In a three-dimensional off-lattice model,the method of Shakhnovich and Gutin for minimizing the Hamiltonian is applied to the design of a protein-model chain.The effect of the number of hydrophobic and hydrophilic monomer types on the designability of a protein-model chain is investigated.The simulation results reveal that the number of hydrophobic monomer types is a much more important factor than that of the polar monomer types in the design of a protein-model chain.  相似文献

A distributed feedback Ti:sapphire laser (DFTL) pumped by a 532nm Q-switched pulse is proposed for the generation of tunable picosecond pulses. With coupled rate equation model, the temporal characteristics of DFTL are obtained. The numerical solutions show that the DFTL pulse with a 50-ps pulse duration and as much as 3.SmJ pulse energy can be obtained under 40-m J, 5-ns pulse pumping. The dependence of output pulse width on the laser crystal‘s length, pumping pulse duration, and pumping rate is also discussed in detail.  相似文献

By resorting to the nonlinearization approach, a Neumann constraint associated with a discrete 3 × 3 matrix eigenvalue problem is considered. A new symplectic map of the Neumann type is obtained through nonlinearization of the discrete eigenvalue problem and its adjoint one. The generating function of integrals of motion is presented, by which the symplectic reap'is further proved to be completely integrable in the Liouville sense.  相似文献

Based on the translational invariance of a medium,a new theorem has been proposed and proved rigorously:the depth distributions of the deposited energy,momentum and ion range must be infinitely differentiable functions in amorphous or polycrystalline infinite targets by ion bombardment,if these functions exist.The origin of the “discontinuity”,derived by Dr Glazov in 1995 in J.Phys.:Condens.Matter 7 6365,has been analysed in detail.For the power cross section,neglecting electronic stopping,the linear transport equations determining the depth distribution functions of the deposited energy and monentum (by taking the threshold enerkgy into account )have been solved asymptotically.An important formula derived by Dr Glazov has been confirmed and generalized.The results agree with the new theorem.  相似文献

分析了量子力学中的空间关联与通讯的关系与差别,提出了统计可分隔性概念, 由此证明了超光速量子通讯不可能.We analyse the relation and the difference between the quantum correlation of two points in space and the communication between them. The statistical separability of two points in the space is defined and proven. From this statistical separability, we prove that the superluminal quantum communication betwcen different points is impossible. To emphasis the compatibility between the quantum theory and the relativity, we write the von Neumann equation of density operator evolution in the multi time form.  相似文献

The scalability of the tunnel-regenerated multi-active-region (TRMAR) structure has been investigated for the application in light-emitting diodes (LEDs). The use of the TRMAR structure was proved theoretically to have unique advantages over conventional slngle-active-layer structures in virtually every aspect, such as high quantum efficiency, high power and low leakage. Our study showed that the TRMAR LED structure could obtain high output power under low current injection and high wall-plug efficiency compared with the conventional single-active-layer LED structure.  相似文献

Silicon-based microelectrodes have been confirmed to be helpful in neural prostheses. The fabricated 7-channel silicon-based microelectrode was feasible to be implanted into the brain cortex. The manufacturing process by micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) technology was detailed with four photolithographic masks. The microscopic photographs and SEM images indicated that the probe shank was 3mm long, 100\mum wide and 20\mu m thick with the recording sites spaced 120\mu m apart for good signal isolation. To facilitate the insertion and minimize the trauma, the microelectrode is narrowed down gradually near the tip with the tip taper angle of 6 degrees. Curve of the single recording site impedance versus frequency was shown by test in vitro and the impedance declined from 150.5k\Omega to 6.0k\Omega with frequency changing from 10\,k to 10MHz.  相似文献

A microwave photonic filter (MPF) with reconfigurability and tunability resulting from the superposition of the transfer functions is proposed. Based on the Vernier effect between the optical frequency combs and the periodic optical filters, each comb line can be mapped into a sub-filter in the electronic field. The sub-filters are superposed to obtain the total transfer function of the MPF. By manipulating a few comb lines, we can reconfigure the passband shape, tune the bandwidth, and adjust the center frequency independently. Experiments verify that the bandwidth can be tuned from 224.8 to 674.3 MHz, and that the center frequency ranges from 1 to 4 CHz.  相似文献

In this paper we present a classical parallel quantum algorithm for the satisfiability problem. We have exploited the classical parallelism of quantum algorithms developed in [G.L. Long and L. Xiao, Phys. Rev. A 69 (2004) 052303], so that additional acceleration can be gained by using classical parallelism. The quantum algorithm first estimates the number of solutions using the quantum counting algorithm, and then by using the quantum searching algorithm, the explicit solutions are found.  相似文献

Tetrahedral amorphous hydrogenated carbon (ta-C:H) films on Si(lO0) substrates were prepared by using a magnetic-field-filter plasma stream deposition system. Samples with different ratios of sp^3-bond to sp^2-bond were obtained by changing the bias voltage applied to the substrates. The ellipsometric spectra of various carbon films in the photon energy range of 1.9-5.4eV were measured. The refractive index n and the relative sp^3 C ratio of these films were obtained by simulating their ellipsometric spectra using the Forouhi-Bloomer model and by using the Bruggeman effective medium approximation, respectively. The haemocompatibility of these ta-C:H films was analysed by observation of platelet adhesion and measurement of kinetic clotting time. The results show that the sp^3 C fraction is dependent on the substrate bias voltage, and the haemocompatibility is dependent on the ratio of sp^3-bond to sp^2-bond. A good haemocompatibility material of ta-C:H films with a suitable sp^3 C fraction can be prepared by changing the substrate bias voltage.  相似文献

The effects of solution transformations to the six-and eight-vertex systems are discussed.There are four Kinds of effects,the Hamiltonian of the system is invariant,Its coupling coefficients change,some additional terms appear in the Hamiltonian,and the spin of the system is rotated by some angle about z axis under these transformations.In all the cases,the systems are still integrable if they are so before the transformation.  相似文献

We report the miscibility characteristics of two components in a binary mixture of 9-phenyl anthracene (PA) mixed with stearic acid (SA) or polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). The behaviour of surface pressure versus area per molecule isotherms reveal that the area per molecule decreases systematically with increasing molefractions of PA. The characteristics of areas per molecule versus molefractions and collapse pressure vs molefraction indicate that various interactions involved among the sample and matrix molecules. The interaction scheme is found to change with the change in surface pressure and molefraction of mixing. Scanning electron microscopic study confirms the aggregation of PA molecules in the mixed films.  相似文献

In this paper, the symmetry method has been carried over to the generalized variable coefficients Zakharov- Kuznetsov equation. The infinitesimal symmetries and the optimal system are deduced and from this optimal system seven basic fields are determined, and for every vector field in the optimal system the admissible forms of the coefficients are found and this also leads us to transform the given equation into partial differential equations in two variables. After using some referenced transformations the mentioned partial differential equations eventually reduce to ordinary differential equations. The search for solutions to those equations has yielded many exact solutions in most cases.  相似文献

In LiNbO3:Fe, anomalous behaviour of grating erasure is observed with different wavelengths, i.e. rapid grating erasure in the short wavelength range, which deviates from the results predicted by the electron transport band model. The deviation is related to the coexistence of electrons and holes in photorefraction, and charge-transfer process including electrons and hole has been proposed. The electron and hole contributions to photoconductivity have been identified by experiments. We also give the theoretical dependence of electron photo-excitation coefficient S of the Fe centre on the wavelength.  相似文献

A switchable multiwavelength laser with a continuously tunable spacing is proposed and illustrated based on cascaded interactions of the second harmonic and difference-frequency generations in an aperiodically poled MgO-doped lithium niobate (MgO:APPLN) waveguide. The wavelengths and wavelength spacings of the four outputs are continuously varied and controlled by changing the two input pump wavelengths and spacings within a 3-nm flattop bandwidth of MgO:APPLN. In addition, the switchable states of the four outputs can be selected by inputting proper powers of the two pumps. The number of output wavelengths can also be increased by choosing the proper APPLN structure, the total length of MgO:APPLN, and higher powers of input pump lights.  相似文献

The elastic scattering properties for collisions between two ^7Li atoms are investigated in the cold and ultracold regimes separately. Based on recent theoretical and experimental results, we present the improved hybrid potentials for the singlet X^1 ∑g^+ and triplet a^3 ∑u^+ ground states of the Li2, Our calculated values for the scattering lengths α and the effective ranges re are compared with previous ones, and found them to be in good agreement. The scattering lengths are 34.6α0 for the singlet state and -27.6α0 for the triplet state. Shape resonances occur in the collisions at low energies. We also calculate the total cross sections and the energy positions of shape resonances for both X^1 ∑g^+ and a^3 ∑u^+ states.  相似文献

An erbium-doped phosphate glass fibre has been drawn by the rod-in-tube technique in our laboratory. The gain for the Er^3+-doped phosphate glass fibre with different pump powers and with different input signal wavelengths is investigated. The 2.2-cm-long fibre, pumped by a single-mode 980-nm fibre-pigtailed laser diode, can provide a net gain per unit length greater than 1.SdB/cm. The pump threshold is about 50mW at the wavelength of 1534nm, and below 70roW at 1550nm. The gain linewidth of the Er^3+-doped phosphate glass fibre is greater than 34 nm and can cover the C band in optical communication networks.  相似文献

The ionization level and free electron density of most abundant elements (C, N, O, Mg, Al, Si, S, and Fe) in the sun are calculated from the centre of the sun to the surface of the photosphere. The model and computations are made under the assumption of local thermodynamic equilibrium (LTE). The Saha equation has been used to calculate the ionization level of elements and the electron density. Temperature values for calculations along the solar radius are taken from references.  相似文献

The first fluorine-substituted hexabenzocoronene has been synthesized and its electronic structure and optical properties have been reported [Q. Zhang, et al., Org. Lett. 7 (2005) 5019]. In this letter, the electronic structure and excited state properties of the fluorine-substituted hexabenzocoronene are studied with quantum chemistry method as well as the transition and the charge difference densities. The transition densities show the orientations and strength of the dipole moments and the charge difference densities reveal the orientation and results of the intramolecular charge transfer. The calculated transition energies and oscillator strengths are consistent with the experimental data, and the theoretical results of transition and charge difference densities are valuable to understanding the excited state properties of the fluorine-substituted hexabenzocoronene.  相似文献

We investigate the Painleve integrabiiity of nonautonomous nonlinear Schr6dinger (NLS) equations with both space-and time-dependent dispersion, nonlinearity, and external potentials. The Painleve analysis is carried out without using the Kruskal's simplification, which results in more generalized form of inhomogeneous equations. The obtained equations are shown to be reducible to the standard NLS equation by using a point transformation. We also construct the corresponding Lax pair and carry out its Kundu-type reduction to the standard Lax pair. Special cases of equations from choosing limited form of coefficients coincide with the equations from the previous Painleve analyses and/or become unknown new equations.  相似文献
