We have fabricated spincoated film of squarylium dye (SQ) J-aggregates exhibiting ultrafast nonlinear optical response at room temperature and shown a new serial-to-parallel demultiplexer for T bps optical signals using SQJ-aggregates film. Optical dynamics measurements reveal that saturable absorption of this SQJ-spincoated film exhibits a decay time of less than 100 fs at pump energy of 80 fJ/μm2. With this ultrafast SQJ optical film, multi-output demultiplexing operations for T bps optical signals were demonstrated. A series of 4 pulses with 100 fs duration and 1 ps interval (corresponding to 1 T bps signals) were irradiated onto the SQJ film synchronized with a 100 fs gate pulse at a finite angle. Four demultiplexed signals were clearly observed at different areas on CCD camera.  相似文献

A novel scheme for all-optical serial-to-parallel conversion (SPC) is proposed for label recognition of ultrafast asynchronous burst optical packets. Compact SP converter modules were developed using a fiber array or a surfaceemitting planar lightwave circuit, and 1-Tbit/s and 40-Gbit/s SPC for 16-bit optical packets is demonstrated using the modules. The key device in the converter is a spin-polarized surface-reflection all-optical switch (LOTOS) with an ultrafast switching time (250 fs) and an extremely high on/off ratio (>30 dB). Label recognition of 40-Gbit/s 16-bit burst-mode optical packets is experimentally confirmed using an optical clock-pulse generator and a complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) electronics circuit as well as the all-optical SP converter. 1 x 4 self-routing is also demonstrated using 2-channel control signals generated from the CMOS circuit according to a routing table.  相似文献

提出了一种基于光参量放大的高速实时光取样方案. 利用色散介质对光纤锁模激光器产生的窄脉冲源进行色散展宽,从而产生线性啁啾光信号. 将该信号和被取样信号同时送入高非线性光纤,利用高非线性光纤中的参量放大效应,将被取样信号的强度信息调制到线性啁啾光信号上. 在接收端利用不同中心波长的滤波器即可滤出不同时间点的取样信号,从而在光域同时完成了高速实时光取样和取样信号的串-并转换. 是实现高速实时取样技术的一种极具竞争力的实现方案. 实验中,实现了对10 Gb/s非归零码OOK信号的40 GS/s的高速实时取样系统,并转换为4路10 GS/s取样信号输出. 在接收端成功根据4路取样信号恢复出被取样信号波形,验证了该实时光取样方案的可行性. 关键词: 光信号处理 光取样 参量放大 高非线性光纤  相似文献

Different dyes can produce the two-dimensional self-assembled structures called J- and H-aggregates that make them attractive material for various nano-electronics applications. This paper shows that electrokinetic deposition technique of cyanine dye J-aggregates is appropriate for the photoelectric devices production. The influence of excitation in visible on conductivity is observed in J-aggregate channel structure deposited using dielectrophoresis technique. The effect was observed in self-assembled thiamonomethinecyanine nanostructures. Samples were analyzed using AFM and micro-Raman spectroscopy methods. Analysis shows that photoelectric response must be the result of conductive channel formation in the structure of J-aggregate between the electrodes. The observed increase in conductivity manifold exceeds the structure dark conductivity: maximal increase comprised 6.3 times.  相似文献

染料J-聚集体对于现代彩色信息记录与存储材料、生物光电子器件、光合作用、太阳能转换与存储等方面具有十分重要的应用前景和理论意义。感绿菁染料在适当浓度时,对立方体氯化银微晶有增感效应,文章应用吸收光谱法对增感后的氯化银微晶样品进行了研究。研究表明, 增感染料浓度低于0.02 mL(染料浓度为5.0 mg·mL-1)/40 g乳剂时,感绿菁染料在立方体氯化银表面不形成J-聚集体,吸收光谱没有J-聚集体吸收峰出现;当染料浓度高于0.2 mL(染料浓度为5.0 mg·mL-1)/40 g乳剂时,染料开始在立方体氯化银微晶表面聚集并形成J-聚集体,吸收光谱有J-聚集体吸收峰出现。随染料浓度进一步增加,J-聚集体的吸收明显加强,吸收峰有微小的红移。  相似文献

本文对五种不同结构的含氟碳菁染料的甲醇溶液及吸附在碘溴化银T 颗粒表面的聚集行为进行了研究 ,测定了照相性能 ,计算了增感倍率。Dye1 ,Dye2 ,Dye3在甲醇溶液中测得的单分子态吸收曲线 ,当取代基从C2 H5→CH3→无取代基时 ,最大吸收峰对应的波长向短波方向移动 ;乙基取代基的增感染料 (Dye1 )吸附在碘溴化银表面形成的J 聚集态峰值较高 ,对应的增感倍率也高。没有取代基的增感染料 (Dye3)不形成J 聚集 ,增感倍率低 ,有减感作用。Dye4与Dye5相比 ,Dye4具有尖而窄的J 聚集反射光谱 ,增感倍率高。结果表明 :不同结构的增感染料吸附在卤化银颗粒上形成的J 聚集态不同 ,吸收谱带窄的J 聚集态增感染料具有较高的增感倍率。  相似文献

Nonlinear optical properties of dye J-aggregates embedded in a one-dimensional periodic medium are analyzed theoretically and numerically. The effect of strain-induced exciton self-localization in a chain of monomers on nonlinear optical properties of the system is investigated for weakly and highly ordered J-aggregates. It is found that exciton self-localization in a periodic medium enhances light absorption and effective optical susceptibility. Optical bistability thresholds are examined for weakly and strongly excited dye J-aggregate thin films. It is shown that the threshold intensity of incident electromagnetic field is lower by more than an order of magnitude as compared to that for a homogeneous medium.  相似文献

The results of the theoretical study of optical properties of composite nanoparticles consisting of a metal core (Ag, Au, Cu, Al, Ni, Cr) and a J-aggregate shell of organic dye are presented. Light extinction, absorption, and scattering coefficients in colloidal solutions were calculated within the model based on the Mie theory modified taking into account dimensional phenomena and complemented by calculations of complex dielectric functions of the metal core and J-aggregate shell. The model adequately explains the features observed in light absorption and scattering spectra by hybrid nanoparticles, associated with the plasmon resonance in the metal core and with electronic excitation of the J-aggregate. The strong dependence of the results on geometrical parameters of nanoparticles and dielectric constants of core and shell materials was demonstrated. Methods for controlling the effects of the plasmon-exciton interaction in the system and optical properties of composite materials developed based on nanoparticles under study are discussed.  相似文献

Spectral sensitization micromechanism of cyanine dyes J-aggregate adsorbed on the tabular and cubic AgBr microcrystals with different dye concentrations is studied by using picosecond time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy, and the dependences of electron transfer and spectral efficiency sensitization on different conditions are analysed in detail. With the steady spectroscopy, the wavelengths of absorption and fluorescence of J-aggregate adsorbed on AgBr microcrystals are found to shift to red relative to dye monomer. The spectrum of fluorescence has a red shift relative to the absorption peak. With the time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy, the fluorescence decay curves of cyanine dyes J-aggregate adsorbed on the tabular and cubic AgBr grains are found to be fitted well by a double-exponential decay function. The fitting curves consist of a fast and a slow component. Because of the large amplitude of the fast component, this fast decay should be attributable mainly to the electron transfer from J-aggregate of dye to a conduction band of AgBr.  相似文献

We have studied the photoconducting properties of films of ferrocene-containing oligomer with additives of squarylium and merocyanine dyes based on ferrocene and tetranitrofluorene in the dye absorption region. We have studied the characteristic features of the effect of an external magnetic field on the photocurrents. After the magnetic field is turned on, the photocurrent increases in the samples with squarylium dye and decreases in the samples with merocyanine dye. We discuss the hypothesis that in the first case, as a result of an internal photoelectric effect, predominantly triplet charge pairs are formed, while in the second case predominantly singlet charge pairs are formed. The latter may be one of the reasons for the higher photoconductivity of films with squarylium dye compared with merocyanine dye.  相似文献

 为了实现高速信号的降速处理,设计并通过实验演示了一种高速全光串-并转换系统。在方案中,利用时钟脉冲自身的频谱宽度和光纤中四波混频的高速响应特性,可以从一个光分频时钟脉冲出发,利用光纤中群速度色散(GVD)致脉冲展宽效应,把一个重复频率为10 GHz的时钟窄脉冲在时域上展宽,并通过光纤中的四波混频过程,将一路40 Gb/s 的归零(RZ)码信号转换成为4路10 Gb/s信号,完成串-并转换功能。该方案响应速率高,对波长和码率透明,并具有很大的转换路数可拓展性。  相似文献

We report the first demonstration, to our knowledge, of time-to-space conversion of 1.55 μm femtosecond optical pulses using nondegenerate, collinearly phase-matched sum-frequency generation. A quasi-monochromatic and background-free output signal spanning a time window of 35 ps and with a pulse image width of 350 fs was achieved. The resulting serial-to-parallel resolution factor of 100 demonstrates the potential for all-optical complete frame demultiplexing of a 1 Tbit/s optical time-division multiplexing bit stream.  相似文献

An ultrafast photonic asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) switch is proposed that incorporates a holographic buffer memory and an optical parallel routing controller. Ultrafast serial-to-parallel conversion of the temporal profiles of optical cells into spatial patterns is used to process optical cells in space in a parallel manner. The spatial pattern of the data payload is holographically recorded as a page in the optical buffer memory. The routing control to establish the switching state consists of header recognition performed by optical matched filtering, followed by control signal generation via reference to a lookup table. The ultimate throughput of the switch is expected to be 103 Tb/s with line bit-rates of 17 Tb/s.  相似文献

用光电化学方法研究了不对称菁类染料敏化TiO2 纳米结构电极的光电转换过程 .结果表明 ,该染料的电子激发态能级位置与TiO2 纳米粒子导带边位置匹配较好 ,光激发染料后 ,其激发态电子可以注入到TiO2 纳米多孔膜的导带 ,从而使TiO2 纳米结构电极的吸收光谱和光电流谱红移至可见光区 ,其IPCE(Incidentphoton to electronconversionefficiency)值最高可达 84.3 % .并进一步结合现场紫外 可见吸收光谱研究了外加电势对激发态染料往TiO2 纳米多孔膜注入电子过程的影响  相似文献

A novel approach for loadable and erasable optical memory unit based on dual microring optical integrators is proposed and studied. The optical integrator, which can generate an optical step function for data storing, is synthesized using active media for loss compensation and a tunable phase shifter for data reading at any time. The input data into the memory is return-to-zero (RZ) signal, and the output data read from the memory is also RZ format with a narrower pulse width. An optical digital register based on the proposed optical memory unit is also investigated and simulated, which shows the potential for large scale data storage and serial-to-parallel data conversion. A great number of such memory units can be densely integrated on a photonic circuit for future large scale data storage and buffer.  相似文献

用光电化学方法研究了染料Ru(П) (4, 4′di COOEt 2, 2′bpy)2 (2, 2′bpy 4, 4′di CONH L tyrosineethylester) (PF6)2 (简写为Ru4)敏化TiO2 纳米结构电极的光电转换过程,同时,在导电玻璃上电沉积得到WO3 薄膜.结果表明,染料敏化的TiO2 多孔膜具有光电转换性能, WO3 薄膜具有良好的电致变色效应,将前者与电沉积得到的WO3 薄膜组成电池,在白光照射下可产生显著的颜色变化,有望用于自供电源的电色灵巧窗(Self poweredsmartwindow).  相似文献

采用植物染料叶绿素和叶黄素,模拟光合作用的光电转化,以单独和混合等方式敏化纳晶多孔TiO2膜电极,制备了太阳能光化学电池.测试电池的输出特性发现,叶绿素和叶黄素以不同浓度混合后敏化的电池转化效率η为叶绿素和叶黄素单独敏化时的5.8倍和1.4倍,最大输出功率Wopt为叶绿素和叶黄素单独敏化时的5.7倍和1.4倍.混合染料敏化表现出明显的非线性叠加效应,其效能超过两种染料分别敏化时的线性叠加.混合染料的协同效应对提高电池转化效率,获取高效、廉价、环保能源具有重要意义.  相似文献

基于硅纳米块阵列和亚波长金属光栅,硅纳米块长轴与金属光栅夹角为45°,本文设计了一种高效、宽带偏振转换结构.模拟计算表明该结构实现了线偏振光90°旋转,在3.4—4.5μm波段偏振转换率大于60%,在3—5μm光谱范围内的转换对比率大于10~4.由于该结构光学性能优异,制备难度低,可以应用于光传输控制.  相似文献

通过单模光纤和少模光纤熔融拉锥耦合的方法制备出模式转换器,而后将一层多壁的碳纳米管薄膜作为可饱和吸收体覆盖到拉锥光纤的锥区,形成一种可饱和吸收体柱矢量光器件.结合调Q光纤激光器和模式转换器件的优势,可以简单高效地产生脉冲柱矢量光束,并得到具有峰值功率高、模式纯度高等特点的脉冲高阶模式激光输出.通过实验实现了中心波长为1560nm、最大单脉冲能量和最大峰值功率分别为116nJ和57mW的稳定调Q脉冲输出.通过调节光路中的偏振控制器,可以分别实现径向和角向偏振的调Q脉冲激光的输出.  相似文献
