石墨烯是单原子厚的二维狄拉克相对论费米子系统,其优秀的光电学性质得到了广泛的关注和研究. 本论文利用量子理论研究掺杂石墨烯系统外电场和光场共同作用下的非平衡载流子的非线性太赫兹光学性质. 研究发现,掺杂石墨烯带内光吸收表现出强的非线性太赫兹光学特性. 随着外加偏压电场的增大,石墨烯非线性光学响应增强;随着外界太赫兹光频率的减小,非线特性增强. 研究表明通过改变电场强度,可以有效调节石墨烯系统太赫兹非线性光学特性. 研究结果为探索和发展以石墨烯为基础的新型纳米太赫兹光电器件的研究和实际应用提供了理论依据. 关键词: 石墨烯 太赫兹 非线性 光电流  相似文献

石墨烯及其衍生物作为新型碳纳米结构,由于其优异的光限幅性能而受到广泛关注,但现有的工作多侧重于其在液相体系中光限幅效应及其起因研究.本文以壳聚糖为成膜基质,将氧化石墨烯(GO)与壳聚糖(CS)在液相中均匀共混后成膜,对比研究GO溶液和GO-CS复合膜的光限幅效应及其起因.结果表明在线性透过率相同的情况下,GO在固相基质中表现出比液相基质更强的光限幅效应和更弱的非线性散射.这说明不同于碳纳米管简单的非线性散射,在GO中可能存在多种非线性光学效应.  相似文献

报道了有关足球烯分子甲苯溶液中简并四波混频实验.测量出足球烯C_(70)分子和C_(60)分子的三阶超极化率张量y_(1111)分量分别为1.2×10~(-30)esu和4.0×10~(-31)esu.对应于固体样品的三阶非线性光学系数X_(1111)分量分别是2.5×10~(-8)esu和8.5×10~(-9)esu.此结果表明了足球烯分子是现有的非线性光学材料中具有较大三阶非共振电子极化率材料之一.文中还利用自由电子模型解释了非线性光学极化率的起源.  相似文献

应用Z扫描技术在甲苯溶液中研究了三种8辛烷氧基金属酞菁[(C8H17O)8PcZn(PcZn),(C8H17O)8PcNi(PcNi)和(C8H17O)8PcPb(PcPb)]在532nm对35ps脉冲激光的三阶非线性吸收和折射特性.用多能级模型拟合实验数据,得到三种酞菁的激发单重态吸收截面积σex分别为27×10-17cm2(PcZn),8.2×10-18cm2(PcNi)和3.4×10-18cm2(PcPb),相应的非线性折射率n2=-7.9×10-13,-5.5×10-13和-1.6×10-12esu,三种酞菁都具有自散焦效应.通过入射能流与透射能流的关系,研究了该类分子在甲苯溶液中在532nm对35ps脉冲激光的限幅特性,限幅机理是基于激发单重态的反饱和吸收.在TT0=0.5时,分别测定出它们的限幅阈值为60mJcm2(PcZn),80mJcm2(PcNi)和130mJcm2(PcPb).当入射能流达到500mJcm2时,相应的最高输出能流分别为40,80和150mJcm2,其中锌和镍酞菁的输出能流远低于同样条件下C60的输出能流(140mJcm2). 关键词: 光限幅 8-辛烷氧基金属酞菁 Z-扫描 非线性吸收  相似文献

采用脉冲激光沉积技术在Si(100)和熔石英基片上制备了单相的CuO薄膜.通过X射线衍射仪,拉曼光谱仪,场发射扫描电镜和紫外可见光光度计对薄膜的结构,表面形貌和光学性质进行了表征. 场发射扫描电镜结果表明CuO薄膜中晶粒排列致密且分布均匀,其尺寸约为45nm.结合飞秒激光(800nm,50fs)和Z扫描方法测量了薄膜的三阶非线性光学特性,结果表明CuO薄膜具有超快的非线性光学响应且非线性折射率和非线性吸收系数均为负值,其大小分别为-3.96×10-17 m2< 关键词: CuO薄膜 Z-扫描')" href="#">Z-扫描 三阶光学非线性  相似文献

通过建立石墨烯的光学布洛赫方程, 研究了弱光场下的单层石墨烯超快动态光学性质. 理论研究表明在太赫兹辐射光场下由于泡利不相容和能量守恒原理使得石墨烯系统建立动态非平衡载流子并达到饱和的时间是20–200 fs, 能够在1 ps之内迅速产生光电流. 研究发现√2evF E0 t<0 和ω 分别对应入射光的强度和频率, t为时间, vF是石墨烯狄拉克点附近电子的费米速度. 研究发现光子能量?ω越大, 电极化强度以及光电流越强. 我们的理论研究结果与已有的众多实验结果一致, 表明石墨烯在超快动态光学领域尤其是太赫兹领域拥有重要的研究和应用价值.  相似文献

利用静电自组装技术,以生物大分子材料壳聚糖杂化处理具有稳定结构的CdSe/ZnS核/壳量子点,形成复合多层薄膜. 与薄膜的吸收谱线比较,在375nm飞秒激光激发下测量的量子点的光致发光谱存在Stokes位移. 采用Z扫描技术,利用790nm飞秒激光研究了其三阶非线性吸收和折射特性,发现饱和吸收信号来自CdSe/ZnS量子点,而自聚焦的折射信号则部分来自壳聚糖. 测出多层膜的三阶非线性系数分别是β=6.5×10-6cm/W,n2=1.5×10-10cm2/W. 关键词: CdSe/ZnS量子点 非线性性能 光致发光谱  相似文献

本文以30 ps的脉冲激光为激发光源,用Z扫描技术研究了偶氮苯类材料4-羟基-4’-羧基偶氮苯(BN)和N-(3,4,5-辛氧基苯基)-N’-4-[(4-羟基苯)偶氮苯]1,3,4-恶二唑(AOB-t8)及金属复合物(Au/AOB-t8)的三阶非线性光学性质,并从理论上进行了分析和计算.结果表明,AOB-t8的三阶非线性极化率是BN的1.38倍,其非线性光学效应的增大是由共轭链增长、大π键增多引起的.结果同时给出,AOB-t8的三阶非线性极化率是其与金纳米颗粒复合物的4.7倍,这种与金属复合产生的非线性光学效应的减弱是金属引入的局域场效应与有机分子大π键作用之间相互抵消导致的.  相似文献

通过原位吸附-受限生长聚合法成功制备了聚苯胺/碳纳米管(PANI/MWCNT)复合体.红外光谱和拉曼光谱证实了在碳纳米管(MWCNT)表面的包覆层为聚苯胺(PANI).紫外—可见吸收光谱表明随着MWCNT含量的增加PANI的吸收发生红移且强度提高.扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜观察发现,PANI/MWCNT复合体直径为40—70nm,其中PANI的包覆层厚度约为15—20nm.利用四波混频方法测试它们的三阶非线性光学系数,结果发现PANI/MWCNT复合体的三阶非线性光学系数比纯PANI大,这说明在MWC 关键词: 碳纳米管 聚苯胺 复合体 三阶非线性光学系数  相似文献

Photophysical and nonlinear optical properties of zinc phthalocyanines (ZnPc) bearing peripheral phenoxy substituents containing different functionalized groups were studied. Fluorescence spectra corresponding to the optical transition S1 → S0 are found to be appeared at 684 or 686.4 nm. Z-scan technique reveals large nonlinearities, where the absorptive and refractive effects are separately evaluated. Saturation absorption of ZnPc-1 was observed at 632.8 nm, with a very large nonlinear absorption coefficient β = −1.36 × 10−2 cm/W. However a strong nonlinear refractive effect was found in all ZnPcs (1-4). Transmitted versus incident irradiance measurements carried out on ZnPc-1 and ZnPc-2, showed a very clear optical limiting behavior with irradiance thresholds around be 44 W/cm2 and 90 W/cm2 respectively.  相似文献

Resonant behavior and magnitudes of third-order nonlinear optical susceptibilities in double-walled carbon nanotubes (DWNTs) have been investigated by means of femtosecond pump-probe spectroscopy with different pump-photon energies. With the selective excitation of the E22 exciton transition of the inner tubes labeled by the chiral vector indices (7,5) and (7,6), the imaginary part of nonlinear susceptibility Imχ(3) has shown the resonant enhancement compared with the case of the nonresonant excitation of the specific tube. The nonlinear response signal at the E22 transition energy of the (8,7) tube has been also enhanced for the excitation of the G-band phonon sideband of its E22 transition. This result is consistent with the phonon-mediated nonlinear optical process observed for the E22 transitions in single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs). It has been also found that the values of the figure of merit Im χ(3)/α (α: absorption coefficient) of the inner tubes in DWNTs are smaller than those of the corresponding SWNTs, which is interpreted in terms of decay time shortening due to the energy relaxation between the inner and outer tubes.  相似文献

Au films of thickness ranging between 5 and 52 nm were prepared by sputtering on quartz substrates and their third-order nonlinear optical response was investigated by Optical Kerr effect (OKE) and Z-scan techniques using 532 nm, 35 ps laser pulses. All prepared films were characterized by XRD, AFM and UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometry while their third-order susceptibility χ(3) was measured and found to be of the order of 10−9 esu. The real and imaginary parts of the third-order susceptibility were found in very good agreement with experimental results and theoretical predictions reported by Smith et al. [D.D. Smith, Y. Yoon, R.W. Boyd, Y.K. Cambell, L.A. Baker, R.M. Crooks, M. George, J. Appl. Phys. 86 (1999) 6200].  相似文献

通过高温下的物理拉伸方法,可以直接将玻璃材料拉细成亚波长或纳米直径的光纤。所获得的光纤具有很好的直径均匀度和表面光滑度,可用于低损耗光传输,并可在可见和近红外光学传输中表现出强光场约束、倏逝波传输和大波导色散等特性,在光通信、传感和非线性光学等领域具有良好的应用前景。  相似文献

Four new donor-acceptor-donor anthraquinone derivatives were synthesized and characterized by UV, IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. Their off-resonant third-order nonlinear optical properties were measured using femtosecond laser and degenerate four-wave mixing technique. The third-order nonlinear optical susceptibilities χ(3) were 3.36-3.76 × 10−13 esu. The nonlinear refractive indexes n2 were 6.19-6.91 × 10−12 esu. The second-order hyperpolarizabilities γ of the molecules were 3.36-3.76 × 10−31 esu. The response times were 101-115 fs. The results show that these compounds have potential nonlinear optical applications.  相似文献

CdS nanoparticles were coated on the side wall of multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) by a wet chemical synthesis approach via noncovalent functionalization of MWCNTs with poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA). The as-prepared material was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV–vis absorption, fluorescence and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results indicated that CdS nanoparticles were uniformly coated on the surface of MWCNTs. Third-order optical nonlinearity of the as-prepared material was studied with the Z-scan technique with picosecond laser pulses at 532 nm. The Z-scan curve revealed that CdS nanoparticle-modified MWCNTs exhibited negative nonlinear refraction index and positive absorption coefficient. The real part and imaginary part of the third-order nonlinear susceptibility χ(3) were calculated to be −4.9 × 10−12 and 6.8 × 10−13 esu, respectively.  相似文献

非旋转轴对称光学系统波像差理论的建立有利于理解旋转 轴对称光学系统的装调误差和离轴三反射光学系统等非旋转轴对称光学系统的选型设计. 本文利用旋转轴对称球面光学系统的全口径初级波像差理论推导了子孔径面对称光学系统的初级波像差分布公式, 证明了面对称光学系统中的节点像差理论, 即除球差外的所有初级像差的零值节点偏离视场中心, 而不再是视场的旋转对称函数; 并首次阐述了多零值节点初级非对称像差产生的根源和变化特性. 该理论可以有效指导非对称光学系统初始结构的选择和优化设计过程. 关键词: 面对称 像差 几何光学  相似文献

Graphene oxide (GO), the functionalized graphene with oxygenated groups (mainly epoxy and hydroxyl), has attracted resurgent interests in the past decade owing to its large surface area, superior physical and chemical properties, and easy composition with other materials via surface functional groups. Usually, GO is used as an important raw material for mass production of graphene via reduction. However, under different conditions, the coverage, types, and arrangements of oxygen-containing groups in GO can be varied, which give rise to excellent and controllable physical properties, such as tunable electronic and mechanical properties depending closely on oxidation degree, suppressed thermal conductivity, optical transparency and fluorescence, and nonlinear optical properties. Based on these outstanding properties, many electronic, optical, optoelectronic, and thermoelectric devices with high performance can be achieved on the basis of GO. Here we present a comprehensive review on recent progress of GO, focusing on the atomic structures, fundamental physical properties, and related device applications, including transparent and flexible conductors, field-effect transistors, electrical and optical sensors, fluorescence quenchers, optical limiters and absorbers, surface enhanced Raman scattering detectors, solar cells, light-emitting diodes, and thermal rectifiers.  相似文献
