运用配位场理论方法获得了Pr3+离子4f15d1组态的光谱项和光谱支项,根据电偶极跃迁选律合理地解析了CaF2和Cs2NaYCl6晶体中Pr3+离子的真空紫外跃迁光谱,2个主要谱峰被归属为Pr3+离子的基态与4f15d1组态3 H4和3 G3之间的跃迁,这对于研究稀土离子的真空紫外光谱具有一定的理论指导作用.  相似文献

研究了电子云扩大效应对Tb3+离子5d能级的影响. 利用光谱理论, 将电子云扩大效应比率β同Tb3+离子4f75d组态的自旋允许和禁阻跃迁能级的能级差联系起来, 通过复杂晶体化学键理论确定了化学键的共价性、 相应键体积极化率以及配体离子的有效电荷与β的线性关系, 同时得到了对β有影响并与Tb3+离子自身相关的因子.  相似文献

主要从理论上分析了LiYF4 ∶Nd晶体中Nd3+离子的 4f3→ 4f2 5d跃迁光谱 ,提出了 4f2 5d组态谱项的组合方案 ,从而可以标记 4f2 5d组态的各个能级。据跃迁选律 ,说明了Nd3+离子的基态向 4f2 5d组态的跃迁。理论分析与实验结果符合很好。  相似文献

通过稀土光谱理论,计算了三价稀土离子的4fN-15d组态能级的f与d电子间的库仑相互作用,结果表明对于重稀土元素,其自旋允许跃迁能级位置高于自旋禁戒跃迁能级位置,并且两种能级间的能级差随f电子数的增加而依次减小。对于轻稀土元素,则自旋禁戒跃迁能级位置高于自旋允许跃迁能级位置。结果很好地解释了自旋禁戒跃迁能级的光谱现象。  相似文献

系统地分析了稀土离子在真空紫外区域(VUVλ<200nm,E>50000cm-1)的4fn→4fn-15d组态间跃迁光谱.结果发现;对于重镧系离子(n>7),激发光谱中有一系列强的f-d吸收谱带,在低能量处还有一些弱的f-d吸收带,它们分别是稀土离子的自旋允许和自旋禁阻跃迁;而对于轻镧系离子(n≤7),谱图中只有强的f-d吸收谱带,对应于稀土离子的自旋允许跃迁.  相似文献

采用高温固相法合成了Ba(Y1-0.5x-yAly)2S4:xHo3+系列荧光粉。在465 nm蓝光激发下,荧光粉的发射光谱呈多谱带发射,主峰位于492、543和661 nm处,分别对应于Ho3+的5F3→5I8,(5S2,5F4)→5I8和5F5→5I8跃迁发射。研究了Ho3+和Al3+掺杂量对BaY2S4:Ho3+发光性能的影响。结果表明,随着Ho3+掺杂量的逐渐增大,荧光粉的发光颜色由绿色逐渐向红色转变;适量Al3+取代Y3+可以提高BaY2S4:Ho3+荧光粉的发光强度。荧光粉Ba(Y0.665Al0.3)2S4:0.07Ho3+在蓝光(465 nm)激发下发射黄光,是一种潜在的白光LED用黄色荧光粉。  相似文献

采用高温固相法成功制备了KNaCa2(PO4)2:Tb3+绿色荧光粉,并研究了其发光性质。测量了其激发和发射光谱,样品发射峰位于418,440,492,545,586,622 nm,分别对应Tb3+的5 D3→7 F5,5 D3→7 F4,5 D4→7 F6,5 D4→7 F5,5 D4→7 F4,5 D4→7 F3能级跃迁,主发射峰位于545 nm。主激发峰位于350~390 nm之间,属于4f→4f电子跃迁吸收,与InGaN管芯匹配。确定了在KNaCa2(PO4)2基质中Tb3+浓度对其发光强度的影响及其自身浓度猝灭机制。研究了不同电荷补偿剂对KNaCa2(PO4)2:Tb3+材料发光的影响,其中Li+离子改善其发光强度最为明显。  相似文献

采用高温固相反应法在弱还原气氛下制备了Ca2Y7.9(SiO4)6O2-0.5xFx:Eu(2+,3+)0.1(x=0~4)系列荧光粉。晶胞参数a,c和晶胞体积V均随着F-置换量的增加呈线性减小,晶胞参数a和c的变化率相近。荧光体中Eu2+和Eu3+共存,Eu2+3d5/2与Eu3+3d5/2电子结合能分别为1128.4和1136.3 eV,Eu2+的3d5/2与3d3/2的电子结合能差为28.4 eV。Eu2+和Eu3+的3d5/2态XPS峰面积比为6.9∶1。激发光谱由Eu3+的两个电荷迁移(CTS)带和f-f跃迁激发线组成,x=0,1的试样中出现了Eu2+的f-d跃迁强激发谱带。激发到Eu3+的电荷迁移态或激发Eu2+,除了来自Eu3+的5D0能级的发射之外,还观察到了5D1能级的强发射和5D2能级的弱发射,并且激发Eu2+时5D1→7F4发射强度超过5D0→7F2,没有出现Eu2+的明显发射,Eu2+对Eu3+发光起到很好的敏化作用。5DJ(J>0)高能级发射来自4f格位的Eu3+发光中心,Eu2+的敏化起关键作用。Eu3+在4f和6h两种格位的分布比为4∶6。  相似文献

采用高温固相反应法在还原气氛下制备了Li2Sr0.995-x SiO4:0.005Eu2+,xLa3+荧光粉。利用X射线衍射仪、荧光光谱仪和紫外可见分光光度计对样品的晶体结构、激发光谱、发射光谱与荧光衰减寿命以及漫反射光谱进行测试分析。实验结果表明:所制得的样品为单一相的Li2SrSiO4晶体结构化合物。Li2Sr0.995-x SiO4:0.005Eu2+,xLa3+荧光粉的激发光谱均呈现出宽激发带,其中最强的激发峰位于408 nm左右。在此波长激发下可得到峰值位于570 nm左右的宽波段单峰发射光谱,其对应于Eu2+离子4f65d1→4f7电子跃迁。La3+掺杂Li2SrSiO4:Eu2+荧光粉基质产生了晶格缺陷[2La·Sr·V″Sr],其可以吸收光能并将能量传递给发光中心离子Eu2+,进而增强Li2Sr0.995SiO4:0.005Eu2+荧光粉的发光强度。漫反射光谱和荧光衰减寿命测试结果也证实La3+掺杂能够增加Eu2+的激发态吸收能量,延长发光中心Eu2+离子荧光衰减寿命。  相似文献

Temperature-dependent line broadening measurements of emission and excitation transitions for two intrinsic sites U(1) and U(2) of U3+ ions doped in a RbY2Cl7 single crystals as well as of U4+ ions have been performed. Values of the electron phonon (EP) coupling parameter were determined by a fit of experimentally observed line widths to an equation containing the temperature dependent broadening term due to the Raman two-phonon process. The parameters for U3+ ions in RbY2Cl7 are larger than those determined for this ion in LaCl3 host crystals. This is due to shorter M-Cl distances in RbY2Cl7 which leads to a stronger interaction of uranium with the chlorine ions and to an increase of covalency. The relatively large value determined for the multiplet of U3+ in RbY2Cl7 may result from the proximity of opposite parity 5f26d1 states. The parameters obtained for the U3+ ions are larger than those for U4+. The latter ones are affected by a stronger crystal-field (CF), however the position of the first 5f26d1 or 5f16d1 states, which for U3+ is observed at an energy of ∼15,000 cm−1 lower than for U4+, is the dominating one among the factors influencing the EP coupling strength. The EP coupling parameters for all investigated transitions of the U3+ ions are larger for U(2) than for U(1), which results mainly from the larger crystal field strength observed for the U(2) site. The differences in the EP coupling strength of the U3+ ions in the U(1) and U(2) sites are in accordance with decay times observed for emission for both sites from the multiplet.  相似文献

综合ZnO-Al2O3-SiO2系和锗酸盐玻璃陶瓷的优点,采用熔融-晶化法首次制备了Ho3+/Yb3+共掺以ZnAl2O4为主晶相的ZnO-Al2O3-GeO2-SiO2系玻璃陶瓷。因[GeO4]四面体和[SiO4]四面体都是玻璃网络形成体,讨论了GeO2取代SiO2对玻璃陶瓷样品硬度及发光性能的影响,最终确定GeO2的取代量为10.55%(w/w)时,玻璃陶瓷综合性能最佳。在980 nm泵浦光的激发下,发现强的绿色(546 nm)和弱的红色(650 nm)上转换发光,并研究了不同Ho3+/Yb3+掺杂比对样品上转换发光的影响,最终结果表明当Ho3+/Yb3+掺杂比为1:11(n/n)时样品荧光强度最强,在绿色上转换发光材料方面具有潜在的应用。  相似文献

The phosphors NaGdFPO4:Ln3+ and GdPO4:Ln3+ (for Ln3+=Ce3+ and Tb3+) were prepared by solid-state reaction technique, the VUV-vis spectroscopic properties of the phosphors were investigated, and we vividly compare the luminescence of Ce3+ and Tb3+ in the hosts. For phosphors GdPO4:Ln3+, the band near 155 nm in VUV excitation spectrum is assumed to be the host-related absorption, and for NaGdFPO4:Ln3+ the absorption is moved to longer wavelength, near 170 nm, showing the P-O bond covalency increased after fluoridation. The f-d transitions of Ce3+ and Tb3+ in the host lattices are assigned and corroborated, and it was found that the 5d states are with lower energy in NaGdFPO4:Ln3+ than those in GdPO4:Ln3+. For fluoridation of GdPO4:Ln3+ to NaGdFPO4:Ln3+, the energy change of Ln3+ (Ln=Ce, Tb) 5d states is consistent with that of host-related absorption.  相似文献

采用高温固相法在空气中合成了Ba1.97-yZn1-xMgxSi2O7:0.03Eu,yCe3+系列荧光粉。分别采用X-射线衍射和荧光光谱对所合成荧光粉的物相和发光性质进行了表征。在紫外光330~360 nm激发下,固溶体荧光粉Ba1.97-yZn1-xMgxSi2O7:0.03Eu的发射光谱在350~725 nm范围内呈现多谱峰发射,360和500 nm处有强的宽带发射属于Eu2+离子的4f65d1-4f7跃迁,590~725 nm红光区窄带谱源于Eu3+5D0-7FJ (J=1,2,3,4)跃迁,这表明,在空气气氛中,部分Eu3+在Ba1.97-yZn1-xMgxSi2O7基质中被还原成了Eu2+;当x=0.1时,荧光粉Ba1.97Zn0.9Mg0.1Si2O7:0.03Eu的绿色发光最强,表明Eu3+被还原成Eu2+离子的程度最大。当共掺入Ce3+离子后,形成Ba1.97-yZn0.9Mg0.1Si2O7:0.03Eu,yCe3+荧光粉体系,其发光随着Ce3+离子浓度的增大由蓝绿区经白光区到达橙红区;发现名义组成为Ba1.96Zn0.9Mg0.1Si2O7:0.01Ce3+,0.03Eu的荧光粉的色坐标为(0.323,0.311),接近理想白光,是一种有潜在应用价值的白光荧光粉。讨论了稀土离子在Ba2Zn0.9Mg0.1Si2O7基质中的能量传递与发光机理。  相似文献

Barium calcium magnesium silicate (BaCa2MgSi2O8), a compound whose space group was obtained via X-ray diffraction data, was re-investigated using neutron diffraction techniques. A combined powder X-ray and neutron Rietveld method revealed that BaCa2MgSi2O8 crystallizes in the trigonal space group P3? (Z=1, a=5.42708(5) Å, c=6.79455(7) Å, V=173.310(4) Å3; Rp/Rwp=5.52%/7.63%), instead of the previously believed space group P3?m1. The difference in the two structures arises from the displacement of the O2 atom. Blue emission from Ba0.98Eu0.02Ca2MgSi2O8 under 325-nm excitation is ascribed to the 4f65d1→4f7 transitions of Eu2+ ions at Ba sites and Ca sites. Site assignment of Eu2+ ions in the titled compound was performed by analysis of emission spectra at temperatures in the range of 4.2-300 K.  相似文献

采用优化的高温固相方法制备了稀土离子Eu3+和Tb3+掺杂的La7O6(BO3)(PO42系荧光材料,并对其物相行为、晶体结构、光致发光性能和热稳定性进行了详细研究。结果表明,La7O6(BO3)(PO42:Eu3+材料在紫外光激发下能够发射出红光,发射光谱中最强发射峰位于616 nm处,为5D07F2特征能级跃迁,Eu3+的最优掺杂浓度为0.08,对应的CIE坐标为(0.610 2,0.382 3);La7O6(BO3)(PO42:Tb3+材料在紫外光激发下能够发射出绿光,发射光谱中最强发射峰位于544 nm处,对应Tb3+5D47F5能级跃迁,Tb3+离子的最优掺杂浓度为0.15,对应的CIE坐标为(0.317 7,0.535 2)。此外,对2种材料的变温光谱分析发现Eu3+和Tb3+掺杂的La7O6(BO3)(PO42荧光材料均具有良好的热稳定性。  相似文献

Calcium and barium zirconate powders based upon CaZrO3:Eu3+,A and BaZrO3:Eu3+,A (A=Li+, Na+, K+) were prepared by combustion synthesis method and heating to ~1000℃ to improve crystallinity.The structure and morphology of materials were examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanningelectron microscopy (SEM). XRD results showed that CaZrO3:Eu3+,A and BaZrO3:Eu3+,A (A=Li+, Na+, K+) perovskites possessed orthorhombic and cubic structures, respectively. The morphologies of all powderswere very similar consisting of small, coagulated, cubical particles with narrow size distributions andsmooth and regular surfaces. The characteristic luminescences of Eu3+ ions in CaZrO3:Eu3+,A (A=Li+, Na+, K+) lattices were present with strong emissions at 614 and 625 nm for 5D07F2 transitions with other weakeremissions observed at 575, 592, 655, and 701 nm corresponding to 5D07Fn transitions (where n=0, 1, 3, 4 respectively). In BaZrO3:Eu3+ both the 5D07F1 and 5D07F2 transitions at 595 and 613 nm were strong.Photoluminescence intensities of CaZrO3:Eu3+ samples were higher than those of BaZrO3:Eu3+ lattices. Thisremarkable increase of photoluminescence intensity (corresponding to 5D07Fn transitions) was observedin CaZrO3:Eu3+ and BaZrO3:Eu3+ if co-doped with Li+ ions. An additional broad band composed of manypeaks between 440 to 575 nm was observed in BaZrO3:Eu3+,,A samples. The intensity of this band wasgreatest in Li+ co-doped samples and lowest for K+ doped samples.  相似文献

Systematic calculations of multiplet energy levels of all trivalent lanthanides in LiYF4 (YLF) crystal were performed using two completely different approaches: diagonalization of the commonly used semi-empirical Hamiltonian and a fully relativistic discrete-variational multi-electron (DV-ME) method which is based on a first-principles configuration-interaction (CI) calculation program using molecular spinors obtained by the discrete-variational Dirac-Slater (DV-DS) calculations. The energy level diagrams within 4fn electron configurations were obtained by the former method, while those including both 4fn and 4fn−15d1 configurations were obtained by the latter. Using the explicit many-electron wave functions, the absorption spectra of Pr3+, Ho3+, and Tm3+ in YLF were calculated and compared with the experimental data.  相似文献

In general, the reduction of Eu3+ to Eu2+ in solids needs an annealing process in a reducing atmosphere. In this paper, it is of great interest and importance to find that the reduction of Eu3+ to Eu2+ can be realized in a series of alkaline-earth metal aluminum silicates MAl2Si2O8 (M=Ca, Sr, Ba) just in air condition. The Eu2+-doped MAl2Si2O8 (M=Ca, Sr, Ba) powder samples were prepared in air atmosphere by Pechini-type sol-gel process. It was found that the strong band emissions of 4f65d1-4f7 from Eu2+ were observed at 417, 404 and 373 nm in air-annealed CaAl2Si2O8, SrAl2Si2O8 and BaAl2Si2O8, respectively, under ultraviolet excitation although the Eu3+ precursors were employed. In addition, under low-voltage electron beam excitation, Eu2+-doped MAl2Si2O8 also shows strong blue or ultraviolet emission corresponding to 4f65d1-4f7 transition. The reduction mechanism from Eu3+ to Eu2+ in these compounds has been discussed in detail.  相似文献
