Three new cyclolanostane triterpenoids, 1 – 3 , were isolated from the EtOH extract of the stems of Kadsura heteroclita. Their structures and configurations were determined by extensive 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectroscopy, high‐resolution mass spectrometry (HR‐MS), and circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy. The three new compounds are likely to be artificial products formed during the extraction process, and might be derived from schisanlactone E ( 4 ) and two related double‐bond isomers, respectively.  相似文献

Two new pentacyclic triterpenoids, 3alpha, 30-dihydroxylup-20(29)-en-27-oic acid (1) and (20S)-3alpha, 29-dihydroxylupan-27-oic acid (2) were isolated from the whole herbs of Potentilla discolor Bunge. The structures of these two new compounds were elucidated, and complete assignments of the (1)H and (13)C NMR spectroscopic data were achieved by 1D and 2D NMR experiments (HSQC, HMBC, (1)H-(1)HCOSY and ROESY).  相似文献

Two new steroids provisionally named as pakisteroid-A (1) and pakisteroid-B (2) have been isolated in crystalline form from Abutilon pakistanicum. Their structures have been assigned as 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-stigmasta-5,11(12)-diene (1) and 24beta-ethylcholesta-5, 9(11), 22E-trien-3beta-benzoate (2), respectively through extensive NMR studies.  相似文献

Two new dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans, named kadoblongifolins A (1) and B (2), and one new natural product dibenzocyclooctadiene lignan, named kadoblongifolin C (3), were isolated from the stems of Kadsura oblongifolia (K. oblongifolia), together with five known ones, schizanrin F (4), propinquanin C (5), schisantherin G (6), heteroclitin Q (7), kadsurarin (8). The structures of these new lignans were elucidated by a combination of high‐resolution electron ionization mass spectrometry (HR‐EI‐MS), 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HMQC, HMBC, and NOESY spectra. Three new cucurbitane-type triterpenoid saponins, 23-O-beta-D-allopyranosyl-5beta,19-epoxycucurbita-6,24-diene-3beta,22(S),23(S)-triol-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), 23-O-beta-D-allopyranosyl-5beta,19-epoxycucurbita-6,24-diene-3beta,22(S),23(S)-triol-3-O-beta-D-allopyranoside (2), and 23-O-beta-D-allopyranosyl-5beta,19-epoxycucurbita-6,24-diene-3beta,19(R), 22(S),23(S)-tetraol-3-O-beta-D-allopyranoside (3), named momordicoside M, N, and O, respectively, along with one known saponin momordicoside L (4), were isolated from the fresh fruits of Momordica charantia. Five hydroxylated derivatives of glycyrrhetinic acid by Mucor polymorphosporus were isolated. From the stems of Kadsura heteroclita (Roxb .) Craib , a new novel C19 homolignan, heteroclitin N ( 1 ), as well as three new lignans, heteroclitins O? Q ( 2 – 4 ), were isolated. Their structures were elucidated based on spectral analysis, including 1D and 2D NMR experiments. There is an additional spirocyclic oxirane system in heteroclitin O ( 2 ), which is the first example of a lignan with an oxirane ring in a spirobenzofuranoid dibenzocyclooctene structure in the genus Kadsura.  相似文献

Prunusins A (1) and B (2), the new C‐alkylated flavonoids, have been isolated from the seed kernels of Prunus domestica. Their structures were assigned from 1H and 13C nuclear magnetic resonating spectra, DEPT and by correlation spectroscopy, HMQC and HMBC experiments. 3, 5, 7, 4′‐Tetrahydroxyflavone (3) and 3, 5, 7‐trihydroxy‐8, 4′‐dimethoxyflavone (4) have also been reported from this species. The phytochemical investigation of carnauba wax led to the isolation of three new dammarane triterpenoids 1, 2 and 4, together with the known triterpene 3.
