J/ψ→μ+μ- reconstruction in the CMS experiment

In this paper the J/ψ→μ+μ- reconstruction performance in the CMS experiment at the LHC is studied in detail by using B5→ J/ψψ →μμКК events. The reconstruction efficiencies of J/ψ mesons and their decay muons are obtained as a function of the transverse momentum PT and the pseudo-rapidity η. We also study the muon trigger efficiency for this channel with the planned Level-1 trigger and High Level Trigger selection criteria. It was observed that the muon reconstruction efficiency decreases when the two decay muons have a small or large 3D angular separation, which further affects the overall J/ψ reconstruction efficiency.

基于J/ψ辐射产生胶球态Gb和湮没为e-e对两过程的中间态和末态都不涉及任何夸克强子而只与强作用的真空性质密切相关这一特性,从另一种角度讨论了这两个过程.利用高能强作用软过程中修改后的pomeron场论模型和相关的最大非微扰强作用反应假定,并考虑到轻的和重的组分夸克在结构上的差异而在模型参数中作出相应的变更后,提出了这两个过程的另一种物理机制,计算了它们的衰变宽度,定出了胶球态与非微扰胶子间的耦合数值,并就此进行了简单的讨论.

Partial wave analysis of J/ψ→pp(-)π~0 and measurement of J/ψ→pp(-)η, pp(-)η'

Based on 58 million J/ψ data collected with the BES Ⅱ detector at the BEPC, Partial Wave Analysis(PWA) is performed on J/ψ→pp(-)π~0. The new excited baryon N(2065) is confirmed. Clear signals for other N~* states are observed and the corresponding masses, widths and spin-parity are also measured. Processes such as J/ψ→pp(-)η,pp(-)η' are also studied and the branching ratios are measured.     

J/ψ→γγV(ρ,φ)衰变的实验研究

利用北京谱仪(BES)收集的7.8×10⁶ J/ψ事例,对J/ψ→γγV(ρ,φ)衰变道中的η(1430)共振态进行了分析.从J/ψ→γγρ衰变模式得到其质量及衰变宽度分别为1431±17MeV和88±28MeV,衰变分支比Br(J/ψ→γη(1430))Br(η(1430)→γρ)=(1.1±0.5±0.3)×10^－4;而从J/ψ→γγφ衰变模式得到其质量及衰变宽度分别为1424±15MeV和73±58MeV,衰变分支比Br(J/ψ→γη(1430))Br(η(1430)→γφ)=(2.0±1.0±0.6)×10^－4.     

Study of Λ decay parameter in J/ψ→ΛΛ decay

The helicity amplitudes for J/ψ→ΛΛ and the relevant background decays are presented for measuring the Λ decay parameter α₊(Λ→pπ⁺) in J/ψ→ΛΛ . The Monte Carlo (MC) simulations based on the helicity amplitudes information are carried out. The likelihood fit method to determine the Λ decay parameter is presented. Based on the MC generated sample, the sensitivity of the measurement for α₊ has been estimated, which shows that the J/ψ→ΛΛ channel can be used to measure the Λ decay parameter α₊(Λ→pπ⁺) well.     

关于ψ(2S)与J/ψ衰变率比值估算的讨论

鉴于微扰量子色动力学预言包含的不确定性,利用现有实验数据计算了ψ(2S)与J/ψ强衰变分支比的比值;在此基础上还讨论了若干遍举衰变道中有关压制效应对于这个比值的修正.     

ρ-ω mixing in J/ψ→VP decays

The study of ρ-ω mixing has mainly focused on vector meson decays with isospin I = 1, namely theρ(ω)→π+π- process. In this paper, we present a study of ρ-ω mixing in ρ(ω)→π+π-π0(I = 0) using a flavor parameterization model for the J/ψ→VP process. By fitting a theoretical framework to PDG data, we obtain the SU(3)-breaking effect parameters sV = 0.03±0.12, sP = 0.17±0.17 and the ρ-ω mixing polarization operatorΠρω =(0.006±0.011) GeV2. New values are found for the branching ratios when the mixing effect is incorporated:Br(J/ψ→ωπ0)=(3.64±0.37)×10-4, Br(J/ψ→ωη)=(1.48±0.17)×10-3, Br(J/ψ→ωη)=(1.55±0.56)×10-4, these are different from the corresponding PDG2012 values by 19%, 15% and 15%, respectively.     

J/ψ→γγ测量的蒙特卡罗研究

J/ψ→γγ是朗道-杨定理禁戒的过程,对该过程的研究能够为寻找新物理提供重要的信息。精确测量该过程的分支比,进而限制理论预期值的范围,能够用于检验C宇称守恒及寻找新物理。本研究将利用106Mψ（3686）单举蒙特卡罗样本研究在北京谱仪-Ⅲ上测量该过程能够达到的精度。本研究在90％置设定了该过程观测事例数的上限,并计算得到其分支比的上限为5．6×10^-7,此研究结果为在BESIII上进行相关实验提供了依据。     

Searching for Electrical Dipole and Chromodipole Moments of a Charm Quark in J／ψ→γφφ Decay

We propose a scheme to search for the electrical dipole moments (EDMs) and chromodipole moments (CDMs) of a charm quark in the decay J/ψ→γφφ based on J/ψ data samples accumulated on the Beijing Electron Positron Collider (BEPC). The EDM and CDM interactions are introduced in this decay and then we relate them to some CP asymmetrical observables, which are predicted in the valence quark model. We propose a method to hunt for these values by measuring associated CP asymmetrical observables, and we also discuss the prospect of such measurement on the BEPC.     

Large SU（3） Symmetry Breaking in J／ψ→BB Decays

Large SU(3) symmetry breaking effects in J/ψ→BB decay processes are discussed using the Mark I,Mark II,DM2 and the recent data from BES Collaboration.

利用推广的矩分析和双态耦合处理方法,给出了双态耦合情况下J/ψ衰变过程J/ψ→ρρπ的矩表达式,为在J/ψ衰变过程中寻找并确定1^－+奇特态的性质提供了一种可能的途径.

核形变对J/ψ压低的效应

用强子和弦级联模型,JPCIAE,研究(200A GeV)U+U中心碰撞中核形变对J/ψ压低的效应.结果表明:在两形变核的长轴都沿束流方向的碰撞中,J/ψ压低因子约为两长轴都垂直于束流方向碰撞时的二分之一.     

J/ψ→π~03(π~+π~-)分支比的测定

用BESⅠ的 7.8× 1 0 6 J/ ψ数据更为精确地测定了J/ ψ→π0 3 (π+π- )和J/ ψ→ω2 (π+π- )的分支比 (Br(J/ ψ→π0 3 (π+π- ) ) =( 2 .52± 0 .0 6± 0 .4 3 ) % ,Br(J/ ψ→ω2 (π+π- ) ) =( 1 .3 1± 0 .0 9± 0 .2 1 ) % .同时对 4π不变质量谱和ωππ不变质量谱进行研究分析 ,试图观察是否存在有兴趣的信号 .     

J/ψ→ppω过程的协变张量分析方法

在相对论协变张量分析的理论框架下,给出了衰变道J/ψ→ppω对应各种可能的中间共振态N*的衰变振幅,通过Monte-Carlo模拟,得到该衰变道中p(p)角分布、pω(pω)不变质量分布及Dalitz图等.
