The hydrogen bonding interactions between N-methylformamide and primary, secondary, and tertiary alcohols have been studied using the FTIR spectroscopic method. The most likely association complex between alcohol and N-methylformamide is the 1:1 stoichiometric complex formed between the hydroxyl group of alcohol and the carbonyl group of N-methylformamide. The formation constant of the 1:1 complexes has been calculated using the Nash method. It appears that the primary alcohols have larger formation constant compared with the secondary and tertiary alcohols. The results showed that the proton-donating ability of the alcohols decreased in the order: primary>secondary>tertiary, and that the association constant increased with the increase in carbon chain of the alkyl group of alcohols. 相似文献

Two series of thin films of polyether-based polyurethane-silica nanocomposites having hard segment content of 51% and 34% and different concentrations of SiO2 nanoparticles (0, 0.5, 1.0 and 3.0 vol.%) have been prepared. Infrared linear dichroic (LDIR) ratio, mechanical and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) measurements were performed in order to determine the influence of hydrogen bonding on their mechanical and thermal properties. The degree of phase separation (DPS) and orientational functions in dependence on strain were calculated from the polarized IR spectra. The presence of silica nanoparticles gives rise to significant differences in the mechanical (stress-strain) properties of the nanocomposites with regard to the pure polymer. The nanocomposite thin films with lower hard segment content (HSC) displayed decreased stiffness and tensile and increased elongation at break in comparison to the nanocomposites with higher HSC. There was no distinctive influence of nanoparticles on the glass transition temperatures of soft segments. Nanosilica significantly affected the melting behavior of the hard phase only in samples with higher HSC. 相似文献

The objective of this work was to investigate whether or not the hydrogen bonding interaction between polymer and crystal surface can be detected by the etching pattern changes in the presence of polymers. The (010) face of acetaminophen single crystal was used as a model solid surface. The etching patterns on the (010) face of acetaminophen crystal by water are in the directions of a- and c-axes, which are the same as the directions of the dominant attachment energies on the (010) face. In the presence of polymer, the hydrogen bonding interactions between adsorbed polymer and crystal surface can affect surface diffusion of acetaminophen molecules and change the etching patterns in the direction of a-axis, i.e., the direction of one hydrogen bond chain. Studies with 2-hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC), hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) and poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) showed that polymers, which can form hydrogen bonds with acetaminophen crystal surface, can change etching patterns in the direction of a-axis. Study with Dextran suggested that if a polymer cannot form hydrogen bonds with crystal surface due to steric repulsion, it will not change the etching pattern in the direction of a-axis. Studies with poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) and poly(propylene glycol) (PPG) further confirmed that only if a polymer can form hydrogen bonds with acetaminophen on crystal surface, the etching patterns in the direction of a-axis will be affected. The study results suggest that in the presence of polymers, the etching pattern change in the direction of hydrogen bond chain, the a-axis of acetaminophen crystals, can be used to indicate the existence of the hydrogen bonding interactions between adsorbed polymers and acetaminophen crystal surface. 相似文献

Two novel assembling systems 3 and 4, with the structures of C6F5CF2−?H+N(Me)2CH2CH2(Me2)N+H?−CF2C6F5 and C6F5CF2I?N(Me)2CH2CH2(Me)2N?ICF2C6F5, respectively, have been generated from the solution of heptafluorobenzyl iodide 1 and N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine 2 in dichloromethane. Their structures have been characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis, NMR and IR spectroscopy. Intermolecular N?I halogen bond and F?H hydrogen bond are revealed to be the driving forces for their formation. 相似文献

使用MP2方法研究了氢键三聚体中N—H…O=C氢键强度, 探讨了氢键受体分子中不同取代基对N—H…O=C氢键强度的影响. 研究表明, 不同取代基对氢键三聚体中N—H…O=C氢键强度的影响是不同的: 取代基为供电子基团, 氢键键长r(H…O)缩短, 氢键强度增强; 取代基为吸电子基团, 氢键键长r(H…O)伸长, 氢键强度减弱. 自然键轨道(NBO)分析表明, N—H…O=C氢键强度越强, 氢键中氢原子的正电荷越多, 氧原子的负电荷越多, 质子供体和受体分子间的电荷转移越多. 供电子基团使N—H…O=C氢键中氧原子的孤对电子n(O)对N—H的反键轨道滓*(N—H)的二阶相互作用稳定化能增加, 吸电子基团使这种二阶相互作用稳定化能减小. 取代基对与其相近的N—H…O=C氢键影响更大. 相似文献

用6-31G、全构型优化,研究了甲醛与乙醛、甲醚、硝基甲烷的相互作用。结果表明所有超分子稳定构型都包含2个C—H—O氢键的平面环状结构。H—O距离为0.228~0.264 nm,作用能为—19~—24 kJ/mol,与二聚水的作用能接近。稳定性主要取决于甲基上取代基Y吸电子能力以及环状结构中氢键张力。STO-3G不很适用于研究这类分子的相互作用。 相似文献

Ab initio and density functional calculations were used to analyze the interaction between a molecule of cyanic acid (HOCN) and up to 4 molecules of water at the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) and MP2/6-311++G(d,p) computational levels. The cooperative effect (CE) is increased with the increasing size of the studied clusters. Red shifts of the H–O stretching frequency for complexes involving HOCN as an H-donor were predicted. The strength of the hydrogen bonds in terms of molecular structures could be deduced from a comparison of HOCN–H2O with HCNO–H2O, HONC–H2O and HNCO–H2O HB clusters. The pure base calorimetric method has been used to determine the enthalpies of hydrogen bond complex formation between aliphatic amines and alcohols. The enthalpies of complexation for the series methanol-n-butanol bonding with triethylamine increase with decreasing alkyl chain length in accordance with the electron donating properties of alkyl groups. Unexpectedly, the enthalpies for the complexes of n-butanol with tributylamine, tripropylamine, and triethylamine increase with decreasing alkyl chain length.Primary and secondary amines form hydrogen bonded complexes with n-butanol in which the amine protons form an NH···O bond with the alcohol and the alcohol hydroxyl proton donates a proton to the amine nitrogen. The difference in enthalpy of complex formation between tertiary amines and secondary amines is largely accounted for by the involvement of the amine proton of the secondary amine. Primary amines, like secondary amines, donate only one proton to the complex with n-butanol but have a larger complex enthalpy than secondary amines probably because of steric hindrance and differences in basicity. 相似文献

In moderately strong hydrogen bonds, hydrogen bond formation increases the anharmonicity constant of the high frequency stretching vibration, significantly but not dramatically. This increase tends to increase with the strength of the hydrogen bond. The main cause of the fine structure and breadth of this band is, however, coupling with both the low frequency stretching and bending vibrations of the bridge, despite the smallness of the coupling constants. Second–order perturbation theory is sufficient to interpret the observed frequencies in the case of moderately strong hydrogen bonds. HCNHF, O–H:O, O–H:N, and N–H:N hydrogen bonds are considered. 相似文献

应用广义梯度近似(GGA) (PW91和PBE)、含动能密度的广义梯度近似(meta-GGA) (M06-L)、杂化泛函(hyper-GGA)(M06-2X、X3LYP和B3LYP)及其长程校正泛函LC-DFT(CAM-B3LYP、LC-ωPBE和ωB97X)和色散校正密度泛函(DFT-D)(ωB97X-D和B97-D),用多种基函数对15种不同强度的传统氢键和非传统氢键体系的结合能进行了系统的计算与分析.并与高精度的CCSD(T)/aug-cc-pVQZ结果比较发现:在上述各类泛函中,对于氢键结合能的计算M06-2X和ωB97X-D泛函较为精确与可靠,且没有必要使用过大的基函数,6-311++G(2d,2p)或aug-cc-pVDZ水平的基组就已足够,各类泛函所计算结合能的基组重叠误差(BSSE)均较小,除ωB97X和ωB97X-D外,其它9种泛函不经BSSE校正也能得到同样甚至更准确的结果. 相似文献

The intermolecular interaction energy for binary systems in the ground and excited electronic states was partitioned into the Coulomb, exchange-repulsion, induction, dispersion and charge-transfer interaction terms by the perturbation expansion method. The various interaction terms were evaluated for the hydrogen bondings in (HF)2, (H2O)2, (CH3OH)2, (RCOOH)2, and HF·H2O in various geometrical configurations. It has been found that the Coulombic interaction plays a dominant role in the stability of these hydrogen bonded systems. The method was further applied to the HCOOH·H2O codimer in both the ground and excited singlet electronic states. The results were in accord with the well-known water solvent effects on the shifts of absorption spectral bands. 相似文献

High-capacity small organic materials are plagued by their high solubility. Here we proposed constructing hydrogen bond networks (HBN) via intermolecular hydrogen bonds to suppress the solubility of active material. The illustrated 2, 7- diamino-4, 5, 9, 10-tetraone (PTO-NH2) molecule with intermolecular hydrogen (H) bond between O in −C=O and H in −NH2, which make PTO-NH2 presents transverse two-dimensional extension and longitudinal π–π stacking structure. In situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) has tracked the reversible evolution of H-bonds, further confirming the existence of HBN structure can stabilize the intermediate 2-electron reaction state. Therefore, PTO-NH2 with HBN structure has higher active site utilization (95 %), better cycle stability and rate performance. This study uncovers the H-bond effect and evolution during the electrochemical process and provides a strategy for materials design. 相似文献

A structural feature of hydrogen bonding chains found in the crystals of trifluoromethylated amino alcohols is reported. Hydrogen bondings of 3-(N,N-dialkylamino)-1,1,1-trifluoro-2-propanols construct chiral spiral hydrogen bonding chains. Lone pairs on the nitrogen atoms of the amino alcohols participate in two hydrogen bondings. Detailed structural analysis of the hydrogen bonds of the 3-(N,N-dimethylamino)-1,1,1-trifluoro-2-propanol suggested that the chain built up with alternating intermolecular-medium and intramolecular-weak hydrogen bonds. The medium intermolecular hydrogen bond, which transfers a proton from the hydroxy group to the amino nitrogen, would make a tentative zwitterionic form of the molecule. Then, electrostatic attraction between the charges in the zwitterion centers induced a weak intramolecular hydrogen bond. 相似文献
