Two isostructural layered coordination polymers constructed from mixed ligands, [Ln2(tdc)3(phen)2(H2O)2] (Ln = Sm 1, Eu 2, H2tdc = thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data for 1: triclinic, space group P1 with a = 10.546(2), b = 11.201(2), c = 18.644(4)A, α = 106.69(3), β = 91.27(3), γ = 94.43(3)°, Dc = 1.909 g·cm-3, F(000) = 1180, μ = 2.992 mm^-1, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0300 and wR = 0.0656 for 6968 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). And those for 2: triclinic, space group P1^- with a = 10.557(2), b = 11.159(2), c = 18.588(2) A, α = 106.945(6), β = 91.255(6), γ = 94.359(6)°, Dc = 1.927 g·cm^-3, F(000) = 1184, μ = 3.204 mm^-1, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0221 and wR = 0.0459 for 6328 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The title complexes show a two-dimensional (2D) square grid structure constructed from paddle-wheel-like [Ln2(CO2)4] dimers and tdc ligands. The 2D layers were further assembled into a 3D supramolecular assembly via O-H…O hydrogen bond. The photoluminescence properties of complexes 1 and 2 were investigated.  相似文献

Two one-dimensional cobalt(Ⅱ) compounds {[Co(Hbpma)(H2O)4 ] 2 ·3SO 4 ·4.5H2O} n1 and {[Co(Hbpma)(NCS) 3 (H2O)]·2.85H2O}n2 (bpma = N,N -bis(3-pyridylmethyl)amine) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 15.8780(5), b = 16.2187(5), c = 16.4858(5) , α = 91.0420(10), β = 94.5190(10), γ = 101.4360(10)°, V = 4145.7(2) 3 , C 24 H 53 Co 2 N 6 O 24.50 S 3 , M r = 1031.76, Z = 4, D c = 1.653 g/cm 3 , μ(MoKα) = 1.046 mm -1 , F(000) = 2148, S = 1.017, the final R = 0.0269 and wR = 0.0644 for 13032 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). For complex 2, it belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with a = 9.3761(11), b = 10.5814(13), c = 11.2972(14) , α = 85.472(2), β = 88.058(2), γ = 76.203(2)°, V = 1085.0(2) 3 , C 15 H 21.70 CoN 6 O 3.85 S 3 , M r = 502.79, Z = 2, D c = 1.539 g/cm 3 , μ(MoKα) = 1.112 mm -1 , F(000) = 519, S = 1.070, the final R = 0.0358 and wR = 0.0899 for 3466 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Two complexes 1 and 2 are both found to be one-dimensional coordination polymers bridged by the protonated bpma ligands, which are assembled into three-dimensional supramolecular structures through the hydrogen bonding interactions and π-π packing interactions.  相似文献

The ground-state rotational spectra of two weakly bound complexes B···ICF(3) (B = Kr or CO) formed by trifluoroiodomethane have been observed in pulsed jets by using two types of Fourier-transform microwave spectroscopy (chirped-pulse and Fabry-Perot cavity). Both complexes exhibit symmetric-top type spectra, thus indicating that the Kr atom in Kr···ICF(3) and both the C and O atoms in OC···ICF(3) lie along the C(3) axis of ICF(3). The rotational constant B(0), the centrifugal distortion constants D(J) and D(JK), and the iodine nuclear quadrupole coupling constant χ(aa)(I) were determined for each of the isotopologues (84)Kr···ICF(3), (86)Kr···ICF(3), (16)O(12)C···ICF(3), (16)O(13)C···ICF(3), and (18)O(12)C···ICF(3). Interpretation of the spectroscopic constants reveals that the carbon atom of CO is adjacent to I and participates in the weak bond in OC···ICF(3). Simple models based on unperturbed component geometries lead to the distances r(Kr···I) = 3.830(1) ? and r(C···I) = 3.428(1) ? in Kr···ICF(3) and OC···ICF(3), respectively, and to the quadratic force constants for stretching of the weak bond k(σ) = 2.80 N m(-1) and 3.96 N m(-1), respectively. The distances r(Z···I) (Z is the acceptor atom in B), the k(σ) values, and the angular geometries of the pair of complexes B···ICF(3) and B···ICl for a given B are compared when B = Kr, CO, H(2)O, H(2)S, or NH(3). The comparison reveals that the iodine bond in B···ICF(3) is systematically longer and weaker than that of B···ICl, while the angular geometry of the B···I moiety is isomorphic in B···ICF(3) and B···ICl for a given B. It is concluded that -CF(3) is less effective than -Cl as an electron-withdrawing group when attached to an I atom and that the angular geometries of the B···ICF(3) can be predicted by means of a simple rule that holds for many hydrogen- and halogen-bonded complexes.  相似文献

We measured the molecular beam Fourier transform microwave spectra of six isotopologues of the 1?:?1 adduct of CH(3)CHClF with water. Water prefers to form an O-H···F rather than an O-H···Cl hydrogen bond. This is just the contrary of what was observed in the chlorofluoromethane-water adduct, where an O-H···Cl link was formed (W. Caminati, S. Melandri, A. Maris and P. Ottaviani, Angew. Chem., Int. Ed., 2006, 45, 2438). The water molecule is linked with an O-H···F bridge to the fluorine atom, with r(F···H(w)) = 2.14 ?, and with two C-H···O contacts to the alkyl hydrogens with r(C(1)-H(1)···O(w)) = 2.75 ? and r(C(2)-H(2)···O(w)) = 2.84 ?, respectively. Besides the rotational constants, the quadrupole coupling constants of the chlorine atom have been determined. In addition, information on the internal dynamics has been obtained.  相似文献

The rotational spectra of CF(3)I···NH(3) and CF(3)I···N(CH(3))(3) are measured between 6.7 and 18 GHz using a chirped-pulse Fourier transform microwave spectrometer. Transitions in each spectrum are assigned to A and E species associated with ground and excited internal rotor states respectively. Rotational constants, B(0), centrifugal distortion constants, D(J), D(Jm), D(JKm), nuclear quadrupole coupling constants of the (14)N and (127)I atoms, χ(aa)(N) and χ(aa)(I), are determined for each complex. D(JK) is additionally determined for CF(3)I···NH(3). Results are presented for both (14)N and (15)N-substituted isotopologues. All data are consistent with C(3v) symmetric top structures for both complexes. The nuclear quadrupole coupling constants of iodine are determined to be -2230.030(83) MHz and -2241.61(17) MHz in CF(3)I···(14)NH(3) and CF(3)I···(14)N(CH(3))(3) respectively. The data are interpreted through a model that accounts for the internal dynamics of the complexes in order to determine the length of the halogen bond between the iodine and nitrogen atoms, r(N···I). Values of r(N···I) are thus determined to lie in the ranges 3.054 ? > r(N···I) > 3.034 ? and 2.790 ? > r(N···I) > 2.769 ? for CF(3)I···NH(3) and CF(3)I···N(CH(3))(3) respectively.  相似文献

Crystal data: triclinic system, space group P ī with a = 7.9424(3), b = 9.9417(3), c = 12.1867(3) (A。), α = 84.771(1), β = 77.375(2), γ = 68.993(2)°, C15H18N4O8Ni, Mr = 440.7, V = 876.16(5) (A。)3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.672 g/cm3, F(000) = 456, ((MoK() = 1.162 mm-1, the final R = 0.0464 and wR = 0.1055 for 3026 observed reflections with I > 2((I). In the title compound, the nickel ion is coordinated by a nitrogen atom and an oxygen atom from the orotate ligand, two nitrogen atoms from 2, 2'-bipy and two oxygen atoms from the coordinated water molecules in a distorted octahedral geometry. The presence of intermolecular hydrogen bonding and (-( stacking interaction of aromatic rings from 2, 2'-bipy results in a 3D structure.  相似文献

Contributions to the Chemistry of Silicon Sulfur Compounds. XXXIV. Tetrameric Silver(I)-tri-tert-butoxysilanethiolate Silver(I)-tri-tert-butoxysilanethiolate is formed as a tetramere by reaction of tritert-butoxysilanethiol with AgNO3. The compound crystallizes as colourless triclinic plates and sublimes in vacuum at 170°C without decomposition. F.I. mass spectra shows only the mass of the tetrameric unit (m/e = 1 548), whereas this unit is observed in E.I. mass spectra with lower intensity. The 29Si n.m.r. spectrum shows a remarkable splitting of the signal around ?68.54 ppm, which is explained by Si? Ag couplings. The central unit of the molecule is a nearly plane alternating Ag4S4 eight-membered ring with threefold bonded sulfur and twofold bonded silver atoms. Most important are the significant deviations from colinear S? Ag? S bonds (172.3°) resulting from shifts of the silver atoms toward the center of the eight-membered Ag4S4 ring (Ag? Ag = 313.5 pm). This effect is taken as a strong indication for high order direct Ag(I)-to-Ag(I) interactions. Related details of the structure are discussed. A new 3d-4f heterometallic polymer {[Sm2Cu(PDC)2(SO4)2(H2O)6]·2H2O}n 1 has been synthesized by Sm2O3, Cu(SO4)2·5H2O and pyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid under hydrothermal conditions. The compound crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 6.352(7), b = 10.040(10), c = 10.315(11) , α = 94.958(14), β = 95.556(7), γ = 99.747(14)°, V = 641.7(12)3, Z = 1, Mr = 1030.63, Dc = 2.651 Mg/m3, μ = 5.615 mm-1, F(000) = 491, the final R = 0.0491 and wR = 0.1345 for 2098 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The compound is a three-dimensional network structure in which infinite lanthanide-carboxylate chains are linked by [Cu(SO4)2]2- metalloligands to form a mixed-metal coordination network.  相似文献

The quantification of inductive (I), resonance (R), and through-space (TS) effects of a variety of substituents (X) in cation-π interactions of the type C?H?X···Na? is achieved by modeling C?H?-(Φ?)(n)-X···Na? (1), C?H?-(Φ?)(n)-X···Na? (2), C?H?-(Φ(2perpendicular))(n)-X···Na? (2'), and C?H? ···HX···Na? (3), where Φ? = -CH?CH?-, Φ? = -CHCH-, Φ(2perpendicular) indicates that Φ? is perpendicular to the plane of C?H?, and n = 1-5. The cation-π interaction energies of 1, 2, 2', and 3, relative to X = H and fitted to polynomial equations in n have been used to extract the substituent effect E?1, E?2, E?(2'), and E?3 for n = 0, the C?H?X···Na? systems. E?1 is made up of inductive (E(I)) and through-space (E(TS)) effects while the difference (E?2 - E?(2')) is purely resonance (E(R)) and E?3 is attributed to the TS contribution (E(TS)) of the X. The total interaction energy of C?H?X···Na? is nearly equal to the sum of E(I), E(R), and E(TS), which brings out the unified view of cation-π interaction in terms of I, R, and TS effects. The electron-withdrawing substituents contribute largely by TS effect, whereas the electron-donating substituents contribute mainly by resonance effect to the total cation-π interaction energy.  相似文献

[WCl4(Me3Si? C?C? SiMe3)]2. Synthesis, I.R. Spectrum, and Crystal Structure The title compound is obtained from tungsten hexachloride and bis-trimethylsilyl acetylene in the presence of C2Cl4 in dichloro methane, forming green crystals. The complex is characterized by the mass spectrum, the i.r. spectrum, and by a structural analysis with the aid of X-ray diffraction data. [WCl4(Me3Si? C?C? SiMe3)]2 crystallizes triclinic in the space group P1 with one dimeric formula unit per unit cell (2 231 observed, independent reflexions, R = 4.6%). The cell dimensions are a = 928, b = 938, c = 1 080 pm; α = 115.3°, β = 91.9°, γ = 100.0°. The complex forms centrosymmetric dimers, the units being linked by chloro bridges of bond lengths W? Cl 244 and 272 pm. The trans-position to the long W? Cl bridge is occupied by the acetylene ligand which is bonded side-on with identical W? C bond lengths of 203 pm. Together with the three terminal chlorine ligands (mean W? Cl distance 231 pm) the tungsten atom achieves coordination number seven.  相似文献

A tetra-n-butylammonium (TBA) salt of [H(4.5)(Ta(6)O(19))](3.5-) was synthesized by reacting hydrous tantalum oxide with TBAOH. X-ray structural analysis of TBA(3.5)[H(4.5)(Ta(6)O(19))]·2THF·5.5H(2)O (THF = tetrahydrofuran) revealed that this compound consists of a hydrogen-bonded, rod-shaped tetramer of hexatantalate that is almost 30 ? long together with TBA cations and solvent molecules of crystallization [a = 20.6354(5) ?, b = 25.5951(7) ?, c = 37.2058(8) ?, α = 77.092(1)°, β = 86.177(1)°, γ = 88.683(1)°, V = 19110.9(8) ?(3), Z = 8, and space group P ?1]. It is of triclinic, space group P, with a = 10.958(2), b = 12.311(3), c = 12.556(3) (A), α = 81.549(3), β = 82.404(4), γ = 78.348(3)°, Mr = 1049.15, V = 1631.7(6) (A)3, Z = 1, Dc = 2.135 g/cm3, F(000) = 980, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 A, μ(MoKα) = 4.804 mm-1, the final R = 0.0329 and wR = 0.0723 for 4640 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The Eu(Ⅲ) ion is eight-coordinated and two Eu(Ⅲ) ions are held together by four 3-iodobenzoate groups in the bidentate bridging mode. A novel complex [Ce(NO3)5(H2O)2]·2(Hphen)·(H2O) (phen =1,10-phenanthroline) with formula C24H24CeN9O18 and Mr = 866.64 has been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group Pī with a = 7.5534(2), b = 8.083(2), c = 25.8377(6) A, α = 86.847(1), β = 89.937(1), γ = 86.981(1)o, V = 1572.94(6) A3, Dc = 1.830 g/cm3, F(000) = 866, β = 1.545 cm-1 and Z = 2. The final refinement gave R = 0.0486 and wR = 0.1278 for 4852 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). It consists of discrete [Ce(NO3)5(H2O)2]2- anion, two Hphen+ cations and a lattice water molecule. In the compound, all of the five nitrates are bidentate, and the coordination of Ce(III) is 12. The photo-luminescence of this compound was also investigated.  相似文献

The title compound, [Mn2·(dinitrobenzoic acid)4·(1,10-phen)2]n, has a linear chain struc- ture containing binuclear [Mn2·(dinitrobenzoic acid)4(1,10-phen)2] repeat units. It crystallizes in the tricli- nic system, space group P1 with a = 7.9261(8), b = 12.1329(15), c = 14.847(2) , α = 103.845(5), β = 101.424(5), γ = 92.618(4)o, Mr = 657.37, V = 1352.3(2)3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.614 g/cm3, F(000) = 666, μ = 0.567 mm-1, the final R = 0.0407 and wR = 0.1015 for 4081 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The Mn atom is six-coordinated by two N and four O atoms, forming a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. All Mn–O and Mn–N bond distances range from 2.093(2) to 2.310(2) . Two adjacent octahedral units are bridged together by two pairs of bi-monodentate carboxyl groups of different dinitrobenzoic acids to form an eight-membered ring with chair-typed configuration, thus generating a one-dimensional chain along the a axis.  相似文献

C12H74CI2N8Na2O61W12 (Mr = 3629.87) crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 10.5518(2), b = 12.1837(2), c = 14.3088(2) A, α = 112.9470(10), β = 93.1310(10), γ= 106.1530(10)°, V = 1599.20(5)A3 Dc = 3.769 g.cm^-3, Z = 1, μ(MoKα) = 21.705 mm^-1, F(000) = 1634, the final R = 0.0287 and wR = 0.0686 for 5846 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The 2D layered network is assembled from paradodecatungstate clusters linked by simple sodium-oxo bridging groups. The compound exhibits electrocatalytic activities toward both reduction and oxidation of nitrite.  相似文献

Three new poloxovanadates were synthesized under solvothermal conditions and were structurally characterized. The two compounds with composition {Ni(dien)(2)}(3)[V(15)Sb(6)O(42)(H(2)O)]·nH(2)O (n = 12 and 8; dien = bis(2-aminoethyl)amine or diethylenetriamine) are pseudopolymorphs crystallizing in different space groups. The compounds were obtained by applying identical reaction slurries but using different reaction temperatures. Both compounds feature the [V(15)Sb(6)O(42)(H(2)O)](6-) anion which is the antimony analogue to the single molecule magnet [V(15)As(6)O(42)(H(2)O)](6-). Crystal data: 1 tetragonal space group P4, a = 46.9378(3), c = 16.51300(10) ? and V = 36380.7(4) ?(3). 2 rhombohedral space group R3c with a = 23.0517(4), c = 28.6216(5) ? and V = 13171.3(4) ?(3). In 1 several unusual short inter-cluster Sb···O contacts lead to the formation of three different super-clusters with composition V(60)Sb(24)O(168). The 12 unique {Ni(dien)(2)}(2+) complexes adopt all three possible configurations. In 2 the special arrangement of the {Ni(dien)(2)}(2+) complexes around the cluster anion prevents inter-cluster Sb···O contacts. The main structural motif of the third compound {Ni(dien)(2)}(4)[V(16)Sb(4)O(42)(H(2)O)] (3) is the [V(16)Sb(4)O(42)(H(2)O)](8-) cluster anion consisting of two perpendicular eight-membered rings of VO(5) pyramids. Two additional VO(5) polyhedra are located on opposite sides. Crystal data: 3 triclinic space group P1 = 13.5159(4), b = 14.2497(5), c = 14.9419(4) ?, α = 98.322(2), β = 114.080(2), γ = 110.130(2)° and V = 2326.35(12) ?(3).  相似文献
