We prepared stoichiometric lithium nickel vanadate amorphous thin films by using r.f. magnetron sputtering under controlled oxygen partial pressure. The amorphous films were heated at various temperatures, 300–600 °C, for 8 h. The as‐deposited and annealed thin films were characterized by Rutherford backscattering spectroscopy, nuclear reaction analysis, Auger electron spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. The electrochemical behavior of the various films was studied by the galvanostatic method. The cells were tested in a liquid electrolyte at room temperature, with lithium metal used as the counter and reference electrode. The best electrochemical storage value was obtained with the thin film annealed at 300 °C, which showed superior capacity and small capacity loss during cycling. To improve the electrochemical performances of Si thin film anodes for lithium rechargeable batteries, fullerene thin films are prepared by plasma-assisted evaporation methods to be used as coating materials. Analyses via Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy indicate that amorphous polymeric films originated from fullerene are formed on the surface of the silicon thin film. The electrochemical performance of these fullerene-coated silicon thin film as an anode material for rechargeable lithium batteries has been investigated by cyclic voltammetry, charge/discharge tests, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The fullerene-coated Si thin films demonstrated a high specific capacity of above 3,000 mAh g−1 as well as good capacity retention for 40 cycles. In comparison with bare silicon anodes, the fullerene-coated silicon thin film showed superior and stable cycle performance which can be attributed to the fullerene coating layer which enhances the Li-ion kinetic property at the electrode/electrolyte interface.  相似文献

In this study, lithium thio-germanate thin film electrolytes have been successfully prepared by radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering deposition in Ar gas atmospheres. The targets for RF sputtering were prepared by milling and pressing appropriate amounts of the melt-quenched starting materials in the nLi(2)S + GeS(2) (n = 1, 2, and 3) binary system. Approximately 1 μm thin films were grown on Ni coated Si (Ni/Si) substrates and pressed CsI pellets using 50 W power and 25 mtorr (~3.3 Pa) Ar gas pressures to prepare samples for Raman and Infrared (IR) spectroscopy, respectively. To improve the adhesion between the silicon substrate and the thin film electrolyte, a sputtered Ni layer (~120 nm) was used. The surface morphologies and thickness of the thin films were determined by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). The structural properties of the starting materials, target materials, and the grown thin films were examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman, and IR spectroscopy.  相似文献

采用固相烧结法制备了纯相Li2MnO3正极材料及靶材,采用脉冲激光沉积(PLD)法在氧气气氛、不同温度下沉积了Li2MnO3薄膜.通过X射线衍射(XRD)和拉曼(Raman)光谱表征了薄膜的晶体结构,采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察薄膜形貌及厚度,利用电化学手段测试了Li2MnO3薄膜作为锂离子电池正极材料性能.结果表明,PLD方法制备的纯相Li2MnO3薄膜随着沉积温度升高薄膜结晶性变好.25℃沉积的薄膜难以可逆充放电,400℃沉积的薄膜具有较高的电化学活性和循环稳定性.相对于粉末材料,400与600℃制备的Li2MnO3薄膜电极平均放电电位随着循环次数的衰减速率明显低于相应的粉体材料.  相似文献

Tin(IV) oxide thin films have been prepared by dip-coating. The suspensions used for these depositions have been synthesized by microwave-induced thermohydrolysis of tin tetrachloride aqueous solutions in the presence of hydrochloric acid. Single or multiple depositions were tested, on glass substrates as well as on pure SiO2. The obtained thin films were characterized by optical microscopy, interferometric roughness measurements (Micromap), scanning electron microscopy, secondary ion mass spectroscopy, and scanning tunneling microscopy.  相似文献

Er3+ doped-aluminosilicate thin films were prepared on silica and silica/Si substrates by the sol-gel process and dip-coating. The sol-gel aluminosilicate planar waveguides were prepared from silicon and aluminium alkoxides. Their structural characterization has been carried out by Raman spectroscopy, Atomic Force and Scanning Electron Microscopies. The results indicated that these films present an amorphous structure until an annealing temperature of 900°C, while at temperatures higher than 1000°C, crystallization occurs. An estimate of microcrystallite sizes using Raman spectroscopy is given, which agrees with data from scanning electron microscopy. The optical properties have been investigated by Fluorescence spectroscopy in the visible region.  相似文献

采用脉冲激光沉积结合高温退火的方法在不锈钢基片上制备了LiFePO4薄膜电极. XRD谱图显示, 经650 ℃退火制得的是具有橄榄石结构的LiFePO4薄膜. 充放电测试表明, LiFePO4薄膜具有3.45/3.40 V的充放电平台, 与LiFePO4粉体材料相当. 首次放电容量约为27 mAh•g-1, 充放电循环100次后容量衰减51%.  相似文献

Polythiophene (PT) thin films have been prepared by chemical bath deposition (CBD) method at room temperature (300 K) via oxidative polymerization of thiophene using ammonium peroxodisulfate (APS) as an oxidizing agent. Globular particulates of PT are deposited on the stainless steel and glass substrates. The morphology and chain structure of PT are studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Raman spectroscopy techniques, respectively. The electrochemical behavior of PT electrode is studied using cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge? discharge studies. PT thin film shows maximum specific capacitance of 300 F g?1 at 5 mV s?1 in 0.1 M LiClO4/PC electrolyte. The asymmetric device formed with PT and graphite shows supercapacitive properties useful in the power applications.  相似文献

Owing to the diverse potential applications of hybrid silica–titania thin films, the synthesis and characterization of these films have been carried out with a special focus on application as a medium index layer for multilayered functional coatings. For synthesis, tetraethylorthosilicate and titanium tetraisopropoxide were chosen as precursors for the formation of silica-titania hybrid thin films/nano-composites through an in situ sol–gel process. These films were sequentially obtained on Cu substrate utilizing spin coating. The hybrids were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Field emission scanning electron microscope morphology displayed a smooth, densified and crack- free layer of silica-titania hybrid nanoparticles in the range of 20–71 nm after calcinations at low temperature of 300ºC for 1 h. X-ray diffraction pattern confirms the phases of titania with higher crystallinity and phase transformation at low temperature. The prepared films were uniform with low 8.852 nm RMS value. The stoichiometry of films was confirmed by EDX results. The FTIR spectroscopy indicated the establishment of heterogeneous chemical bonding between the Ti and Si surfaces through oxygen.  相似文献

采用脉冲激光沉积辅助高压电离的方法在不锈钢基片上制备了Mn4N薄膜. 用充放电和循环伏安测试对该薄膜电极的电化学性能进行了表征. 该薄膜电极的首次放电容量为420 mAh•g-1, 第一次充放电不可逆容量约为50%. 采用XRD, XPS, SEM对薄膜的化学组成和表面形貌进行了表征, 并对反应机理进行了研究, 结果表明Mn4N在反应过程中转化为金属Mn和Li3N, 只有部分的Mn与Li3N参与了可逆的电化学反应.  相似文献

Tungsten oxide (WO3) thin films have been produced by KrF excimer laser (lambda = 248 nm) ablation of bulk ceramic WO3 targets. The crystal structure, surface morphology, chemical composition, and structural stability of the WO3 thin films have been studied in detail. Characterization of freshly grown WO3 thin films has been performed using X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), Raman spectroscopy (RS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and selected area electron diffraction (SAED) measurements. The results indicate that the freshly grown WO3 thin films are nearly stoichiometric and well crystallized as monoclinic WO3. The surface morphology of the resulting WO3 thin film has grains of approximately 60 nm in size with a root-mean-square (rms) surface roughness of 10 nm. The phase transformations in the WO3 thin films were investigated by annealing in the TEM column at 30-500 degrees C. The phase transitions in the WO3 thin films occur in sequence as the temperature is increased: monoclinic --> orthorhombic --> hexagonal. Distortion and tilting of the WO6 octahedra occurs with the phase transitions and significantly affects the electronic properties and, hence, the electrochemical device applications of WO3.  相似文献

研制了单壁碳纳米管(SWCNTs)修饰玻碳电极。用交流阻抗谱法(EIS)和扫描电镜(SEM)研究了电极膜性能,应用循环伏安法(CV)、计时库仑法(CC)、计时电流法(CA)研究了蒿甲醚在修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,SWCNTs修饰电极对蒿甲醚的还原有良好的电催化活性,其还原反应为双电子过程,电极反应的扩散系数及速率常数分别为6·67×10-4cm2·s-1及8·54×10-2mol·L-1·s-1。在优化实验条件下,还原峰的峰电位位于-0·85V,其峰电流与蒿甲醚浓度在6·71×10-7~2·45×10-4mol·L-1范围内呈良好线性,检出限达4·02×10-7mol·L-1,相对标准偏差(n=10)为4·2%,可用于蒿甲醚样品的含量测定。  相似文献

Mesoporous vanadium oxide (V2O5) thin films were deposited electrochemically onto indium tin oxide-coated glass substrates from an aqueous solution of vanadyl sulfate using CTAB (hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide) as a templating agent. For comparison, a control sample was electrodeposited without CTAB templating. Transmission electron microscopy and small angle X-ray diffraction indicated the presence of mesoporosity with a well-ordered lamellar phase in the electrodeposited films. The crystallinity of the V2O5 thin films was confirmed by X-ray diffraction. Cyclicvoltammetry and chronoamperometry were used to measure electrochemical properties of synthesized films. The mesoporous films prepared with CTAB templating had a much higher capacity and lithium-ion diffusion rate than the non-porous electrode prepared without CTAB templating.  相似文献

以二氧化硅(SiO2)为模板,结合静电纺丝与溶胶-凝胶法制备了多孔碳纳米纤维膜(PCNFS),再通过熔融扩散法负载硒,制备了一种柔性的碳/硒复合电极(Se@PCNFS)。结合X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对材料的微观结构和形貌进行表征,结果显示多孔碳纤维直径约300 nm,硒均匀地嵌入碳纤维膜的孔洞中。电化学测试结果表明,1Se@PCNFS电极在锂硒电池中表现出优异的循环性能和倍率性能。在0.5C倍率下,初始放电比容量达到569 mAh·g-1,循环500次后比容量为340 mAh·g-1;在2C倍率时,比容量为403 mAh·g-1。  相似文献

This research is aimed at characterizing the thermal, mechanical, and morphological properties of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) reinforced poly(amide-imide) (PAI) composites having thiazol and amino acid groups which were prepared by sonication-assisted solution compounding. To increase the compatibility between the PAI matrix and CNTs, carboxyl-functionalized multiwall CNTs (MWCNTs-COOH) were used in this study. The MWCNTs were dispersed homogeneously in the PAI matrix while the structure of the polymer and the MWCNTs structure are stable in the preparation process as revealed by transmission electron microscopy. MWCNT/PAI composite films have been prepared by casting a solution of precursor polymer containing MWCNTs into a thin film, and its tensile properties were examined. The thermal stability, Young’s modulus, and tensile strength of PAI were greatly improved by the incorporation of MWCNTs and their good dispersion. Composites were also characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and thermal gravimetric analysis.  相似文献

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) thin films have been prepared on indium doped tin oxide (ITO) glass by sol-gel dip-coating method. Properties of the films were determined as a function of heat-treatment by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and photoelectrochemical tests. The films heat-treated at higher temperatures show better crystallinity and photoresponse. The microscopic structure on the film after heat-treatment is attributed to the incorporation of organic polymer into the precursor solution. The performance of the electrodes treated at different temperature on photoelectrocatalytic degradation of methyl orange was investigated. The effect of applied potential and the ability of the electrode to be repeatedly used in photoelectrocatalytic degradation were also evaluated.  相似文献
