Let L be a restricted Lie algebra over a field of characteristic p>2 and denote by u(L) its restricted enveloping algebra. We establish when the Lie algebra of skew-symmetric elements of u(L) under the principal involution is solvable, nilpotent, or satisfies an Engel condition.  相似文献

Let N(n,R) be the nilpotent Lie algebra consisting of all strictly upper triangular n×n matrices over a 2-torsionfree commutative ring R with identity 1. In this paper, we prove that any Lie triple derivation of N(n,R) can be uniquely decomposited as a sum of an inner triple derivation, diagonal triple derivation, central triple derivation and extremal triple derivation for n6. It is well-known that there exists a close link between Lie Theory and Relativity Theory. Indeed, the set of all symmetries of the metric in our four-dimensional spacetime is a Lie group. In this paper we try to study this link in depth, by dealing with three particular types of Lie algebras: hn algebras, gn algebras and Heisenberg algebras. Our main goal is to compute the maximal abelian dimensions of each of them, which will allow us to move a step forward in the advancement of this subject.  相似文献

In this paper we prove the existence of a formal dynamical twist quantization for any triangular and non-modified formal classical dynamical r-matrix in the reductive case. The dynamical twist is constructed as the image of the dynamical r-matrix by a L-quasi-isomorphism. This quasi-isomorphism also allows us to classify formal dynamical twist quantizations up to gauge equivalence.  相似文献

The modular representation theory of the queer Lie superalgebra q(n) over characteristic p>2 is developed. We obtain a criterion for the irreducibility of baby Verma modules with semisimple p-characters χ and a criterion for the semisimplicity of the corresponding reduced enveloping algebras Uχ(q(n)). A (2p)-power divisibility of dimensions of q(n)-modules with nilpotent p-characters is established. The representation theory of q(2) is treated in detail. We formulate a Morita super-equivalence conjecture for q(n) with general p-characters which is verified for n=2.  相似文献

Let U(g)U(g) be the enveloping algebra of a finite dimensional reductive Lie algebra gg over an algebraically closed field of prime characteristic. Let U?,P(s:)U?,P(s:) be the simply connected quantum enveloping algebra at the root of unity ?  , of a complex semi-simple finite dimensional Lie algebra s:s:. We show, by similar proofs, that the centers of both are factorial. While the first result was established by R. Tange [32] (by different methods), the second one confirms a conjecture in [4]. We also provide a general criterion for the factoriality of the centers of enveloping algebras in prime characteristic.  相似文献

In this paper, the main objective is to compare the abelian subalgebras and ideals of maximal dimension for finite-dimensional supersolvable Lie algebras. We characterise the maximal abelian subalgebras of solvable Lie algebras and study solvable Lie algebras containing an abelian subalgebra of codimension 2. Finally, we prove that nilpotent Lie algebras with an abelian subalgebra of codimension 3 contain an abelian ideal with the same dimension, provided that the characteristic of the underlying field is not 2. Throughout the paper, we also give several examples to clarify some results.  相似文献

Given an infinitesimal group G over an algebraically closed field k of characteristic p?3, we provide criteria for the principal block B0(G) of its algebra of distributions to be of tame representation type. Let B be the universal central extension of a graded Lie algebra of Block type. In this paper, it is proved that any quasifinite irreducible B-module is either highest weight, lowest weight or uniformly bounded. LetG be a (not necessarily connected) real Lie group with reductive Lie algebra. We consider representations ofG which some call admissible but we call them of Harish-Chandra type. We show that any nontempered irreducible Harish-Chandra type representation ofG is infinitesimally equivalent to the Langlands quotient obtained from an essentially unique triple (M, V, ) of Langlands data; while for tempered irreducible Harish-Chandra type representations we prove they are infinitesimally subrepresentations of some induced representations UV, with imaginary and withV from the quasi-discrete series of a suitableM (perhapsG=M; we define the quasi-discrete series in Definition 4.5 of this paper.We show that irreducible continuous unitary representations of really reductive groups are of Harish-Chandra type. Then the results above yield the canonical decomposition of the unitary spectrum>G for any really reductiveG. For any commutative algebra R the shuffle product on the tensor module T(R) can be deformed to a new product. It is called the quasi-shuffle algebra, or stuffle algebra, and denoted T q (R). We show that if R is the polynomial algebra, then T q (R) is free for some algebraic structure called Commutative TriDendriform (CTD-algebras). This result is part of a structure theorem for CTD-bialgebras which are associative as coalgebras and whose primitive part is commutative. In other words, there is a good triple of operads (As, CTD, Com) analogous to (Com, As, Lie). In the last part we give a similar interpretation of the quasi-shuffle algebra in the noncommutative setting.  相似文献
