为了研究声子晶体材料的吸收对缺陷模的影响,引入复波数,推导出一维掺杂声子晶体的转移矩阵,计算了衰减系数和周期数对透射波和反射波中缺陷模的影响。得出:当周期数一定时,衰减系数对一维掺杂声子晶体的透射波和反射波中的缺陷模都有显著的影响,缺陷模的峰值随衰减系数的增加而迅速减小,缺陷模的宽度随衰减系数的增加而增大。当衰减系数一定时,缺陷模的峰值和宽度都随周期数的增加而迅速减小。  相似文献

推导出弹性波斜入射固-固掺杂结构声子晶体的转移矩阵和透射系数公式.计算固-固掺杂结构声子晶体中弹性波的透射系数.得到当横波斜入射时,透射波中横波的缺陷模随着入射角的增大而减弱,横波向纵波的转型随着入射角的增大而增强.当纵波斜入射时,透射波中纵波的缺陷模随着入射角的增大而减弱,纵波向横波的转型随着入射角的增大而增强.  相似文献

本文提出了一种计算多层介质中注入离子深度分布的新方法。该方法把Monte Carlo模拟与输运方程的数值解法相结合,取其各自的优点,考虑了离子在界面处的反射,给出多层介质中射程分布表达式。理论与实验比较表明,两者符合得很好。 关键词:  相似文献

利用转移矩阵方法对二维正方介质柱光子晶体的传输特性进行了研究,数值计算研究了不同晶格、同一晶格柱体截面面积不同、放置方位角不同时光子晶体的传输特性。数值结果表明光子禁带的宽度与中心频率和晶格结构有很大关系,正方晶格更易形成平坦光子禁带,柱体截面面积大,则形成的禁带较宽,在其他因素相同的条件下柱体放置的方位角对光子禁带有重要影响。数值研究表明在正方介质柱下设计宽平坦光子禁带时,可以首先考虑正方晶格结构,其次设法使柱体截面尽量大一些,最后可通过柱体放置方位角来微调光子禁带的宽度与中心频率以达到设计要求。  相似文献

In this work, based on the use of ITO as a defect, we study the infrared defect mode in defective photonic crystal made of SiO2 and InP. Due to the dispersion in the dielectric function of ITO, it is found that the defect mode is sensitive to the ITO thickness. The defect frequency is shown to be blue-shifted as the thickness of ITO decreases. In the angular dependence of defect mode, it is seen that the defect frequency is also blue-shifted when the angle of incidence increases for both TE and TM polarizations. However, the shifting feature is appeared to be nearly polarization-independent. The shift in the defect frequency enables us to employ ITO as a tunable agent in order to design a tunable photonic crystal filter in the infrared region.  相似文献

利用周期结构的布洛赫定理推导了一维无限光子晶体缺陷模方程,研究了缺陷模的偏振特性,以及在不同入射角和缺陷层厚度下缺陷模位置的变化.利用传输矩阵方法对有限周期数光子晶体也进行了研究,分别对应一维无限光子晶体和有限周期数光子晶体给出了数值计算结果.通过比较这两者的数值结果得出了缺陷模随入射角和缺陷层厚度变化的一般规律.  相似文献

The photonic crystal is an artificial material with periodic dielectric constant and the key factor to preserve their band features is its periodicity. When the number of periods of photonic crystal is decreased the photonic band gap cannot prevent the light of the corresponding frequencies from propagating in photonic crystal, in another word, photonic band gap will be failure. The minimum periods of photonic crystal device which can keep photonic band gap effective in miniaturization process is analyzed, the transmittance spectrum is calculated by the Finite-difference time-domain algorithm (FDTD) [1], the minimum periods is got in the simulation and the reason which affects the minimum periods is analyzed in this paper.  相似文献

Optical characteristics of two new graphene based photonic crystals are studied in detail. A structure containing alternating layers of graphene and SiO2 slabs is considered as the ideal crystal. The dependency of the photonic band gaps (PBGs) to the dielectric layer thickness and the period number is explored at first step. Potential of the proposed crystal to be used as an optical filter is then investigated. Adding a nonlinear electro-optic polymer as a defect layer, the alterations of the optical features are inspected. Results show that the defect layer insertion causes a resonant mode inside the PBGs. However, the location of the defect layer inside the crystal is very effective on both the frequency and width of the resonant mode. Tunability of the optical features is probed by taking into account of the dependencies to the wave incident angle, graphene chemical potential and the applied external voltage to the defect layer.  相似文献

The photonic band gaps in one-dimensional photonic crystals (PCs) are theoretically investigated. A new method to broaden the photonic band gaps is introduced. Based on the similar method, a kind of photonic crystals is constructed to generate photonic band gaps with proportioned central frequencies. The near-infrared (NIR) narrow filter properties in the transmission spectra of a one-dimensional photonic crystal doped with semiconductor metamaterial photonic quantum-well defect (PQW) were theoretically studied. The behavior of the defect mode as a function of the stack number of the PQW defect structure, the filling factor of semiconductor metamaterial layer, the polarization and the angle of incidence were investigated for Al-doped ZnO (AZO) and ZnO as the semiconductor metamaterial layer. It is found that the frequency of the defect mode can be tuned by variation of the period of the defect structure, polarization, incidence angle, and the filling factor of the semiconductor metamaterial layer. It is also shown that the number of the defect mode is independent of the period of the PQW defect structure and is in sharp contrast with the case where a common dielectric or metamaterial defect are used. The results also show that for both polarizations the defect mode is red-shifted as the number of the defect period and filling factor increase. An opposite trend is observed as the angle of incidence increases. The proposed structure could provide useful information for designing new types of tuneable narrowband filters at NIR region.  相似文献

利用传输矩阵法研究了缺陷层有吸收的一维光子晶体的带隙结构,在中心波长附近利用泰勒展开式的一级近似得到了缺陷模的高度和半峰全宽的计算公式.研究发现,消光系数、介质周期数和缺陷层厚度对缺陷模高度的影响较大,它们的增大均使缺陷模高度快速下降;而对半峰全宽的影响主要取决于介质的周期数,随周期数的增大缺陷模快速变窄.  相似文献

用时域有限差分法研究了电磁波在等离子体光子晶体中的传播特性。数值模拟中使用完全匹配层吸收边界条件,计算了电磁波通过等离子体光子晶体的反射和透射系数。讨论了等离子体密度、等离子体温度、介电常数比和引入缺陷层对等离子体光子晶体光子带隙的影响。  相似文献
