In this paper the existence of the contingent epiderivative of a set-valued map is studied from a variational perspective. We give a variational characterization of the ideal minimal of a weakly compact set. As a consequence we characterize the existence of the contingent epiderivative in terms of an associated family of variational systems. When a set-valued map takes values in Rn we show that these systems can be formulated in terms of the contingent epiderivatives of scalar set-valued maps. By applying these results we extend some existing theorems.  相似文献

This short note deals with the issue of existence of contingent epiderivatives for set-valued maps defined from a real normed space to the real line. A theorem of Jahn-Rauh [1], given for the existence of contingent epiderivatives, is used to obtain more general existence results. In this paper we analyze some questions concerning the contingent epiderivative. When the ordering cone is not necessarily pointed we introduce the notion of family of contingent epiderivatives. We also investigate the relationship between the contingent derivative and the generalized epiderivative. Furthermore, we give existence theorems with respect to Daniell cones. In this paper we introduce a notion of the τw-contingent epiderivative of a set-valued map by considering the weak topology in the image space. We establish a chain rule formula for families of τw-contingent and contingent epiderivatives. When the image space is reflexive and the ordering cone a half-space, we give conditions for the existence of the family of τw-contingent epiderivatives of a stable set-valued map; moreover we obtain an interesting formula that connects this family with the contingent epiderivative of an associated scalar set-valued map. Finally we apply the previous results in order to establish optimality conditions for a set-valued optimization problem via epiderivatives with respect to half-spaces associated with the ordering cone. In particular we provide a scalarization method for computing these conditions in reflexive spaces.  相似文献

This paper underlines the role of directional compactness in the scalarization of graphical derivatives of set-valued maps taking values in infinite-dimensional spaces. Two main theorems are given. The first one states the equivalence of contingent epiderivatives and τw-contingent epiderivatives for directionally compact maps. The second main result proves a variational characterization for the contingent epiderivative of stable and directionally compact maps taking values in general image spaces, extending known results in finite-dimensional and reflexive Banach spaces. The hypotheses given are minimal as is shown by means of several examples. Connections of these theorems with other results of the literature are also provided.  相似文献

In this paper, generalized mth-order contingent epiderivative and generalized mth-order epiderivative of set-valued maps are introduced, respectively. By virtue of the generalized mth-order epiderivatives, generalized necessary and sufficient optimality conditions are obtained for Henig efficient solutions to a set-valued optimization problem whose constraint set is determined by a fixed set. Generalized Kuhn–Tucker type necessary and sufficient optimality conditions are also obtained for Henig efficient solutions to a set-valued optimization problem whose constraint set is determined by a set-valued map.  相似文献

In this paper, by virtue of two intermediate derivative-like multifunctions, which depend on an element in the intermediate space, some exact calculus rules are obtained for calculating the derivatives of the composition of two set-valued maps. Similar rules are displayed for sums. Moreover, by using these calculus rules, the solution map of a parametrized variational inequality and the variations of the feasible set of a parametrized mathematical programming problem are studied. In this paper, we present new computation formulas for the contingent epiderivative and hypoderivative of a set-valued map taking values in a Banach space with a shrinking Schauder basis. These formulas are established in terms of the Fourier coefficients, and, in particular, in terms of the derivatives of the component maps associated with the Schauder basis. As an application, we obtain multiplier rules for vector optimization problems in terms of the derivatives of the component maps, extending classical results from smooth multiobjective optimization problems.  相似文献

In this article, by using the generalized second-order contingent (adjacent) epiderivatives of set-valued maps, we obtain necessary optimality conditions and sufficient optimality conditions for weakly efficient solutions, Henig efficient solutions to the set-valued vector equilibrium problems with constraints. In the paper, we develop some calculus of Studniarski derivatives for set-valued maps. Then, we establish relationships between Studniarski derivatives of a given objective map and that of the weak perturbation map. Finally, applications to sensitivity analysis of a constrained set-valued optimization problem are obtained. Problems in set-valued optimization can be solved via set optimization. In this paper optimality conditions are studied for set-valued maps with set optimization. Optimality requirements are established for continuous selections using directional derivatives. Relationships between their contingent derivatives are discussed. An explicit expression of the contingent derivative for the class of set-valued maps is established. A definition of differentiability of a set-valued map is offered. As derivatives, which are called directives in the set-valued setting, unions of affine maps are used; these are called multiaffines. A multiaffine is a directive if it is a first-order approximation of the set-valued map. One application is a necessary condition for maximin optimality of constrained decisions. A distance among multiaffines permits the development of set-valued evolution equations along the lines of ordinary differential equations in a vector space. For a vector optimization problem that depends on a parameter vector, the sensitivity analysis of perturbation, proper perturbation, and weak perturbation maps is dealth with. Each of the perturbation maps is defined as a set-valued map which associates to each parameter value the set of all minimal, properly minimal, and weakly minimal points of the perturbed feasible set in the objective space with respect to a fixed ordering cone. Using contingent cones in a finite-dimensional Euclidean space, we investigate the relationship between the contingent derivatives of the three types of perturbation maps and three types of minimal point sets for the contingent derivative of the feasible-set map in the objective space. These results provide quantitative informations on the behavior of the perturbation maps.The authors would like to thank the referees for their valuable comments and suggestions.  相似文献
