对德拜势(Debye)中类氢原子的能级问题采用Rayleigh-Schrdinger微扰展开,给出了能级的一阶修正与原子能级的近似解析式.同时,采用波函数幂级数解法,求得了德拜势下相关的递推关系.在此基础上,利用能量自洽法,求出了相当于二阶修正的德拜势下类氢原子的能级值,并就其计算结果与数值解进行了比较.同时,讨论了相应的临界束缚能态与截断条件. 相似文献

Two electron systems confined by harmonic potential is known as harmonium. Such a system has been studied for many reasons in the literature. In this work we study harmonium under Debye potential. We use higher order finite difference method for the solution of Schrodinger equation. Complete energy spectrum of harmonium and harmonium under Debye potential is studied. Debye screening length shows considerable effect on the energy levels and the radial matrix elements. The results are analysed in the light of existing results and the comparison with available results shows remarkable agreement. 相似文献

The screening effects due to the exponential-cosine-screened Coulomb and screened Coulomb (Yukawa) potentials on photoionization processes are explored within the framework of complex coordinate rotation method. The energy levels of H and He+ in both screened potentials shifted with various Debye screening lengths are presented. The photoionization cross sections illustrate the considerable screening effects on photoionization processes in low energy region. The shape resonances can be found near ionization thresholds for certain of Debye screening lengths. The relations between the appearance of resonances and the existence of quasi-bound states under shielding conditions are discussed. 相似文献

Using the Debye shielding model, the effects of plasma shielding on the dielectronic recombination processes of the H-like helium ions are investigated.It is found that plasma shielding causes a remarkable change in the Auger decay rate of the doubly excited 2p~2 ~3P_2 state.As a result,the dielectronic recombination cross sections from the doubly excited 2p~2 ~3p_2 state increases with the decreasing Debye shielding length. 相似文献

Thermodynamic properties of Cd0.25Zn0.75Se alloy are studied using quasi harmonic model for pressure range of 0 GPa-10 GPa and temperature range 0 K-1000 K. The structural optimization is obtained by self-consistent field calculations and full-potential linearized muffin-tin orbital method with GGA+U as an exchange correlation functional where U=2.3427 eV is Hubbard potential. The effects of temperature and pressure on bulk modulus, Helmholtz free energy, internal energy, entropy, Debye temperature, Grüneisen parameter, thermal expansion coefficient, and heat capacities of the material are observed and discussed. The bulk modulus, Helmholtz free energy, and Debye temperature are found to be decreased on increasing temperature while there is an increasing behavior with rise of the pressure. Whereas the internal energy has increasing trend with the rise in temperature and it almost remains insensitive to pressure. The entropy of the system increases (decreases) with rise of pressure (temperature). 相似文献

The scale length for an effective shielding of a charged particle in a plasma is the Debye length, which is for Maxwellian velocity distributions determined by the ratio of the temperature to the density. However, fusion plasmas heated by neutral-beam injection (NBI) exhibit highly non-Maxwellian slowing-down velocity distributions. In this case, the evaluation of the characteristic shielding distance from these velocity distributions requires the solution of Fokker-Planck-Poisson equations. In this paper, the effect of NBI slowing-down velocity distributions on the shielding distance are discussed. Analytic expressions for the Debye length of a neutral-beam-heated plasma are given. 本文通过非微扰求解薛定谔方程, 研究了强磁场磁化的等离子体环境中的原子能级结构和辐射动力学过程. 在较宽的磁场强度范围和等离子体屏蔽参数范围内, 给出了氢原子基态以及低激发态的能级、辐射跃迁能量和振子强度等重要的原子参数, 定量地描述了强磁场和等离子体屏蔽共同作用的综合效应. 相关的结果有助于增进对极端环境下原子光谱结构的认识, 在等离子体光谱诊断和天文光谱观测方面有一定的借鉴意义.

The alternating external stress value required to move a dislocation together with Mössbauer impurities positioned at dislocation is calculated by using the kink model. The kinetic energy of the dislocation is calculated which leads to an energy shift in the γ-ray photon emitted by the atom moving with the dislocation. The critical stress values calculated at low temperatures are found to change with the mass and the Debye temperatures of the resonating atoms. The variation of mean square displacement, mean square velocity and the first moments for the Mössbauer impurity at low temperature are also evaluated. All the results are compared with the corresponding values obtained by using the string model. 相似文献

The field of a line charge in magnetized plasma is determined. It is shown that the Debye shielding doesn't occur in situations where we can neglect the plasma drift. Our approach can justify the use of a simple model of a sheath around an antenna or a tether mounted on a spacecraft moving through ionospheric plasma. 相似文献

We consider multi-component electrolyte solutions and plasmas in thermal equilibrium and define thermodynamic quantities for number densities which do not necessarily satisfy the condition of charge neutrality. It is shown that these quantities play a role in compressibility theorems for the pair correlation functions and in the generalized Debye shielding length. A fourth moment condition for the pair correlation functions is derived. We discuss to what extent non-uniform systems may be described in terms of local thermodynamics with added coulomb interactions. 相似文献

The kinetic theory of plasma has been employed to compute the test-charge potential distributions accounting for quantization effects in magnetized electron-positron-ion (EPI) plasmas. In this regard, the degenerate positrons and electrons are assumed to follow the Fermi-Dirac distribution, while inertial ions are modelled by Maxwellian velocity distribution. By solving the Fourier-transformed Vlasov–Poisson equations, a modified dielectric function and electrostatic potential is obtained. By imposing various constraints on the test-charge speed, the potential profile has been analysed in terms of Debye–Hückel (DH), far-field (FF), and wake-field (WF) potentials. It has been found that the amplitude of DH and FF potentials increases by the inclusion of quantization effects, and it becomes the opposite for the WF potential profile. Furthermore, the variation of positron concentration significantly affects the DH, FF, and WF potentials. The present findings are important to understand the shielding phenomenon in degenerate multi-species plasmas. 相似文献

The role of an external magnetic field via the ion polarization drift effect has been investigated theoretically on the dust-Coulomb crystal formation in a dusty plasma in the presence of continuous ion flows from the bulk plasma to the sheath. Proofs are developed to explicitly show that the ionization energy theory is a renormalized theory, which mathematically exactly satisfies the renormalization group formalisms developed by Gell–Mann–Low, Shankar and Zinn-Justin. However, the cutoff parameter for the ionization energy theory relies on the energy-level spacing, instead of lattice point spacing in k-space. Subsequently, we apply the earlier proofs to prove that the mathematical structure of the ionization-energy dressed electron–electron screened Coulomb potential is exactly the same as the ionization-energy dressed electron–phonon interaction potential. The latter proof is proven by means of the second-order time-independent perturbation theory with the heavier effective mass condition, as required by the electron–electron screened Coulomb potential. The outcome of this proof is that we can derive the heat capacity and the Debye frequency as a function of ionization energy, which can be applied in strongly correlated matter and nanostructures. 相似文献

The thermodynamic properties of Zn Se are obtained by using quasi-harmonic Debye model embedded in Gibbscode for pressure range 0–10 GPa and for temperature range 0–1000 K. Helmholtz free energy, internal energy, entropy,Debye temperature, and specific heat are calculated. The thermal expansion coefficient along with Gruneisen parameter are also calculated at room temperature for the pressure range. It is found that internal energy is pressure dependent at low temperature, whereas entropy and Helmholtz free energy are pressure sensitive at high temperature. A computational study of the pressure and thermal behaviour of NiMnSb within the framework of density functional theory and the Debye-Grüneisen model is reported. The theoretical values of equilibrium lattice parameter, bulk modulus, its pressure derivative, Debye temperature, Grüneisen constant and coefficient of thermal expansion are estimated from electronic structure calculated by the full-potential nonorthogonal local-orbital minimum basis method (FPLO). The bulk modulus and its pressure derivative have been computed using the Murnaghan form of the equation of states. The volume-temperature dependence was obtained by minimisation of the free energy as a sum of the total energy of the rigid lattice and the free energy of the vibration lattice. The thermal expansion coefficient for the studied NiMnSb, obtained within the Debye theory including anharmonicity, is in good agreement with experimental results. 相似文献

We discuss the generalized moments of the nonadiabatic transition reaction by using the stochastic Liouville equation for the study of outer-sphere electron transfer in polar solvents characterized by Debye dielectric relaxation. We obtain an approximate expression for the generalized moments which incorporates the width of the transition with arbitrary initial condition far from equilibrium. For low barriers, we derive an analytical expression for the rate corresponding to harmonic potential surfaces in the overdamped regime. For Fokker-Planck operators of Smoluchowski type, we introduce a new method to solve all of the generalized moments by using the eigenfunction expansion method. 相似文献
