The title compound, [Mn(4,4'-bpy)1.5(H2O)3](ClO4)'(4,4'-bpy)(L)·H2O(1), where L=2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid, was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with a=2.929 9(6) nm, b=1.0364(2) nm, c=8.2220(1) nm, α=105.300(2)°,β=97.495(2)°,),=91.118(2)°, V=1.884 0(4) nm^3, Z=2, Mr=780.10, Dc=1.375 g·cm^-3,μ=0.483 mm-1, F(000)=812, R=0.055 4, wR= 0.135 2. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by three N atoms of three 4,4'-bipyridine ligands and three O atoms of water. The complex shows a one-dimensional chain structure bridged by water and 4,4'-bipyridine molecules. CCDC: 615707.  相似文献

A novel Ni(II) coordination polymer [Ni(dtba)(4,4′-bpy)] (1, H2dtba = 2,2′-dithio- bisbenzoic acid, 4,4′-bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine) has been synthesized by H2dtba and Ni(CH3COO)2·4H2O with exo-bidentate rigid ligand 4,4′-bpy by using hydrothermal method, and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray crystal structure analysis reveals that complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group Cc with a = 11.7624(9), b = 18.7933(19), c = 10.3071(11), β = 97.6510(10)°, V = 2258.2(4)3, Z = 4, C24H16N2NiO4S2, Mr = 519.22, Dc = 1.527 g/cm3, μ = 1.079 mm-1 and F(000) = 1064. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.0434 and wR = 0.1000 for 3281 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The coordination environment of Ni(II) is a distorted octahedron, and a three-dimensional structure was formed with the coordination effect of dtba2- and 4,4′-bpy ligands. The topological analysis reveals that the whole framework of 1 is a 2-nodal net of (52.6)(53.64.72.8) topology. The thermal stability and XRD pattern of 1 were also investigated.  相似文献

A new cadmium polymer [Cd(NBA)(μ3-OH)(4,4'-bipy)1/2]n 1 (NBA=m-nitrobenzoic acid and 4,4'-bipy=4,4-bipyridine) has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction. Its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method, and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectrum. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a=15.6912(9), b=25.9394(15), c=6.7332(4)(A), β=114.7700(10)°, V=2488.4(3)(A)3, C12H9CdN2O5, Mr=373.61, Z=8, Dc=1.995 g/cm3,μ=1.776 mm-1, F(000)=1464, R=0.0411 and wR=0.1128 for 2130 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)).X-ray diffraction studies reveal that the compound features a layered structure, in which 4,4'-bipy ligands bridge Z type of double chains [Cd(μ3-OH)]n and NBA ligands locate at the two sides of the layer. The π-π interactions between the benzene rings of NBA ligands of two adjacent layers lead to the 3D framework.  相似文献

A novel viologen(4,4'bipyridinium)-based complex (CH3-4,4'-H2bipy)(HgCl4) (1),in which the CH3-4,4'-H2bipy (MQ2+) was generated in situ,has been synthesized via hydrothermal reaction and structurally characterized. Complex 1 crystallizes in the space group P21/c of monoclinic system with four formula units in a cell:a = 8.1848(6),b = 21.809(2),c = 9.0285(6) ,β = 107.377(1)°,V = 1538.0(2) 3,C11H11Cl4HgN2,Mr = 513.61,Dc = 2.218 g/cm3,S = 1.009,μ(MoKα) = 10.685 mm-1,F(000) = 956,R = 0.0360 and wR = 0.0812. The crystal structure analysis reveals that the title complex features an isolated structure based on a CH3-4,4'-H2bipy moiety and a mercury atom terminally bound by four chlorine atoms. Photoluminescence investigation reveals a strong emission in blue region,which may originate from π→π* charge-transfer interaction of the CH3-4,4'-H2bipy moiety.  相似文献

The title compound (4,4'-H2bipy)[CdBr4]·H2O 1 has been synthesized via hydrothermal reaction and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoelinic,space group P21/c with a=8.260(3), b=23.926(7), c=9.774(2) (A), β=106.777(9)°,C10H12Br4CdN2O, Mr=608.26, V=1849.4(9)(A)3, Z=4, Dc=2.185 g/cm3, S=1.005, μ(MoKα)=9.814 mm-1, F(000)=1128, R=0.0646 and wR=0.0989. The crystal structure analysis of 1reveals that the title compound features an isolated structure, based on discrete 4,4'-H2bipy moieties and lattice water molecules which are linked by hydrogen bonds together with tetrahedral cadmium atoms terminally coordinated by four bromine atoms.  相似文献

A methanol solution of 4,4‘-bipyridine reacts with Cu2A4(H2O)2 to yield coordination polymers of general formula: [Cu2A4(bipy)]n [A: CH2=C(Me)CO2^- (1), CH2=CHCO2^- (2); bipy: 4,4‘-bipyridine]. They were characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra and thermal analyses. The X-ray structure analyses of 1 show a one-dimensional chain structure where the binuclear structural units Cu2[CH2=C(Me)CO2]4 are bridged by 4,4‘-bipyridine molecules. Furthermore, the binuclear units between adjacent layers can form micropores. The temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibility of 1 indicates that the strong antiferromagnetic interaction exists between copper(Ⅱ) atoms in the binuclear units.  相似文献

A one-dimensional chain coordination polymer [Co(Ⅱ)(C6H5CH--CHCOOH)2(4,4'- bipy)(H20)5]n has been synthesized with cinnamylic acid, 4,4'-bipy and cobaltous chloride as raw materials. Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 1.1481(3), b = 1.1230(2), c = 1.1759(3) nm, β = 97.054(4)^o, V= 1.5046(6) nm^3, Mr= 617.50, Dc = 1.363 g/cm^3, Z = 2, ,u(MoKa) = 0.627 mm^-1, F(000) = 646, S = 1.062, R 0.0443 and wR = 0.1178. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring cobalt(ID ions are linked together by one 4,4'-bipy, and the whole complex molecule adopts a one-dimensional chain structure. Each cobalt(H) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from two 4,4'-bipy molecules and four oxygen atoms from four water molecules, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The electrochemical properties were analyzed by combining with the crystal structure.  相似文献

A new complex [Co(4,4'-bpy)2(H2O)2(4-FBA)2]·(4,4'-bpy)(1) has been hydro-thermally synthesized using cobalt,4,4'-bipyridyl(4,4'-bpy) and 4-fluorobenzoic acid(4-HFBA),and characterized by thermal analysis,single-crystal X-ray diffraction and magnetic property.The complex crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P,Z = 1.Crystal data:C54H44CoF2N8O6,Mr = 997.90,a = 9.134(2),b = 11.555(2),c = 12.867(3) ,α = 66.02(3),β = 77.96(3),= 73.11(3)°,V = 1180.9(4) 3,Dc = 1.403 g/cm3,μ(MoKα) = 0.433 mm-1,F(000) = 517,the final R = 0.0633 and wR = 0.1171 for 2152 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)).The title complex is assembled into 1D supramolecular chains parallel to [001] based on the adjacent molecular ··· stacking interactions and hydrogen bonds.The variable temperature magnetic measurements show a weak ferromagnetic behavior over 300-160 K followed by antiferromagnetic behavior below 160 K for the title complex.  相似文献

A new complex [Cu2(sala)2(H2O)2(4,4'-bipy)]·H2O (sala = N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)- D,L-alaninate, 4,4'-bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 42.44(3), b = 10.416(8), c = 15.487(13), β = 97.455(14)o, C30H36Cu2N4O9, Mr = 723.71, V = 6789(9)3, Dc = 1.416 g/cm3, Z = 8, F(000) = 2992, μ(MoKα) = 1.308 mm-1, R = 0.0493 and wR = 0.1004 for 4878 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Structural analysis shows that each copper(II) atom displays a distorted square-based pyramidal coordination geometry with two oxygen atoms and one nitrogen atom from one N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-D,L-alaninate, one nitrogen atom from 4,4'-bipyridine ligand and one water molecule. 4,4'-Bipyridine ligand bridges two Cu(II) ions to form a dinuclear compound. The molecular structure is extended into a one-dimensional wavy chain through hydrogen bonds. These 1D chains are further expanded into 2D networks through hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Two-dimensional 4,4-bipyridyllead halides, PbI2 (4,4'-bpy) (1) and PbBr2 (4,4'-bpy) (2), were synthesized. The structures were determined by means of X-ray single crystal diffraction.The structure shows a distorted octahedral configuration with six-coordinated central lead atoms. In crystals 1 and 2, the molecules are packed in a two-dimensional network structure through bridging halide atoms and 4,4'-bipyridine ligands between the adjacent lead atoms.  相似文献

A mixed-metal uranyl aquofluoride, [(UO2)2F8(H2O)2Zn2(4,4'-bpy)2].(4,4'-bpy), has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and has been structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, emission spectroscopy, and solid-state NMR spectroscopy. It is one of the few uranium fluoride-organic framework solids in which an organic molecule is directly incorporated into the extended structure of the metal fluoride and is the first example of mixed-metal uranium oxyfluoride incorporating an organic ligand. The structure consists of neutral layers of edge- and corner-sharing uranium-centered pentagonal bipyramids and zinc-centered octahedra, which are linked through 4,4'-bpy ligands into a 3-D framework. The 1H MAS NMR spectrum is in support of the conclusion that the occluded 4,4'-bpy molecules in the structural channels are not protonated. Controlled synthesis of transition metal complexes with mixed ligands has led to two new compounds with the same empirical formula [Fe(N3)2(4,4'-bpy)] (4,4'-bpy=4,4'- bipyridine). The compound 2D-[Fe(N3)2(4,4'-bpy)] (I) contains end-on (EO) bridging azido ligands. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic crystal system, space group Cmmm (No. 65): a=11.444(2) A, b=15.181(3) A, c=3.458(1) A, V=600.8(2) A(3), and Z=2. The compound 3D-[Fe(N3)2(4,4'-bpy)] (II) contains end-to-end (EE) azido bridges. It belongs to the tetragonal crystal system, space group P4(1)2(1)2 (No. 92): a=8.132(1) A, b=8.132(1) A, c=16.708(3) A, V=1104.9(5) A(3), and Z=4. Crystals of I and II have been grown by the diffusion method. Phase-pure samples of both compounds have been obtained by means of an optimal solution synthesis. Spontaneous long-range magnetic ordering was found in both I and II, with I being a metamagnet, and II being a ferromagnet. For I, in the low-field region, multiple transitions at TN1=20 K and TN2=5 K were observed, and these indicated the existence of Fe moment reorientation. Heat capacity measurements on II confirmed ferromagnetic transition at TC=20 K.  相似文献

Three novel BPTC complexes, (H(2)BPTC)(4,4'-H(2)bpy)H(2)O (1), [Cd(2)Cu(HBPTC)(2)(mu(2)-4,4'-bpy)(2)(4,4'-bpy)(2)(H(2)O)(2)](n) (2), and [Co(3)(HBPTC)(2)(mu(2)-4,4'-bpy)(3)(H(2)O)(4)](n).2nH(2)O (3) (BPTC = 3,3',4,4'-benzophenone-tetracarboxylate and bpy = bipyridine), were hydrothermally synthesized. Complex 1, which is obtained as a coproduct during the syntheses of complexes 2 and 3, features a 2-D layered strong hydrogen bonding network with 2-fold interpenetration. Complex 2 has an unusual 2-D double-layered motif, which is linked together by Cu atoms in a face-to-face manner. It exhibits nanosized channels filled by 4,4'-bpy ligands. Three six-coordinated Co atoms in 3 are interlinked by HBPTC ligands to form a 2-D grid structure, which is further sustained by rigid 4,4'-bpy ligands into a 3-D open framework similar to CdSO(4) with the BPTC moieties situated in the tunnels. The thermal stabilities of complexes 1-3 were examined. The photoluminescence properties of complexes 1-2 and temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibility for 3 were also studied.  相似文献

A novel vanadium(V) phosphate and the arsenate analogue, [(VO(2))(2)(4,4'-bpy)(0.5)(4,4'-Hbpy)(XO(4))].H(2)O (X = P, As; bpy = bipyridine), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. They are the first structurally characterized compounds in the vanadium(V)/4,4'-bpy/phosphate (or arsenate) systems. The two compounds are isostructural and crystallize in the triclinic space group P macro (No. 2) with a = 7.9063(3) A, b = 10.2201(4) A, c = 12.1336(5) A, alpha = 113.4652(7) degrees, beta = 95.7231(7) degrees, gamma = 94.4447(7) degrees, and Z = 2 for the phosphate, and a = 7.8843(6) A, b = 10.3686(7) A, c = 12.2606(9) A, alpha = 113.464(1) degrees, beta = 95.560(1) degrees, gamma = 94.585(1) degrees, and Z = 2 for the arsenate. The structure consists of phosphate-bridged vanadium(V) double chains linked through 4,4'-bpy ligands to form a sheet with the monoprotonated 4,4'-Hbpy(+) ligand being coordinated to the metal atom as a pendent group. The (1)H MAS NMR spectrum exhibits four resonances at 14.2, 9.5, 7.2, and 3.7 ppm with an intensity ratio close to 1:6:6:2, corresponding to three different types of protons in 4,4'-bpy and 4,4'-Hbpy(+) and one type of protons in H(2)O. The peak at 14.2 ppm can be assigned to the proton bonded to the pyridine nitrogen atom, which confirms the presence of 4,4'-Hbpy(+).  相似文献

Reaction of the preorganized strands of ([Cu(II)(mu-4,4'-bpy)](2+))n (4,4'-bpy = 4,4'-bipyridine) with [W(V)(CN)(8)](3)(-) leads to a novel cyano-bridged Cu(II)(3)W(V)(2) complex [Cu(mu-4,4'-bpy)(DMF)(2)][Cu(mu-4,4'-bpy)(DMF)](2)[W(V)(CN)(8)](2).2DMF. 2H(2)O 1. The structure of 1 consists of the expected 2-dimensional grid-type network which is built of infinite ([Cu(II)(mu-4,4'-bpy)](2+))n chains cross-linked by octacyanotungstate units. The Cu(II)-NC-W(V)-CN-Cu(II) linkage exhibits the topology of a 3,2-chain. The skeleton of the layer is additionally stabilized by a hydrogen bond network formed by terminal cyano ligands of the [W(CN)(8)](3-) moiety and water molecules. The distance between the adjacent Cu(3)(II)W(2)(V) chains within the layer is 11.12 A along the a axis. The layers are connected by H-bonds of NCN-NDMF-NCN linkages into 3-D supramolecular architecture. The magnetic properties correspond to a dominant ferromagnetic coupling within the Cu(II)(3)W(V)(2) pentamer units (J = +35(4) cm(-1)) and much weaker effective AF interunit coupling which include both intra- and inter-3,2-chain interactions between pentamers (J' = -0.05(1) cm(-1)).  相似文献

The combination of both 4,4′-bipyridine(4,4′-bipy) and dihydrogen phosphate anion ligands with copper(Ⅱ) results in the formation of a novel layered compound Cu(4,4′-bipy)2(H2PO4)2(H2O)2. The crystal structure comprises discrete neutral Cu(4,4′-bipy)2(H2PO4)2(H2O)2 units. The copper atom, located on the crystallographic twofold axis, is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of terminal 4,4′-bipy ligands and two water molecules at the equatorial positions, and two dihydrogen phosphate oxygen atoms at the axial positions, forming an elongated octahedron. The complex is a two-dimensional distorted rhomboidal network possessing two kinds of rhomboids with dimensions of ca. 1.6792 nm×0.3203 nm and 1.2778 nm×0.3198 nm, respectively. The two-dimensional networks are stacked parallelly on each other along c-axis to give an extended three-dimensional channel network with an interlayer distance of ca. 0.5030 nm. Crystal data: triclinic, space group P1, a=1.0253(2) nm, b=1.4501(3) nm, c=0.79715(16) nm, α=97.91(3)°, β=90.99(3)°, γ=85.54(3)°, V=1.1703(4) nm3, Z=2, R=0.0892, wR=0.2451.  相似文献

Reaction of transition metal formate M(HCOO)(2).2H2O (M = Mn, Co, Ni) with 4,4'-bpy (4,4-bipyridine) has led to four new compounds with the formula M(HCOO)2(4,4'-bpy).nH2O (M = Mn, Co (1.Mn, 2.Co), n = 0; M = Co, Ni (3.Co, 4.Ni), n = 5). Compounds 1.Mn and 2.Co are isomorphous and crystallized in the tetragonal crystal system with the chiral space group P4(1)2(1)2. They are of three-dimensional diamondoid structure connected by anti-anti formate with 4,4'-bpy in the cavities of the framework reinforcing the intermetallic connections; the diamond-like net was observed also in their azide analogue (Mn(N3)2(4,4'-bpy)). Compounds 3.Co and 4.Ni are isomorphous also but crystallized in the monoclinic crystal system with the space group Cc. Both structures are uninterpenetrated 3D "CdSO4" type with big channels, constructed by anti-anti formate and 4,4'-bpy. This type of net was not observed in their azide analogue. Residing in the channels, water molecules form a new type of 1D tape constructed by vertex-sharing cyclic pentamers. Magnetic measurements were performed on all of these four compounds. 1.Mn and 2.Co are weak ferromagnets with the critical temperature Tc = 5.3 and 7.4 K, respectively. 3.Co is an antiferromagnet with Neel temperature TN = 3.0 K, and 4.Ni is a weak ferromagnet below 20 K. Hysteresis loop can be observed for 2.Co and 4.Ni at 1.8 K. As an analogue of azide, formate can be used to construct molecular architectures, which structurally and magnetically have great similarities to and also differences from those of azide. This offers a promising method for the design of new molecular architectures with formate.  相似文献
