高效液相法测定注射用赖氨匹林中的阿司匹林及游离水杨酸   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11

 建立了高效液相法 (HPLC)同时测定注射用赖氨匹林中阿司匹林和游离水杨酸含量的方法。采用的柱为HypersilBDSC18柱 ,流动相为甲醇 水 冰醋酸 (体积比为 35∶6 5∶3) ,检测波长为 2 80nm。阿司匹林和水杨酸的质量浓度分别为 0 0 2 8g/L~ 0 14 1g/L和 0 77mg/L~ 3 85mg/L时线性关系良好 ,其线性相关系数分别为0 9999和 0 9998;加样回收率分别为 99 2 7% (RSD =0 8% )及 99 6 1% (RSD =1 3% )。  相似文献

采用高效液相色谱法 ,hypersil 5μmC1 8柱 ( 4 .6× 2 50mm) ,以pH =3~ 4的V(甲醇 )∶V(水 )∶V(磷酸 )=60∶40∶0 .35为流动相 ,检测波长 2 72nm ,测定α -萘乙酸的含量。在 0 .0 1 6~ 1 .0 0 0 g/L范围内 ,浓度与峰面积线性关系良好 (r =0 .9997) ,精密度RSD为 0 .8% (n =5) ,方法简便 ,准确。  相似文献

采用高效液相色谱法测定农药复合制荆120 g/L噻虫嗪-60 g/L氟虫腈悬浮荆.采用ODS C18反相色谱柱(150 mm×4. 6 mm i. d. ,5μm),乙腈一水(体积比为4∶6)为流动相,用紫外检测器在240 nm波长下,对试样中的噻虫嗪和氟虫腈进行分离和定量检测.噻虫嗪、氟虫腈的平均回收率分别为99. 0%~102. 0%、96. 0%~104. 0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为0. 5%、1. 6%(n=6).  相似文献

 采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,以醋酸可的松为内标 ,测定磷酸苯丙哌林片的含量。色谱柱为ODS柱 ,以甲醇 水 冰醋酸 三乙胺溶液 (体积比为 6 0∶35∶5∶0 1)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 70nm ,磷酸苯丙哌林在 9 96mg/L~ 49 8mg/L范围内有很好的线性关系 (r=0 9998) ,平均回收率为 99 91% (n =5 ) ,RSD =0 43%。  相似文献

建立了柱后光化学衍生荧光检测高效液相色谱法测定2种新型肟醚类农药(硫肟醚、HNPC-A2005)的方法。在优化的流动相配比(V甲醇∶V水=80∶20)及流速(1.0mL/min)条件下,用配备ZORBAXSB-C18色谱柱、自制的光化学反应器及荧光检测器的高效液相色谱仪对待测组分进行分离和测定。在最佳条件下,方法的检出限分别为0.056mg/L(硫肟醚)、0.036mg/L(HNPC-A2005);线性范围为0.090~5.0mg/L;相对标准偏差(0.1mg/L,n=8)分别为3.5%(硫肟醚)、0.8%(HNPC-A2005)。  相似文献

氨噻肟活性硫酯,又名巯基杂环活性酯、AE 活性酯,化学名为2 (2 氨基噻唑 4 基) (顺式) 2 甲氧亚胺乙酰硫代苯并噻唑,为淡黄色针状结晶,是制造头孢三嗪、头孢他美和头孢地嗪等头孢类抗生素的重要原料,常采用氨噻肟乙酸在三苯基膦催化下与二硫化二苯并噻唑(DM)反应合成[1]。目前,氨噻肟活性硫酯的定量分析方法未见报道。本文建立了测定氨噻肟活性硫酯的反相高效液相色谱法,该法灵敏度高,线性范围宽,重现性好,分析速度快,准确。用于实际样品检测,结果令人满意。1 实验部分1.1 仪器与试剂  ShimadzuLC 6A高效液相色谱仪,…  相似文献

 建立了一个快速、简单、准确的固相萃取和高效液相色谱相结合的测定苦瓜甙A含量的方法。样品经石墨碳固相萃取管 (3mL/ 2 5 0mg)纯化后以高效液相色谱检测。色谱柱为C18,流动相为V(乙腈 )∶V(甲醇 )∶V(5 0mmol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲液 ) =2 5∶2 0∶6 0 ,流速为 0 .8mL/min ,检测波长为 2 0 8nm。标准曲线自 10mg/L到 10 0 0mg/L呈线形关系 (r2 =0 .9992 )。该方法具有很好的重现性 ,日内或日间的相对标准偏差和相对平均误差均小于 10 %。样品回收率大于 90 %。  相似文献

 建立了一种测定柳树皮提取物中水杨甙的反相高效液相色谱法。该法采用KromasilC18(4 6mmi.d .× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm)色谱柱 ,以甲醇 0 0 1mol/LKH2 PO4 缓冲液 (pH 4 0 1) (体积比为 15∶85 )的混合溶液作流动相 ,流速为1 0mL/min ,紫外检测波长为 2 6 5nm ,灵敏度为 0 0 4AUFS。在 8 89mg/L~ 2 84 40mg/L的范围内 ,水杨甙的峰面积Y与其质量浓度X的线性关系良好 ,回归方程为Y =- 2 91 5 2 6 0 +5 0 0 0 0 34X(r =0 9998)。水杨甙的平均回收率为 96 1%~ 10 1 2 % (n =5 ) ,相对标准偏差 (RSD)为 1 43%。该法操作简便、快速、准确。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

In the context of the preparation of camptothecin and luotonin A analogs, the synthesis of some key keto-precursors and their use in Friedländer condensation are described. This paper also focuses on the stability of these keto intermediates and emphasizes the major differences between indolizinones and pyrroloquinazolinones series. The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The imidation has advantages such as high step-economy, excellent functionality tolerance, and regiospecificity, giving structurally diverse imidation products.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献
