5‐halosalicylidene)tryptophane, R2Sn[5‐X‐2‐OC6H3CH?NCH(CH2Ind)COO] [Ind = 3‐indolyl; R, X = Et, Cl ( 1 ); Et, Br( 2 ); n‐Bu, Cl ( 3 ); n‐Bu, Br ( 4 )], were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectra. The crystal structures of complexes 1 – 3 were determined by X‐ray single crystal diffraction and showed that the tin atoms are in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry and form five‐ and six‐membered chelate rings with the tridentate ligand. Intermolecular weak interactions in 1–3 link molecules, respectively, into a two‐dimensional array, a one‐dimensional infinite chain and a one‐dimensional double‐chain supramolecular structure. Bioassay results of the compounds indicated that the dibutyltin complexes 3 and 4 have potent in vitro cytotoxic activity against two human tumor cell lines, CoLo205 and Bcap37, while the diethyltin complexes 1 and 2 display weak cytotoxic activity. Fourteen new diorganotin(IV) complexes of N‐(5‐halosalicylidene)‐α‐amino acid, R′2Sn(5‐X‐2‐OC6H3CH?NCHRCOO) (where X = Cl, Br; R = H, Me, i‐Pr; R′ = n‐Bu, Ph, Cy), were synthesized by the reactions of diorganotin halides with potassium salt of N‐(5‐halosalicylidene)‐α‐amino acid and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectra. The crystal structures of Bu2Sn(5‐Cl‐2‐OC6H3CH?NCH(i‐Pr)COO) and Ph2Sn(5‐Br‐2‐OC6H3CH?NCH(i‐Pr)COO) were determined by X‐ray single‐crystal diffraction and showed that the tin atoms are in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry and form five‐ and six‐membered chelate rings with the tridentate ligand. Bioassay results of a few compounds indicated that the compounds have strong cytotoxic activity against three human tumour cell lines, i.e. HeLa, CoLo205 and MCF‐7, and the activity decreased in the order Cy>n‐Bu>Ph for the R′ group bound to tin. A series of diorganotin complexes with Schiff base ligands, (E)‐N′‐(5‐bromo‐2‐hydroxybenzylidene)‐3‐hydroxy‐2‐naphthohydrazide, H2L1, and (E)‐N′‐(5‐chloro‐2‐hydroxybenzylidene)‐3‐hydroxy‐2‐naphthohydrazide, H2L2, were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR spectroscopy. The molecular structures of the complexes, [(5‐bromo‐2‐oxidobenzylidene)‐3‐hydroxy‐2‐naphthohydrazidato]di(o‐chlorobenzyl)tin(IV) 6 and [(5‐chloro‐2‐oxidobenzylidene)‐3‐hydroxy‐2‐naphthohydrazidato]dibutyltin(IV) 9, were determined through single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and revealed a distorted trigonal‐bipyramidal configuration. The in vitro cytotoxic activity of the Schiff bases and their diorganotin complexes was also evaluated against several human carcinoma cell lines, namely HT29 (human colon carcinoma cell line), SKOV‐3 (human ovarian cancer cell line), MCF7 (hormone‐dependent breast carcinoma cell line) and MRC5 (non‐cancer human fibroblast cell line). [(5‐Bromo‐2‐oxidobenzylidene)‐3‐hydroxy‐2‐naphthohydrazidato]dibutyltin(IV) 2 and [(5‐bromo‐2‐oxidobenzylidene)‐3‐hydroxy‐2‐naphthohydrazidato]dibenzyltin(IV) 5 were the most active diorganotin complexes of H2L1 ligand. Among the diorganotin complexes of H2L2 ligand, [(5‐chloro‐2‐oxidobenzylidene)‐3‐hydroxy‐2‐naphthohydrazidato]dicyclohexyltin(IV) 11 showed good cytotoxic activity against all the tested cell lines. As such, the above compounds can be considered agents with potential anticancer activities, and can therefore be investigated further in in vitro or in vivo anticancer studies. Eight diorganotin esters of salicylidene-L-tryptophan(Sal-T) and salicylidene-L-valine(Sal-V), [(n-Bu)2Sn(Sal-T)] (1), [(n-Bu)2Sn(Sal-V)] (2), [Ph2Sn(Sal-T)] (3), [Ph2Sn(Sal-V)] (4), [(PhCH2)2Sn(Sal-T)] (5), [(PhCH2)2Sn(Sal-V)] (6), [(4-ClC6H4CH2)2Sn(Sal-T)] (7) and [(4-ClC6H4CH2)2Sn(Sal-V)] (8) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR. The crystal structures of compounds 1 and 2 have been determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. Their structures show the tin atoms of two compounds are rendered five-coordinated in distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometries.  相似文献

The asymmetric binuclear copper(I) complex [Cu2(dppm)2(C7H7N)(μ‐HCOO)](NO3) (dppm=Ph2PCH2PPh2, C7H7N=4‐vinyl‐pyridine) has been prepared and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. The complex is photoluminescent at room temperature. It crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P‐1 with a= 1.2719(3) nm, b=1.8637(4) nm, c=1.1656(2) nm, a=97.16(3)°, β= 104.94(3)″, γ=89.39(3)°, V=2.648.1(9) nm3, Dc= 1.390 g.m?3, Z=2, μ=0.974 mm?1, R=0.0483 for 5716 independently observed reflections with I>2δ(I). The structure consists of [Cu2(dppm)2(C7H7N)(μ‐HCOO)]+cations and nitrate anions. The copper atoms show different coordination modes: Cu(1) displays a distorted trigonal and Cu(2) a tetrahedred geometry.  相似文献

Diorganotin(IV) dipyrazolinates of the type R2Sn(C15H12N2OX)2 [where C15H12N2OX = 3(2′‐Hydroxyphenyl)‐5(4‐X‐phenyl)pyrazoline {where X = H ( a ); CH3 ( b ); OCH3 ( c ); Cl ( d ) and R = Me, Prn and Ph}] have been synthesized by the reaction of R2SnCl2 with sodium salt of pyrazolines in 1:2 molar ratio, in anhydrous benzene. These newly synthesized derivatives have been characterized by elemental analysis (C, H, N, Cl and Sn), molecular weight measurement as well as spectral [IR and multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn)] studies. The bidentate behaviour of the pyrazoline ligands was confirmed by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectral data. A distorted trans‐octahedral structure around tin(IV) atom for R2Sn(C15H12N2OX)2 has been suggested. The free pyrazoline and diorganotin(IV) dipyrazolinates have also been screened for their antibacterial and antifungal activities. Some diorganotin(IV) dipyrazolinates exhibit higher antibacterial and antifungal effect than free ligand and some of the antibiotics. Copyright © 2006 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

New diorganotin(IV) complexes of a Schiff base (HL) having general formula R2Sn(L)Cl (where L is the monoanion of HL and R = n‐Bu or Ph) have been synthesized and characterized using elemental analysis, infrared, NMR (1H, 13C, 119Sn) and UV–visible spectroscopies and mass spectrometry. These investigations suggest that in these 1:1 monomeric derivatives the Schiff base ligand acts in a monoanionic bidentate manner coordinating through the Ophenolic and Nazomethine, with proposed distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry around tin with Ophenolic and two organic groups in the equatorial plane and the Nazomethine and the third organic group in axial positions. The proposed structures have been validated by density functional theory (DFT)‐based quantum chemical calculations at the B3LYP/6‐31G(d,p)/Def2‐SVP (Sn) level of theory. The simulated UV–visible spectrum was obtained with the time‐dependent DFT method in the gas phase and in the solvent field with the integral equation formalism–polarizable continuum model. A comparative analysis of the experimental vibrational frequencies and simulated harmonic frequencies indicates a good correlation between them. An insight into the intramolecular bonding and interactions among bonds in organotin(IV) complexes of HL was obtained by means of natural bond orbital analysis. The topological and energetic properties of the electron density distribution for the tin–ligand interaction in R2Sn(L)Cl have been theoretically calculated at the bonds around the central tin atom in terms of atoms‐in‐molecules theory. The R2Sn(L)Cl complexes were screened for their in vitro antifungal activity against chosen fungal strains.  相似文献

Zn(thqdtc)2, Zn(thqdtc)2(py) and Zn(thiqdtc)2(py) (where thqdtc = 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinolinecarbodithioate, thiqdtc = 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolinecarbodithioate and py = pyridine) have been used as single source precursors for the synthesis of ZnS nanoparticles. The formation of ZnS nanoparticles was achieved by thermal decomposition of the complex under heating in presence of triethylenetetraamine. Transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX) and powder X-ray diffraction studies were carried out to study the structure and morphology of the nanoparticles. The optical properties of the ZnS nanoparticles were studied by UV–visible and fluorescence emission spectral studies. UV–visible absorption spectral studies indicate a blue shift in the absorption maxima due to the quantum size effect. A single crystal X-ray analysis was carried out for a precursor [Zn(thqdtc)2].  相似文献

Poly‐β‐amides (nylons 3) were synthesized via the anionic polymerization of a series of 4‐alkyl‐4‐methyl‐2‐azetidinones where the alkyl group is a methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl, or pentyl. The “non‐assisted” polymerization was conducted under vacuum, in the bulk, at 160°C, using potassium 2‐pyrrolidonate as catalyst, whereas the “assisted” polymerization was carried in dimethylsulfoxide, at room temperature, using N‐acetylpyrrolidinone‐2 as activator but it gave no polymer with a propyl or bulkier side group. Side reactions occur in all cases. X‐ray spectra showed that poly(4‐alkyl‐4‐methyl‐2‐azetidinone)s are amorphous with propyl, butyl, and pentyl groups, and semi‐crystalline with methyl or ethyl substituents. Both semi‐crystalline polyamides exhibit an extended planar zigzag conformation, with a fiber identity period along the c axis of 4.9 Å. Glass transition temperatures, melting temperatures, and/or decomposition temperatures are also reported. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. J Polym Sci A: Polym Chem 37: 761–769, 1999  相似文献

Diorganotin(IV) complexes ( 1‐4) of MESNA (sodium 2‐mercaptoethanesulfonate HSCH2CH2SO3Na) and a mixed ligand complex of dibutyltin(IV), 1,10‐phenanthroline and MESNA ( 5 ) were synthesized with thermal and microwave assisted methods. All the complexes were characterized thoroughly with the help of analytical and various spectroscopic techniques viz. FTIR, NMR (1H, 13C, and 119Sn NMR) spectroscopy and ESI‐MS spectrometery. Various spectrophotometric studies were carried out to decipher the binding mode of MESNA and its diorganotin complexes 1 ‐ 5 with calf thymus DNA (CT DNA) and thus, to calculate the binding constant (Kb). Absorption spectrophotometric study confirmed the interaction is through partial intercalation of all the complexes including MESNA, inside the DNA helix and calculated binding constant (Kb) is in the order of 103 M‐1. A series of emission spectrophotometric experiments support the results obtained through the absorption spectrophotometric studies. Circular dichroic (CD) spectroscopic analysis and viscosity measurement of CT DNA further complemented the fact that the partial intercalation plays a major role in the interaction of the studied complexes with CT DNA. All the studies corroborated that complex 2 bound to CT DNA with maximum affinity followed by complex 5 among all the complexes. Involvement of hydroxyl radicals as an active species in the cleavage activity of pBR322 plasmid DNA is proved by carrying out agarose gel electrophoretic technique.  相似文献

We have synthesized a series of trinuclear gold(I) complexes, namely, [Au3(mu-dpmp)(S2CNR2)nCl3-n] (n = 0-3; R = Me, CH2Ph), [Au3(mu-dpmp)(mu-S2CNR2)Cl](CF3SO3) (R = Me, CH2Ph), and [Au3(mu-dpmp)(mu-S2CNMe2)(C6F5)]X (X = Cl, CF3SO3), containing the triphosphine dpmp [bis(diphenylphosphinomethyl)phenylphosphine] and varying amounts of dithiocarbamate. NMR experiments show fluxional behavior in solution for most of these derivatives because several arrangements of the ligands are possible. The crystal structure of [(mu-dpmp)(AuCl)3] has been determined by X-ray diffraction studies; the molecule displays mirror symmetry and involves an angular arrangement of the gold atoms [Au-Au-Au 119.603(14) degrees, Au-Au 3.3709(4) A]. We have studied the optical properties of these derivatives in the solid state, finding a red shift as a function of the dithiocarbamate number and, for some derivatives, wavelength-dependent emission spectra at low temperature.  相似文献

A novel diamine, bis(3‐aminophenyl)‐4‐(1‐adamantyl)phenoxyphenyl phosphine oxide (mDAATPPO), was synthesized via the Williamson ether reaction of 4‐(1‐adamantyl)phenol and bis(3‐nitrophenyl)‐4‐fluorophenyl phosphine oxide, followed by reduction. The phenol group was prepared by the Friedel–Crafts reaction of 1‐bromoadamantane and phenol, whereas the phosphine oxide group was synthesized by the Grignard reaction of 1‐bromo‐4‐fluorobezene and diphenyl phosphinic chloride, followed by nitration. The monomer and its intermediate compounds were characterized with Fourier transform infrared, NMR, and melting‐point apparatus. The monomer was then used to prepare polyimides with 2,2‐bis(3,4‐dicarboxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane dianhydride, 3,3′,4,4′‐benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride, 4,4′‐oxydiphthalic dianhydride, and pyromellitic dianhydride by the conventional two‐step synthesis: the preparation of poly(amic acid) followed by solution imidization. The molecular weights of the polyimides were controlled to 20,000 g/mol by off‐stoichiometry, and the synthesized polyimides were characterized with Fourier transform infrared, NMR, gel permeation chromatography, thermogravimetric analysis, and differential scanning calorimetry. In addition, the solubility, intrinsic viscosity, dielectric constant, and birefringence of the polyimides were evaluated. Novel polyimides with mDAATPPO exhibited good solubility, high glass‐transition temperatures (290–330 °C), excellent thermal stability (>500 °C), low dielectric constants (2.77–3.01), low refractive indices, and low birefringence values (0.0019–0.0030). © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of neutral complexes, namely, [N‐(2‐hydroxy‐4‐nitrophenyl)‐3‐hydroxysalicylideneiminato]‐ diphenyltin(IV) ( Ia ), [N‐(2‐hydroxy‐4‐nitrophenyl)‐3‐methoxysalicylideneiminato]diphenyltin(IV) ( IIa ) and [N‐(2‐hydroxy‐4‐nitrophenyl)‐3‐ethoxysalicylideneiminato]diphenyltin(IV) ( IIIa ) were prepared by the reaction of diphenyltin dichloride on the corresponding Schiff bases. The Schiff bases were the reaction products of 2‐hydroxy‐4‐nitroaniline and appropriate salicylaldehydes. All the compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, IR and mass spectroscopy. Compound IIIa was also characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction and shows a C2NO2 coordination geometry nearly half‐way between a trigonal bipyramidal and square pyramidal arrangement. In the solid state, π? π interactions exist between the aniline fragments of neighbouring molecules. Copyright © 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A novel diamine, bis‐(3‐aminophenyl)‐4‐(trifluoromethyl)phenyl phosphine oxide (mDA3FPPO), containing phosphine oxide and fluorine moieties was prepared via the Grignard reaction from an intermediate, 4‐(trifluoromethyl)phenyl diphenyl phosphine oxide, that was synthesized from diphenylphosphinic chloride and 4‐(trifluoromethyl)bromobenzene, followed by nitration and reduction. The monomer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), 1H NMR, 31P NMR, 19F NMR spectroscopies; elemental analysis; melting point measurements; and titration and was used to prepare polyimides with a number of dianhydrides such as pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA), 5,5′‐[2,2,2‐trifluoro‐1‐(trifluoromethyl)ethyliden]‐bis‐1,3‐isobenzofuranedione (6FDA), 3,3′,4,4′‐benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride (BTDA), and 4,4′‐oxydiphthalic dianhydride (ODPA). Polyimides were synthesized via a conventional two‐step route; preparation of polyamic acids, followed by solution imidization, and the molecular weight were controlled to 20,000 g/mol. Resulting polyimides were characterized by FTIR, NMR, DSC, and intrinsic viscosity measurements. Refractive‐index, dielectric constant, and adhesive properties were also determined. The properties of polyimides were compared with those of polyimides prepared from 1,1‐bis‐(4‐aminophenyl)‐1‐phenyl‐2,2,2‐trifluoroethane (3FDAm) and bis‐(3‐aminophenyl) phenyl phosphine oxide (mDAPPO). The polyimides prepared from mDA3FPPO provided high glass‐transition temperatures (248–311 °C), good thermal stability, excellent solubility, low birefringence (0.0030–0.0036), low dielectric constants (2.9–3.1), and excellent adhesive properties with Cu foils (107 g/mm). © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. To prepare novel polyimides with enhanced thermal stability and high solubility in common organic solvents, diamine monomers, 4‐aryl‐2,6 bis‐(4‐amino phenyl)pyridine, were introduced. The diamines were reacted with three different conventional aromatic dianhydrides including pyromellitic dianhydride, benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride, and hexafluoroisopropylidene‐2,2‐bis(phthalic‐dianhydride) (6FDA) in dimethylacetamide solvent to obtain the corresponding polyimides via the polyamic acid precursors and chemical imidization. The monomers and polymers were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, 1H NMR, mass spectroscopy, and elemental analysis; and the best condition of polymerization and imidization were obtained via the study of model compound. The polyimides showed little or no weight loss by thermogravimetric analysis up to 500 °C, and those derived from 6FDA exhibited good solubility in various polar solvents. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
