A highly efficient and catalyst-free method for the synthesis of substituted thiourea derivatives is presented. The synthesis is performed through the reaction of thiazolidine-2-thiones with various amines in water. A sound number of thioureas with both unsymmetrical and symmetrical architectures have been obtained in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

A catalyst-free one-pot four component methodology for the synthesis of 2H-indazolo[2,1-b]phthalazine-triones under ultrasonic irradiation at room temperature using 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide, [Bmim]Br, as a neutral reaction medium is described. A broad range of structurally diverse aldehydes (aromatic aldehydes bearing electron withdrawing and/or electron releasing groups as well as heteroaromatic aldehydes) were applied successfully, and corresponding products were obtained in good to excellent yields without any byproduct.  相似文献

A concise, efficient one-pot synthesis of functionalized chromeno[4,3-b]pyridine derivatives via a three-component reaction of 4-oxo-4H-chromene-3-carbaldehydes, malononitrile or cyanoacetates, and aromatic amines under catalyst-free conditions in an environmentally friendly medium (ethanol–water, 3:1 v/v) is described. An ethylene glycol promoted catalyst-free practically efficient and sustainable approach has been developed for the synthesis of several benzylidene-bis-(4-hydroxycoumarin)s and 4,\(4^{\prime }\)-(arylmethylene)-bis(3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-ol)s by the pseudo three-component reaction of an aldehyde with 4-hydroxycoumarin and 3-methyl-1-phenylpyrazol-5-one, respectively. Inexpensive, non-toxic, and easily available ethylene glycol used as the reaction solvent and promoter renders an efficient protocol in terms of catalyst-free reaction conditions, short reaction time, high yield, practical utility, and green approach.  相似文献

The aim of this review is to provide an overview of the contributions and recent advances made by Iranian scientists in the field of isocyanide-based reactions between 1999 and 2009. With over 100 publications during this period, Iranians are responsible for approximately 10% of all publications in the world involving isocyanide-based multicomponent reactions (IMCRs). Some important aspects of these IMCRs include the execution of reactions in green reaction mediums like water or ethanol, high atom economies, mild reaction conditions, high yields, and catalyst-free processes. On the other hand, in most of these reactions, new classes of heterocyclic compounds with potential biological and medicinal activities have been reported.  相似文献

Several new 1,5-diaryl-3-(arylamino)-1H-pyrrol-2(5H)-ones were synthesized via the three-component condensation reaction of aldehydes, aromatic amines, and ethyl pyruvate under catalyst-free and solvent-free conditions. Also, 5-(4-hydroxyl-3-nitrophenyl)-1-(4-methoxy-phenyl)-3-(4-methoxyphenylamino)-1,5-dihydro-pyrrol-2-one was synthesized using oxime instead of aldehyde. The eco-friendly, simple procedure, green procedure, catalyst-free and solvent-free conditions, short reaction times, and high yields of the products are the advantages of this method.  相似文献

A simple and green process to prepare copper iodide in nano scale via sonication was carried out. Subsequently, this nanoparticles was used as an efficient catalyst for the synthesis of 2-aryl-5-methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-3-pyrazolones via four-component reaction of hydrazine, ethyl acetoacetate, aldehyde and β-naphthol in water under ultrasound irradiation. The combinatorial synthesis was attained for this procedure with applying ultrasound irradiation while making use of water as green ambient. Simple work-up, excellent yield of products and short reaction times are some of the important features of this protocol. Notably, this catalyst could be recycled and reused for five times without noticeably decreasing the catalytic activity.  相似文献

Sonophotocatalytic reaction is a photocatalytic reaction with ultrasonic irradiation or the simultaneous irradiation of ultrasound and light with a photocatalyst. The possibility of the effect of hybrid of sonochemical and photocatalytic reactions was examined. Liquid water was hardly decomposed to H(2) and O(2) by photocatalysis or sonolysis, independently. In order to decompose water, powdered TiO(2) photocatalyst suspended in distilled water should be simultaneously irradiated by light and ultrasound. This sonophotocatalytic reaction was effective on the decomposition of water to H(2) and O(2).  相似文献

A catalyst-free green methodology for the synthesis of pharmacologically important spirooxindole derivatives has been developed by a three-component domino reaction between isatin, various amino compounds, and 1,3-dicarbonyl or 3-phenylisoxazolone compounds in ethyl l-lactate medium at room temperature. This new efficient synthetic method facilitated the formation of a wide range of biologically significant spirooxindole derivatives (including 17 new spirooxindoles) under very mild conditions. The cytotoxic activity of one of the isoxazole-fused spirooxindoles was evaluated in MDA-MB 468 breast cancer cell line. It was found that cell survivability decreases with increasing concentration of the selected compound in MDA-MB 468 breast cancer cells.  相似文献

A microbubble generator with a cylindrical hollow ultrasonic horn (HUSH), gas flow path, and an orifice inside it can produce high ultrasonic pressure around the generated microbubbles. We used this microbubble generator with a HUSH as a sonochemical reactor for the degradation of indigo carmine and evaluated the sonochemical reaction by simply inserting the horn end into a liquid. The experimental results revealed that the ultrasonic irradiation around ultrasonically generated microbubbles effectively degraded indigo carmine in water. In addition, degradation experiments performed by varying the ultrasonic power and gas flow rates indicated that a continuous gas supply and ultrasonic pressure were required for generating the microbubbles, without the generation of millimeter-scale bubbles, to enhance the sonochemical reaction in water.  相似文献

Both conventional heating and ultrasound effect on the cyclopalladated ferrocenylimines catalyzed Suzuki reaction of phenylboronic acid with a range of arylhalides in neat water was investigated. Heterogenous reaction of electron-withdrawing arylchlorides with phenylboronic acid could also result in good yields by using Cat. 2. It was found that the ultrasonic irradiation could dramatically accelerate the Suzuki reaction to achieve comparable results.  相似文献

This work reports the transesterification of soybean oil with ethanol using two commercial immobilized lipases under the influence of ultrasound irradiation. The experiments were performed in an ultrasonic water bath, following a sequence of experimental designs to assess the effects of temperature, enzyme and water concentrations, oil to ethanol molar ratio and output irradiation power on the reaction yield. Results show that ultrasound-assisted lipase-catalyzed transesterification of soybean oil with ethanol might be a potential alternative route to conventional alkali-catalyzed method, as high reaction yields (∼90 wt.%) were obtained at mild irradiation power supply (∼100 W), and temperature (60 °C) in a relatively short reaction time, 4 h, using Lipozyme RM IM as catalyst. The repeated use of the catalyst under the optimum experimental condition resulted in a decay in both enzyme activity and product conversion after two cycles. The use of Novozym 435 led to lower conversions (about 57%) but the enzyme activity was stable after eight cycles of use, showing, however, a reduction in product conversion after the forth cycle.  相似文献
